Abstract
Description
CONSTRUCTION DISPOSITION INTRODUCED IN AN OPENING DEVICE INTEGRATED INTO THE CAP OF BOTTLES AND SIMILAR ITEMS
[0001] This utility model patent application relates to an opening device integrated into the crown-type cap of longneck bottles and conventional bottles. The device is designed to replace the use of conventional stand-alone bottle cap openers and eliminate the need for alternative devices when a conventional opener is available. The opening device, which is the subject of this model, is crimped onto the crown-type cap and also has a lever arm that allows the user to perform a twisting motion to remove the crown-type cap from the neck of the longneck bottle or conventional bottle, conveniently and safely. FIELD OF APPLICATION
[0002] This model is intended for use in crown-type cap opening devices for longneck or conventional bottles. It can also be used for plastic caps and other bottle models, and is used in environments where the consumption of beverages from longneck or conventional bottles is common. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED
[0003] Currently, conventional bottle cap openers operate independently, that is, independently of the crown-type cap of a longneck bottle or conventional bottle. Therefore, if the user does not have an opener available or cannot find one, they end up resorting to various objects to open the bottle cap, such as pocket knives, forks, knives, shirts, rags, and even teeth, among other items. These practices can lead to accidents and harm to the user's physical integrity, and are therefore extremely inconvenient. STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE
[0004] The document MU 8401139- is known from the current state of the art. 4, published on 01 / 17 / 2006, which deals with a monoblock body in the shape of the letter "O", with a side face provided with a stamp and a hole with a tunnel molded by teeth interspersed with symmetrical spaces between them, which surround the entire circumference of the tunnel.
[0005] However, the prior art is cited only to compose the state of the art, given that the present model is an opening device integrated into the crown-type cap of longneck bottles and conventional bottles by means of crimping, also having a lever arm, which allows the user to remove the cap from the mouth of a longneck bottle and conventional bottle, in an extremely practical and safe way. PROPOSED SOLUTION
[0006] The inventor, a researcher and scholar in the field, developed an opening device integrated into the crown caps of longnecks and conventional bottles using crimping. This means the opening device follows the entire contour of the crown cap. Furthermore, the opening device was designed with a lever arm, which allows the user to perform a twisting motion to remove the crown cap from the neck of a longneck or conventional bottle, quickly and easily. ADVANTAGES OF THE MODEL

[0026] THE CONSTRUCTION DISPOSITION INTRODUCED IN AN OPENING DEVICE INTEGRATED INTO THE CAP OF BOTTLES AND SIMILAR ITEMS consists of an opening device (1) for the cap (2) of longneck bottles or conventional bottles (3).
[0027] More particularly, the opening device (1) of the present model is formed by a linear fixing base (4) interconnected to a base ribbed at 90° (5) by means of a curved segment (6), i.e. the 90° ribbed base (5) is perpendicular to the linear fixing base (4). The 90° ribbed base (5) also comprises two fixing guides (7), which allow the fitting and pivoting of a lower lever arm (8). In this way, the opening device (1) is fixed to the lid (2) by means of its linear fixing base (4) and the 90° ribbed base (5).
[0028] The opening device (1) is integrated into a crown cap (2) of a longneck bottle or conventional bottle (3) by crimping (C) the 90° ribbed base (5) onto the crown cap (2).
[0029] In terms of operation, the user can remove the cap (2) from a longneck bottle or conventional bottle (3), simply by applying the torque to the lower lever arm (8) of the opening device (1), in a practical, comfortable and agile way, which pivots on the fixing guides (7), with its pivoting movement limited by the protruding tip (P) of the lower lever arm (8), which touches the curved segment (6), preventing the lower lever arm (8) from crossing the 90° angle.
[0030] The opening device (1) of the present model includes a first construction variation, formed by a linear fixing base (4) interconnected to a 90° ribbed base (5) by means of a curved segment (6), that is, the 90° ribbed base (5) is perpendicular to the linear fixing base (4). The 90° ribbed base (5) also comprises two inclined fixing guides (7A), which allow the fitting and pivoting of a lower lever arm (10) with a concave end (A). In this way, the opening device (1) is fixed to the lid (2) by means of its linear fixing base (4) and the 90° ribbed base (5).
[0031] The opening device (1) is integrated into a crown cap (2) of a longneck bottle or conventional bottle (3) by crimping (C) the 90° ribbed base (5) onto the crown cap (2).
[0032] In terms of operation, the user pivots the lower lever arm (10) on the inclined fixing guides (7A), until the lower lever arm lower lever (10) reaches the surface of the linear fixing base (4), that is, the lower lever arm (10) leaves the parallel position in relation to the 90° ribbed base (5) at the bottom and, then, pivots so that the concave end (A) of the lower lever arm (10) allows the lower lever arm (10) to pass over in relation to the curved segment (6), to then complete the angular movement, where the lower lever arm (10) reaches the surface of the linear fixing base (4) in a flush manner. Thus, the user can remove the cap (2) from a Songneck bottle or conventional bottle (3), simply by applying the torsional moment to the lower lever arm (10) of the opening device (1), in a practical, comfortable and agile way.
[0033] The opening device (1) of the present model contemplates a second constructive variation, whose linear fixing base (4) interconnected to the 90° ribbed base (5) by means of the curved segment (6), is composed of a hole (12), which is aligned with a hole (13) incorporated in a rotating lever arm (14). Thus, the hole (12) of the linear fixing base (4) and the hole (13) of the rotating lever arm (14) receive a crimped rotation axis (15) in aluminum, steel, bronze and brass, engineering plastic, among other materials, to provide the fixing of the rotating lever arm (14) in the linear fixing base (4), as well as provide its rotation in relation to the linear fixing base (4).
[0034] Therefore, the opening device (1) is integrated into a crown-type cap (2) of a longneck bottle or conventional bottle (3) by crimping (C) the 90° ribbed base (5) into the crown-type cap (2).
[0035] In terms of operation, the opening device (1) operates by rotating the rotary lever arm (14), which is initially sold in a resting condition on the linear fixing base (4), thus, the rotary lever arm (14) is rotated in relation to the linear fixing base (4), around its own crimped rotation axis (15), extending beyond the perimeter edge of the crown-type cap (2) of the longneck bottle or conventional bottle (3), until it is aligned longitudinally, in an opposite manner, in relation to said linear fixing base (4). Once this is done, the user can remove the crown-type cap (2) from a longneck bottle or conventional bottle (3), simply by applying the torque to the rotating lever arm (14) of the opening device (1), in a practical, comfortable and agile manner.
[0036] The opening device (1) of the present model includes a third construction variation, whose linear fixing base (4) is interconnected to a 90° ribbed base (5). From the 90° ribbed base (5) arises an intermediate angled structure (17), which connects to a lower lever arm (18). The lower lever arm (18) is connected to said fixing base (4), and also has a curved face (19), which overlaps the 90° ribbed base (5) and the intermediate angled structure (17). In this way, the opening device (1) is integrated into a crown-type cap (2) of longneck bottles or conventional bottles (3), by means of crimping (C) the 90° ribbed base (5) onto the cap (2).
[0037] In terms of operation, the user can remove the cap (2) from a longneck bottle or conventional bottle (3), simply by applying the torque to the lower lever arm (18) of the opening device (1), in a practical, comfortable and agile way.
[0038] However, due to the advantages it offers and because it has truly innovative characteristics, the CONSTRUCTION DISPOSITION INTRODUCED IN AN OPENING DEVICE INTEGRATED INTO THE CAP OF BOTTLES AND SIMILAR, meets the necessary conditions to deserve the Utility Model Patent.
