[0054] Figure 1 illustrates an environment in which an electronic device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure can be applied. An electronic device (110), a user terminal (120), and a store terminal (130) are connected via a network and can communicate with each other.

[0055] The electronic device (110) may be a device for managing a delivery order service. For example, a delivery order service may refer to a service in which a consumer (orderer) of a delivery order item orders the delivery item online, a store-side seller (such as a franchisee or employee) prepares the delivery item, and a delivery person delivers the item between the store-side seller and the consumer. The consumer of the delivery order service may order the delivery item and pay the fee through a user terminal (120) as a consumer terminal. In addition, the store-side seller may confirm the receipt of the delivery item order through a store terminal (130) as a store-side terminal and collect the fee. The electronic device (110) may be a device for managing a platform that provides the delivery order service. The electronic device (110) may provide various information to the user terminal (120) by organizing it as a page on a website or application. In addition, the electronic device (110) may provide various information to the store terminal (130) by organizing it as a page on a website or application. Specifically, the electronic device (110) may be a device that provides various information related to a delivery order to a user terminal (120) and a store terminal (130). The electronic device (100) may provide various information, including the information to be described below, to the user terminal (120). In addition, the electronic device (100) may provide various information, including the information to be described below, to the store terminal (130). That is, the information to be described below may constitute at least some pages of a website or application providing a delivery order service.

[0056] The user terminal (120) may be a device for a user (consumer) to place a delivery order using a delivery order service and check information about the delivery order. The user terminal (120) may be implemented as a terminal capable of transmitting and receiving various information with the electronic device (110) via a network. For example, the user terminal (120) may be one of a computer, a laptop, a portable communication terminal (such as a smartphone), a portable multimedia device, a wearable device, or an HMD. However, the type of the user terminal (120) is not limited thereto, and the user terminal (120) may be any device that includes an input / output interface capable of receiving information from a user or outputting information to a user, and that can communicate with the electronic device (110) or other devices via a network. The user terminal (120) may provide information received from the electronic device (110) to the user, and may receive input from the user and transmit it to the electronic device (110). Specifically, the user terminal (120) can obtain inputs from the user to instruct calling of various pages, and generate commands to instruct calling of various pages in response to the obtained inputs. The user terminal (120) can transmit commands to the electronic device (110) to instruct calling of various pages. The input obtained from the user can include various forms of input, such as clicking using a mouse, touching using a touchpad or touch screen, voice recognition, and other electronic inputs. The user terminal (120) can receive various pages and information from the electronic device (110) and output the received various pages.

[0057] The store terminal (130) may be a device that allows a store user (seller) to confirm receipt of a delivery order using a delivery order service and to accept or reject the received delivery order. The store terminal (130) may be implemented as a terminal capable of transmitting and receiving various information to and from an electronic device (110) via a network. For example, the store terminal (130) may be one of a computer, a laptop, a portable communication terminal (such as a smartphone), a portable multimedia device, a wearable device, or an HMD. However, the type of the store terminal (130) is not limited thereto, and the store terminal (130) may be any device that includes an input / output interface capable of receiving information from a store user or outputting information to a store user, and that can communicate with the electronic device (110) or other devices via a network. The store terminal (130) may provide information received from the electronic device (110) to the store user, and may receive input from the store user and transmit it to the electronic device (110). Specifically, the store terminal (130) can obtain inputs from a store user to instruct calling of various pages, and generate commands to instruct calling of various pages in response to the obtained inputs. The network may be implemented as any type of wired or wireless network, such as a local area network (LAN), a wide area network (WAN), a mobile radio communication network, or Wibro (Wireless Broadband Internet).

[0059] FIG. 2 is a block diagram of an electronic device (200) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The electronic device (200) can process information regarding a delivery order service. In one embodiment, the electronic device (200) may include one or more processors (210), one or more memories (220), and a communication interface (230) as components. In one embodiment, at least one of the components of the electronic device (200) may be omitted, or another component may be added to the electronic device (200). In one embodiment, additionally or alternatively, some of the components may be implemented in an integrated manner, or may be implemented as a single or multiple entities. In the present disclosure, one or more processors (210) may be referred to as a processor (210). The expression “processor (210)” may mean a set of one or more processors, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. In the present disclosure, one or more memories (220) may be referred to as a memory (220). The expression "memory (220)" may mean a set of one or more memories, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. In one embodiment, at least some of the components inside / outside the electronic device (200) may be connected to each other via a bus, a General Purpose Input / Output (GPIO), a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), or a Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI), and may exchange information (data, signals, etc.).

[0060] The processor (210) may control at least one component of an electronic device (200) connected to the processor (210) by running software (e.g., commands, programs, etc.). In addition, the processor (210) may perform various operations related to the present disclosure, such as calculations, processing, data generation, and processing. In addition, the processor (210) may load data from or store data in the memory (220). In one embodiment, the processor (210) may control the communication interface (230) to request various types of information from a user terminal or a store terminal, and receive various types of information from the user terminal or the store terminal.

[0061] The processor (210) may generate a page related to a delivery order service and provide information about the generated page to a user terminal or a store terminal. For example, the page provided by the processor (210) to the user terminal may include a page for providing information about various stores that accept delivery orders prior to receiving a delivery order, a page for entering a delivery order, and a page for providing information about received delivery orders.

[0062] Additionally, the page provided by the processor (210) to the store terminal may include a page that displays information about a delivery order received from the user terminal (120) and allows for input of acceptance or rejection of the delivery order.

[0063] The processor (210) may obtain delivery order information for a specific store from a first user terminal. Here, the first user terminal may refer to a specific user terminal that requests a delivery order from a specific store among user terminals using a delivery order service. Here, the delivery order information may include information on one or more items included in the delivery order. For example, the one or more items may include delivery food available for delivery order. For example, the delivery order may include information indicating the type of item requested for delivery by the user among delivery items available for delivery at a specific store (e.g., information indicating the identifier of the item) and information indicating the order quantity for each type of item. For example, the specific delivery order information may be information indicating one item A, two items B, and three items C.

[0064] In response to obtaining delivery order information, the processor (210) may determine a recommended preparation time based on the delivery order information. Based on the obtained delivery order information, the processor (210) may determine the type of one or more items, the number of items, and the order quantity for each type of one or more items. In addition, the processor (210) may determine the time at which the delivery order was received. For example, the processor (210) may receive information indicating the time at which the delivery order was received from the delivery user terminal. Alternatively, the processor (210) may determine the time at which the delivery order was received based on the information indicating the time at which the delivery order was received based on the time at which the delivery order information was obtained from the user terminal. For example, the processor (210) may determine the time at which the delivery order information was obtained from the user terminal as the time at which the delivery order was received.

[0065] In one embodiment, the processor (210) may determine a recommended preparation time based on at least one of the type of one or more items, the number of items, the order quantity for each type of one or more items, and the time at which the delivery order was received. Even for the same quantity, the preparation time at the store may vary depending on the type of item. For example, if the item is a food item requiring cooking, the preparation time for the item may be determined based on the cooking time and packaging time. Furthermore, even if the total quantity of items is the same, the preparation time at the store may be longer as the number of items increases. For example, even if the time required to make one item A is the same as the time required to make one item B, if multiple items are prepared, the time required to make one item A and one item B (two items in total) may be longer than the time required to make two items A (two items in total). Furthermore, the greater the number of items ordered, the longer the preparation time may be required. Additionally, if the item is food, and the delivery order is received during mealtime, there may be many other delivery orders that the store must prepare. When there are many other delivery orders, it may take more time to prepare the same item compared to other times with fewer delivery orders. Therefore, to determine a more accurate recommended preparation time, the processor (210) may input at least one of the following: the type of one or more items, the number of items, the order quantity for each type of one or more items, and the time the delivery order was received. The processor (210) may determine a recommended preparation time based on the input values.

[0066] In one embodiment, the processor (210) may determine a recommended preparation time based on a pre-trained learning model. For example, the processor (210) may input at least one of the type of item, the number of items, the order quantity for each type of item, and the time when the delivery order was received into the pre-trained learning model, and determine an output value of the learning model corresponding to the input value as the recommended preparation time. Here, the learning model may be trained based on data regarding the time required to prepare one or more items included in past delivery orders based on at least one of the types of one or more items included in past delivery orders, the number of items included in past delivery orders, the order quantity for each type of one or more items included in past delivery orders, and the time when the delivery order was received. The learning model may be trained by the processor (210) or by another electronic device. For example, the learning model may be trained based on past delivery order history data including various pieces of information. Here, the various pieces of information may include at least one of the following: the type of one or more items included in a past delivery order, the number of items included in a past delivery order, the order quantity for each type of one or more items included in a past delivery order, the time when a past delivery order was received, and the time required to prepare the delivery order. If the amount of data for a specific store is sufficiently large, only data for that specific store may be used as past delivery order history data. Alternatively, if the amount of data for a specific store is not sufficiently large, data including data for other stores may be used as past delivery order history data. In this process, the processor (210) may determine whether the amount of data for a specific store is sufficiently large based on predetermined criteria. The learning model may be an artificial neural network-based learning model and may be trained using various learning techniques without limitation.Depending on the embodiment, the input value of the learning model may be determined in various ways as a combination of at least some of the variables described above, but the output value of the learning model may be the preparation time (i.e., the recommended preparation time).

[0067] The processor (210) may display information indicating the determined recommended preparation time on a store terminal corresponding to a specific store. For example, the processor (210) may generate a page displaying information indicating the recommended preparation time and information regarding a delivery order, and transmit the generated page to the store terminal. The processor (210) displaying information indicating the determined recommended preparation time on the store terminal will be described in detail later with reference to FIG. 3.

[0068] The processor (210) may obtain preparation time input information including information indicating acceptance of the recommended preparation time determined from the store terminal or information indicating input of a preparation time different from the determined recommended preparation time. For example, the processor (210) may generate one or more pages for inputting preparation time input information and transmit the generated one or more pages to the store terminal. For example, the one or more pages for inputting preparation time input information may include a page displaying information indicating the above-described determined recommended preparation time. The one or more pages for inputting preparation time input information will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4, which will be described later.

[0069] The processor (210) may determine the preparation time of a delivery order in response to the preparation time input information. Specifically, for example, the processor (210) may determine the recommended preparation time as the preparation time of the delivery order in response to the preparation time input information including information indicating acceptance of the determined recommended preparation time. Alternatively, for example, the processor (210) may determine the input different preparation time as the preparation time of the delivery order in response to the preparation time input information including information indicating input of a preparation time different from the determined recommended preparation time.

[0070] In one embodiment, the processor (210) may determine the actual time required to prepare a delivery order. For example, the processor (210) may determine the actual time required to prepare a delivery order based on the time at which an input indicating that the delivery order is ready is received from the store terminal. For example, the processor (210) may generate a page for obtaining an input indicating that the delivery order is ready for the store terminal and transmit the generated page to the store terminal. Specifically, for example, the processor (210) may determine the actual time required to prepare a delivery order as the time from the time at which the delivery order is accepted at the store terminal to the time at which the input indicating that the delivery order is ready is received at the store terminal.

[0071] Furthermore, the processor (210) may determine whether a first restriction regarding the input of other preparation times is required for the store terminal based on the preparation time input information and the actual time required to prepare the delivery order. In one embodiment, the first restriction may include temporarily restricting the input of other preparation times. The first restriction is described in detail in FIGS. 8, 10, and 11 below.

[0072] In a specific embodiment, the processor (210) may determine whether the preparation time input information includes information indicating the input of a preparation time that is different from the determined recommended preparation time. Furthermore, in response to the fact that the preparation time input information includes information indicating the input of a preparation time that is different from the determined recommended preparation time, the processor (210) may compare the different preparation time with the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order. Furthermore, the processor (210) may determine whether a first restriction is required for the store terminal based on the result of the comparison between the different preparation time and the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order. For example, the processor (210) may determine that the first restriction is required in response to a predetermined number of repetitions in which the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order is shorter than the other preparation time by a predetermined percentage or more. In another example, the processor (210) may determine that the first restriction is required in response to a predetermined number of repetitions in which the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order is shorter than the other preparation time by a predetermined percentage or more. Here, the predetermined number of repetitions may be preset to one or more.

[0073] Following a determination of whether a first restriction is required, the processor (210) may apply a first restriction to the store terminal in response to determining that a first restriction is required for the store terminal. In one embodiment, if the processor (210) applies the first restriction, the first restriction may be released after a predetermined specific period of time has elapsed. If the first restriction is applied multiple times to a specific store, the specific period of time for which the first restriction is applied may be set to increase in increments. For example, for the first restriction for a specific store, the first restriction may be maintained for one day, for the second restriction, the first restriction may be maintained for two days, and for the third restriction, the first restriction may be maintained for one week.

[0074] In one embodiment, the processor (210) may determine whether a specific mode regarding preparation time has been set at the store terminal. The specific mode regarding preparation time may be a mode that can be set by the store user depending on the store's circumstances. In this regard, the processor (210) may generate a page for inputting the specific mode regarding preparation time and provide the generated page to the store terminal. The page for inputting the specific mode regarding preparation time may include a user interface for inputting the specific mode and a second time, which will be described later. For example, the specific mode regarding preparation time may include a mode referred to as a busy mode.

[0075] Additionally, in one embodiment, the processor (210) may determine the recommended preparation time based further on whether a specific mode is enabled. For example, if a specific mode is enabled, preparation may be delayed at a specific store due to reasons such as a large group of customers or a surge in orders. Therefore, the recommended preparation time may be determined as a specific additional time compared to when the specific mode is not enabled.

[0076] Specifically, the processor (210) may determine a first time based on delivery order information. Here, the first time may be determined based on at least one of the following: the type of one or more items, the number of items, the order quantity for each type of one or more items, and the time the delivery order was received, as described above. As described above, the first time may be determined based on a pre-trained learning model. That is, the first time may be calculated without considering whether a specific mode is set.

[0077] When a specific mode is set, the processor (210) may determine a recommended preparation time by adding a second time set in advance to the first time. When a specific mode is not set, the processor (210) may determine the first time as the recommended preparation time. Here, the second time may refer to a time expected to be delayed in preparing items for a delivery order when a specific mode is set.

[0078] In one embodiment, when displaying information indicating a recommended preparation time determined on a store terminal, the processor (210) may, if a specific mode is set, display information indicating that a second time has been added to the first time on the store terminal. The processor (210) displaying information indicating that a second time has been added to the first time on the store terminal will be described in detail later with reference to FIG. 6.

[0079] In one embodiment, the processor (210) may obtain a pre-calculated estimated delivery time for a combination of a second user terminal and a specific store. If a specific mode is not set, the processor (210) may display the estimated delivery time on the second user terminal. If a specific mode is set, the processor (210) may display a time that adds a second time to the estimated delivery time on the second user terminal. Here, the second user terminal may be the same terminal as the first user terminal described above or a different terminal. For example, a user (consumer) using a delivery order service may access an application or website through the user terminal to check information about various stores. At this time, the user terminal may display the types of items available for delivery order at each store, the prices of the items, or the estimated delivery time. In particular, the estimated delivery time may be determined based on a delivery time determined based on the current time zone, the location of the specific store, the location of the delivery destination set on the user terminal, or data on the time taken to prepare delivery orders in the past at the specific store. For example, the expected delivery time may be displayed on the user terminal as "25 to 35 minutes." That is, the processor (210) may determine the expected delivery time for a specific store displayed on the user terminal when a specific mode is set for a specific store to be two hours longer than the expected delivery time for a specific store displayed on the user terminal when a specific mode is not set for a specific store.

[0080] In one embodiment, the processor (210) may deactivate a specific mode after a predetermined third period of time has elapsed since the specific mode was set. In one embodiment, the processor (210) may change the third period of time according to the administrator's settings. For example, the third period of time may be set to 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours. When a specific mode is deactivated for a specific store, the processor (210) may determine a recommended preparation time and an estimated delivery time without the second period of time added, the same as when the specific mode is not set for the specific store.

[0081] In one embodiment, the processor (210) may determine whether a second restriction regarding the setting of a specific mode is necessary for the store terminal based on the recommended preparation time and the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order when a specific mode is set. In one embodiment, the second restriction may include temporarily restricting the setting of a specific mode or deactivating a specific mode. The second restriction is described in detail in FIGS. 8, 10, and 11 below.

[0082] In a specific embodiment, the processor (210) may compare the recommended preparation time with the second time added when a specific mode is set and the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order. Subsequently, the processor (210) may determine whether a second restriction is required for the store terminal based on the comparison between the recommended preparation time and the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order. For example, the processor (210) may determine that the second restriction is required in response to a predetermined number of repetitions where the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order is shorter than the recommended preparation time by a predetermined percentage or more. In another example, the processor (210) may determine that the second restriction is required in response to a predetermined number of repetitions where the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order is shorter than the recommended preparation time by a predetermined percentage or more. Here, the predetermined number of repetitions may be preset to one or more.

[0083] Following a determination of whether a second restriction is required, the processor (210) may, in response to determining that a second restriction is required for the store terminal, apply a second restriction to the store terminal. In one embodiment, if the processor (210) applies the second restriction, the second restriction may be released after a predetermined specific period of time has elapsed. If the second restriction is applied multiple times to a specific store, the specific period of time for which the second restriction is applied may be set to increase in increments. For example, for the first time a second restriction is applied to a specific store, the second restriction may be maintained for one day, for the second time a second restriction is applied, the second restriction may be maintained for two days, and for the third time a second restriction is applied, the second restriction may be maintained for one week.

[0084] The memory (220) can store various information (data). The information stored in the memory (220) is information acquired, processed, or used by at least one component of the electronic device (200), and may include software (e.g., commands, programs, etc.). The memory (220) may include volatile and / or non-volatile memory. In the present disclosure, the commands or programs are software stored in the memory (220), and may include an operating system for controlling the resources of the electronic device (200), an application, and / or middleware that provides various functions to the application so that the application can utilize the resources of the electronic device (200). In one embodiment, the memory (220) may store commands that, when executed by the processor (210), cause the processor (210) to perform operations. The memory (220) may store at least a portion of information received from a database via the communication interface (230) and / or information transmitted to the database via the communication interface (230). Specifically, the memory (220) can store information regarding a delivery order service and commands executed by the processor (210). In addition, the memory (220) can store past history data of delivery orders, information regarding users of the delivery order service, information on stores available for the delivery order service, information on learning models, etc.

[0085] The communication interface (communication interface, 230) can perform wireless or wired communication between the electronic device (200) and a database or other external electronic device. For example, the communication interface (230) can perform wireless communication according to a method such as eMBB (enhanced Mobile Broadband), URLLC (Ultra Reliable Low-Latency Communications), MMTC (Massive Machine Type Communications), LTE (Long-Term Evolution), LTE-A (LTE Advance), NR (New Radio), UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System), GSM (Global System for Mobile communications), CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access), WCDMA (Wideband CDMA), WiBro (Wireless Broadband), WiFi (Wireless Fidelity), Bluetooth (Bluetooth), NFC (Near Field Communication), GPS (Global Positioning System), or GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System). For example, the communication interface (230) may perform wired communication according to a method such as Universal Serial Bus (USB), High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI), Recommended Standard-232 (RS-232), or Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS). In one embodiment, the electronic device (200) may be implemented by being integrated with another device. In this case, the communication interface (230) may function as a connection circuit or interface connecting the electronic device (200) and the other device.

[0086] Hereinafter, the operations described as being performed by the electronic device in FIGS. 3 to 11 may be understood as being performed by the processor (210) of the electronic device (200) described in FIG. 2.

[0087] FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a page (300) displaying information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order provided to a store terminal by a method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to FIG. 3 , the page (300) displaying information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order (e.g., 13 minutes) may be a page regarding delivery order details. The electronic device may generate a page (300) displaying information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order and provide the generated page regarding delivery order details to the store terminal.

[0088] A page (300) displaying information about the recommended preparation time for a delivery order may display information regarding delivery order details. For example, the information regarding delivery order details may include the delivery order identification number, the number of orders for a specific store by the customer (user) who requested the delivery order, or information regarding the items included in the delivery order. Information regarding the items included in the delivery order may include at least one of the following: the type of item (e.g., "Double Cheese Steak R"), the quantity of each type of item (e.g., "2"), the price of the item, and additional options for the item.

[0089] In addition, the electronic device may generate a page (300) displaying information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order, including a UI (User Interface) component (301) indicating acceptance of a recommended preparation time and a UI component (302) indicating input of a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time, and provide the generated page to the store terminal. For example, information on the recommended preparation time for a delivery order may be displayed on the UI component (301) indicating acceptance of the recommended preparation time. And, for example, the UI component (301) indicating acceptance of the recommended preparation time and the UI component (302) indicating input of a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time may be buttons. When an input for the UI component (301) indicating acceptance of the recommended preparation time is obtained at the store terminal, information indicating acceptance of the recommended preparation time may be transmitted from the store terminal to the electronic device. In response to the input for the UI component (301) indicating acceptance of the recommended preparation time being obtained at the store terminal, the recommended preparation time may be determined as the preparation time of the delivery order.

[0090] At the store terminal, when an input is received for a UI component (302) indicating input of a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time, a page for inputting the recommended preparation time and the different preparation time may be provided at the store terminal. For example, at the store terminal, when an input is received for a UI component (302) indicating input of a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time, information indicating input of the UI component (302) indicating input of a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time may be transmitted from the store terminal to the electronic device. In response to receiving the information indicating input of the UI component (302) indicating input of a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time, the electronic device may generate a page for inputting the recommended preparation time and the different preparation time, and provide the generated page for inputting the different preparation time to the store terminal. The page for inputting the different preparation time and the recommended preparation time will be described in detail in FIG. 4, which will be described later.

[0091] FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a page (400) for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time provided to a store terminal by a method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to FIG. 4, the page (400) for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time may include a portion (401) for displaying a recommended preparation time (e.g., 13 minutes), a portion (402) for displaying a preparation time being adjusted, one or more buttons (403) for adjusting the preparation time downward, one or more buttons (404) for adjusting the preparation time upward, and a button (405) for indicating acceptance of a delivery order.

[0092] Specifically, in one embodiment, one or more buttons (403) for adjusting the preparation time downward may include buttons indicating -5 minutes, -1 minute, and one or more buttons (404) for adjusting the preparation time upward may include buttons indicating +5 minutes, +1 minute. In response to an input of each button, the preparation time in the portion (402) displaying the preparation time being adjusted may be adjusted by the amount of time corresponding to the corresponding button. In one embodiment, one or more buttons (403) for adjusting the preparation time downward and one or more buttons (404) for adjusting the preparation time upward are exemplified as UI components for entering the preparation time, but various UI components may be used depending on the embodiment. For example, an input field that allows direct input of a time may be used. Alternatively, one or more buttons (403) for adjusting the preparation time downward may include buttons for adjusting the preparation time by one unit (e.g., -1 minute), and one or more buttons (404) for adjusting the preparation time upward may include buttons for adjusting the preparation time by one unit (e.g., +1 minute).

[0093] When the preparation time in the section (402) displaying the preparation time being adjusted is different from the recommended preparation time according to the input of one or more buttons (403) for lowering the preparation time and one or more buttons (404) for raising the preparation time at the store terminal, an input of a button (405) indicating acceptance of a delivery order can be obtained. That is, when the input of the button (405) indicating acceptance of a delivery order is obtained, the store user can input a preparation time that is different from the recommended preparation time as the preparation time in the section (402) displaying the preparation time. In response to the input of the button (405) indicating acceptance of a delivery order being obtained, the store terminal can transmit information on the preparation time in the section (402) displaying the preparation time to an electronic device.

[0094] FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a page (500) for setting a specific mode provided to a store terminal by a method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to FIG. 5 , in one embodiment, an electronic device may provide a user interface for setting a specific mode and inputting a second time to the store terminal.

[0095] Specifically, a page (500) for setting a specific mode provided from an electronic device to a store terminal may include a UI component (501) for setting the mode, a UI component (502) for inputting a second time, and a button (503). For example, the UI component (501) for setting the mode may include a UI component indicating a busy mode as a specific mode. The UI component (501) for setting the mode may include a UI component indicating a normal mode rather than a specific mode, and a UI component indicating a pause. In a general state where a specific mode or a pause is not set, the normal mode may be set. In this case, the fact that the normal mode is set may be visibly displayed on the store terminal, such as by displaying the UI component indicating the normal mode in a different color or by displaying a bold border. In this state, when an input of the UI component indicating the busy mode is acquired from the store terminal, the busy mode may be set for the specific store. In this case, the busy mode can be visibly displayed on the store terminal, such as by displaying the UI component indicating the busy mode in a different color or by displaying the border in bold. In addition, when an input of a UI component indicating a pause is obtained on the store terminal, the acceptance of delivery orders for a specific store can be temporarily suspended. In this case, the pause can be visibly displayed on the store terminal, such as by displaying the UI component indicating the pause in a different color or by displaying the border in bold. In addition, in this case, information indicating that delivery orders are not possible for the specific store that is temporarily suspended can be displayed on the user terminal. However, depending on the embodiment, the input of the store's normal mode, busy mode, or pause can be obtained through a UI component of a different type than the UI component exemplified herein.

[0096] In addition, the UI component (502) for inputting the second time may include UI components corresponding to one or more times, respectively. For example, the UI component (502) for inputting the second time may include a UI component indicating +10 minutes, a UI component indicating +20 minutes, and a UI component indicating +30 minutes. A store user may select a UI component indicating a specific time at the store terminal and input the time corresponding to each UI component as the second time. For example, the selected UI component may be visibly displayed on the store terminal, such as by being displayed in a different color or having a bold border. However, depending on the embodiment, the input of the second time may be obtained through a different type of UI component than the UI component exemplified herein. In one embodiment, the UI component (502) for inputting the second time may be displayed only when a UI component indicating a busy mode is selected among the UI components (501) for setting the mode. Alternatively, in another embodiment, input of the UI component (502) for input of the second time may be possible only when the UI component indicating the busy mode among the UI components (501) for setting the mode is selected.

[0097] When an input of the button (503) is obtained while at least one of the mode and the second time is selected at the store terminal, the store terminal can transmit information about the selected mode and the second time to the electronic device.

[0098] FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a page (600) that displays information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order provided to a store terminal in a state where a specific mode is set by a method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The page (600) that displays information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order in a state where a specific mode is set may be largely similar to the page (300) that displays information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order described in FIG. 3 , and thus the following description will focus on differences from the page (300) that displays information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order described in FIG. 3 . Here, any portions of the page (600) that displays information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order in a state where a specific mode is set that are not specifically described can be understood through the description of the page (300) that displays information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order described in FIG. 3 .

[0099] A page (600) that displays information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order provided to a store terminal when a specific mode is set may include a UI component (601) that indicates acceptance of the recommended preparation time and a UI component (602) that indicates input of a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time. For example, the UI component (601) that indicates acceptance of the recommended preparation time and the UI component (602) that indicates input of a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time may be buttons. For example, information on the recommended preparation time for a delivery order may be displayed on the UI component (601) that indicates acceptance of the recommended preparation time. For example, when the specific mode is set, the recommended preparation time may be determined to be 43 minutes, which is 13 minutes plus +30 minutes as a second time. In this case, on the UI component (601) that indicates acceptance of the recommended preparation time, information indicating that the recommended preparation time is the time to which the second time has been added (for example, the phrase "30 minutes added") may be displayed together with information on the recommended preparation time of 43 minutes.

[0100] When an input is received from the store terminal for a UI component (601) indicating acceptance of the recommended preparation time, information indicating acceptance of the recommended preparation time may be transmitted from the store terminal to the electronic device. In response to the input being received from the store terminal for the UI component (601) indicating acceptance of the recommended preparation time, the recommended preparation time may be determined as the preparation time of the delivery order.

[0101] At the store terminal, when an input is received for a UI component (602) indicating input of a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time, a page for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time may be provided in a state where a specific mode is set on the store terminal. For example, at the store terminal, when an input is received for a UI component (602) indicating input of a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time, information indicating input of the UI component (602) indicating input of a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time may be transmitted from the store terminal to the electronic device. In response to receiving the information indicating input of the UI component (602) indicating input of a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time, the electronic device may generate a page for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time in a state where a specific mode is set, and provide the generated page to the store terminal. The page for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time in a state where a specific mode is set will be described in detail in FIG. 7, which will be described later.

[0102] FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating a page (700) for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time provided to a store terminal in a state where a specific mode is set by a method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The page (700) for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time provided to a store terminal in a state where a specific mode is set may be largely similar to the page (400) for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time provided to a store terminal described in FIG. 4 , and therefore, the differences between the page (400) and the page (700) for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time provided to a store terminal described in FIG. 4 will be described. Here, any part of the page (700) for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time provided to a store terminal in a state where a specific mode is set that is not specifically described can be understood through the description of the page (400) for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time provided to a store terminal described in FIG. 4 .

[0103] A page (700) for inputting a preparation time other than the recommended preparation time when a specific mode is set may include a portion (701) displaying a recommended preparation time (e.g., 13 minutes + 30 minutes), a portion (702) displaying a preparation time being adjusted, one or more buttons (703) for adjusting the preparation time downward, one or more buttons (704) for adjusting the preparation time upward, and a button (705) for indicating acceptance of a delivery order. Specifically, for example, the portion (701) displaying the recommended preparation time (e.g., 13 minutes + 30 minutes) may display information (e.g., the phrase “+30 minutes”) indicating that the recommended preparation time of 43 minutes is the time to which the second time (e.g., +30 minutes) has been added. However, without being limited to the exemplified embodiment, the part (701) displaying the recommended preparation time may display 43 minutes, and in another part of the page (700) for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time provided to the store terminal when a specific mode is set, information indicating that the recommended preparation time is a time with a second hour added may be displayed.

[0104] FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating a screen (800) provided to a store terminal when preparation of a delivery order is complete by a method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. For example, the electronic device may compare the time actually taken to prepare a delivery order with the determined delivery order preparation time, and in response to determining that the difference exceeds a predetermined standard based on the comparison result, generate a screen (800) provided to the store terminal when preparation of the delivery order is complete, and provide the generated screen to the store terminal. For example, the screen (800) provided to the store terminal when preparation of the delivery order is complete may be a pop-up screen. In addition, if preparation of the delivery order is complete, but the difference is determined to not exceed a predetermined standard based on the comparison result between the time actually taken to prepare the delivery order and the determined delivery order preparation time, the electronic device may not provide the screen (800) provided to the store terminal when preparation of the delivery order is complete.

[0105] In one embodiment, when the preparation of a delivery order is complete, a page (800) provided to a store terminal may include a section (801) that displays a comparison of the estimated preparation time entered in the store terminal as the determined preparation time of the delivery order and the actual preparation time, a section (802) that provides guidance that at least one of a change in the preparation time and a change in the store status may be restricted, and a button (803). In addition, when the preparation of a delivery order is complete, the page (800) provided to the store terminal may display a phrase that provides guidance that the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order and the determined preparation time of the delivery order differ by more than a predetermined standard, such as “The actual preparation time is significantly different from the estimated preparation time.”

[0106] For example, in the section (801) that displays a comparison between the estimated preparation time entered at the store terminal and the actual preparation time, the estimated preparation time entered (e.g., 43 minutes) and the actual preparation time (e.g., 14 minutes) may be displayed. In addition, in the section (802) that notifies that at least one of a change in the preparation time and a change in the store status may be restricted, a phrase may be displayed that notifies that changes in the preparation time and the store status may be restricted, such as "To reduce customer inconvenience, future changes in the preparation time and changes in the store status may be restricted." In one embodiment, the electronic device may apply a first restriction regarding the input of a different preparation time to the store terminal when the difference between the time actually taken to prepare a delivery order and the determined preparation time of the delivery order exceeds a predetermined standard, and the preparation time input information includes information indicating the input of a different preparation time than the recommended preparation time. In one embodiment, if the actual time taken to prepare a delivery order and the determined delivery order preparation time differ by more than a predetermined threshold, and a specific mode is set, the electronic device may apply a second restriction regarding the setting of the specific mode to the store terminal. In another embodiment, if the actual time taken to prepare a delivery order and the determined delivery order preparation time differ by more than a predetermined threshold, the electronic device may apply the first restriction and the second restriction to the store terminal regardless of whether the preparation time input information includes information indicating the input of a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time and whether a specific mode is set. If both the first restriction and the second restriction are applied to the store terminal, the part (802) that informs that changes in the preparation time and changes in the store status may be restricted may display a phrase such as "To reduce customer inconvenience, changes in the preparation time and changes in the store status may be restricted in the future."If only the first restriction is applied to the store terminal, the part (802) that informs that at least one of changes in the preparation time and changes in the store status may be restricted may display a phrase such as "To reduce customer inconvenience, future changes in the preparation time may be restricted." If only the second restriction is applied to the store terminal, the part (802) that informs that at least one of changes in the preparation time and changes in the store status may be restricted may display a phrase such as "To reduce customer inconvenience, future changes in the store status may be restricted." In addition, when an input of the button (803) is acquired, the screen (800) provided on the store terminal may be terminated.

[0107] FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating a screen (900) provided to a store terminal when it is determined that a specific mode needs to be released according to a method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. For example, the screen (900) provided to the store terminal when it is determined that a specific mode needs to be released may be a pop-up screen. In one embodiment, the screen (900) provided to the store terminal when it is determined that a specific mode needs to be released may include a button (901) indicating the maintenance of a specific mode and a button (902) indicating the release of a specific mode. In this case, in response to receiving an input of the button (901) indicating the maintenance of a specific mode on the store terminal, the electronic device may maintain a state in which a specific mode is set for a specific store. Conversely, in response to receiving an input of the button (902) indicating the release of a specific mode on the store terminal, the electronic device may release the specific mode for a specific store.

[0108] In one embodiment, the electronic device determines the actual time taken to prepare a delivery order, and if a specific mode is set, based on the recommended preparation time and the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order, determines whether the specific mode needs to be deactivated, and in response to a determination that the specific mode needs to be deactivated, displays information suggesting the deactivation of the specific mode on the store terminal. For example, the electronic device may determine whether the specific mode needs to be deactivated based on a comparison of the recommended preparation time and the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order. Specifically, the electronic device may determine the need to deactivate the specific mode in response to the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order being shorter than the recommended preparation time plus a predetermined specific time, or the recommended preparation time multiplied by a predetermined percentage. Alternatively, the electronic device may determine the need to deactivate the specific mode in response to a predetermined number of repetitions in which the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order is shorter than the recommended preparation time plus a predetermined specific time, or the recommended preparation time multiplied by a predetermined percentage. For example, the information suggesting the deactivation of the specific mode on the store terminal may include the question, "Would you like to change the store to normal?" and may include phrases such as “Customer app will notify you of your usual delivery time.”

[0109] In one embodiment, the processor (210) determines the actual time taken to prepare a delivery order, and if a specific mode is not set, based on the recommended preparation time and the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order, determines whether setting a specific mode is necessary, and in response to determining that setting a specific mode is necessary, displays information suggesting setting a specific mode on the store terminal. For example, the electronic device may determine whether setting a specific mode is necessary based on a comparison of the recommended preparation time and the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order. Specifically, the electronic device may determine that setting a specific mode is necessary in response to the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order being longer than the recommended preparation time plus a predetermined specific time, or the recommended preparation time multiplied by a predetermined percentage. Alternatively, the electronic device may determine that setting a specific mode is necessary in response to a predetermined number of repetitions of the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order being longer than the recommended preparation time plus a predetermined specific time, or the recommended preparation time multiplied by a predetermined percentage. For example, the information suggesting setting a specific mode on the store terminal may include the question, "Would you like to change the store to busy?" and may include phrases such as “Your customer app will be notified of a longer than usual delivery time.”

[0110] FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating a page (1000) displaying information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order provided to a store terminal in a state where a first restriction is applied by a method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The page (1000) displaying information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order in a state where the first restriction is applied may be largely similar to the page (300) displaying information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order described in FIG. 3 , and thus the following description will focus on differences from the page (300) displaying information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order described in FIG. 3 . Here, any portions of the page (1000) displaying information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order in a state where the first restriction is applied that are not specifically described can be understood through the description of the page (300) displaying information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order described in FIG. 3 .

[0111] In one embodiment, a page (1000) displaying information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order provided to a store terminal in a state where a first restriction is applied may include a UI component (1001) that instructs input of a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time. Here, the UI component (1001) that instructs input of a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time may include an icon that may indicate or imply that changes in the preparation time are restricted, such as a caution icon. In another embodiment, the UI component (1001) that instructs input of a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time in a state where the first restriction is applied may include text that guides that changes in the preparation time are restricted in addition to the icon. Alternatively, in another embodiment, in a page (1000) displaying information on a recommended preparation time for a delivery order provided to a store terminal in a state where the first restriction is applied, information that guides input of a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time may be displayed in a part other than the UI component (1001) that instructs input of a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time.

[0112] FIG. 11 is a diagram illustrating a page (1100) for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time provided to a store terminal in a state where a first restriction is applied according to a method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The page (1100) for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time provided to a store terminal in a state where the first restriction is applied may be largely similar to the page (400) for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time provided to a store terminal described in FIG. 4 , and therefore, the differences between the page (400) and the page (1100) for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time provided to a store terminal in a state where the first restriction is applied will be mainly described. Here, any part that is not specifically described with respect to the page (1100) for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time provided to a store terminal in a state where the first restriction is applied can be understood through the description of the page (400) for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time provided to a store terminal described in FIG. 4 .

[0113] In one embodiment, a page (1100) for inputting a preparation time different from the recommended preparation time provided to a store terminal when the first restriction is applied may include a section (1101) indicating that changes to the preparation time may be restricted. Here, the section (1101) indicating that changes to the preparation time may be restricted may include a phrase indicating that changes to the preparation time are restricted, such as, "To reduce customer inconvenience, changes to the preparation time are temporarily restricted."

[0114] Although not shown, the application of the second restriction may be indicated similarly to the application of the first restriction on the store terminal. For example, there may be a page prior to moving to a page for setting a specific mode provided on the store terminal. The page prior to moving to the page for setting a specific mode may include a button for moving to the page for setting a specific mode. In one embodiment, the page prior to moving to the page for setting a specific mode with the second restriction applied may include an icon, such as a caution icon, that indicates or implies that the settings of the specific mode are restricted. In another embodiment, the button for moving to the page for setting a specific mode with the second restriction applied may include text in addition to the icon that informs that the settings of the specific mode are restricted. Alternatively, in another embodiment, the page prior to moving to the page for setting a specific mode provided on the store terminal with the second restriction applied may display information informing that the settings of the specific mode are restricted in a part other than the button for moving to the page for setting a specific mode.

[0115] Additionally, although not shown, in one embodiment, a page for setting a specific mode when the second restriction is applied may include a section notifying that the settings of the specific mode may be restricted. Here, the section notifying that the settings of the specific mode may be restricted may include a phrase notifying that the settings of the specific mode are restricted, such as, "To reduce customer inconvenience, the settings of the specific mode are temporarily restricted."

[0116] FIG. 12 is a flowchart illustrating a method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to FIG. 12, the method (1200) may include a step of obtaining delivery order information for a specific store from a first user terminal (S1210), a step of determining a recommended preparation time based on the delivery order information in response to obtaining the delivery order information (S1220), a step of displaying information indicating the determined recommended preparation time on a store terminal corresponding to the specific store (S1230), a step of obtaining preparation time input information including information indicating acceptance of the determined recommended preparation time from the store terminal or information indicating input of a preparation time different from the determined recommended preparation time (S1240), and a step of determining a preparation time of a delivery order in response to the preparation time input information (S1250).

[0117] In one embodiment, step S1220 may include determining a recommended preparation time based on at least one of the types of one or more items, the number of items, the order quantity for each type of one or more items, and the time at which the delivery order was received. Furthermore, in one embodiment, step S1220 may include determining a recommended preparation time based on a pre-trained learning model.

[0118] In one embodiment, the method (1200) may further include the steps of determining an actual time taken to prepare a delivery order, determining whether a first restriction regarding input of a different preparation time is required for the store terminal based on the preparation time input information and the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order, and applying the first restriction to the store terminal in response to determining that the first restriction is required for the store terminal. Here, the step of determining whether the first restriction is required for the store terminal may include the steps of determining whether the preparation time input information includes information indicating input of a different preparation time than the determined recommended preparation time, comparing the different preparation time with the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order in response to the preparation time input information including information indicating input of a different preparation time than the determined recommended preparation time, and determining whether the first restriction is required for the store terminal based on a result of comparing the different preparation time with the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order. Additionally, the step of determining whether a first restriction is required for the store terminal based on a comparison of the time actually taken to prepare the delivery order with the other preparation time may include a step of determining that the first restriction is required in response to a predetermined specific number of repetitions where the time actually taken to prepare the delivery order is shorter than the other preparation time by a predetermined percentage or more.

[0119] In one embodiment, the method (1200) may further include a step of determining whether a specific mode regarding preparation time is set at the store terminal. In addition, step S1220 may further include a step of determining a recommended preparation time based on whether the specific mode is set. Here, the step of determining the recommended preparation time based on whether the specific mode is set may include a step of determining a first time based on delivery order information, a step of adding a predetermined second time to the first time to determine the recommended preparation time if the specific mode is set, and a step of determining the first time as the recommended preparation time if the specific mode is not set. In addition, step S1230 may further include a step of displaying information indicating that a second time has been added to the first time on the store terminal if the specific mode is set. In addition, the method (1200) may further include a step of obtaining a pre-calculated estimated delivery time for a combination of a second user terminal and a specific store, a step of displaying the estimated delivery time on the second user terminal when a specific mode is not set, and a step of displaying a time obtained by adding a second time to the estimated delivery time on the second user terminal when a specific mode is set. In addition, the method (1200) may further include a step of providing a user interface for setting a specific mode and inputting a second time on the store terminal. In addition, the method (1200) may further include a step of releasing the specific mode after a third predetermined time has elapsed after the specific mode is set.

[0120] In one embodiment, the method (1200) may further include the steps of determining an actual time taken to prepare a delivery order, if a specific mode is set, determining whether a second restriction regarding setting of the specific mode is necessary for the store terminal based on the recommended preparation time and the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order, and applying the second restriction to the store terminal in response to determining that the second restriction is necessary for the store terminal. Here, the step of determining whether the second restriction is necessary for the store terminal may include the steps of comparing the recommended preparation time with the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order, and determining whether the second restriction is necessary for the store terminal based on a result of comparing the recommended preparation time with the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order.

[0121] In one embodiment, the method (1200) may further include the step of determining an actual time taken to prepare a delivery order; if a specific mode is set, the step of determining whether the specific mode needs to be deactivated based on the recommended preparation time and the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order; and if it is determined that the specific mode needs to be deactivated, the step of displaying information suggesting the deactivation of the specific mode on the store terminal. In one embodiment, the method (1200) may further include the step of determining whether the specific mode needs to be set based on the recommended preparation time and the actual time taken to prepare the delivery order if the specific mode is not set; and if it is determined that the specific mode needs to be set, the step of displaying information suggesting the setting of the specific mode on the store terminal.
