Description

[0001] Space-saving bearing of a wind turbine gearbox

[0002] The invention relates to an arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1.

[0003] DE 10 2021 210 007 A1 discloses an arrangement for securing a housing of a wind turbine. The housing has eyelets on its torque supports that are aligned with the eyelets of a machine frame. A bolt engages each of the aligned eyelets, securing the respective torque support in the machine frame.

[0004] The invention is based on the object of improving the fixation of a housing in a machine frame. This object is achieved by an arrangement according to claim 1. Preferred developments are contained in the subclaims and will become apparent from the following description and the figures.

[0005] The arrangement according to the invention is designed for use in a wind turbine. It comprises a first means fixed to the machine support.

[0006] A machine support fixed to the machine support is a device that is rigidly fixed, i.e., without the possibility of relative movement, in a machine support of the wind turbine. In particular, the device can be integrally connected to the machine support. The machine support itself is also a machine support fixed to the machine support. A machine support is a nacelle-mounted support structure for securing the components of a wind turbine's drive train.

[0007] The arrangement also includes a first half-shell.

[0008] A half-shell refers to a means that is joined to a means fixed to the machine support and, together with the means fixed to the machine support, forms a bolt eye. A bolt eye is a recess for receiving a bolt. The shape of the recess corresponds to the negative shape of the bolt or a part thereof. In particular, it can be a hollow-cylindrical recess, i.e., a recess that has the shape of a hollow cylinder. The first half-shell, together with the first means fixed to the machine support, forms a first bolt eye for receiving a first bolt.

[0009] The first bolt is used to fix a housing, for example a gearbox or main or input shaft housing in the machine frame.

[0010] For this purpose, the housing preferably forms a bolt eye that is aligned with the first bolt eye and also accommodates the first bolt. The first bolt thus engages with the first bolt eye and with the bolt eye of the housing that is aligned with it. This creates a positive-locking fixation of the housing in the first means fixed to the machine support and thus in the machine support.

[0011] The assembly also includes a first screw and a second screw. The first half-shell is screwed into the first machine support-fixed means by the first screw and the second screw.

[0012] Specifically, the first screw is screwed through a through hole in the first half-shell into a thread of the first machine support element. The first screw is thus received in the through hole of the first half-shell and screwed to a thread of the first machine support element. The first half-shell forms a contact surface for the head of the first screw. The screw connection clamps the first screw between the contact surface and the thread of the first machine support element.

[0013] According to the invention, the second screw is screwed through a through hole of the first machine support-fixed means into a thread of the first half-shell.

[0014] This accommodates the second screw in the through hole of the first means fixed to the machine support and screwed into the thread of the first half-shell. The first means fixed to the machine support forms a contact surface for the head of the second screw. The second screw is clamped between this contact surface and the thread of the first half-shell. No installation space needs to be kept free in the area of the first half-shell to insert the second screw. Instead, the second screw is inserted and screwed in from the side of the first means fixed to the machine support. This makes it possible to position the first half-shell and thus the first bolt eye and the first bolt closer to the housing. This reduces the installation space required by the arrangement.

[0015] A preferred development is characterized by a second means fixed to the machine support, a second half-shell, a third screw, and a fourth screw. The second means fixed to the machine support can be integrally connected to the first means fixed to the machine support and / or to the machine support.

[0016] Analogous to the first half-shell and the first means fixed to the machine support, the second half-shell, together with the second means fixed to the machine support, forms a second bolt eye for receiving a second bolt for securing the housing in the machine support. Preferably, the housing forms a bolt eye aligned with the second bolt eye, which also receives the second bolt. The second bolt then engages the second bolt eye and the bolt eye of the housing aligned with the second bolt eye. As a result, the housing is positively secured in the second means fixed to the machine support.

[0017] The third and fourth screws secure the second half-shell to the second machine support member. The third screw is received in a through hole in the second half-shell and screwed into a thread of the second machine support member.

[0018] The further development provides for the fourth screw to be screwed in from the side of the second means fixed to the machine support. Accordingly, the fourth screw is received in a through hole in the second means fixed to the machine support and screwed using a thread of the second half-shell. As a result, no installation space needs to be kept free in the area of the second half-shell for inserting the fourth screw. The second half-shell and thus the second bolt eye can thus be positioned closer to the housing to save installation space. In a preferred development, the first half-shell and the second half-shell are mirror images of one another, i.e., plane-symmetrical, with respect to a vertical, axially extending plane. In the present case, an axially extending plane is understood to mean a plane which contains the axis of rotation of an input shaft of a transmission to which the housing mentioned above belongs.

[0019] In a further preferred embodiment, the first means fixed to the machine support and the second means fixed to the machine support are also mirror images of each other with respect to the same plane. The first pin eye and the second pin eye, as well as the first pin and the second pin, can also be mirror images of each other with respect to this plane.

[0020] In a preferred embodiment, a center axis of the first screw, a center axis of the second screw, a center axis of the third screw, and a center axis of the fourth screw extend orthogonally to the rotational axis of the input shaft of the transmission and / or parallel to the aforementioned vertical, axially extending plane. The center axes of the corresponding through holes and threads are defined by the screws.According to a further development, a central axis of the through-hole of the first half-shell, a central axis of the thread of the first means fixed to the machine support, a central axis of the through-hole of the first means fixed to the machine support, a central axis of the thread of the first half-shell, a central axis of the through-hole of the second half-shell, a central axis of the thread of the second means fixed to the machine support, a central axis of the through-hole of the second means fixed to the machine support and / or a central axis of the thread of the second half-shell run orthogonally to the axis of rotation of the input shaft of the transmission and / or parallel to the vertical, axially extending plane mentioned.

[0021] In a preferred embodiment, a center axis of the first pin boss and / or a center axis of the second pin boss run parallel to the rotational axis of the input shaft and / or parallel to the aforementioned vertical, axially extending plane. The center axes of the pin bosses also define a center axis of the corresponding pin. According to the embodiment, a center axis of the first pin and / or a center axis of the second pin thus run parallel to the rotational axis of the input shaft and / or parallel to the aforementioned vertical, axially extending plane.

[0022] A preferred development provides for the second screw to be offset inwardly relative to the first screw. According to the development, the second screw is offset from the first screw to the aforementioned vertical, axially extending plane. The distance of the second screw from this plane is thus smaller than the distance of the first screw.

[0023] In a preferred embodiment, a similar arrangement is provided for the third screw and the fourth screw. Starting from the third screw, the fourth screw is arranged offset inwardly or relative to the aforementioned vertical, axially extending plane. The distance from the fourth screw to this plane is thus smaller than the distance from the third screw to this plane.

[0024] In a preferred embodiment, the center axis of the second screw and / or the center axis of the fourth screw intersect the housing. In particular, the center axis of the second screw and / or the center axis of the fourth screw can intersect a wall of the housing. This embodiment is accompanied by a space-saving arrangement of the second screw and / or the fourth screw in the immediate vicinity of the housing.

[0025] The "wall" refers to the part of the housing that encapsulates the interior. The interior of the housing refers to a cavity in which the internal components of the housing, such as shafts, bearings, and / or gears, are located.

[0026] A particularly compact design results when, according to a preferred embodiment, the distance between the first half-shell and the housing along the center axis of the second screw is less than the axial length of the second screw, i.e., the length of the second screw along its center axis. Due to the distance and length ratios according to the embodiment, the second screw cannot be inserted from the half-shell. However, the invention allows the second screw to be inserted from the first means fixed to the machine support. This allows the arrangement according to the embodiment to be easily assembled despite its compact dimensions.

[0027] Analogously, a distance of the second half-shell to the housing along the central axis of the fourth screw is preferably less than an axial length of the fourth screw, that is, a length of the fourth screw along its central axis.

[0028] In a preferred embodiment, a first parting plane extends between the first half-shell and the first means fixed to the machine support. Along the first parting plane, the first half-shell and the first means fixed to the machine support touch each other. The corresponding contact surfaces thus lie within the first parting plane.

[0029] Similarly, according to the further development, the second half-shell and the second means fixed to the machine support touch each other along a second parting plane. The second parting plane thus runs between the second half-shell and the second means fixed to the machine support. The corresponding contact surfaces of the second half-shell and the second means fixed to the machine support are therefore flat and lie within the second parting plane.

[0030] According to a further development, the first parting plane and the second parting plane are identical. This makes it possible to place the housing with the first bolt and the second bolt in a pre-assembled state onto the first machine support means and the second machine support means. The first bolt can therefore be pre-assembled by inserting it into the corresponding bolt eye of the housing. The second bolt is similarly inserted into the designated bolt eye of the housing. The housing, together with the bolts, is then placed onto the first machine support means and the second machine support means. The first half-shell is then screwed to the first machine support means and the second half-shell is screwed to the second machine support means. For screwing, the first screw is inserted into the through hole of the first half-shell and screwed into the thread of the machine support fixed means; the second screw is inserted into the through hole of the first machine support fixed means and screwed into the thread of the first half-shell; the third screw is inserted into the through hole of the second half-shell and screwed into the thread of the second machine support fixed means, and the fourth screw is inserted into the through hole of the second machine support fixed means and screwed into the thread of the second half-shell.

[0031] In a preferred further development, the identically designed first and second parting planes run parallel to the axis of rotation of the input shaft of the transmission and / or orthogonal to the said vertical, axially extending plane.

[0032] Preferably, in addition to a first arrangement according to the invention or one of the preferred developments described above, a second arrangement according to the invention or development is provided.

[0033] In a preferred embodiment, the first arrangement and the second arrangement are arranged axially offset from one another, i.e., along the axis of rotation of the input shaft of the transmission. In particular, the first arrangement and the second arrangement can be located on different sides of a longitudinal plane, i.e., a plane extending orthogonally to the axis of rotation of the input shaft of the transmission.

[0034] A preferred embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the figures. Corresponding reference numerals indicate identical or functionally equivalent features. In detail:

[0035] Fig. 1 is a side view of a drive train; and

[0036] Fig. 2 shows a section AA. Fig. 1 shows a housing 101 which is fixed in a machine carrier 107 by means of a first front fixing arrangement 103 and a first rear fixing arrangement 105.

[0037] The fixing is effected by means of a bolt 109. This engages in a bolt eye 111 formed by a torque support of the housing 101.

[0038] A first half-shell 113 and a second half-shell 115 are arranged axially offset towards opposite sides with respect to the bolt eye 111. The first half-shell 113 and the second half-shell 115 are screwed to the machine support 107 and, together with the machine support 107, each form a bolt eye into which the bolt 109 engages.

[0039] An elastomer ring 117, 119 extends radially between the bolt 109 and the respective bolt eye formed by the first half-shell 113 and the machine support 107, or by the second half-shell 115 and the machine support 107. The respective elastomer ring 117, 119 serves to decouple vibrations. The elastomer rings 117, 119 prevent vibrations from being transmitted from the housing 101 to the machine support 107.

[0040] An end cap 121, 123 is screwed to each end face of the bolt 109. The end caps 121, 123 fix the bolt 109 in the axial direction in the bolt eyes.

[0041] The first rear fixing arrangement 105 is mirror-symmetrical with respect to a plane orthogonal to a rotational axis of a transmission to which the housing 101 belongs. Furthermore, the housing 101 is fixed in the machine support 107 by means of a front second fixing arrangement, which is concealed by the housing 101 in Fig. 1, and a likewise concealed second rear fixing arrangement. The second front fixing arrangement is mirror-symmetrical to the first front fixing arrangement 103 with respect to a vertical plane containing the rotational axis of the input shaft of the transmission. With respect to the same plane, the second rear fixing arrangement is mirror-symmetrical to the first rear fixing arrangement 105. Fig. 1 shows the profile of a cross section AA. This cross section is shown in Fig. 2. Here it can be seen that the second half-shell 115 is screwed to the machine support 107 by means of a first screw 201 and a second screw 203.The first screw 201 is received in a through hole of the second half-shell 115 and screwed to a thread of the machine carrier 107.

[0042] The second screw 203 is oriented opposite to the first screw 201 and is accordingly received in a through hole of the machine support 107. The second half-shell 115 has a thread to which the second screw 203 is screwed.

[0043] The second screw 203 is inserted from below into the through hole of the machine support 107 and screwed to the second half-shell 115. Therefore, no space needs to be kept free above the second screw 203 for inserting the second screw 203. Instead, this space is available for the housing 101.
