Description

Friction shaft for slitters

[0001] The present invention relates to a friction shaft, and more particularly, to a friction shaft for slitter, having a winding tube installed on the outer surface for winding unit materials formed by cutting raw materials such as various types of paper, fabric or film at predetermined intervals into a roll shape.

[0002]

[0003] A slitter is a device that cuts along the length of a roll of raw materials such as fabric, paper, or synthetic resin film while unwinding them.

[0004] The raw material is cut into a number of small-width unit materials by a slitter and supplied in roll form.

[0005] When using a slitter, the unit materials split into several pieces must be individually wound on the outer surface of the appropriate winding tube, but it is difficult to wind all the unit materials with a uniform torque using a single rotating shaft.

[0006] If all the unit materials are wound around a single rotating shaft, the unit materials wound around the winding tube will be wound in an uneven manner, with some being wound loosely and others being wound too tightly.

[0007] Therefore, the former has a problem that the roll may come loose during the supply or use process, and the latter has a problem that the unit material may break or be elongated.

[0008] If expensive film is stretched, it may lose its marketability and cause significant damage.

[0009] Therefore, a winding device is provided to wind all unit materials with uniform torque.

[0010] The important soccer element used here is commonly called the friction shaft, and because it usually uses air pressure, it is also called the air friction shaft.

[0011] In this regard, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2014-0083406 (July 4, 2014) discloses a winding device comprising: a rod-shaped winding shaft rotated by a winding motor; a first hole formed inside the winding shaft along the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft by perforation; a plurality of third holes formed by perforation so as to be able to pass from the outer circumference of the winding shaft to the first hole and provided at intervals along the extension direction of the first hole; a plurality of holders in the shape of single pipes that are sequentially fitted to the outer circumference of the winding shaft and are fitted to the inner circumference of a pipe for winding a unit material, and are installed at each position where the third hole is provided; a first air pressure generating unit that supplies compressed air to the first hole to cause the holder to apply pressure to the pipe; wherein the holder is in the form of a single pipe and has a plurality of lug mounting grooves formed along the outer circumference, and a holder base in which a connecting hole for communicating the third hole and the lug mounting grooves is formed by perforation; A friction shaft for a slitter is provided, which includes: a lug fitted into a lug mounting groove so as to be movable along the radial direction of a winding shaft; a spring having one end supported by the lug and the other end supported by the lug mounting groove so as to receive a force to elastically protrude the lug along the radial direction of the winding shaft; a fixing cover fixed to a holder base while pressing an outer edge of the lug so as to prevent the lug from coming out of the lug mounting groove; and an air pressure guide means for guiding the lug so that compressed air supplied to a first hole is compressed toward the center of the winding shaft.

[0012] The air pressure generated from the air compressor of this friction shaft is introduced into the interior of the winding shaft from the air pressure generating unit connected to one end of the winding shaft.

[0013] And, the air pressure flowing in from one end of the winding shaft causes a plurality of lugs arranged along the length of the winding shaft to protrude from the outer surface of the winding shaft.

[0014] Meanwhile, these conventional friction shafts have air drawn in from one end of the winding shaft.

[0015] At this time, even if air of the same pressure is supplied to each holder from one end of the winding shaft, there is a problem that torque deviation occurs in each holder due to various causes such as assembly tolerance of each component, such as the retainer and bearing that make up the friction shaft, surface roughness, heat generated during operation of the product, wear, and foreign matter jamming.

[0016] Due to this, there is a problem that the unit material wound on the winding tube is wound unevenly.

[0017] Therefore, some are wound loosely and some are wound too tightly, so the former may have a problem of the roll unraveling during the supply or use process, and the latter may have a problem of the unit material breaking or stretching.

[0018] For the above reasons, the field is exploring ways to ensure that the unit material wound around the coil is evenly wound. However, satisfactory results have not yet been achieved.

[0019]

[0020] The present invention, which aims to solve the problems described above, provides a friction shaft for a slitter in which a unit material wound on a winding tube is wound uniformly.

[0021] The above-described objects and other objects, advantages and features of the present invention, and methods for achieving them will become clear with reference to the embodiments described in detail below together with the attached drawings.

FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line C-C' shown in FIG. 10, and FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line D-D' shown in FIG. 10.

[0056] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 12, a friction shaft according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which a winding tube is installed on the outer surface for winding a unit material formed by cutting raw materials such as various types of paper, fabric or film at predetermined intervals into a roll shape, includes a rotary shaft (100), a friction core (200) mounted on the rotary shaft (100), a lug portion (300) mounted on the friction core (200) to selectively chuck the winding tube, and a rotary joint (400) coupled to one end of the rotary shaft (100).

[0057] Meanwhile, the winding tube can be made of a branch tube or FRP core.

[0058] The rotary shaft (100) is rotated by a driving motor and receives compressed air from an air supply unit (500).

[0059] This rotation axis (100) includes a first body part (110), a main euro (120), and a sub euro (130).

[0060] The first body part (110) forms the body of the rotation axis (100).

[0061] The main euro (120) penetrates along the longitudinal direction of the first body part (110) and is composed of a plurality of pieces with different lengths.

[0062] And, compressed air supplied from the air supply unit (500) optionally moves to the main euro (120).

[0063] The sub-euro (130) is composed of a plurality of sub-euro (130) to correspond to a plurality of main euro (120) and connects the exterior of the first body part (110) with each other.

[0064] That is, the sub-euro (130) supplies compressed air supplied from the air supply unit (500) to the friction core (200).

[0065] The friction core (200) is formed in a short pipe shape and is composed of multiple pieces, which are mounted in parallel at predetermined intervals along the length direction of the rotation axis (100).

[0066] And, a winding tube is mounted on the outer surface of the friction core (200).

[0067] This friction core (200) includes a second body part (210), a through hole (220), a fixing hole (230), a roller part (240), a retainer support (250), and a retainer (260).

[0068] The second body part (210) forms the body of the friction core (200) and is formed in a single-tube shape.

[0069] The through holes (220) are formed in a plurality and are spaced apart from each other at equal intervals along the circumference of the second body part (210).

[0070] And the through hole (220) is a hole that penetrates radially through the second body part (210), and a lug part (300) is inserted therein.

[0071] These through holes (220) connect the outside and inside of the friction core (200) to each other.

[0072] And, the through hole (220) is formed in a T shape with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part in cross section.

[0073] The anchoring holes (230) are formed in multiple pieces, and are formed in multiple pieces along the longitudinal direction of the rotation axis (100) in the second body part (210) and are spaced apart from each other at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the second body part (210).

[0074] These anchoring holes (230) are formed in an area that does not overlap with the plurality of through holes (220) in the second body part (210), i.e., between the plurality of through holes (220).

[0075] The roller section (240) is composed of a plurality of rollers corresponding to the fixing holes (230), and is respectively fixed in a plurality of fixing holes (230).

[0076] And, the inner surface of the winding tube is in contact with the outermost side of the roller section (240).

[0077] That is, the roller section (240) allows the lug section (300) to easily move the winding tube from the friction core (200) without the winding tube being chucked.

[0078] Due to this, when the winding tube is adjusted to the friction core (200) without the lug section (300) chucking the winding tube, the roller section (240) rotates together with the winding tube to easily move the heavy winding tube to adjust its position.

[0079] The retainer support (250) is preferably formed in a ring shape and is formed in pairs and is placed at one end and the other end of the second body part (210).

[0080] And, the outer surface of the retainer support (250) is in contact with the inner surface of the second body part (210), and the inner surface is in contact with the retainer (260).

[0081] The retainer (260) is formed in a pair and is placed on the inner surface of the retainer support (250) in the left and right directions of the lug portion (300).

[0082] The outer surface of the retainer (260) is in contact with the inner surface of the retainer support (250), and the inner surface is in contact with the outer surface of the first body part (110).

[0083] These retainers (260) are made of an elastic material such as silicone or urethane, and have grooves formed in a direction facing each other.

[0084] Due to this, when air pressure is injected from the outside, the groove of the retainer (260) is elastically deformed by the air pressure, so that the outer surface of the retainer (260) presses the inner surface of the retainer support (250), and the inner surface presses the outer surface of the first body part (110).

[0085] Due to this structure, the retainer (260) can effectively transmit torque to the friction core (200) when the rotation shaft (100) rotates.

[0086] Meanwhile, a plurality of friction cores (200) having the above configuration may be composed of a first core (200_1), a second core (200_2), a third core (200_3), and a fourth core (200_4).

[0087] The first core (200_1) refers to a case where four friction cores (200) among a plurality of friction cores (200) are arranged in a first area (A1) where a rotary joint (400) is coupled, as shown in FIG. 2, and the second core (200_2) refers to a case where the other four friction cores (200) among a plurality of friction cores (200) are arranged in a second area (A2) which is a position close to the first area (A1) in an area opposite to a position where a rotary joint (400) is coupled based on the first area (A1).

[0088] And, the third core (200_3) indicates that four more friction cores (200) among the plurality of friction cores (200) are arranged in a third area (A3) that is close to the second area (A2) in an area opposite to the position where the rotary joint (400) is coupled based on the second area (A2), and the fourth core (200_4) indicates that four more friction cores (200) among the plurality of friction cores (200) are arranged in a fourth area (A4) that is close to the third area (A3) in an area opposite to the position where the rotary joint (400) is coupled based on the third area (A3).

[0089] Meanwhile, in the present invention, for the convenience of explanation, the friction shaft for slitter of the present invention is described by dividing it into the first region (A1) to the fourth region (A4), but as shown in FIG. 3, depending on the usage environment of the present invention, the friction shaft for slitter of the present invention may be composed of at least the second region or more, that is, the first region (A1) to the n-th region (An), and accordingly, the friction core (200) may also be composed of the first core (200_1) and the second core (200_2) or the first core (200_1) to the n-th core (200_n) corresponding thereto.

[0090] These multiple friction cores (200), i.e., the first core (200_1), the second core (200_2), the third core (200_3), and the fourth core (200_4), are sequentially fitted along the axial direction in the first body part (110).

[0091] Due to this, the lug portion (300) inserted into the through hole (220) of the second body portion (210) comes into contact with various positions on the inner surface of the winding tube, thereby stably chucking the winding tube.

[0092] Meanwhile, the main euros (120) having different lengths include the first main euro (121), the second main euro (122), the third main euro (123), and the fourth main euro (124).

[0093] The first main passage (121) extends from the end where the rotary joint (400) is coupled in the first body part (110) to the first area (A1), and the second main passage (122) extends from the end where the rotary joint (400) is coupled in the first body part (110) to the second area (A2) without overlapping with the first main passage (121).

[0094] And, the third main flow path (123) does not overlap with the first main flow path (121) and the second main flow path (122) in the first body part (110), and passes from the end where the rotary joint (400) is coupled to the third area (A3), and the fourth main flow path (124) does not overlap with the first main flow path (121) to the third main flow path (123), and passes from the end where the rotary joint (400) is coupled to the fourth area (A4).

[0095] And, the sub-flow path (130) formed at the end of the main flow path (120) is composed of a first sub-flow path (131), a second sub-flow path (132), a third sub-flow path (133), and a fourth sub-flow path (134) depending on the formation position among the first main flow path (121) to the fourth main flow path (124).

[0096] The first sub-channel (131) is formed in the first area (A1) from the first main channel (121) that penetrates to the first area (A1), and the second sub-channel (132) is formed in the second area (A2) from the second main channel (122) that penetrates to the second area (A2).

[0097] And, the third sub-flow (133) is formed in the third area (A3) from the third main flow (123) that penetrates to the third area (A3), and the fourth sub-flow (134) is formed in the fourth area (A4) from the fourth main flow (124) that penetrates to the fourth area (A4).

[0098] These multiple sub-euro (130) are each formed at a position corresponding to a multiple friction core (200).

[0099] That is, the present invention can supply compressed air of different pressures through a plurality of main ducts (120) and sub ducts (130).

[0100] Accordingly, compressed air of different pressures is supplied to the friction cores (200) inserted in the first region (A1) to the fourth region (A4) through a plurality of main euros (120) and sub euros (130), so that the torque generated by the air pressure is applied to each of the plurality of friction cores (200).

[0101] That is, it is possible to reduce torque deviations caused by various reasons such as assembly tolerances between components forming the friction shaft, surface roughness, heat generation during product operation, wear, and foreign matter entrapment.

[0102] “This generates a constant torque on each friction core equipped with a winding tube, allowing the fabric wound on the winding tube to be stably wound.”

[0103] Meanwhile, the present invention can have versatility according to the usage environment by reducing the deviation of the torque applied to the friction core (200) composed of multiple pieces by supplying compressed air of different pressures to the first core (200_1) to the fourth core (200_4) or supplying compressed air only to the necessary area among the first core (200_1) to the fourth core (200_4).

[0104] The lug section (300) is for chucking the winding tube, and is spaced at equal intervals along the circumference of the rotation axis (100) on the friction core (200) in a number of pieces, and is mounted so as to be able to slide in the radial direction on the friction core (200).

[0105] Specifically, the lug portion (300) is inserted into each of a plurality of through holes (220) formed along the circumference of the second body portion (210).

[0106] That is, the lug part (300) is inserted into a through hole (220) that penetrates the outer and inner surfaces of the second body part (210), thereby moving slidably according to compressed air supplied from the sub-euro (130).

[0107] This lug part (300) includes an upper lug (310), a connecting part (320), a lower lug (330), and an elastic member (340).

[0108] The upper lug (310) has its upper surface exposed to the outside, and when compressed air is supplied from the air supply unit (500), its upper surface comes into contact with the inner surface of the winding tube.

[0109] That is, the upper lug (310) chucks the winding tube when compressed air is introduced.

[0110] The connecting portion (320) extends downward from the lower surface of the upper lug (310) and has a width shorter than the longitudinal width of the rotation axis (100).

[0111] The lower lug (330) extends from the lower end of the connecting portion (320) to both ends of the rotation axis (100) in the circumferential direction, and a mounting portion (331) is formed on both upper surfaces centered on the connecting portion (320).

[0112] That is, the lower lug (330) is covered by the second body part (210).

[0113] Due to this, the lower lug (330) can be effectively prevented from being separated from the through hole when pressurized through the sub-euro (130).

[0114] The elastic member (340), preferably made of a compression spring, is seated on the seating portion (331) of the lug portion (300).

[0115] In addition, the elastic member (340) allows the lug portion (300) to return toward the rotation axis (100) when the supply of air pressure to the sub-euro (130) is stopped.

[0116] For this purpose, one end of the elastic member (340) is secured to the fixing portion (331), and the other end is in contact with the inner surface of the second body portion (210).

[0117] Due to this, the elastic member (340) elastically supports the lower lug (330), thereby allowing the lug portion (300) to elastically return toward the rotation axis (100) when the supply of air pressure to the sub-euro (130) is stopped.

[0118] The rotary joint (400) is connected to one of the ends of the rotary shaft (100) and supplies air supplied from the air supply unit (500) to the main path of the rotary shaft (100).

[0119] This rotary joint (400) includes a third body part (410), a first connecting hole (420), a second connecting hole (430), a third connecting hole (440), and a fourth connecting hole (450).

[0120] The third body part (410) forms the body of the rotary joint (400).

[0121] The first connecting hole (420) is connected to the first main channel (121) by penetrating one end and the other end of the third body part (410), and the second connecting hole (430) is connected to the second main channel (122) by penetrating one end and the other end of an area of the third body part (410) that does not overlap with the first connecting hole (420).

[0122] And, the third connecting hole (440) is connected to the third main channel (123) by penetrating one end and the other end of an area that does not overlap with the first connecting hole (420) and the second connecting hole (430) in the third body part (410), and the fourth connecting hole (450) is connected to the fourth main channel (124) by penetrating one end and the other end of an area that does not overlap with the first connecting hole (420) to the third connecting hole (440) in the third body part (410).

[0123] A connecting pipe that can receive compressed air from the air supply unit (500) is connected to each of the first connecting hole (420) to the fourth connecting hole (450).

[0124] Due to this, the first connecting hole (420) to the fourth connecting hole (450) can each receive compressed air having different pressures from the air supply unit (500) as needed.

[0125] Accordingly, the first connecting hole (420) to the fourth connecting hole (450) can effectively reduce the torque deviation applied to the first core (200_1) to the fourth core (200_4) of the first region (A1) to the fourth region (A4) by supplying compressed air of different pressures to the plurality of main passages (120) and sub passages (130), respectively.

[0126] For example, when the torque of the second core (200_2) among the first core (200_1) to the fourth core (200_4) is low, by selectively supplying air pressure that is relatively greater than that of the other cores (200_1, 200_3, 200_4) to the second core (200_2), a relatively large torque is generated in the retainer (260) of the second core (200_2), and when the torque of the fourth core (200_4) among the first core (200_1) to the fourth core (200_4) is high, by selectively supplying air pressure that is relatively less than that of the other cores (200_1, 200_2, 200_3) to the fourth core (200_4), a relatively small torque is generated in the retainer (260) of the fourth core (200_4).

[0127] This can reduce the torque deviation between the first core (200_1) to the fourth core (200_4) arranged in the first area (A1) to the fourth area (A4).

[0128] Meanwhile, the rotation shaft (100) according to another embodiment of the present invention may further include a groove (140: GROOVE).

[0129] The groove (140) is composed of a plurality of grooves, is formed along the longitudinal direction of the rotation axis (100) on the outer surface of the first body part (110), and is connected to a plurality of sub-flow paths (130).

[0130] Specifically, grooves (140) are formed in the first sub-flow (131), the second sub-flow (132), the third sub-flow (133), and the fourth sub-flow (134), respectively.

[0131] Due to this, the groove (140) can supply an even pressure of compressed air to the lug portion (300) inserted into the four friction cores (200) forming, for example, the first core (200_1).

[0132]

[0133] As such, the embodiments disclosed herein should be considered illustrative rather than restrictive. The scope of the present invention is set forth in the claims, not the foregoing description, and all differences within the scope equivalent thereto should be construed as being encompassed by the present invention.
