Description

[0001] HIDDEN MOUNTING PROFILE FOR FRAME-SHEATHING STRUCTURES

[0002] PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

[0003] The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the construction of frame-sheathing structures of suspended ceilings to create functional zones for hidden installation of niches in frame-sheathing structures.

[0004] PRIOR ART

[0005] Recently, the style of "minimalism" has become widespread in the spheres of architecture and design. It is characterized by the creation of laconic forms in the form of contrasting lines on the surfaces of walls and ceilings. Such lines have a clear shape, and the contrast is given either by color or light, or both together. At the same time, in the ceiling space (the area above the created surface of the suspended ceiling and below the main ceiling of the room) technical objects are placed, such as electrical systems, ventilation systems and other equipment, for the output of the end nodes of which in the zappoottoollooochnnooomm space with the help of profile structures, cavities of niches of the suspended ceiling are formed. Profiles for such structures are called hidden mounting profiles. As a rule, such solutions are used when creating stretch ceilings, but at present such solutions have become relevant in the field of frame-sheathing structures.Frame-sheathing structures are made of metal profiles that form a metal frame of a suspended ceiling with a sheathing placed on it, made of sheet material, on the surface of which a decorative-finish coating is applied in the form of finishing compositions (putty) and paint compositions (paint). In everyday life, such structures are called plasterboard ceilings (for example, the Knauf company website, which reveals this type of ceilings https: / / www.knauf.ru / catalog / complete-systems / ceilings / ). The main task associated with the formation of niches with a cavity in the ceiling space in this type of suspended ceilings is to maintain the geometry of the line, which is formed by means of hidden mounting profiles.Such a line or gap in the plane of the ceiling is usually made in the form of an elongated rectangle, for the neat appearance of which (evenness of lines and retention of right angles or architectural forms) and preservation of the functional properties of the niche hidden behind it (correspondence of sizes with the track, sliding door guide, diffuser and other equipment), the problem of preserving the geometry of the cavity perimeter of the suspended ceiling niche should be solved. Changes in the geometry of the structure, especially in its lower part, affect the adjoining of lamps to busbars located parallel to the adapter, retention of the lamp track in the niche, smoothness of sliding doors and many other factors. Violation of geometry, such as displacement of angles and waviness of lines, as a rule, occurs due to the fact that when forming the cavity of the niche with hidden mounting profiles, a gap is formed in the frame-sheathing structure, which contributes to movements in this area. When performing painting works, finishing compositions at the junction of the cladding sheets with the hidden installation profile form stress zones due to the expansion-compression properties of finishing materials - linear expansions. In addition, during painting works, the compositions can get into the hidden cavity of the niche and it is not always possible to remove them from there qualitatively without damaging the decorative-finish coating due to the small width of the gap. Drying inside in the cavity of the niche, these finishing compositions interfere with the installation of equipment. The problem of finishing compositions getting in can be solved with a decorative insert, for example, as in the track built into the plasterboard from the Technolight company. track / ). Such a track is made in a U-shaped cross-section, and the side walls are provided with symmetrical grooves for fixing the decorative insert by means of L-shaped protrusions, which the insert is provided with on both sides, while the insert fits into the cavity of the niche freely and without a stop in the grooves. With such a design of units, the use of an insert to hold the geometry is impossible, since the insert must be flexible enough to remove the protrusions from the grooves, it is the flexibility of the insert that does not allow it to hold the profile geometry in stress zones.

[0006] A device for installing a lamp (a prototype of the claimed technical solution) is known from the prior art. It is made in the form of a profile structure including a tear-off bar with weakened zones at the point of attachment to the profile walls, which closes the internal cavity from putty during painting (see patent for utility model RU 195036 U1; MIC: F21V 21 / 04; F21S 8 / 02; E04F 13 / 074; application: 2019138724, dated 11 / 29 / 2019; Patent Holder: Centersvet LLC (RU). Such a solution does not allow to sufficiently ensure the strength of the structure against linear expansions due to the presence of specially weakened zones at the point of attachment of the tear-off bar to the profile walls, which are not capable of holding the geometry of the profile, and does not allow to avoid defects in the decorative finishing coating after it dries along the entire niche lines when tearing such a strip out of the device.

[0007] ESSENCE OF THE INVENTION

[0008] The technical result of the claimed technical solution is an increase in resistance to changes in the geometry of the suspended ceiling structure with a niche for hidden installation of equipment when performing finishing work along the perimeter of the niche in the lower part of its cavity, namely in the places where the hidden installation profile is connected to the sheet sheathing and finishing compounds.

[0009] In order to achieve the technical result, a concealed mounting profile for frame-sheathing structures is proposed, containing at least one means of coupling with the frame-sheathing structure, characterized in that the lower part of the means of coupling with the frame-sheathing structure has a stop unit for accommodating an insert in the form of a plate, which is made in the form of a stop wall, the height of which is comparable to the thickness of the insert plate, and a support platform, provided with a locking element in the form of a tooth, made with the possibility of locking the insert placed in the stop unit from above, limiting its upward movement, while not preventing its extraction from the stop unit by pressing with a hand from below. It is preferable when the lower part of the means of coupling with the frame-sheathing structure is made in the form of an inclined to the axis of symmetry of the concealed mounting profile in cross section. Such a concealed mounting profile can be provided with connecting elements. Also, such a concealed mounting profile can be equipped with at least one upper shelf, which in turn can be equipped with through holes and joints with a static pressure chamber.

[0010] An insert for a concealed mounting profile for frame-sheathing structures, characterized in that it is made in the form of a plate having a thickness comparable to the stop wall of the stop unit of the lower part of the means for coupling with the frame-sheathing structure of the concealed mounting profile, and is provided with openings made with the possibility of inserting the user's fingers into them to ensure its removal from the profile by turning it to a vertical position.

[0011] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1-3 shows the claimed technical solution in accordance with the invention.

[0012] FEASIBILITY OF THE INVENTION

[0013] The invention proposes a solution to the problem of preserving the geometry of the niche perimeter in a frame-sheathing structure (FSS), namely its visible part of the gap in the plane of the suspended ceiling. This problem is relevant for suspended ceilings of a frame-sheathing structure, since recently systems for hidden installation have become widespread. The length of such niches can be significant, and therefore the breaks in the FSS, reducing its rigidity, are also large. In addition, the technical solution will protect the interior space of the niche from the ingress of finishing compounds during painting work.

[0014] The penetration of finishing compounds into the niche cavity may negatively affect the installation of tracks and lamp adapters, as well as other equipment (depending on the purpose of using the niche).

[0015] The problem is solved by creating a spacer unit 1 with an insert 2

[0016] (Fig. 1-2), which is located in the lower part of the cavity 3 of the niche - the place most vulnerable to deformation, since in this place the cladding 4, putty and hidden mounting profile 5, which is made of metal, are connected. Metal, for example, aluminum does not have sufficient adhesion to finishing materials and is subject to the influence of pressure during expansion and compression of both the sheet cladding 4 (for example, with temperature and humidity changes) and finishing compounds, when, during their application, pressure is created on the lower part of the profile, which leads to its deformation and the line of the niche becomes wavy, when drying, a crack inevitably forms at the junction with the metal profile since the metal profile does not have adhesion to the putty. To solve this problem, a spacer unit 1 of the frame-sheathing structure 6 is proposed, as shown in Fig.1, which is created by means of a concealed mounting profile 5, having a means of coupling 7 with a frame-and-sheathing structure 6 (both with its metal frame 8 and sheathing 4) equipped in the lower part 9 with a stop unit 10 for placing an insert 2. The insert 2 acts as a stiffening rib along the perimeter of the niche in the frame-and-sheathing structure 6, preventing a change in its geometry in the lower part of the cavity 3 of the niche and closing it from the ingress of finishing materials.

[0017] Structurally, the spacer unit 1 is made as follows: a concealed mounting profile 5 is placed along the perimeter of the niche with an indentation downwards with the lower part of the coupling means 7 with the KOC 6 by the height of the sheathing 4. For example, with a single-layer sheathing 4 this can be 9 mm or 12.5 mm, and with a two-layer one - double such size or both in combination. It is advisable to increase the indentation value by the thickness of the finishing compounds for which the edge of the lower part 9 of the coupling means 7 with the KOC 6 of the concealed mounting profile 5 forming the niche line on the plane 11 of the suspended ceiling acts as a beacon. In the thrust units 10 (opened on A of Figure 2) an insert 2 is placed, providing rigidity of the entire structure by leveling out movements, since it is installed along the perimeter of the lower part of the cavity 3 of the niche and by thrust.

[0018] To increase the rigidity of the niche structure, the spacer unit 1 can be provided with an upper stiffening rib, for this purpose the concealed mounting profile 5 can have more than one coupling means 7 with the KOK 6 (as shown in Fig. 2) connected to each other by at least one upper shelf 12 (as shown in Fig. 2). The upper shelf 12 can be made either integral or in the form of panels. To equip a ventilation system (for example, when using a niche as a slot diffuser) by means of the spacer unit 1, the upper shelf 12 (Fig. 3) can be provided with through holes 13 and joints 14 with the static pressure chamber.

[0019] In order to increase the contact area 15 with finishing materials, the lower part 9 of the means of coupling 7 with the KOK 6 of the hidden mounting profile 5 can be made in the form of an inclined section to the axis of symmetry of the spacer unit 1 (as shown in Fig. 2), thus increasing the adhesive properties of the spacer unit 1. The damper tape is capable of covering a large area of putty, which, when applying the final layer, will to a greater extent prevent the appearance of cracks along the niche line.

[0020] The stop unit 10 in turn must ensure the immobility of the position of the insert 2 in the spacer unit 1, as well as the possibility of its removal from the cavity 3 of the niche without damaging the decorative finishing coating (in the form of finishing compositions (paint) and paint compositions (paint) on the surface of the suspended ceiling). For this purpose, the stop unit 10 is made (as shown in reference A of Fig. 2) in the form of a stop wall 16 against which the insert 2 rests with its peripheral part 17 and a support platform 18, supporting the insert 2 from below, preventing it from falling out of the cavity 3 of the niche and destroying the stop unit 1, and is provided with a locking element in the form of a tooth 19, locking the insert 2 from above, limiting its upward movement, but not preventing its removal from the stop unit 10 by pressing with a hand from below.

[0021] Insert 2 for a concealed mounting profile, its installation by thrust into the thrust unit of frame-sheathing structures is made of engineering plastic in vviddee ppllaasstttiinnyy - such material and shape are optimal for creating "stiffening ribs" in the cavity 3 of the niche, and when removing the insert from the thrust unit, the line of the niche is not damaged.

[0022] The insert 2 has a thickness comparable to the stop wall 16 of the stop unit 10 of the lower part 9 of the means of coupling 7 with the frame-sheathing structure 6 of the hidden mounting profile 5, which prevents its mobility in the spacer unit 1. In order to facilitate the removal of the insert from the cavity of the niche, it has openings 20 (Fig. 3) for hooking the insert with the fingers.

[0023] In order to form niches of great length, the concealed mounting profile 5 can be provided with connecting cavities 21 (Figs. 1 and 3) formed by connecting elements 22, located both on the coupling means 7 with the COC 6, and on the upper shelf 12, if present.

[0024] The operation of the invention is illustrated by the following example.

[0025] At the stage of erecting the metal frame of the frame-sheathing structure 6, in one embodiment, the concealed mounting profile 5 is fixed on the guide profile with an indentation of the lower part 9 of the coupling means 7 with the KOK 6 by the thickness of the sheathing 4, the resulting structure is placed along the perimeter of the niche of the KOK 6, forming its cavity 3, coupling the concealed mounting profiles 5 with each other by installing connectors (not shown in the Fig.) in the connecting cavities 21 of the connecting elements 22 intended for them. In another embodiment, the upper shelf 12 of the concealed mounting profile 5 is fixed on the guide profile of the metal frame 8, forming a cavity 3 of the niche, coupling the concealed mounting profiles 5 with each other in one line by installing connectors in the connecting cavities 21 of the connecting elements 22 intended for them.

[0026] Insert 2 is placed in stop assemblies 10 in such a way that it is located on support platform 18, is fixed from above by fixing element in the form of tooth 19 and rests with peripheral parts 17 against stop wall 16, i.e. is installed by thrust. At the next stage, the surface of the suspended ceiling is formed, for this purpose, sheathing sheets 4 are sewn to metal frame 8, bringing their peripheral part to the lower part 9 of the coupling means 7 with KOC 6. Then finishing works are performed. The surface of the suspended ceiling is puttyed in the first layer, then a damper tape is placed along the perimeter of the niche to prevent cracking of the putty at the place of its adjoining with hidden installation profile 5. Cover with a second layer of putty and continue finishing the surface. Then the obtained plane 11 is painted. After painting and finishing works are performed, insert 2 is removed from stop assemblies 10.The thumbs and index fingers of both hands are inserted into two adjacent holes 20 of the plate of insert 2, pressed on insert 2 from below, turned vertically and extracted from the cavity 3 of the resulting niche. As a result, the line of the niche in the visible part remains even - the displacement of the geometry is prevented.
