Description

Beauty device using superimposed ultrasound and operating method thereof

[0001] The present invention relates to a beauty device using superposition ultrasound and a method for driving the beauty device, and more specifically, to a beauty device using superposition ultrasound for effectively driving a high frequency that operates together with the superposition effect of two ultrasonic vibrators, and a method for driving the beauty device.

[0002] Wrinkles are generally known to form when collagen fiber production in the dermis layer of the skin decreases or elastic fibers lose their elasticity. To improve these wrinkles, cosmetics with wrinkle-improving properties or beauty techniques such as ultrasound and high-frequency waves are used. In particular, beauty devices that utilize ultrasound can achieve various beauty effects by transmitting ultrasonic vibrations to the skin. When an ultrasonic vibrator is irradiated on the epidermis, the ultrasound acts and causes high-speed pressure fluctuations within the skin, which can stimulate (heat) the dermis layer inside the skin through cavitation or the creation / destruction of instantaneous bubbles, which are known to have an effect of improving skin elasticity and wrinkles.

[0003] Conventional ultrasound-based beauty techniques used a single ultrasonic transducer to irradiate the skin. To effectively penetrate the skin, the ultrasound required extremely high irradiation intensity. This high intensity often resulted in the side effect of damaging the surface of the medium (skin). Furthermore, even when two or more ultrasonic transducers were used, they were limited to simultaneously outputting a constant output (e.g., frequency, voltage, phase, etc.). This method resulted in reinforcement in certain areas of the skin while cancellation occurred in other areas, making it impossible to effectively utilize the superposition of ultrasound waves within the skin.

[0004] Meanwhile, home beauty devices, unless they utilize high-power ultrasound or high-frequency technology, require continuous application to a single area for tens of seconds or even minutes before the user can feel a sensation of heat, resulting in minimal perceived effectiveness. This can lead busy modern people to waste time using beauty devices at home, as they tend to use them for extended periods. Therefore, maximizing effectiveness while minimizing treatment time is crucial.

[0005] Meanwhile, radio frequency (RF), which utilizes high-frequency technology known for its wrinkle-improving effects, has the following effects. The thermal effect of radio frequency occurs when high-frequency energy is transmitted deep into the skin, reacting with the tissue's own resistance (impedance) to generate heat. Skin tightening with radio frequency promotes collagen production, a substance that maintains skin's shape and provides elasticity. Simultaneously utilizing the thermal effect of radio frequency and the thermal effect of ultrasound can generate deep heat within the skin in the short period of time mentioned above.

[0006] Therefore, utilizing the superposition effect of two ultrasonic transducers, combined with high-frequency ultrasound, can effectively generate deep heat targeting the dermal layer of the skin. This is safer and more efficient than a single high-intensity ultrasound treatment. Therefore, there is a growing need for technology that effectively superimposes two low-intensity ultrasound waves to maximize skin beautification benefits with less energy.

[0007] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a beauty device using superimposed ultrasound for effectively driving an ultrasonic superposition effect using two ultrasonic vibrators and a high frequency operating therewith, and a method for driving the beauty device.

[0008] A beauty device using superimposed ultrasound according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an ultrasound superimposed generator configured to superimpose ultrasound onto an arbitrary dermal layer portion of skin by irradiating ultrasound with different phases onto the dermal layer portion of skin, a high-frequency generator configured to apply high-frequency pulses to the dermal layer portion of skin to which the ultrasound is superimposed, and a control unit configured to control a phase difference control operation of the ultrasound superimposed generator and an application operation of the high-frequency pulses generated from the high-frequency generator.

[0009] The above control unit can repeatedly perform a phase difference conversion operation by continuously changing the phase difference of one of the first ultrasonic vibrator and the second ultrasonic vibrator from 0 degrees to 180 degrees.

[0010] The above control unit can control the phase to increase by 5 degrees every 0.1 seconds and change the phase to 180 degrees in 3.6 seconds.

[0011] The above ultrasonic overlap generator can adjust the irradiation angle of the ultrasonic waves irradiated from the first ultrasonic vibrator and the second ultrasonic vibrator so that constructive interference occurs at a specified depth or less based on the skin surface.

[0012] The above ultrasonic overlap generator can set the distance between the center points of the first ultrasonic vibrator and the second ultrasonic vibrator within a range of 3 to 4 cm based on the irradiation angle of the ultrasonic waves.

[0013] In addition, a method for driving a beauty device using superimposed ultrasound according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a step of irradiating ultrasound having different phases to a skin dermis layer portion by an ultrasonic superimposition generator having a first ultrasonic vibrator and a second ultrasonic vibrator provided at an angle to each other so that ultrasonic waves are superimposed and irradiated to an arbitrary skin dermis layer portion, a step of applying a high-frequency pulse to the skin dermis layer portion to which the ultrasonic waves are superimposed and irradiated by a high-frequency generator provided between the first ultrasonic vibrator and the second ultrasonic vibrator, and a step of controlling a phase difference control operation of the ultrasonic superimposition generator and an application operation of the high-frequency pulse generated by the high-frequency generator by a control unit.

[0014] The above controlling step can repeatedly perform a phase difference conversion operation by continuously changing the phase difference of one of the first ultrasonic vibrator and the second ultrasonic vibrator from 0 degrees to 180 degrees.

[0015] The above controlling step can be controlled to increase the phase by 5 degrees every 0.1 seconds and convert the phase to 180 degrees in 3.6 seconds.

[0016] The above driving method may further include a step of adjusting the irradiation angle of the ultrasonic waves irradiated from the first ultrasonic vibrator and the second ultrasonic vibrator so that the ultrasonic overlap generator generates constructive interference at a depth below a specified depth based on the skin surface.

[0017] The above driving method may further include a step of setting the distance between the center points of the first ultrasonic vibrator and the second ultrasonic vibrator in a range of 3 to 4 cm based on the irradiation angle of the ultrasonic waves by the ultrasonic overlap generator.

[0018] According to an embodiment of the present invention, two ultrasonic vibrators are structurally designed so that energy can be transmitted to the dermal layer of the skin, and the phase is changed so that energy can be concentrated on the dermal layer area, and at the same time, high frequency is used to instantly generate deep heat in the dermal layer, enabling effective and rapid treatment.

[0019] In addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, by appropriately adjusting the irradiation angle for two or more ultrasonic vibrators and adjusting the phase of each ultrasonic generator, it is possible to focus energy on the dermal layer of the skin even with low-intensity ultrasonic waves, so that a skin beauty effect can be expected safely and efficiently.

[0027]

[0028] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0029] FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a beauty device using superimposed ultrasound according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a drawing showing the operation of the beauty device of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a drawing showing a part of the configuration and operating principle of the beauty device of FIG. 1, FIG. 4 is a drawing showing propagation characteristics when two ultrasonic vibrators are irradiated in parallel on a skin single layer, and FIG. 5 is a drawing for explaining temperature changes when using a superimposed technique using two vibrators.

[0030] As illustrated in FIG. 1, a beauty device (hereinafter, beauty device) (100) using superimposed ultrasound according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main body (110a to 110d) forming an outer periphery, an ultrasonic and high-frequency generator (105, 115), and part or all of a control device (120).

[0031] Here, “including some or all” means that some components such as the control device (120) may be omitted to configure the beauty device (100), or in this case, the beauty device (100) may be controlled through an app such as a smartphone, or some or all of the components constituting the control device (120) may be configured by being integrated into the ultrasonic and high-frequency generator (105, 115), etc. In order to help sufficient understanding of the invention, it is described as including all.

[0032] The main body parts (110a to 110d) can be configured to include various types of external cases, such as an upper case (or first case) (110a) and a lower case (or second case) ((110b, 110c), as seen in FIGS. 1 and 2. These main bodies (110a to 110d) can accommodate an ultrasonic and high-frequency generator (105, 115) therein or be fastened to one side thereof, and can also be viewed as having a form for configuring a control device (120) configured as a PCB board, etc. therein. Since the cases constituting the main body parts (110a to 110d) can be configured in various forms, the embodiment of the present invention will not be particularly limited to any one form. However, as seen in FIG. 1, it is preferable that the head that outputs ultrasonic and high-frequency waves be configured to be in contact with the skin.

[0033] The ultrasonic and high-frequency generator (105, 115) may include an ultrasonic generator and a high-frequency generator. The ultrasonic generator includes two or more ultrasonic vibrators, and for example, the two ultrasonic vibrators may be provided adjacent to each other (or spaced apart from each other). In addition, each ultrasonic vibrator constituting the ultrasonic generator may be provided in an inclined state so that the two ultrasonic vibrators are not arranged horizontally to generate ultrasonic waves so that ultrasonic waves can be superimposed and irradiated to an arbitrary skin dermal layer portion (99), as shown in FIG. 2, but rather so that the two ultrasonic vibrators generate ultrasonic waves so that the ultrasonic waves can be superimposed and irradiated to the same skin dermal layer portion (99). More precisely, it is preferable that the irradiation angle of the ultrasonic waves irradiated from each ultrasonic vibrator is configured so that the irradiation angle is oblique. In addition, a high-frequency generator may be provided between the two ultrasonic vibrators. By adjusting the irradiation angle of two or more ultrasonic vibrators appropriately and controlling the phase of each ultrasonic generator, energy can be focused on the dermal layer of the skin even with low-intensity ultrasonic waves, and by using high frequency to instantly generate deep heat in the dermal layer, skin beauty can be performed safely, efficiently, and quickly.

[0034] For example, if two or more ultrasonic vibrators are configured, for example, in the case of four, the high-frequency generator can be placed in the center and ultrasonic vibrators can be provided in the east, west, south, and north locations, and if three ultrasonic vibrators are configured, vibrators can be provided in three of the east, west, south, and north locations. Of course, in this case, if it is assumed that the total ultrasonic intensity due to superposition is 100, there is a phase difference, but in the case of two, it can be operated so that the sum becomes 100 due to superposition. Of course, the intensity can be investigated in various ways, such as 50:50, 60:40, or 70:30, 80:20, etc. In this form, the intensity that obtains the maximum effect without damaging the skin can be selected. In addition, even if four vibrators are configured, assuming that the total intensity of the ultrasound waves irradiated to each is 100, the ultrasound waves can be irradiated at an intensity of 25:25:25:25 to achieve overlap, but since it can be adjusted in various ways to achieve a total intensity of 100, the embodiment of the present invention will not be particularly limited to any one form. It can be seen that the embodiment of the present invention is intended to perform skin care by utilizing the overlap effect due to the constructive interference of waves instead of lowering the intensity of the ultrasound waves below the reference value.

[0035] For example, by adjusting the overlapping position of the ultrasound by slanting the irradiation angle of two ultrasonic transducers and adjusting the phase of the output of one of the ultrasonic transducers, the ultrasound can be overlapped in the target dermal layer, so that even two low-intensity ultrasound waves can produce a strong effect. In addition, by simultaneously applying high frequency (red dotted line in Fig. 2) to the overlapping position, sufficient heat energy can be supplied thermodynamically with high frequency, and by simultaneously applying overlapping ultrasound waves, the temperature rise curve can be accelerated. Therefore, the deep part can be heated quickly and an effective cosmetic effect can be expected.

[0036] The ultrasonic generator can operate on the principle that when voltage is applied to the vibrator built into the cartridge, it is converted into mechanical vibration by the inverse piezoelectric effect, thereby generating ultrasonic waves. At this time, each ultrasonic vibrator generates ultrasonic waves of different phases under the control of the control device (120) as shown in FIG. 3. In addition, the high-frequency generator applies a high-frequency pulse in the form of a pulse to the irradiated dermal layer of the skin by superimposing ultrasonic waves on a high-frequency signal (or a high-frequency high-voltage pulse) under the control of the control device (120). This is well illustrated in FIG. 2. Ultrasonic waves refer to waveforms having a frequency higher than that of sound waves that can be heard by humans. Generally, since the limit frequency that can be heard by humans is measured to be 20,000 Hz (20 kHz), waveforms having a frequency higher than 20 kHz are called ultrasonic waves. The ultrasonic generator according to an embodiment of the present invention can generate ultrasonic waves of 0.9 MHz to 1.1 MHz, which is ±10% of 1 MHz. For optimal effect, 1.0 MHz ultrasound can be generated. On the other hand, high frequency usually refers to a waveform with a frequency of 30,000 Hz (30 kHz) or higher. Since high frequency also has a frequency exceeding 20 kHz, it can be considered a type of ultrasound, but since it mainly has a thermal effect, unlike the vibration effect of ultrasound, the term high frequency can be used in the sense that it has a higher frequency than ultrasound to distinguish it. The high frequency generator receives power from the high frequency power supply and generates high frequency of the required frequency. Unlike ultrasound that transmits vibration, high frequency plays a role in generating deep heat through molecular vibration and transmitting it to the skin.

[0037] The control device (120) may be composed of a CPU or MPU provided on a PCB board, etc., and peripheral circuits thereof. For example, the peripheral circuits may be composed of a memory such as an HDD that stores a program capable of operating the ultrasonic and high frequency generator (105, 115) according to an embodiment of the present invention according to a user command. For example, when a user command is input through a user interface unit (121) such as a button of FIG. 1, the control device (120) may operate the ultrasonic and high frequency generator (105, 115) accordingly. At this time, the control device (120) may irradiate the first ultrasonic vibrator constituting the ultrasonic generator to the skin dermis layer area and then operate the second ultrasonic vibrator after a certain period of time to superimpose ultrasonic waves on the skin dermis layer area. As can be seen in FIG. 3, the overlapping time between when the first ultrasonic vibrator irradiates ultrasonic waves and when the second ultrasonic vibrator irradiates ultrasonic waves may be 1 / 2×Ton (ON time during the cycle). In other words, it can be seen that only half the time when ultrasonic waves are irradiated from the first ultrasonic vibrator overlaps with the time when ultrasonic waves are irradiated from the second ultrasonic vibrator. Of course, this overlapping time can be adjusted in various ways, and thus the embodiments of the present invention will not be specifically limited to any one driving method.

[0038] The control device (120) according to the embodiment of the present invention can be controlled in various ways, such as by applying the pulse signal to the ultrasonic vibrator of the ultrasonic generator (105) after a certain period of delay through a buffer unit (410) for holding the pulse signal as well as a control unit (400) such as a CPU or MPU for phase control. For example, the holding time may be applied equally to the first ultrasonic vibrator and the second ultrasonic vibrator.

[0039] As a result of the above configuration, the beauty device (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention can exhibit the characteristics as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. FIG. 4 shows the propagation characteristics when two ultrasonic transducers are irradiated in parallel on a skin cross-section. The key point is that the first point of overlap through constructive interference occurs near the dermal layer of the skin. When irradiated in parallel, it is shown that the first point of depth where constructive interference occurs may not occur above the dermal layer. To control this, the distance between the two transducers must be narrowed, which may be structurally difficult.

[0040] Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, by arranging the two vibrators at an angle, the initial constructive interference depth can occur at a shallower depth. Therefore, it is crucial to set the center points of the two ultrasonic vibrators to 3-4 cm and to structurally set the center point angle appropriately. Of course, the center point spacing can be adjusted in various ways, and this may be determined by the center point angle.

[0041] Wave interference is a phenomenon that occurs because waves overlap, and it refers to a phenomenon in which the amplitude of the composite wave created by the overlap of waves becomes larger or smaller than that of the original waves. In particular, constructive interference refers to a phenomenon in which the amplitude of the composite wave increases when two waves with the same frequency overlap so that the crests and troughs meet. In fact, in an embodiment of the present invention, it was confirmed that the heating initiation time by ultrasonic irradiation was shorter in superimposed irradiation, and the time required to reach the maximum heating temperature was also shorter. This is well shown in Fig. 5. In an embodiment of the present invention, by utilizing the superposition of ultrasonic waves, when two or more ultrasonic vibrators are used, the phase can be controlled to obtain a strong ultrasonic output synthesized at a necessary location, thereby maximizing the cosmetic effect within the skin.

[0042] The displacement of each wave is expressed as a trigonometric function, and the sum of the waves is again expressed as a trigonometric function, and at this time, a change in amplitude occurs. For example, when the same sine wave occurs in two places, the composite wave y can be expressed as the sum of the respective waveforms y1 and y2. This can be expressed as in <Mathematical Equation 1> to <Mathematical Equation 3>.

[0043] [Mathematical Formula 1]

[0044]

[0045] [Equation 2]

[0046]

[0047] In <Mathematical Formula 1> and <Mathematical Formula 2>, k = 2π / λ and w = 2πf are respectively represented.

[0048] [Equation 3]

[0049] At this time, the amplitude of the synthetic wave is as in <Mathematical Formula 3>. Here, Φ is the phase difference between the two waves, and we can see that the amplitude of the superimposed waves varies depending on the phase. That is, the medium (skin) vibrates with an amplitude of 2A at some locations, and is stationary at other locations. In other words, when ultrasound is irradiated on the skin, the waves interfere with each other in the space within the medium, canceling out or combining each other, resulting in both spaces where the intensity is weaker and spaces where it is stronger. In other words, this means that there may be areas in the dermis layer that we are interested in where constructive interference of ultrasound does not occur.

[0050] To solve this problem, the embodiment of the present invention can help expand the effective range by applying a method that generates a phase difference so that constructive interference can occur in all areas of the dermis layer. If the phase difference of the waves is not generated, no heat or ultrasonic effect will occur in the space where the waves cancel each other no matter how much time passes. Therefore, the beauty device (100) according to the embodiment of the present invention continuously changes the phase difference of one of the two ultrasonic waves from 0 degrees to 180 degrees. For example, if the phase is increased by 5 degrees every 0.1 seconds, it takes 3.6 seconds to change from 0 degrees to 180 degrees, and this process can be continuously repeated. The driving for this phase difference change has been examined through FIG. 3. As examined in FIG. 3, by adjusting the output phase of one ultrasonic vibrator, the effective area of overlap in the target dermis layer can be expanded.

[0051] Fig. 5 is a diagram explaining the temperature change when using the superposition technique using two vibrators. Fig. 5 (a) shows the temperature change when using one vibrator, and Fig. 5 (b) shows the temperature change when using the superposition technique using two vibrators. As can be seen in Fig. 5, when two ultrasounds are superposed, it can be confirmed that the desired temperature is increased in a shorter time and a higher temperature can be reached than when one is used. Comparing Fig. 5 (a) and (b), when using one ultrasound, the peak value is formed at approximately 28 to 48 degrees after about 70 seconds, but when using two ultrasounds, the peak value occurs at approximately 39 to 59 degrees based on the same temperature.

[0052] FIG. 6 is a block diagram illustrating a detailed structure of the beauty device of FIG. 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0053] As illustrated in FIG. 6, a beauty device (100) using superimposed ultrasound according to an embodiment of the present invention includes part or all of an ultrasonic superimposed generation unit (600), a high-frequency generation unit (610), a control unit (620), a skin beauty management unit (630), and a storage unit (640).

[0054] Here, “including some or all” means that some components, such as a storage unit (640), may be omitted to configure the beauty device (100), or a component, such as a skin care management unit (630), may be integrated into another component, such as a control unit (620), etc. In order to help a sufficient understanding of the invention, it is described as including all.

[0055] The ultrasonic overlap generator (600) includes a first ultrasonic vibrator and a second ultrasonic vibrator, and each ultrasonic vibrator can be operated under the control of the control unit (620). The first ultrasonic vibrator and the second ultrasonic vibrator are provided non-horizontally, that is, inclined, so that the ultrasonic irradiation angles of the two vibrators are inclined. This has already been sufficiently explained in FIG. 2. Since the first ultrasonic vibrator and the second ultrasonic vibrator are provided so that the ultrasonic waves are irradiated obliquely in this way, the depth of the first constructive interference can be made to occur at a shallower part of the dermis layer. Here, shallow means that the constructive interference occurs at the beginning of the dermis layer region based on the skin surface, thereby effectively generating deep heat according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0056] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the ultrasound overlap generator (600) preferably sets the distance between the center points of the two ultrasonic vibrators to approximately 3 to 4 cm. Of course, since this distance takes into account the irradiation angles of the ultrasound waves on both sides, the distance between the center points of the two ultrasonic vibrators may be changed at any time depending on the irradiation angle of the ultrasound waves. For example, since the dermis layer region has a thickness of 1 to 4 mm, the distance or irradiation angle may be considered to take this into account. Therefore, in an embodiment of the present invention, it is entirely possible to configure the irradiation angles or the distance between the center points of the first ultrasonic vibrator and the second ultrasonic vibrator to be automatically adjusted. In the case of angle adjustment, the angle may be adjusted at any time using a motor and a gear, and in the case of the distance between the vibrators, the configuration may be entirely possible using a small linear gear, etc. Therefore, an embodiment of the present invention will not be particularly limited to a fixed type of device configuration.

[0057] The high-frequency generator (610) may have a configuration for generating high-frequency pulses. For example, the high-frequency generator (610) may output high-frequency pulses through an operation of amplifying a pulse voltage to a predetermined level under the control of the control unit (620). As can be seen in FIG. 2, the high-frequency generator (610) is provided between the first ultrasonic vibrator and the second ultrasonic vibrator, and thus, as seen in FIG. 2, the high-frequency pulse (or high-frequency voltage) is irradiated in a direction perpendicular to the dermal layer portion where the ultrasonic waves are superimposed and irradiated. Through this, it is possible to generate deep heat within the skin in a short period of time by utilizing the thermal effect of the ultrasonic waves and the thermal effect of the high frequency.

[0058] The control unit (620) can perform a skin care operation according to a command from a user using the skin care device (100). When there is a user command, the control unit (620) can execute a program related to a beauty care operation installed inside the skin care management unit (630), and accordingly, the ultrasonic overlap generation unit (600) can control the two ultrasonic vibrators it comprises according to preset control data to generate ultrasonic waves with different phase differences. For example, one of the two ultrasonic vibrators can continuously change (or vary) the phase difference from 0 degrees to 180 degrees, and accordingly, for example, it can take 3.6 seconds to change from 0 degrees to 180 degrees by increasing the phase difference by 5 degrees every 0.5 seconds, and it can be seen that the control unit (620) repeatedly performs this operation.

[0059] Of course, in addition to this phase difference change operation, the control unit (620) can control the high frequency generation unit (610) to control the high frequency generation. Low frequency or low intensity ultrasonic waves can be irradiated through the ultrasonic vibrator, and at the same time, high frequency can be controlled to be provided from the high frequency generation unit (610). Of course, this control operation can be performed in various ways depending on the design of the control program installed in the skin care management unit (630), and thus the embodiment of the present invention will not be particularly limited to any one form.

[0060] The skin care management unit (630) may be equipped with a control program for the operation of the skin care device (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the program may be executed under the control of the control unit (620). For example, the skin care management unit (630) may store control data for controlling the operation of two ultrasonic vibrators constituting the ultrasonic overlap generation unit (600) and the high-frequency generation unit (610). Here, the control program of the control data may be related to continuously changing the phase difference of one of the two ultrasonic waves from 0 degrees to 180 degrees, thereby increasing the phase by 5 degrees every 0.1 seconds so that it takes 3.6 seconds to change from 0 degrees to 180 degrees, and continuously repeating this process.

[0061] Of course, the skin care management unit (630) may be equipped with an artificial intelligence program to enable customized skin care actions for each user. For example, important considerations may include how to set the ultrasound overlap time and when to apply high frequency waves. To this end, the skin care management unit (630) may perform measurements related to skin characteristics, and may also analyze motion data when using the beauty device (100) to enable customized actions for each user based on this analysis. The artificial intelligence program may learn motion data according to the skin characteristics of users, and may perform customized actions for each user based on this learned data.

[0062] The storage unit (640) can temporarily store various types of data or information processed under the control of the control unit (620). When a user command is received, for example, through a button, the storage unit (640) can temporarily store the corresponding information and then provide it to the skin care management unit (630). For example, when the power on / off button is selected, the control unit (620) can terminate the operation of the beauty device (100) based on the corresponding information.

[0063] In addition to the above, the ultrasonic overlap generator (600), high-frequency generator (610), control unit (620), skin care management unit (630), and storage unit (640) of FIG. 6 can perform various operations, and other detailed information has been sufficiently explained above, so it will be replaced with those contents.

[0064] Figure 7 is a flowchart showing the driving process of the beauty device of Figure 1.

[0065] For convenience of explanation, referring to FIG. 7 together with FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a beauty device (100) using superimposed ultrasound according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an ultrasound superimposition generator in which a first ultrasonic vibrator and a second ultrasonic vibrator are provided at an angle to each other so that ultrasound is superimposed and irradiated to an arbitrary skin dermis layer area, and irradiates ultrasound with different phases to the skin dermis layer area (S700). One of the two ultrasonic vibrators changes the phase difference from 0 degrees to 180 degrees, and increases the phase by 5 degrees every 0.1 second, so that it may take 3.6 seconds to change the phase from 0 degrees to 180 degrees. And, the operation can be repeated.

[0066] In addition, the beauty device (100) can apply a high-frequency pulse (or signal) to the dermal layer of the skin where the ultrasound waves are overlapped and irradiated by a high-frequency generator (or high-frequency generator) provided between the first ultrasonic vibrator and the second ultrasonic vibrator (S710). By applying a high-frequency pulse to the area where the ultrasound waves are overlapped or by stimulating the skin to the area, it is possible to simultaneously utilize the thermal effect of the high frequency and the thermal effect of the ultrasound waves to generate deep heat within the skin in a short period of time.

[0067] The control unit, such as the CPU or MPU, that constitutes the beauty device (100) can control the phase difference control operation of the first ultrasonic vibrator and the second ultrasonic vibrator that constitute the ultrasonic overlap generation unit, and can also control the high frequency generation of the high frequency generation unit. For example, the high frequency generation can be performed after the phase difference control operation of the ultrasonic vibrator is performed for a preset time, and the ultrasonic phase control operation and the high frequency generation operation can be performed simultaneously.

[0068] In addition to the above, the beauty device (100) using the overlapping ultrasound of FIGS. 1 and 2 can perform various operations, and other detailed information has been sufficiently explained above, so it will be replaced with that information.

[0069] Meanwhile, even though all components constituting the embodiments of the present invention have been described as being combined or operating in combination, the present invention is not necessarily limited to such embodiments. That is, within the scope of the purpose of the present invention, all of the components may be selectively combined and operated one or more times. In addition, although all of the components may be implemented as individual independent hardware, some or all of the components may be selectively combined and implemented as a computer program having program modules that perform some or all of the functions of the combined hardware in one or more pieces. The codes and code segments constituting the computer program can be easily inferred by those skilled in the art of the present invention.
