Description

Axial pump equipped with vibration damping device

[0001] The present invention relates to an axial pump equipped with a vibration damping device, and more particularly, to an axial pump equipped with a vibration damping device capable of damping vibration by minimizing a shroud gap and reducing a relative inflow angle by the shape of an inlet guide vane.

[0002] With the recent rise in energy costs, interest in improving the efficiency of fluid machinery, which consumes relatively high energy costs, is growing. In particular, axial flow pumps, with their extremely high suction and discharge flow rates, and fluid flow direction along the rotor's axial direction, are driving various attempts to improve their efficiency.

[0003] However, since the inlet guide vane of the conventional axial pump is fixed to the suction casing, it is impossible to adjust the performance according to the change in flow rate, and there is a problem that vibration occurs due to the change in the relative flow angle of the rotor.

[0004] In addition, conventional axial pumps generate vibration and noise when the pump operates due to various hydraulic and mechanical causes such as imbalance of the pump rotor, flow resistance due to discharge of fluid, mixing of foreign substances in the fluid, and other causes, which cause problems such as reduced performance and frequent breakdown of the axial pump. However, in the case of axial pumps installed in fluids such as sewage and wastewater, it is very difficult to determine whether there is a problem with the device from the outside, and frequent repair and replacement are not easy.

[0005] In order to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, one embodiment of the present invention aims to provide an axial pump equipped with a vibration damping device that can minimize a shroud gap and reduce a relative inflow angle by the shape of an inlet guide vane to reduce vibration, and can prevent noise and vibration caused by rotational imbalance and deterioration of performance by installing a detachable axial pump balance adjustment member, and can improve workability in the field by being easy to disassemble and assemble.

[0007] In one embodiment, the shaft may be provided on the inside of the inlet guide vane in the direction of fluid inflow.

[0008] In one embodiment, the driving unit may include a ring-shaped plate arranged on the outer periphery of the suction casing; a support pin fixed to one surface of the suction casing and rotatably supporting the ring-shaped plate; a bearing provided at an end of the support pin and rotating according to the movement of the plate; a blocking plate covering the through hole while exposing the shaft to the outside; a first coupling portion axially coupled to the shaft to rotate the shaft; a second coupling portion vertically coupled to the plate; and a first link connecting the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion to transmit the rotational force of the plate to the shaft.

[0009] In one embodiment, the axial pump equipped with the vibration damping device may further include a lever portion coupled to the plate to rotate the plate. Here, the lever portion may include: a shaft portion fixed to one surface of the suction casing; a third coupling portion vertically coupled to the plate; an L-shaped lever rotatably coupled to the shaft portion; and a second link connecting the lever and the third coupling portion to transmit the rotational force of the lever to the plate.

[0010] In one embodiment, the cylinder may be connected to the lever.

[0011] An axial pump equipped with a vibration damping device according to one embodiment of the present invention can improve workability in the field by being easy to disassemble and assemble with a detachable balancing member of the axial pump, can solve the problem of vibration and noise due to uneven rotation of a rotating body in the axial pump, can prevent damage to the structure of the axial pump through low-vibration operation, can extend the life of the axial pump, and can enable stable operation control of the axial pump.

[0012] An axial pump equipped with a vibration damping device according to one embodiment of the present invention can reduce vibration by minimizing the shroud gap and reducing the relative inflow angle by adjusting the shaft position and rotation angle of the inlet guide vane, thereby improving the performance of the axial pump.

[0013] An axial pump equipped with a vibration damping device according to one embodiment of the present invention can further improve the performance of the axial pump by adjusting the rotation angle of the inlet guide vane by the driving unit, thereby reducing the relative inflow angle by adjusting the angle of the inlet guide vane according to the flow rate.

[0024] Hereinafter, an axial pump equipped with a vibration damping device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an axial pump equipped with a vibration damping device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0025] Referring to FIG. 1, an axial pump (10) equipped with a vibration damping device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an axial pump (11), a vibration damping device (100), and an axial pump connecting device (200).

[0026] An axial pump (11) is a type of motor pump that is installed in a fluid such as sewage or wastewater, sucks in the fluid according to the rotation of an impeller (160) to be described later, and the sucked fluid flows along the axial direction and is then discharged to the outside through a discharge pipe. It is divided into a horizontal pump whose main axis is parallel to the horizontal plane and a vertical pump whose main axis is vertical. Depending on the purpose, vertical pumps are classified into land pumps used on land and submersible pumps used underwater.

[0027] The vibration damping device (100) is a device for damping vibration by having a variable inlet guide vane (120) provided in an axial pump (10), and is a device for improving the performance of the axial pump (10) by adjusting the angle of the inlet guide vane (120) in the suction casing (110) according to the flow rate.

[0028] The axial pump connecting device (200) is a balancing member of the axial pump (10) that can be detached as needed. The axial pump connecting device (200) may include a pump connecting member (210) and a fastening member (220).

[0029] The pump connecting member (210) is a structure bent in the shape of the letter “ㄱ”, and one end thereof is connected to one side of the axial pump (10), and the other end thereof can be connected to the cylinder connecting member (151). At this time, the pump connecting member (210) can be placed between the axial pump (10) and the vibration damping device (100). Accordingly, the pump connecting member (210) can transmit vibration and shaking caused by uneven rotation due to abnormal operation of the rotating body of the axial pump (10) to the vibration damping device (100) connected through the cylinder (150).

[0030] The fastening member (220) is composed of a bolt and a nut, and can fasten the pump fastening member (210) of the axial pump fastening device (200) and the cylinder fastening device (151) of the cylinder (150). At this time, the fastening member (220) can firmly fasten and fix the axial pump fastening device (200) and the cylinder (150) so that they do not easily come loose even when there is continuous movement such as vibration or shaking caused by the uneven rotation of the axial pump (10).

[0031] In addition, the axial pump connection device (200) can be coupled to the upper end of the cylinder (150). For example, the axial pump connection device (200) is configured such that a pump connection member (210) having one end coupled to one side of the axial pump (10) and a cylinder connection member (151) provided at the upper end of the cylinder (150) are coupled and fixed by a connection member (220), thereby connecting the axial pump (10) and the vibration damping device (100) to the upper end of the cylinder (150).

[0032] As a result, the axial pump connecting device (200) can be selectively mounted on the vibration damping device (100) as needed to simply and accurately adjust and maintain the rotational balance of the axial pump (10). As a result, the axial pump connecting device (200) can prevent severe vibration, shaking, and noise caused by uneven rotation due to abnormal operation of the rotor of the axial pump (10) or operating load due to fluid resistance, and can solve the problem of a vicious cycle in which the rotor of the existing axial pump (10) rotates unevenly, damaging the components of the axial pump (10) and causing the shaft to bend, shortening the lifespan of the axial pump (10) or reducing the operating efficiency, and can maintain the vibration of the shaft of the axial pump (10) by reducing it, so that quiet and stable quiet operation can be achieved.

[0033] In this way, the axial pump (10) equipped with a vibration damping device according to one embodiment of the present invention can improve workability in the field by being easy to disassemble and assemble as a balancing member of the detachable axial pump (11), can solve the problem of vibration and noise due to uneven rotation of the rotor in the axial pump (11), can prevent damage to the structure of the axial pump (11) through low-vibration operation, can extend the life of the axial pump (11), and can enable stable operation control of the axial pump (11).

[0034] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a vibration damping device mounted on an axial pump according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of an impeller of a vibration damping device mounted on an axial pump according to one embodiment of the present invention in a coupled state.

[0035] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the vibration damping device (100) includes a suction casing (110), an inlet guide vane (120), a driving unit (130), a lever unit (140), and a cylinder (150).

[0036] The suction casing (110) has a function of sucking fluid and may be provided at the front end of the axial pump (10). An inlet guide vane (120) may be coupled to the inside of the suction casing (110). At this time, a through hole (112) may be provided on the inside of the suction casing (110). That is, the inlet guide vane (120) may be coupled to the suction casing (110) through the through hole (112). The through holes (112) may be provided in the number of inlet guide vanes (120), and may be provided at equal intervals or equal angles.

[0037] This suction casing (110) may be provided in an overall cylindrical reel shape. That is, the suction casing (110) may include a first surface (114), a second surface (116), and an outer circumferential surface (118).

[0038] The first surface (114) may be formed as a plate shape having a constant width and is a surface that is coupled to the guide casing at the rear end. This first surface (114) may be provided in a ring shape. In this case, the outer diameter of the first surface (114) may be formed to be larger than the outer diameter of the second surface (116).

[0039] Here, a first inclined surface (115) may be provided between the first surface (114) and the outer surface (118). That is, the inner side of the suction casing (110) may be structured such that the inner diameter expands from the inner side corresponding to the outer surface (118) toward the first surface (114).

[0040] The second surface (116) is the front surface through which the fluid flows, and is provided opposite the first surface (114) and may be formed in the shape of a plate having a constant width. This second surface (116) may be provided in a ring shape. In this case, the inner diameter of the second surface (116) may be formed to be larger than the inner diameter of the outer circumferential surface (118).

[0041] Here, a second inclined surface (117) may be provided between the second surface (116) and the outer circumferential surface (118). That is, the inner side of the suction casing (110) may have a structure in which the inner diameter expands from the inner side corresponding to the outer circumferential surface (118) toward the second surface (116). This second inclined surface (117) may be provided to increase the speed at which the fluid flows in. In addition, the second inclined surface (117) may form a free space by adjusting the angle of the inlet guide vane (120). At this time, the angle of the second inclined surface (117) may be determined according to the maximum rotation angle of the inlet guide vane (120) and the shape of the inlet guide vane (120).

[0042] The outer surface (118) may be formed between the first surface (114) and the second surface (116) so that its inner diameter is smaller than the inner diameters of the first surface (114) and the second surface (116). A through hole (112) may be formed in the outer surface (118). In addition, the outer surface (118) may be provided with a driving unit (130) as described below.

[0043] At this time, the outer circumference (118) may be provided with an extension (119) at a position corresponding to the through hole (112). The extension (119) may be provided to protrude outwardly from the outer circumference (118). At this time, the extension (119) may have a cylindrical tube shape. The extension (119) may be provided along the outer circumference (118) in the number of inlet guide vanes (120), and may be provided at equal intervals or at equal angles.

[0044] An inlet guide vane (120) may be provided on the inside of the suction casing (110). At this time, the inlet guide vane (120) may be coupled to the suction casing (110) through a through hole (112). A plurality of inlet guide vanes (120) may be provided to divide the path of the inflowing fluid. The inlet guide vane (120) will be described later with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.

[0045] The driving unit (130) may be provided along the outer circumference of the suction casing (110). That is, the driving unit (130) may be provided between the outer circumference (118) of the suction casing (110) and the first surface (114) and the second surface (116). The driving unit (130) may be coupled to the inlet guide vane (120) and may drive the inlet guide vane (120) to adjust the angle. The driving unit (130) will be described later with reference to FIG. 5.

[0046] The lever unit (140) is coupled between the driving unit (130) and the cylinder (150) and can transmit the power of the cylinder (150) to the driving unit (130). At this time, the lever unit (140) can transmit the power to rotate the driving unit (130). The lever unit (140) will be described later with reference to FIG. 6.

[0047] The cylinder (150) can provide power to the driving unit (130) through the lever unit (140). For example, the cylinder (150) may be a hydraulic cylinder. This cylinder (150) can be driven by being connected to a control system (not shown) of an axial pump. That is, if it is determined that the control system (not shown) of the axial pump monitors the flow rate and adjusts the angle of the inlet guide vane (120) according to the flow rate, the operation of the cylinder (150) can be controlled.

[0048] In this way, the axial pump (10) equipped with a vibration damping device according to one embodiment of the present invention can reduce vibration by minimizing the shroud gap and reducing the relative inflow angle by adjusting the shaft position and rotation angle of the inlet guide vane, thereby improving the performance of the axial pump.

[0049] FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a vibration damping device according to one embodiment of the present invention with the cylinder removed, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view of an inlet guide vane of a vibration damping device according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0050] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the inlet guide vane (120) may be provided with a shaft (122) on one side. This shaft (122) may be placed in the through hole (112) of the suction casing (110). That is, the inlet guide vane (120) may be coupled to the suction casing (110) through the shaft (122). Here, the shaft (122) may be a rotational axis for varying the angle of the inlet guide vane (120).

[0051] The applicant has experimentally confirmed that changes in the performance characteristics of the axial pump (10) under overload conditions, particularly changes in the relative inflow angle affecting vibration, occur depending on changes in the rotational axis of the inlet guide vane (120) and the gap between the shrouds. In addition, the applicant has examined the changes in the relative inflow angle measured at the exit of the inlet guide vane (120) domain and has found that the smaller the increase in the relative inflow angle due to the increase in flow rate in the overflow section, the better the performance characteristics of the axial pump (10), particularly the vibration damping characteristics. Based on these facts, the present invention proposes a shape of the inlet guide vane (120) and a position of the shaft (122) so as to reduce the relative inflow angle.

[0052] Here, the shroud gap of the inlet guide vane (120) can be changed depending on the formation position of the shaft (122). That is, since the rotation axis of the inlet guide vane (120) changes depending on the position of the shaft (122), the shroud gap can also be changed. In particular, the shroud gap can be determined depending on the maximum rotation range of the inlet guide vane (120). In conclusion, the hydraulic efficiency of the axial pump under overload conditions can be changed depending on the position of the shaft (122) of the inlet guide vane (120) and the shroud gap.

[0053] Accordingly, the shaft (122) may be provided on the first side (121) of the shroud side of the inlet guide vane (120). That is, the shaft (122) may be provided on the inner side in the direction of fluid inflow of the inlet guide vane (120). In addition, the shaft (122) may be provided on the third side (126) of the rotor side of the first side (121) of the inlet guide vane (120).

[0054] Here, when the shaft (122) is provided on the center or fourth side (127) of the inlet guide vane (120), it was confirmed that the shroud gap on the trailing side increases and the tendency of the relative inflow angle to decrease according to the angle change of the inlet guide vane (120) is not large.

[0055] At this time, the shaft (122) can be exposed on the outer surface (118) of the suction casing (110). That is, the shaft (122) can be arranged so that its end is exposed to the outside of the extension (119). Accordingly, the shaft (122) can be coupled to the driving unit (130).

[0056] A fixed part (125) may be provided between the inlet guide vane (120) and the shaft (122). The fixed part (125) may have a diameter larger than the diameter of the shaft (122). The fixed part (125) may be provided with an outer diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the extension part (119) of the suction casing (110). At this time, the fixed part (125) may be provided with a groove part (124) on the shaft (122) side. This groove part (124) may be provided along the outer circumference of the fixed part (125). In addition, the groove part (124) may be seated on a jaw part (not shown) provided on the inner surface of the extension part (119). That is, the fixed part (125) may be able to couple the shaft (122) to the suction casing (110) while simultaneously being rotatably coupled by the groove part (124).

[0057] The shape of the first side (121) on the shroud side of the inlet guide vane (120) can be determined according to the maximum rotation angle. For example, the maximum rotation angle of the inlet guide vane (120) can be 25 to 45°. If the maximum rotation angle of the inlet guide vane (120) exceeds 45°, the shroud gap becomes too large, resulting in a large difference in the relative inflow angle depending on the position of the inlet guide vane (120). In addition, if the maximum rotation angle of the inlet guide vane (120) is less than 25°, the variable range by adjusting the angle of the inlet guide vane (120) does not sufficiently satisfy the performance of the axial pump under overload conditions.

[0058] At this time, the first side (121) may be provided to be curved around the central portion. The first side (121) may be arranged so that its central portion is in contact with the inner surface corresponding to the outer circumference (118), and both ends are spaced apart from the inner surface corresponding to the outer circumference (118) and the second inclined surface (117). Here, the space between the first side (121) and the inner surface corresponding to the outer circumference (118) and the second inclined surface (117) is a space that can rotate to adjust the angle of the inlet guide vane (120).

[0059] The inlet guide vane (120) may be provided with a second side (123) on the hub side in a curved shape. At this time, the second side (123) has a shape corresponding to the outer shape of the impeller (160) and may be provided with a constant curvature so that the gap with the hub is within 1 mm. Here, when the gap with the hub is 1 mm or more, the relative inflow angle increases, which does not sufficiently satisfy the performance of the axial pump under overload conditions.

[0060] The inlet guide vane (120) may be formed so that the length of the third side (126) on the shaft (122) side is shorter than the length of the fourth side (127) on the opposite side. That is, since the second side (123) is provided in a shape corresponding to the outer shape of the impeller (160), the length of the third side (126) corresponding to the lower side of the impeller (160) may be formed smaller than the fourth side (127) corresponding to the upper side of the impeller (160). In addition, the third side (126) may be provided so as to form an obtuse angle from one end of the second side (123). That is, the third side (126) may be provided between the second side (123) and the first side (121) in a diagonal shape rather than a right angle.

[0061] The inlet guide vane (120) may be provided with a fourth side (127) on the opposite side of the shaft (122) in a straight shape. That is, the fourth side (127) may be provided in a straight shape from the other end of the second side (123) toward the first side (121). The fourth side (127) may be arranged in the direction of fluid inflow to divide the path of the fluid.

[0062] Figure 6 is a perspective view for explaining a driving unit of a vibration damping device according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0063] Referring to FIG. 6, the driving unit (130) may include a plate (131), a support pin (132), a bearing (133), a blocking plate (134), a first coupling unit (135), a second coupling unit (136), and a first link (137).

[0064] The plate (131) may be provided in a ring shape and may be arranged on the outer periphery of the suction casing (110). That is, the plate (131) may be provided to surround the outer periphery of the suction casing (110). At this time, the plate (131) may be provided to be spaced apart from the outer surface (118) of the suction casing (110) at a constant interval. In addition, the plate (131) may be provided with a constant width in the vertical direction of the outer surface (118).

[0065] The support pin (132) may be fixed on one side to the first surface (114) of the suction casing (110). For example, the support pin (132) may be fixed vertically from the first surface (114) to the second surface (116). At this time, the support pin (132) may rotatably support the plate (131). A plurality of such support pins (132) may be provided. That is, a plurality of support pins (132) may be arranged at equal intervals or equal angles along the outer circumference of the ring-shaped plate (131).

[0066] A bearing (133) may be provided at the other end of the support pin (132). In addition, the bearing (133) may be provided to be rotatable. At this time, the bearing (133) has a groove in the center, and the plate (131) may be seated in this groove. The bearing (133) may be coupled to engage with the side surface in the thickness direction of the plate (131) through the groove. Therefore, the bearing (133) may be rotatable according to the movement of the plate (131).

[0067] The blocking plate (134) is provided to cover the through hole (112) on the outer surface (118). At this time, the blocking plate (134) can cover the through hole (112) so that the shaft (122) of the inlet guide vane (120) is exposed to the outside. That is, the blocking plate (134) has a through hole provided in its center and can be inserted into one end of the shaft (122). This blocking plate (134) can be coupled to the cross section of the extension part (119). At this time, the blocking plate (134) can be provided with a sealing member on the coupling surface with the extension part (119) and the insertion port of the shaft (122). For example, the blocking plate (134) can be provided with an O-ring on the coupling surface with the extension part (119) and the insertion port of the shaft (122).

[0068] The first coupling portion (135) can be axially coupled to the shaft (122). That is, the central portion of the first coupling portion (135) can be coupled to one end of the shaft (122). For example, the first coupling portion (135) has a through hole provided in the center, and the shaft (122) can be inserted and fixed into the through hole. That is, the first coupling portion (135) can be arranged in a vertical direction with respect to the shaft (122). Accordingly, the first coupling portion (135) can rotate the shaft (122) to adjust the angle of the inlet guide vane (120).

[0069] The second coupling portion (136) can be vertically coupled to the plate (131). At this time, the second coupling portion (136) can be vertically coupled on the surface of the plate (131) facing the second surface (116). The second coupling portion (136) is for transmitting the rotational force of the plate (131) to the first coupling portion (135) through the first link (137).

[0070] The first link (137) can connect the first coupling portion (135) and the second coupling portion (136). That is, the first link (137) can have both ends connected to the first coupling portion (135) and the second coupling portion (136), respectively. At this time, the first link (137) can be arranged in a horizontal direction. Accordingly, the first link (137) can transmit the rotational force of the plate (131) through the first coupling portion (135) to the shaft (122) through the first coupling portion (135).

[0071] In this way, the axial pump (10) equipped with a vibration damping device according to one embodiment of the present invention can reduce the relative inflow angle by adjusting the angle of the inlet guide vane (120) according to the flow rate by adjusting the rotation angle of the inlet guide vane (120) by the driving unit (130), thereby further improving the performance of the axial pump (10).

[0072] Fig. 7 is a perspective view for explaining a lever portion of a vibration damping device according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0073] Referring to FIG. 7, the lever portion (140) may include an axis portion (142), a third coupling portion (144), a lever (146), and a second link (148).

[0074] The shaft (142) may be fixed on one side to the first surface (114) of the suction casing (110). For example, the shaft (142) may be fixed vertically from the first surface (114) to the second surface (116). At this time, the shaft (142) may be provided so that the other side is arranged between the plate (131) and the second surface (116). That is, the shaft (142) may be provided to be longer than the support pin (132).

[0075] The third coupling part (144) can be vertically coupled to the plate (131). At this time, the third coupling part (144) can be vertically coupled on the surface of the plate (131) facing the second surface (116) similar to the second coupling part (136). The third coupling part (144) is for transmitting the rotational force of the lever (146) to the plate (131) through the second link (148).

[0076] The lever (146) can be rotatably coupled to the shaft portion (142). That is, the lever (146) can be rotatably coupled to the other end of the shaft portion (142). At this time, the lever (146) can be provided in an “L” shape. The lever (146) can have a first portion (146a) formed long relative to the shaft portion (142) arranged horizontally, and a second portion (146b) formed short can be arranged vertically. Here, the first portion (146a) can be coupled to a cylinder (150).

[0077] In addition, the lever (146) can move the first part (146a) in a vertical direction and the second part (146b) in a horizontal direction by power supplied from the cylinder (150) with the point of connection with the shaft (142) as the rotation axis. That is, the lever (146) can convert the vertical movement of the first part (146a) into the horizontal movement of the second part (146b).

[0078] The second link (148) can connect the lever (146) and the third coupling portion (144). That is, the second link (148) can have both ends connected to the lever (146) and the third coupling portion (144), respectively. More specifically, one end of the second link (148) can be connected to the end of the second part (146b) of the lever (146), and the other end can be connected to the upper end of the third coupling portion (144). At this time, the second link (148) can be arranged in a horizontal direction. Accordingly, the second link (148) can transmit the rotational force of the lever (146) to the plate (131) through the third coupling portion (144).

[0079] The vibration damping device (100) of an axial pump according to one embodiment of the present invention configured as described above operates as follows.

[0080] First, power generated in the cylinder (150) is applied to the lever (146) under the control of the control system (not shown) of the axial pump. At this time, the first part (146a) of the lever (146) can move vertically according to the power of the cylinder (150). Accordingly, the second part (146b) of the lever (146) can move horizontally. That is, the lever (146) converts the power provided vertically from the cylinder (150) into power in the horizontal direction and transmits it to the plate (131) through the second link (148) and the third connecting part (144).

[0081] The plate (131) moves horizontally by the horizontal power transmitted to the lever (146). At this time, the plate (131) rotates by the bearing (133) due to the horizontal power transmitted to the plate (131). That is, the plate (131) rotates along the outer circumference of the suction casing (110) by the rotatable support of the support pin (132) and the bearing (133) based on the power transmitted from the lever (146).

[0082] When the plate (131) rotates, the rotational force of the plate (131) is transmitted to the first coupling portion (135) through the second coupling portion (136) and the first link (137). At this time, the first coupling portion (135) rotates left and right in a vertically arranged state. As a result, the shaft (122) rotates its axis, and the inlet guide vane (120) rotates at a certain angle.

[0083] As a result, the power provided from the cylinder (150) is transmitted to the driving unit (130) through the lever unit (140) by the control system (not shown), and is converted into rotational force in the driving unit (130) and transmitted to the shaft (122), thereby rotating the inlet guide vane (120) and adjusting its angle according to the flow rate.

[0084] FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of another example of an axial pump equipped with a vibration damping device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0085] Referring to Fig. 8, the vibration damping device (100) and the axial pump connection device (200) can be mounted on the land axial pump (21). That is, the land axial pump (20) equipped with the vibration damping device is the same as the submersible axial pump (11) of Fig. 1 in which the vibration damping device (100) is mounted on the land axial pump (21) through the axial pump connection device (200), thereby damping the vibration of the land axial pump (21) and solving the problem of uneven rotation caused by abnormal operation of the rotating body, thereby enabling stable operation control of the land axial pump (21). At this time, the installation of the vibration damping device (100) and the axial pump connection device (200) on the land axial pump (21) is the same as that of the submersible axial pump of Figs. 1 to 7, so a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

[0086] Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the spirit of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments presented in this specification, and those skilled in the art who understand the spirit of the present invention will be able to easily propose other embodiments by adding, changing, deleting, or adding components within the scope of the same spirit, but this will also be considered to fall within the spirit of the present invention.
