Abstract
Description
Mobile device holder
[0001] The present invention relates to a mobile device holder, and more specifically, to a mobile device holder that allows freer movement of the hand when using a mobile device and prevents damage due to dislodging.
[0002] To prevent damage to mobile devices like cell phones, it's common to insert a finger into a strip or ring attached to the back of the device with adhesive tape. Recently, some devices, like MagSafe (registered trademark), have also utilized magnetic attachments. Therefore, adhesive tape is difficult to remove once attached, while MagSafe's magnetic attachment method makes it prone to detachment.
[0003] In addition, if you have a ring made of metal or silicone, the ring will hang down when connected to a hole in the phone or phone case, so the ring and the connecting string will not be in close contact with the phone, causing inconvenience such as getting caught in your hand or pocket.
[0004] Additionally, the metal ring mounted on the back of the phone must be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust its position. This makes it cumbersome to hold the phone with one hand and insert your finger to adjust the position, such as by raising or turning the ring. This reduces usability.
[0005] Meanwhile, the power terminal of a mobile phone is often damaged by dust or moisture, but there is no effective way to prevent it from being easily removed.

[0092] Referring to Fig. 11, the connecting portion (62) is composed of a central portion and peripheral portions extending from the central portion to both sides. The connecting portion is formed so that the central portion and the peripheral portion have the same length, thereby maintaining an appropriate level of twisting restoring force of the connecting portion. When the connecting portion is twisted, the peripheral portions on both sides expand, allowing for easy rotation around the central portion. For example, the width of the central portion may be the same as the left-hand length of the peripheral portion, and the width of the central portion may be the same as the right-hand length of the peripheral portion. If the central portion and the left and right peripheral portions are not expanded to have the same length as usual, a strong force may be applied to return to the original state, making rotation difficult.
[0093] The shape of the peripheral portion may be a curved shape as in Fig. 11 or a wrinkled shape as in Fig. 12. In addition, the peripheral portion has the same length as the central portion when not expanded, but due to its shape, when expanded, it may have a longer length than the central portion. In addition, for more effective expansion, the thickness of the peripheral portion may be formed thinner than that of the central portion. In short, the peripheral portion may have a structure that is longer than the length of the central portion and thinner, thereby effectively expanding while facilitating rotation.
[0094] Referring to FIGS. 11 and 12 , the fastening portions (63, 73) may be user hooks having a predetermined shape, and are not particularly limited. Since the fastening portion according to the present embodiment does not need to be folded and fitted, it can be made of not only flexible materials but also rigid materials. Referring to FIG. 13 , a mobile holder employing the structure of the central and peripheral portions according to the present embodiment is illustrated in a state where the hook is easily twisted when the user uses the mobile device while holding it.

Referring to FIG. 14, the mobile holder is illustrated with a protruding connecting portion including a mounting portion (81), a connecting portion (82), and a protruding portion (84) that protrudes vertically from a substrate (83) and has a through hole. In this embodiment, an integrated mobile holder having a structure similar to the protruding connecting portion described above in FIGS. 1 to 4 is illustrated, but in a simpler manner, in which the protruding connecting portion is directly connected to the lower portion of the connecting portion.
[0096] The user loop (not shown) can be directly connected vertically to the through hole of the protrusion (84) and fixed to the back of the mobile device.
[0097] Fig. 15 is a drawing showing a mobile holder according to another tenth embodiment of the present invention. Referring to Fig. 15, an integrated mobile holder is illustrated in which a protruding connecting portion (93) structure is directly connected to the lower end of a connecting portion (92) extending from a mounting portion (91). A user hook (not shown) can be directly connected vertically to a through hole of the protruding connecting portion, and when not in use, the user hook can be fixed to the left or right side of the back of the mobile device due to the protrusion.
[0098] FIG. 16 is a drawing exemplarily showing horizontal and vertical arrangements in a mobile holder according to another eleventh embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 16 is an exemplary drawing showing a mobile holder according to the eleventh embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 16, a mobile holder is shown in which a peripheral part having a pleated shape is applied so as to maintain the twisting restoring force of the connecting part (112) of the mobile holder at an appropriate level. The mounting part (111) has the same structure as the mounting parts described above, and thus a description thereof is omitted. In this embodiment, a pleated shape is adopted in the peripheral part, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and may have a curved shape as shown in FIG. 11. In this embodiment as well, the length of the peripheral part may be longer than the length of the central part therebetween, and the thickness may be made smaller, so as to have an effective expansion structure and a structure that facilitates rotation.
[0099] Referring to (a)(b) of FIG. 16, a mobile holder in which protruding connecting portions (113a) are arranged in a horizontal direction and a mobile holder in which protruding connecting portions (113b) are arranged in a vertical direction are illustrated. The direction in which the user ring (200) is arranged is also determined according to the direction of the through hole of the protruding connecting portion. It goes without saying that it can be arranged at various angles in addition to the illustrated example to facilitate gripping with the user's finger.
[0100] The protruding joints of FIGS. 14 to 16 may also be configured to have vertical and horizontal through-holes simultaneously. This allows the user to change the position of the user hook at any time, depending on their convenience. Furthermore, protrusions may be formed parallel or diagonally to the through-holes, which serve to secure the user hook to the back of the mobile phone by preventing it from easily moving.
[0101] Fig. 17 is an exemplary diagram showing a mobile holder according to a twelfth embodiment of the present invention. The mobile holder according to Fig. 17 may include a diagonal hole structure (123) that can be coupled with the user ring and a protruding coupling portion in which ring holders (124) are formed on the left and right sides. In the mobile holder according to this embodiment, the user ring (200) is inserted through the hole structure, and the diagonal hole structure (123) becomes a vertical shape that is easy to use when the user inserts his or her finger, and when not in use, it is fixed to the left and right ring holders in a horizontal direction, thereby improving usability.
