[0042] The following embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0046] With the rapid development of new energy vehicle technology, the energy loss requirements for drive motors used in new energy vehicles are becoming increasingly smaller, while the efficiency requirements are becoming increasingly higher. Optimizing the material of core punching sheets is one of the important methods to reduce motor energy loss and improve efficiency. At present, core punching sheets are generally made of non-oriented silicon steel. However, non-oriented silicon steel has large hysteresis and eddy current losses and cannot adapt to the various magnetic fields within the motor, especially the air gap magnetic field between the stator core and the rotor core. Due to the influence of higher harmonics in the air gap magnetic field, there is a higher frequency high-frequency pulsed magnetic field here. In the high-frequency pulsed magnetic field, the hysteresis and eddy current losses of non-oriented silicon steel will be further increased, increasing the energy loss of the motor.

[0047] In view of this, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a combined punching sheet 1, including a yoke 2, a plurality of tooth bodies 3 and a plurality of tooth shoes 4. The yoke 2 is configured in a ring shape. The plurality of tooth bodies 3 are circumferentially spaced along the inner or outer side of the yoke 2, and one end of the tooth body 3 is connected to the yoke 2. The other end of each tooth body 3 is connected to the corresponding tooth shoe 4. Among them, the tooth body 3 and the yoke 2 are made of silicon steel material, and the tooth shoe 4 is made of amorphous alloy material.

[0048] Specifically, the multiple tooth bodies 3 of the combined punching sheet 1 are arranged at intervals, and the multiple tooth bodies 3 are all connected to the inner side of the yoke 2, as shown in Figure 1, and can be laminated to form the stator core of the motor. The multiple tooth bodies 3 of the combined punching sheet 1 are arranged at intervals, and the multiple tooth bodies 3 are all connected to the outer side of the yoke 2, as shown in Figure 2, and can be laminated to form the rotor core of the motor. Silicon steel materials include non-oriented silicon steel and oriented silicon steel; the silicon content of non-oriented silicon steel is 0.5% to 3.0%, and its grains are disordered; the silicon content of oriented silicon steel is above 3.0%, and its grains are orderly arranged.

[0049] Since the tooth shoe 4 is made of amorphous alloy material, the tooth shoe 4 has the excellent low coercive force and high resistivity characteristics of amorphous alloy material, thereby reducing the impact of high-frequency pulse magnetic field on the tooth shoe 4, reducing the hysteresis and eddy current losses of the motor, and reducing the energy loss of the motor; then the thermal conductivity of the amorphous alloy material is much lower than that of the silicon steel material, making it difficult for the heat generated by the coil installed between two adjacent tooth bodies 3 to be transmitted to the inside of the iron core, realizing the directional transmission of heat in the iron core.

[0050] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 3, the tooth shoe 4 has a first connecting groove 41, and the end of the tooth body 3 facing away from the yoke 2 is disposed in the first connecting groove 41. Specifically, the shape of the first connecting groove 41 matches the shape of the tooth body 3. For example, the cross-section of the tooth body 3 is a parallel tooth shape with uniform width, and the first connecting groove 41 is rectangular. Furthermore, an adhesive is applied within the first connecting groove 41 and / or on the end of the tooth body 3 facing away from the yoke 2 to enhance the connection strength between the tooth shoe 4 and the tooth body 3.

[0051] It should be noted that the tooth shoe 4 has a first connecting groove 41, which can ensure the material integrity of the tooth body 3 when the tooth shoe 4 is connected to the tooth body 3, and avoid the connection between the tooth shoe 4 and the tooth body 3 from weakening the saturation magnetic induction intensity of the tooth body 3.

[0052] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG4 , the tooth body 3 has a groove 31, and the tooth shoe 4 has a protrusion 42, which is disposed in the groove 31. The shape of the protrusion 42 matches the shape of the groove 31. For example, the groove 31 is a trapezoid with a short top edge close to the tooth shoe 4, and the protrusion 42 is a trapezoid with a long bottom edge close to the tooth body 3. Furthermore, an adhesive is applied in the groove 31 and / or on the protrusion 42 to strengthen the engagement between the tooth body 3 and the tooth shoe 4.

[0053] It should be noted that the tooth body 3 has a groove 31, which allows the protrusion 42 of the tooth shoe 4 to penetrate deep into the tooth body 3. The trapezoidal shape of the groove 31 limits the movement of the protrusion 42 and strengthens the connection between the tooth body and the tooth shoe.

[0054] Correspondingly, the splicing of the tooth body 3 and the tooth shoe 4 realizes the complete decoupling of the shape of the tooth shoe 4 from the process capability, process requirements and electromagnetic performance requirements. The shape of the tooth shoe 4 can be freely determined according to the requirements of electromagnetic performance. A small dovetail structure in which the cross-sectional width of the tooth body 3 is larger than that of the tooth shoe 4 and a large dovetail structure in which the cross-sectional width of the tooth body 3 is smaller than that of the tooth shoe 4 can be adopted to maximize the performance of the motor.

[0055] The shape of the tooth shoe 4 can be freely determined according to the requirements of electromagnetic performance, and the slot between two adjacent tooth shoes 4 can be eliminated, so that the top of the coil between two adjacent tooth bodies 3 is directly in contact with the tooth shoe, which is convenient for the heat dissipation of the top coil, reduces the hot spot temperature of the coil, and reduces the hysteresis loss of the motor.

[0056] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 5, the tooth body 3 includes a tooth sleeve 32 and a tooth core 33. The tooth sleeve 32 is integrally formed with the yoke 2 and has a radially extending notch 34. The tooth core 33 is disposed within the notch 34 and fits in the notch 34. The tooth sleeve 32 is made of non-oriented silicon steel, and the tooth core 33 is made of oriented silicon steel. The tooth sleeve 32 and the yoke 2 are integrally stamped from non-oriented silicon steel, eliminating one connection step, reducing processing difficulty, and saving processing costs.

[0057] Since the yoke 2 is in the two-dimensional magnetic field of the motor, the magnetic field direction is radial and circumferential, and the radial and circumferential saturation magnetic induction intensity performance is required to be excellent, which can fully utilize the characteristic of non-oriented silicon steel materials with the same saturation magnetic induction intensity in all directions.

[0058] It should be noted that the tooth core 33 is made of oriented silicon steel with a radial rolling direction, and the tooth body 3 is in the radial pulsating magnetic field of the motor. This magnetic field is a one-dimensional magnetic field, which only requires excellent saturation magnetic induction intensity performance in the radial direction. It fits the characteristic that the magnetism of oriented silicon steel has strong directionality, and utilizes the characteristics of oriented silicon steel with superior high saturation magnetic induction intensity, low hysteresis and low eddy current loss in the rolling direction that is easy to magnetize, thereby improving the overall saturation magnetic induction intensity of the iron core and reducing the hysteresis and eddy current loss of the iron core.

[0059] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG6 , the notch 34 is sealed at the end away from the yoke 2. Specifically, when the gear sleeve 32 and the yoke 2 are integrally stamped, the notch 34 is sealed at the end away from the yoke 2. This seal effectively secures the tooth core 33 after it enters the notch 34, thereby enhancing the tight connection between the gear sleeve 32 and the tooth core 33.

[0060] It should be noted that the radial length of the sealing section is adapted to the specifications of the tooth core 33 and is sufficient to resist the radial force applied to the sealing section by the tooth core 33, so that after the tooth core 33 enters the slot 34, the tooth core 33 fits tightly with the tooth sleeve 32.

[0061] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG7 , the notch 34 is open at the end away from the yoke 2. Specifically, when the gear sleeve 32 and the yoke 2 are integrally punched, the notch 34 is open at the end away from the yoke 2, allowing the tooth core 33 to radially enter the notch 34. Since the notch 34 is open at the end away from the yoke 2, the connection process between the gear sleeve 32 and the tooth core 33 is simplified, improving the production efficiency of the combined punching sheet.

[0062] It should be noted that the width of the opening is adapted to the width of the slot 34 and the tooth core 33 , so that after the tooth core 33 is placed in the slot 34 , the tooth core 33 is flush with the end surface of the gear sleeve 32 .

[0063] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG8 , the tooth core 33 and the notch 34 each have a matching vertex angle near the yoke 2. Specifically, when the tooth sleeve 32 and the yoke 2 are integrally stamped, the notch 34 has a vertex angle near the yoke 2 that matches the tooth core 33. This allows the tooth core 33 to enter the notch 34 and form a vertex-angled contact surface with the tooth sleeve 32. When the magnetic field passes through the tooth core 33 and enters the tooth sleeve 32, the magnetic field lines are prevented from concentrating through the contact surface and entering the tooth sleeve 32. As a result, the magnetic field has a smoother transition when passing through the tooth core 33 and the tooth sleeve 32, reducing hysteresis losses.

[0064] It should be noted that the angle of the vertex angle can be selected within the range of 0° to 180°, so that the distances from the magnetic flux lines in the plane entering the tooth core 33 to passing through the tooth core 33 and entering the gear sleeve 32 are not the same, so that the magnetic flux lines radially pass through the vertex contact surface in batches.

[0065] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG9 , the tooth core 33 and the notch 34 each have matching straight angles near the yoke. Specifically, when the tooth sleeve 32 and the yoke 2 are integrally stamped, the notch 34 near the yoke has a matching straight angle with the tooth core 33. This ensures smooth contact when the tooth core 33 enters the notch 34, preventing friction that could cause a gap in the connection between the tooth core 33 and the tooth sleeve 32.

[0066] It should be noted that the width of the flat angle section is consistent with the width of the notch 34 and the tooth core 33 , so that the tooth core 33 fits tightly with the tooth sleeve 32 after entering the notch 34 .

[0067] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG12 , the tooth core 33 is configured as a circumferentially stacked arrangement of oriented silicon steel sheets 301. The thickness of the oriented silicon steel sheets 301 is less than the width of the slot 34, and the width of the oriented silicon steel sheets 301 is consistent with the thickness of the slot 34. The shape of the circumferentially stacked oriented silicon steel sheets 301 is consistent with the shape of the slot 34, resulting in a smooth outer surface of the tooth core 33 after connection with the tooth sleeve 32.

[0068] It should be noted that the tooth core 33 is configured as oriented silicon steel sheets 301 stacked in the circumferential direction, which reduces the deterioration of the oriented silicon steel caused by the combined punching processing stress and reduces the hysteresis and eddy current losses of the motor.

[0069] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG13 , the tooth core 33 is configured as oriented silicon steel sheets 301 stacked axially. The thickness of the oriented silicon steel sheets 301 is less than the thickness of the slot 34 , and the width of the oriented silicon steel sheets 301 is consistent with the width of the slot 34 . The shape of the multiple oriented silicon steel sheets 301 stacked axially is consistent with the shape of the slot 34 , resulting in a smooth outer surface of the tooth core 33 after connection with the tooth sleeve 32 .

[0070] It should be noted that the tooth core 33 is configured as oriented silicon steel sheets 301 stacked in the axial direction. The stacking direction is consistent with the punching direction of the yoke 2, which reduces the processing difficulty and saves processing costs.

[0071] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG10 , the tooth body 3 is made of oriented silicon steel, the yoke 2 has a second connecting groove 21, and the end of the tooth body 3 near the yoke 2 is disposed in the second connecting groove 21. The yoke 2 is stamped and formed from non-oriented silicon steel, and the second connecting grooves 21 are spaced apart circumferentially along the yoke 2. The shape of the second connecting grooves 21 matches the end of the tooth body 3 near the yoke 2, so that the tooth body 3 and the yoke 2 fit tightly together.

[0072] It should be noted that the tooth body 3 is made of oriented silicon steel rolled in the radial direction, which fully utilizes the position advantage of the tooth body 3 located in the radial pulsating magnetic field of the motor and gives play to the excellent high saturation magnetic induction intensity, low hysteresis and low eddy current loss characteristics of the oriented silicon steel in its rolling direction.

[0073] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 14 , the tooth body 3 is configured as a circumferential stack of oriented silicon steel sheets 301. Specifically, the circumferential stack of oriented silicon steel sheets 301 matches the shape of the second connecting groove 21, so that the outer surface of the tooth body 3 is smooth and flat after being connected to the yoke 2.

[0074] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 15 , the tooth body 3 is configured as axially stacked oriented silicon steel sheets 301. Specifically, the axially stacked oriented silicon steel sheets 301 match the shape of the second connecting groove 21, so that the outer surface of the tooth body 3 is smooth and flat after being connected to the yoke 2.

[0075] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 11, the tooth body 3 is configured as a stack of oriented silicon steel sheets 301 of unequal widths. The cross-section of the tooth body 3 is trapezoidal, with the long base of the tooth body located on the side closest to the yoke 2. Specifically, the tooth slots formed between two adjacent tooth bodies 3 are parallel slots, which can be used with formed coils, thereby increasing the slot fill rate of the motor, increasing motor power, and improving material utilization.

[0076] It should be noted that the tooth body 3 is configured as a stacked arrangement of oriented silicon steel of unequal width, which can make the width of the tooth body 3 closer to the yoke 2 end larger, and the magnetic flux passing through the tooth body 3 becomes correspondingly larger, thereby improving the noise, vibration and acoustic harshness (i.e., Noise, Vibration, Harshness, abbreviated as NVH) of the motor.

[0077] When oriented silicon steel sheets of unequal width are stacked, they are stacked in the circumferential direction. As shown in FIG16 , the widths of adjacent oriented silicon steel sheets 301 are inconsistent, so that the edges of the stacked oriented silicon steel sheets are uneven and stepped, thereby improving the heat dissipation capacity of the tooth body 3 and reducing the hysteresis loss.

[0078] When oriented silicon steel sheets of unequal width are stacked, they are stacked in the axial direction. As shown in FIG17 , the width of the oriented silicon steel sheet 301 gradually decreases as it moves away from the yoke 2. After the multiple oriented silicon steel sheets 301 are stacked in the axial direction, the cross-section is trapezoidal, which reduces the processing difficulty and saves processing costs.

[0079] Another aspect of the present application further provides an iron core, comprising any of the above-described combined punching sheets 1, wherein a plurality of combined punching sheets 1 are stacked. Specifically, a plurality of combined punching sheets 1 in which the tooth body 3 is connected to the inner side of the yoke 2 can be stacked to form a stator core. A plurality of combined punching sheets 1 in which the tooth body 3 is connected to the outer side of the yoke 2 can be stacked to form a rotor core.

[0080] An embodiment of the present application also provides a motor, comprising any one of the motor cores described above. The specific structure of the core is referenced from the above embodiments. Since the motor selectively adopts all the technical solutions of the above embodiments, it at least has the corresponding beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments, which will not be described one by one here.

[0081] In the embodiment of the present application, the above-mentioned motor can be used in a car, such as a hybrid car or an electric car. It is understood that in other embodiments, the motor of this embodiment can also be used in other electrical appliances, such as a refrigerator or a washing machine.

[0082] The various embodiments / implementations provided in this application can be combined with each other without causing any contradiction.

[0083] The foregoing description is merely a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application. Persons skilled in the art will readily appreciate that various modifications and variations are possible. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, or improvements made within the spirit and principles of the present application shall be included within the scope of protection of the present application.
