Abstract
Description
Mounting Structure
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a mounting structure for an electric compressor.
[0002] When an electric compressor that constitutes a vehicle air conditioning system is mounted on a vehicle, it is known to suppress vibrations from the electric compressor to the vehicle by supporting the mounting portion of the electric compressor with an elastic member that suppresses vibrations (for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003] Patent document 1 discloses a device equipped with an anti-vibration rubber having a cylindrical portion that is inserted into a bolt hole and through which a bolt is inserted, and a flange portion that is located between the electric compressor and the fixed portion and extends from the axial end side of the cylindrical portion in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the bolt.
[0004] Patent No. 4066537
[0005] In order to prevent the vibrations of the electric compressor from being transmitted to the vehicle, the rigidity (eigenvalue) of the vibration-damping rubber needs to be adjusted to correspond to the mounting location (mounting portion) of the vehicle to which the electric compressor is attached. However, the vibration-damping rubber of the device described in Patent Document 1 has a cylindrical portion and a flange portion that are integrated into one piece. When the vibration-damping rubber is formed from a single member like this, the degree of freedom in terms of shape, placement, etc. is low, making it difficult to change the rigidity (eigenvalue) of the vibration-damping rubber. For this reason, it is difficult to adjust the rigidity of the vibration-damping rubber to correspond to the mounting portion. As a result, there is a possibility that the vibrations of the electric compressor cannot be suppressed.
[0006] The present disclosure has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and has an object to provide a mounting structure that can make it difficult for vibrations of the electric compressor body to be transmitted to the vehicle side.
[0007] In order to solve the above problems, the mounting structure of the present disclosure employs the following measures. The mounting structure according to one aspect of the present disclosure is a mounting structure for mounting an electric compressor body to a mounting base provided on the vehicle, and includes: a mounting base fixed to the electric compressor body and having a through hole formed therethrough in a predetermined direction, a fastener inserted through the through hole formed in the mounting base and fastened to the mounting base, a first elastic portion provided between one end of the mounting base in the predetermined direction and the mounting base, a second elastic portion provided between the other end of the mounting base in the predetermined direction and the fastener, and a third elastic portion provided between an inner circumferential surface of the mounting base and the fastener, and separate from the first elastic portion and the second elastic portion.
[0008] According to the present disclosure, it is possible to make it difficult for vibrations of the electric compressor body to be transmitted to the vehicle side.

[0010] An embodiment of a mounting structure according to the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the drawings. [First embodiment] A first embodiment of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to Figures 1 to 3. In the following description, the terms "axial direction," "radial direction," and "circumferential direction" refer to directions based on the central axis C unless otherwise specified.
[0011] The mounting structure according to this embodiment is applied to an electric compressor 1 that is mounted on a vehicle (not shown), such as an electric vehicle, that does not have an engine and obtains driving force for running the vehicle from an electric motor, and that constitutes part of an air conditioning system (not shown) for the vehicle. Note that the vehicle to which the mounting structure according to this embodiment is applied is not limited to electric vehicles. For example, it may be applied to a hybrid vehicle. The mounting structure 4 is provided for mounting the main body 2 of the electric compressor 1 to the vehicle side. The electric compressor 1 may be, for example, a horizontally mounted compressor in which the rotation axis of the compression mechanism (not shown) extends along a horizontal plane.
[0012] 1, the electric compressor 1 has a main body 2 and a plurality of (for example, three in this embodiment) mounting portions 10. The main body 2 (electric compressor main body) is attached to a mounting portion 5 of a vehicle by a mounting structure 4 including the mounting portions 10.
[0013] The main body 2 is a substantially cylindrical member having an internal space, and houses a compression mechanism that compresses the refrigerant, a motor (not shown) that drives the compression mechanism, an inverter (not shown) that controls the motor, and the like.
[0014] As shown in Figure 2, the mounting structure 4 has a mounting portion 10 of the electric compressor 1, a bolt (fastener) 20 inserted through the mounting portion 10, a first vibration absorbing portion 30 provided at the end of the mounting portion 10 on the side of the mounted portion 5, a second vibration absorbing portion 40 provided at the end of the mounting portion 10 on the side of the head 21 of the bolt 20, and a collar 50 provided between the bolt 20 and the mounting portion 10.
[0015] As shown in Fig. 1, the mounting portion 10 is fixed to the side surface (cylindrical surface) of the main body 2. The mounting portion 10 extends in a direction intersecting the central axis of the main body 2. When viewed from the central axis direction of the main body 2, the mounting portion 10 extends in a tangential direction to the main body 2. Note that the fixing position of the mounting portion 10 is not limited to the position described above. For example, the mounting portion 10 may be fixed to the end surface of the cylindrical main body 2.
[0016] 2, the mounting portion 10 has a through hole 11 formed therein. The through hole 11 extends along the central axis C. A bolt 20 is inserted through the through hole 11.
[0017] The bolt 20 has a head 21 and a shank 22. The bolt 20 extends in a predetermined direction. The head 21 is provided outside the through hole 11. The tip of the shank 22 is provided outside the through hole 11 and threadedly engages with a recess formed in the attached portion 5. The bolt 20 secures the attaching portion 10 to the attached portion 5 by threading the tip of the shank 22 into the attached portion 5.
[0018] The first vibration absorbing part 30 has a first annular elastic part (first elastic part) 31 having an annular shape and a first cylindrical elastic part (third elastic part) 32 having a cylindrical shape. The first annular elastic part 31 and the first cylindrical elastic part 32 are separate bodies. The first vibration absorbing part 30 absorbs vibrations of the main body part 2.
[0019] The first circular ring elastic portion 31 is an annular member having a predetermined thickness, and is provided so that its center point overlaps with the central axis C of the through hole 11. The first circular ring elastic portion 31 is provided between one end (the end on the attached portion 5 side) of the mounting portion 10 in a predetermined direction (axial direction) and the attached portion 5. In detail, the first circular ring elastic portion 31 is sandwiched between the end face of one axial side (the attached portion 5 side) of the mounting portion 10 and the attached portion 5. The first circular ring elastic portion 31 mainly suppresses vibrations of the main body portion 2 in the axial direction (the left-right direction in FIG. 2 ).
[0020] The first annular elastic portion 31 abuts the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 on the radially inner side of its surface facing the mounting portion 10. The first annular elastic portion 31 abuts the end face of the mounting portion 10 on the radially outer side of its surface facing the mounting portion 10. The first annular elastic portion 31 abuts the collar 50 (more specifically, a first flange portion 52 of the collar 50, which will be described later) on the entire surface facing the mounted portion 5.
[0021] The collar 50 (more specifically, the cylindrical portion 51 of the collar 50, which will be described later) and the shank 22 of the bolt 20 are inserted into a circular hole formed in the center of the first circular elastic portion 31. The inner diameter of the first circular elastic portion 31 is approximately the same as the outer diameter of the collar 50, and the inner circumferential surface of the first circular elastic portion 31 abuts against the outer circumferential surface of the collar 50.
[0022] The first annular elastic portion 31 has a curved connecting portion connecting the outer circumferential surface and the end face, and a curved connecting portion connecting the inner circumferential surface and the end face.
[0023] The first cylindrical elastic portion 32 is a cylindrical member having a predetermined length in the axial direction, and is disposed so that its central axis overlaps with the central axis C of the through hole 11. The first cylindrical elastic portion 32 is disposed between the inner circumferential surface 10a of the mounting portion 10 and the outer circumferential surface of the shank 22 of the bolt 20. More specifically, the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 is sandwiched between the inner circumferential surface 10a of the mounting portion 10 and a collar 50 that covers the shank 22 of the bolt 20. The first cylindrical elastic portion 32 mainly suppresses vibration in the radial direction (the up-and-down direction in FIG. 2 ) of the main body 2. The inner circumferential surface 10a of the mounting portion 10 is a cylindrical surface inside the through hole 11, and has, for example, a constant inner diameter along the central axis C.
[0024] The surface of the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 on the attached portion 5 side abuts against the inner side in the radial direction of the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 .
[0025] The collar 50 (more specifically, the cylindrical portion 51 of the collar 50, which will be described later) and the shank 22 of the bolt 20 are inserted into a hole formed in the center of the first cylindrical elastic portion 32. The inner diameter of the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 is approximately the same as the outer diameter of the collar 50, and the inner circumferential surface of the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 abuts against the outer circumferential surface of the collar 50. The outer diameter of the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 is approximately the same as the inner diameter of the inner circumferential surface 10a of the mounting portion 10, and the outer circumferential surface of the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 abuts against the inner circumferential surface 10a of the mounting portion 10.
[0026] The first annular elastic portion 31 and the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 are made of an elastic material. The first annular elastic portion 31 and the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 are made of, for example, a rubber-based material. The first annular elastic portion 31 and the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 may be made of the same material or different materials. If they are made of different materials, they may have different elastic moduli. Furthermore, the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 may have a lower elastic modulus than the first annular elastic portion 31.
[0027] The material, shape, etc. of the first annular elastic portion 31 and the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 are determined based on the required rigidity (eigenvalue). That is, the material and shape of the first annular elastic portion 31 and the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 are determined so that the rigidity (eigenvalue) can suitably suppress vibrations generated in the main body portion 2.
[0028] The first cylindrical elastic portion 32 has a curved connecting portion connecting the outer circumferential surface and the end face, and a curved connecting portion connecting the inner circumferential surface and the end face.
[0029] The second vibration absorbing part 40 has a second annular elastic part 41 having an annular shape and a second cylindrical elastic part 42 having a cylindrical shape. The second annular elastic part 41 and the second cylindrical elastic part 42 are separate bodies. The second vibration absorbing part 40 absorbs vibrations of the main body part 2. The second vibration absorbing part 40 is provided so as to be plane-symmetrical to the first vibration absorbing part 30 with respect to a plane S that is perpendicular to the central axis C and includes the center of the axial direction of the mounting part 10.
[0030] The second annular elastic portion 41 is an annular member having a predetermined thickness, and is provided so that its center point overlaps with the central axis C of the through hole 11. The second annular elastic portion 41 is provided between the other end (the end on the head 21 side of the bolt 20) of the mounting portion 10 in a predetermined direction (axial direction) and the head 21. In detail, the second annular elastic portion 41 is sandwiched between the end face on the other side (head 21 side) of the mounting portion 10 in the axial direction and the head 21. The second annular elastic portion 41 mainly suppresses vibration of the main body portion 2 in the axial direction (the left-right direction in FIG. 2 ).
[0031] The radially inner surface of the second annular elastic portion 41 on the mounting portion 10 side abuts against the second cylindrical elastic portion 42. The radially outer surface of the second annular elastic portion 41 on the mounting portion 10 side abuts against the end face of the mounting portion 10. The entire surface of the second annular elastic portion 41 on the head portion 21 side abuts against the collar 50 (more specifically, a first flange portion 52 of the collar 50, which will be described later).
[0032] The collar 50 (more specifically, the cylindrical portion 51 of the collar 50, which will be described later) and the shank 22 of the bolt 20 are inserted into a circular hole formed in the center of the second annular elastic portion 41. The inner diameter of the second annular elastic portion 41 is substantially the same as the outer diameter of the collar 50, and the inner circumferential surface of the second annular elastic portion 41 abuts against the outer circumferential surface of the collar 50.
[0033] The second annular elastic portion 41 has a curved connecting portion connecting the outer circumferential surface and the end face, and a curved connecting portion connecting the inner circumferential surface and the end face.
[0034] The second cylindrical elastic portion 42 is a cylindrical member having a predetermined length in the axial direction, and is provided so that its central axis overlaps with the central axis C of the through hole 11. The second cylindrical elastic portion 42 is provided between the inner circumferential surface 10a of the mounting portion 10 and the outer circumferential surface of the shank 22 of the bolt 20. More specifically, the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 is sandwiched between the inner circumferential surface 10a of the mounting portion 10 and a collar 50 that covers the shank 22 of the bolt 20. The second cylindrical elastic portion 42 mainly suppresses vibrations in the radial direction (the up and down direction in FIG. 2 ) of the main body portion 2.
[0035] The surface of the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 on the head 21 side abuts against the inner side in the radial direction of the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 .
[0036] The collar 50 (more specifically, the cylindrical portion 51 of the collar 50, which will be described later) and the shank 22 of the bolt 20 are inserted into a hole formed in the center of the second cylindrical elastic portion 42. The inner diameter of the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 is approximately the same as the outer diameter of the collar 50, and the inner circumferential surface of the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 abuts against the outer circumferential surface of the collar 50. The outer diameter of the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 is approximately the same as the inner diameter of the inner circumferential surface 10a of the mounting portion 10, and the outer circumferential surface of the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 abuts against the inner circumferential surface 10a of the mounting portion 10.
[0037] The second annular elastic portion 41 and the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 are formed of an elastic material. The second annular elastic portion 41 and the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 are formed of, for example, a rubber-based material. The second annular elastic portion 41 and the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 may be formed of the same material or different materials. If different materials are used, the materials may have different elastic moduli. Furthermore, the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 may have a lower elastic modulus than the second annular elastic portion 41.
[0038] The material, shape, etc. of the second annular elastic portion 41 and the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 are determined based on the required rigidity (eigenvalue). That is, the material and shape of the second annular elastic portion 41 and the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 are determined so that the rigidity (eigenvalue) can suitably suppress vibrations generated in the main body portion 2.
[0039] The second cylindrical elastic portion 42 has a curved connecting portion connecting the outer circumferential surface and the end face, and a curved connecting portion connecting the inner circumferential surface and the end face.
[0040] The collar 50 is provided between the bolt 20 and the first vibration absorbing portion 30 and the second vibration absorbing portion 40. The collar 50 is made of a metallic material. The collar 50 is made of metal. The collar 50 has a cylindrical portion 51 extending along the shank 22 of the bolt 20, a first flange portion 52 extending radially from one end of the cylindrical portion 51 in a predetermined direction, and a second flange portion 53 extending radially from the other end of the cylindrical portion 51 in the predetermined direction.
[0041] The cylindrical portion 51 is provided between the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 22 and the inner peripheral surfaces of the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 and the second cylindrical elastic portion 42. The cylindrical portion 51 abuts against the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 22 and the inner peripheral surfaces of the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 and the second cylindrical elastic portion 42.
[0042] The first flange portion 52 is provided between the first annular elastic portion 31 and the mounted portion 5. The surface of the first flange portion 52 on the mounting portion 10 side abuts against the first annular elastic portion 31.
[0043] The second flange portion 53 is provided between the second annular elastic portion 41 and the head 21 of the bolt 20. The surface of the second flange portion 53 on the mounting portion 10 side abuts against the second annular elastic portion 41.
[0044] This embodiment provides the following advantageous effects. In this embodiment, the first annular elastic portion 31 and the second annular elastic portion 41 can suppress axial vibrations (see arrow A1 in FIG. 3 ) generated in the main body portion 2. Furthermore, the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 and the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 can suppress radial vibrations (see arrow A2 in FIG. 3 ) generated in the main body portion 2. Therefore, vibrations in different directions can be suppressed. This advantageously makes it difficult for vibrations from the main body portion 2 to be transmitted to the vehicle side.
[0045] Furthermore, it is possible to make it difficult for vibrations of the vehicle to be transmitted to the electric compressor 1. In particular, the electric compressor 1 provided in a vehicle may vibrate in various directions. Since this embodiment can suppress vibrations in different directions, it is particularly suitable for application to the electric compressor 1 provided in a vehicle.
[0046] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the first annular elastic portion 31 and the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 in the first vibration absorbing portion 30 are separate bodies. This allows the material, installation position, shape, and other factors of the first annular elastic portion 31 and the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 to be independent of the other elastic portions. This improves the freedom to select the material, installation position, shape, hardness, and other factors of the first annular elastic portion 31 and the first cylindrical elastic portion 32. Changing the material and other factors of the first annular elastic portion 31 and the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 also changes the rigidity (eigenvalue) of the first vibration absorbing portion 30. This in turn changes the rigidity (eigenvalue) of the entire elastic portion (the first vibration absorbing portion 30 and the second vibration absorbing portion 40). Therefore, in this embodiment, the rigidity (i.e., the eigenvalue) of the first vibration absorbing portion 30 can be more easily changed than when the first annular elastic portion 31 and the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 are integrated. Therefore, the rigidity of the first vibration absorbing section 30 can be set to a value corresponding to the attached section 5. This makes it possible to preferably reduce the transmission of vibrations from the main body section 2 to the vehicle side. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the second annular elastic section 41 and the second cylindrical elastic section 42 are separate bodies in the second vibration absorbing section 40. Therefore, similar to the first vibration absorbing section 30, the rigidity of the second vibration absorbing section 40 can be set to a value corresponding to the attached section 5. This makes it possible to preferably reduce the transmission of vibrations from the main body section 2 to the vehicle side.
[0047] In particular, electric vehicles have more space since they do not have an engine, which increases the degree of freedom in selecting the mounting location (mounting portion 5) of the electric compressor 1. On the other hand, the appropriate stiffness (eigenvalue) varies depending on the mounting portion 5. In this embodiment, the stiffness can be set according to the mounting portion 5, so it is particularly suitable for application to electric vehicles.
[0048] In this embodiment, the connecting portions of the first annular elastic portion 31, the first cylindrical elastic portion 32, the second annular elastic portion 41, and the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 are curved. This allows each elastic portion to have a shape without corners. This makes it difficult for stress concentration to occur, thereby suppressing damage to each elastic portion.
[0049] In this embodiment, the first vibration absorbing section 30 and the second vibration absorbing section 40 are formed only from annular members (the first annular elastic section 31 and the second annular elastic section 41) and cylindrical members (the first cylindrical elastic section 32 and the second cylindrical elastic section 42). As such, each member has a relatively simple shape, so that the first vibration absorbing section 30 and the second vibration absorbing section 40 can be easily manufactured.
[0050] Second Embodiment Next, a second embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to Fig. 4. This embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the second annular elastic portion 41 and the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 are spaced apart. Since other points are the same as those of the first embodiment, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.
[0051] 4, the second annular elastic portion 41 and the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 are spaced apart in the axial direction. Note that the first annular elastic portion 31 and the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 of the first vibration absorbing portion 30 may be spaced apart in the axial direction as in the second vibration absorbing portion 40 of this embodiment, or may be in contact with each other as in the first embodiment.
[0052] This embodiment provides the following advantageous effects. In this embodiment, the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 is spaced apart from the second annular elastic portion 41. This eliminates the need for the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 to abut against the second annular elastic portion 41, thereby improving the degree of freedom in the installation position of the second cylindrical elastic portion 42. Therefore, compared to when the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 abuts against the second annular elastic portion 41, the rigidity (in other words, the eigenvalue) of the second vibration absorbing portion 40 can be more easily changed. In other words, the rigidity of the second vibration absorbing portion 40 can be set to a value corresponding to the mounting portion 5. This advantageously reduces the transmission of vibrations from the main body portion 2 to the vehicle side.
[0053] Third Embodiment Next, a third embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to Fig. 5. In this embodiment, the shapes of the second annular elastic portion and the second cylindrical elastic portion are different from those of the first embodiment. Since the other points are the same as those of the first embodiment, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.
[0054] The second cylindrical elastic portion 62 of the second vibration absorbing portion 60 according to this embodiment is provided with an engaging portion 63. The engaging portion 63 integrally includes a first engaging portion 63a that protrudes in the axial direction from the surface of the second cylindrical elastic portion 62 that abuts against the second annular elastic portion 61, and a second engaging portion 63b that bends at a substantially right angle and extends radially inward from the tip of the first engaging portion 63a.
[0055] The second annular elastic portion 61 is formed with a recess 64 that engages with the engaging portion 63. The recess 64 has a shape that corresponds to the shape of the engaging portion 63.
[0056] This embodiment has the following advantageous effects: In this embodiment, the second cylindrical elastic portion 62 is provided with an engaging portion 63 that engages with the second annular elastic portion 61. This makes it possible to restrict movement of the second cylindrical elastic portion 62 relative to the second annular elastic portion 61.
[0057] In the present embodiment, an example has been described in which the engaging portion 63 is provided on the second cylindrical elastic portion 62 and the recess 64 is formed on the second annular elastic portion 61, but the present disclosure is not limited to this. For example, a recess may be formed on the second cylindrical elastic portion and an engaging portion may be provided on the second annular elastic portion. Furthermore, the first vibration absorbing portion may be formed to be plane-symmetrical to the second vibration absorbing portion 60 of this embodiment with respect to the plane S (see FIG. 2 ).
[0058] Fourth Embodiment Next, a fourth embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to Fig. 6. In this embodiment, the shape of the second annular elastic portion is different from that of the first embodiment. Since the other points are the same as those of the first embodiment, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.
[0059] The second annular elastic portion 71 of the second vibration absorbing portion 70 in this embodiment integrally has a first portion 71a that is provided between the other axial end of the mounting portion 10 (the end on the head 21 side of the bolt 20) and the second flange portion 53 of the collar 50, and a second portion 71b that bends from the radial inner end of the first portion 71a and extends axially.
[0060] The first portion 71a has substantially the same shape as the second annular elastic portion 41 of the first embodiment. The second portion 71b is provided between the inner circumferential surface 10a of the mounting portion 10 and the shank 22 of the bolt 20. The second portion 71b is spaced apart from the inner circumferential surface 10a of the mounting portion 10. In other words, a gap G is formed between the outer circumferential surface of the second portion 71b and the inner circumferential surface 10a of the mounting portion 10.
[0061] The second cylindrical elastic portion 42 of this embodiment is formed to have a smaller elastic modulus than the second annular elastic portion 71 (particularly, the second portion 71b).
[0062] The first vibration absorbing portion may be formed so as to be plane symmetrical with the second vibration absorbing portion 70 of this embodiment with respect to the plane S (see FIG. 2).
[0063] In the above configuration, the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 has a lower elastic modulus than the second portion 71b of the second annular elastic portion 71. That is, the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 is more easily deformed than the second portion 71b. As a result, when subjected to radial vibration (see arrow A2), the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 is first deformed by being crushed in the radial direction. Next, the gap G formed between the second portion 71b and the mounting portion 10 disappears, and the second portion 71b abuts against the inner circumferential surface 10a of the mounting portion 10, deforming the second portion 71b. At this time, because the second portion 71b has a higher elastic modulus than the second cylindrical elastic portion 42, the second portion 71b suppresses deformation of the second cylindrical elastic portion 42. This prevents the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 from being damaged due to excessive deformation.
[0064] Fifth Embodiment Next, a fifth embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to Figures 7 to 11. In this embodiment, the shapes of the second cylindrical elastic portion and the second annular elastic portion are different from those of the first embodiment. Since the other points are the same as those of the first embodiment, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.
[0065] As shown in Figure 7, the second annular elastic portion 81 of the second vibration absorbing portion 80 in this embodiment integrally has a base portion 81a that abuts against the second flange portion 53 of the collar 50, and a plurality of protrusions 81b that protrude axially from the surface of the base portion 81a on the mounting portion 10 side.
[0066] The base 81a is an annular member. The protruding portions 81b extend in the circumferential direction. The protruding portions 81b are arranged side by side at predetermined intervals in the radial direction. The tips of the protruding portions 81b abut against the mounting portion 10 or the second cylindrical elastic portion 82. Adjacent protruding portions 81b are spaced apart from the mounting portion 10 and the second cylindrical elastic portion 82.
[0067] In addition, the second cylindrical elastic portion 82 of the second vibration absorbing portion 80 in this embodiment integrally has a base portion 82a that abuts against the cylindrical portion 51 of the collar 50, and a plurality of protrusions 82b that protrude radially from the surface (outer peripheral surface) of the base portion 82a on the mounting portion 10 side.
[0068] The base 82a is a cylindrical member. The protruding portion 82b extends in the circumferential direction. The multiple protruding portions 82b are arranged side by side at predetermined intervals in the axial direction. The tips of the protruding portions 82b abut against the inner circumferential surface 10a of the mounting portion 10. Adjacent protruding portions 82b are spaced apart from the mounting portion 10. A cross section of the protruding portion 82b taken along a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is semicircular.
[0069] This embodiment provides the following advantageous effects. In this embodiment, the second cylindrical elastic portion 82 has a base 82a and a protruding portion 82b protruding from the surface of the base 82a facing the mounting portion 10. As a result, when subjected to radial vibration, the protruding portion 82b is first deformed by being crushed in the radial direction. Next, the base 82a abuts against the inner circumferential surface 10a of the mounting portion 10 and deforms. Since the base 82a is less likely to deform than the protruding portion 82b, the base 82a suppresses the overall deformation of the second cylindrical elastic portion 82. This prevents the second cylindrical elastic portion 82 from being damaged due to excessive deformation. In this embodiment, the second cylindrical elastic portion 82 has a portion that is easily deformed (the protruding portion 82b) and a portion that is less likely to deform (the base 81a). This allows the second cylindrical elastic portion 82 to have nonlinearity. Therefore, the deformation limit of the second cylindrical elastic portion 82 can be defined.
[0070] Similarly, the second annular elastic portion 81 also has a base portion 81 a and a protruding portion 81 b. Therefore, similar to the second cylindrical elastic portion 82, the second annular elastic portion 81 can be prevented from being damaged due to excessive deformation.
[0071] Furthermore, the cross section of the protrusion 82b cut along a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is semicircular, which allows each elastic portion to have a shape without corners, thereby making it difficult for stress concentration to occur and suppressing damage to each elastic portion.
[0072] Next, modifications of the present embodiment will be described. [Modification 1] As shown in Fig. 8, the second cylindrical elastic portion 82A according to this modification is provided with protrusions 82b not only on the surface of the base portion 82a that faces the mounting portion 10, but also on the surface (inner peripheral surface) of the base portion 82a that faces the bolt 20.
[0073] According to this modification, it is possible to more suitably prevent the second cylindrical elastic portion 82A from being damaged due to excessive deformation.
[0074] 9 and 10, the second cylindrical elastic portion 82B according to this modification has a plurality of protrusions 82c extending in the axial direction on the surface (outer peripheral surface) of the base portion 82a facing the mounting portion 10. The protrusions 82c protrude in the radial direction. As shown in FIG. 10, the plurality of protrusions 82c are arranged side by side at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction.
[0075] As in the fifth embodiment, this modification also makes it possible to prevent the second cylindrical elastic portion 82B from being damaged due to excessive deformation.
[0076] 11 , the second cylindrical elastic portion 82C according to this modification is provided with a protrusion 82d whose protrusion length (radial length) gradually changes along the axial direction on the surface (outer peripheral surface) of the base portion 82a facing the attachment portion 10. The protrusion 82d is formed so that the protrusion length (radial length) gradually increases with increasing distance from the second annular elastic portion 81.
[0077] As in the fifth embodiment, this modification also makes it possible to prevent the second cylindrical elastic portion 82C from being damaged due to excessive deformation.
[0078] Sixth Embodiment Next, a sixth embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to Fig. 12. In this embodiment, the shape of the collar is different from that of the first embodiment. Since the other points are the same as those of the first embodiment, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.
[0079] 12, the collar 90 according to this embodiment has a restricting portion 93 that restricts axial movement of the second cylindrical elastic portion 42. The restricting portion 93 is formed so as to protrude radially from the cylindrical portion 91.
[0080] It should be noted that the collar 90 may also be provided with a restricting portion 93 on the first vibration absorbing portion side so as to be plane symmetrical with the second vibration absorbing portion 70 of this embodiment with respect to the plane S (see FIG. 2).
[0081] According to this embodiment, the following advantageous effects are achieved: In this embodiment, the collar 90 has the restricting portion 93 that restricts the movement of the second cylindrical elastic portion 42. This makes it possible to restrict the movement of the second cylindrical elastic portion 42.
[0082] The present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments and may be modified as appropriate without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure. For example, in the above-described embodiments, an example has been described in which a cylindrical elastic portion (e.g., the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 or the second cylindrical elastic portion 42) is provided between the mounting portion 10 and the shank 22 of the bolt 20 in both the first vibration absorbing portion and the second vibration absorbing portion. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 13 , the first vibration absorbing portion and the second vibration absorbing portion may not be provided with a cylindrical elastic portion, but instead, a single cylindrical elastic portion 100 may be provided in the axial center of the mounting portion 10. Furthermore, the shape of each component in the above-described embodiments is not limited to the shape described above. For example, the first annular elastic portion 31 and the second annular elastic portion 41 may be cylindrical, and the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 and the second cylindrical elastic portion 42 may be annular.
[0083] In the above-described embodiments, examples have been described in which the inner diameter of the inner peripheral surface 10a of the mounting portion 10 is constant along the central axis C. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15 , the through hole 11 may have a step portion 10b on each of one and the other sides of the mounting portion 10 in a predetermined direction (axial direction). As shown in FIG. 15 , the step portion 10b is formed inside the through hole 11 of the mounting portion 10 near the opening of the through hole 11 on each of the one and the other sides of the mounting portion 10 in the predetermined direction (axial direction). The through hole 11 has a large diameter portion 10c with a large inner diameter and a small diameter portion 10d with an inner diameter smaller than that of the large diameter portion 10c. The large diameter portion 10c has the opening of the through hole 11 at one end and the small diameter portion 10d at the other end. The through hole 11 has a step portion 10b at the boundary between the large diameter portion 10c and the small diameter portion 10d. The inner diameter of the large-diameter portion 10c is approximately equal to the outer diameter of the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 and the second cylindrical elastic portion 42, 62, 82, 82A, 82B, and 82C. The axial length of the large-diameter portion 10c is set based on the axial lengths of the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 and the second cylindrical elastic portion 42, 62, 82, 82A, 82B, and 82C. This facilitates positioning when installing the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 and the second cylindrical elastic portion 42, 62, 82, 82A, 82B, and 82C. Furthermore, the axial movement of the first cylindrical elastic portion 32 and the second cylindrical elastic portion 42, 62, 82, 82A, 82B, and 82C is restricted. The step portion 10b may be formed on only one side or the other side of the through hole 11 in the predetermined direction (axial direction).
[0084] The mounting structure described in the above-described embodiment can be understood as follows, for example. The mounting structure according to a first aspect of the present disclosure is a mounting structure (4) for mounting an electric compressor body (2) mounted on a vehicle to a mounting base (5) provided on the vehicle, and includes: a mounting base (10) fixed to the electric compressor body and having a through hole (11) penetrating in a predetermined direction, a fastener (20) inserted through the through hole formed in the mounting base and fastened to the mounting base, a first elastic portion (31) provided between one end of the mounting base in the predetermined direction and the mounting base, a second elastic portion (41) provided between the other end of the mounting base in the predetermined direction and the fastener, and a third elastic portion (32, 42) provided between an inner circumferential surface (10 a) of the mounting base and the fastener, the third elastic portion being separate from the first elastic portion and the second elastic portion.
[0085] In the above configuration, the first elastic portion and the second elastic portion can suppress vibrations generated in the electric compressor body in a predetermined direction. Furthermore, the third elastic portion can suppress vibrations generated in the electric compressor body in a direction intersecting the predetermined direction. Therefore, vibrations in different directions can be suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent vibrations from the electric compressor body from being transmitted to the vehicle.
[0086] The above configuration includes a third elastic portion disposed between the inner circumferential surface of the mounting portion and the fastener, and separate from the first elastic portion and the second elastic portion. That is, the first elastic portion, the second elastic portion, and the third elastic portion are all separate. This allows the first elastic portion, the second elastic portion, and the third elastic portion, for example, to be designed independently of the other elastic portions in terms of their materials, installation positions, shapes, etc., thereby improving the degree of freedom in selecting the materials, installation positions, shapes, etc., of the first elastic portion, the second elastic portion, and the third elastic portion. Changing the materials, etc., of the first elastic portion, the second elastic portion, and the third elastic portion also changes the rigidity (eigenvalue) of the entire elastic portion. Therefore, the above configuration makes it easier to change the rigidity (eigenvalue) of the entire elastic portion compared to when the third elastic portion is integrated with the first elastic portion or the second elastic portion. Therefore, the rigidity of the entire elastic portion can be adjusted to suit the mounting portion. This advantageously reduces the transmission of vibrations from the electric compressor body to the vehicle.
[0087] A mounting structure according to a second aspect of the present disclosure is the mounting structure of the first aspect, wherein the third elastic portion is spaced apart from the first elastic portion and the second elastic portion.
[0088] In the above configuration, the third elastic portion is spaced apart from the first elastic portion and the second elastic portion. This eliminates the need for the third elastic portion to abut against the first elastic portion and the second elastic portion, thereby improving the flexibility of the installation position of the third elastic portion. Therefore, compared to when the third elastic portion abuts against the first elastic portion or the second elastic portion, the rigidity of the entire elastic portion (in other words, the eigenvalue) can be more easily changed. In other words, the rigidity of the entire elastic portion can be set to a value that corresponds to the mounting portion. This advantageously reduces the transmission of vibrations from the electric compressor body to the vehicle side.
[0089] The mounting structure according to a third aspect of the present disclosure is the mounting structure of the first aspect, wherein one of the third elastic portion and the first elastic portion is provided with an engaging portion (63) that engages with the other.
[0090] In the above configuration, one of the third elastic portion and the first elastic portion is provided with an engaging portion that engages with the other, thereby restricting movement of the third elastic portion relative to the first elastic portion.
[0091] The mounting structure according to the fourth aspect of the present disclosure is, in any of the above first to third aspects, such that the first elastic portion has a first portion (71a) provided between one end of the mounting portion in the specified direction and the mounted portion, and a second portion (71b) provided between the inner surface of the mounting portion and the fastener, the second portion being spaced apart from the inner surface of the mounting portion, the third elastic portion abutting the inner surface of the mounting portion, and the third elastic portion having a smaller elastic modulus than the second portion.
[0092] In the above configuration, the third elastic portion has a lower elastic modulus than the second portion. That is, the third elastic portion is more easily deformed than the second portion. As a result, when subjected to vibration in a direction intersecting the predetermined direction (hereinafter referred to as the "intersecting direction"), the third elastic portion first deforms in the intersecting direction. Next, the gap between the second portion and the mounting portion disappears, and the second portion abuts against the inner circumferential surface of the mounting portion, deforming the second portion. At this time, because the second portion has a higher elastic modulus than the third elastic portion, the second portion suppresses deformation of the third elastic portion. This prevents the third elastic portion from being damaged due to excessive deformation.
[0093] The mounting structure according to the fifth aspect of the present disclosure is, in any of the first to fourth aspects described above, such that the third elastic portion has a base (82a) and a protrusion (82b) that protrudes from the surface of the base on the mounting portion side and / or the fastener side.
[0094] In the above configuration, the third elastic portion has a base and a protruding portion protruding from the surface of the base on the mounting portion side and / or the fastening portion side. As a result, when subjected to vibration in the transverse direction, the protruding portion first deforms in the transverse direction. Next, the base abuts against the inner circumferential surface of the mounting portion and deforms. Since the base is less likely to deform than the protruding portion, the base suppresses deformation of the entire third elastic portion. This prevents the third elastic portion from being damaged by excessive deformation. In this configuration, the third elastic portion has a portion that is easily deformed (the protruding portion) and a portion that is less likely to deform (the base). This allows the third elastic portion to have nonlinearity. Therefore, the deformation limit of the third elastic portion can be defined.
[0095] The mounting structure according to the sixth aspect of the present disclosure is, in any of the first to fifth aspects, provided with a collar (90) provided between the third elastic portion and the fastener, and the collar has a regulating portion (93) that regulates movement of the third elastic portion.
[0096] In the above-described configuration, the collar has a restricting portion that restricts movement of the third elastic portion, thereby making it possible to restrict movement of the third elastic portion.
[0097] The mounting structure according to the seventh aspect of the present disclosure is any one of the first to sixth aspects, wherein the third elastic portion is singular and is provided between the inner circumferential surface of the center of the mounting portion in the specified direction and the fastener.
[0098] The mounting structure according to the eighth aspect of the present disclosure is the mounting structure of any of the first to sixth aspects, wherein the through hole has a large diameter portion (10c) and a small diameter portion (10d) having an inner diameter smaller than that of the large diameter portion, the large diameter portion having an opening of the through hole at one end and the small diameter portion at the other end, and the through hole has a step portion (10b) at the boundary between the large diameter portion and the small diameter portion.
[0099] In the above configuration, the step portion makes it easy to position the third elastic portion when it is installed, and restricts movement of the third elastic portion.
