Abstract
Description
[0001] DESCRIPTION
[0002] assembly system, shelving system, vehicle
[0003] The present invention relates to a mounting system, in particular for a vehicle, with a base plate, in particular a shelf or loading space floor, and with at least one pair of two coupling elements arranged on the base plate, and with at least one container, in particular a tool case, which has at least two first rear grip elements on its underside, which are arranged at a distance from one another and are each designed to correspond geometrically to one of the coupling elements, wherein the coupling elements are designed to cooperate in a form-fitting manner with one of the first rear grip elements for the releasable fastening of the container to the base plate, wherein the coupling elements each have a second rear grip element, and wherein at least one of the rear grip elements is displaceable against a spring force.
[0004] Furthermore, the invention relates to a shelving system with at least one shelf, wherein the shelving system has the above-mentioned mounting system, in which the shelf forms the at least one base plate.
[0005] Furthermore, the invention relates to a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, which has the above-mentioned shelving system.
[0006] Mounting systems of the type mentioned above are already known from the prior art. For example, patent EP 2 313 321 B1 discloses a container arrangement with two stackable containers, each having a first engagement structure arranged on its upper side and a second engagement structure arranged on its lower side. The engagement structures are designed to cooperate in a form-fitting manner when the two containers are stacked one on top of the other, in order to lock the containers together.
[0007] Furthermore, the published patent application DE 10 2015 013 053 A1 discloses a case arrangement with two stackable cases which can also be connected to one another in a form-fitting manner. For this purpose, one of the cases has a movable, hook-shaped rear grip element which is designed to interact with a coupling element of the other case. One case is pushed into a rear receptacle in the lower case with a rear projection and is then placed or tilted onto the lower case with the movable rear grip element, whereby the rear grip element is pushed back by the coupling element against a spring force and then reaches a rear grip position with the coupling element. To release the connection, the user must manually pivot the hook element against the spring force in order to then be able to separate the cases from one another. When assembled, the two cases are firmly connected to each other.
[0008] The present invention is based on the object of creating an improved mounting system that allows a flexible design and arrangement of a container on a base plate and, moreover, enables a simple and intuitive assembly and disassembly of the container on or from the base plate.
[0009] The object underlying the invention is achieved by the assembly system with the features of claim 1. This results in the advantage that the container can be attached to and detached from the base plate using a simple process. Furthermore, a flexible arrangement of the container on the base plate is ensured by the coupling elements arranged on the base plate, so that, for example, in a shelving system, one and the same container can be securely attached in different positions. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the container can be arranged / arranged with the first engagement elements on the base plate between the coupling elements in such a way that it is held positively by the latter on the base plate and can be displaced on the base plate at least in the effective direction of the spring force. This ensures that in order to release the positive connection, the container itself can be moved or displaced against the spring force, meaning that the user does not have to operate a separate handle to release a hook-shaped rear grip element, as is the case, for example, in the prior art. In the assembled state, the first rear grip elements of the container are positively engaged by the second rear grip elements of the coupling elements, so that accidental detachment of the container from the base plate is reliably prevented. By moving the entire container against the spring force, at least one of the first rear grip elements can be released from one of the second rear grip elements, specifically on the side of the container opposite in the sliding direction. This allows the container to be released from the positive grip or the positive locking device and lifted at one end.The container can then also be released from the other coupling element in the direction of the spring force. For assembly, the container is pressed with a first rear grip element against the spring-loaded second rear grip element to push it back until the container can be placed on the base plate with the opposite first rear grip element and pushed under the second rear grip element of the opposite coupling element for locking. This ensures simple and intuitive assembly of the container on the base plate. Depending on where the coupling elements are arranged on the base plate, flexible attachment of the container to the base plate is possible. If several second coupling elements are arranged on the base plate, the container can be locked in different positions and / or orientations on the base plate, and / or different containers, in particular containers of different sizes, can be attached to the base plate.
[0010] According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, a plurality of pairs of second coupling elements are arranged on the base plate. This allows the container to be secured in various positions on the base plate. In particular, the pairs of coupling elements are each spaced at the same distance from one another, so that the same container can be securely secured in multiple positions on the base plate. Alternatively, the pairs of coupling elements can be spaced at different distances from one another, so that different containers or containers with differently arranged first coupling elements or rear engagement elements can be secured to the base plate.
[0011] Preferably, the container has several pairs of first engagement elements, each spaced at a different distance from one another. This allows the container to be attached to different positions on the base plate, which are defined, for example, by differently spaced second coupling elements.
[0012] Particularly preferably, the plurality of pairs of second coupling elements are arranged in a predetermined grid on the base plate, in particular distributed at equal distances from one another. This creates a grid of possible positions for the container on the base plate, whereby a grid-like arrangement of several containers on the base plate is possible, which enables simple sorting and loading of the base plate with containers. In this respect, the assembly system preferably has several containers that are of the same and / or different design, at least with regard to the first rear engagement elements. According to a preferred development of the invention, the base plate has at least one recess for each of the second coupling elements, which cooperates in a particularly form-fitting manner with a holding projection, in particular a centering projection, of at least one of the second coupling elements. This provides a positive arrangement of the second coupling elements on the base plate, which ensures secure fastening of the second coupling elements and thus secure holding of the container(s) on the base plate. Preferably, a plurality of recesses are formed in the base plate. Furthermore, the recesses allow a user to arrange and fasten the second coupling elements at advantageous positions on the base plate. In particular, the retaining projection of the second coupling element is designed to engage behind the base plate through the respective recess to ensure easy fastening of the respective second coupling element to the base plate.
[0013] Preferably, each of the coupling elements has a second engaging element configured to positively engage with the respective first engaging element. For example, the engaging elements are L-shaped to engage behind each other during assembly.
[0014] Preferably, one of each pair of coupling elements has the displaceable second rear engagement element, and the other of the coupling elements has a fixed second rear engagement element. This allows the container to be released from a pair of coupling elements only by displacing the container in one direction against the then only one spring force, which advantageously prevents, for example, misuse or accidental release of the container from the base plate. Optionally, both coupling elements have second rear engagement elements loaded by spring force, with the two spring forces then acting in opposite directions.
[0015] Furthermore, it is preferably provided that each second rear grip element has a projection extending at least substantially parallel to the base plate and arranged at a distance from the base plate, and that the projections of a pair of second rear grip elements point towards one another. Thus, the projections of the second rear grip elements can each be engaged from behind by the container by inserting a projection of the respective first rear grip element into the receiving space between the projection of the second rear grip element and the base plate. The respective projection of the second rear grip elements and the first rear grip elements, in particular, creates their L-shaped configuration.
[0016] Preferably, the respective projection has a constant cross-section along its longitudinal extension transverse to an imaginary connecting line of the pair of coupling elements. As a result, the projection does not interact positively with the second coupling element transversely to the direction of the spring force, allowing the container to be displaced, for example, transversely to the imaginary connecting line between the pair of second engagement elements. This allows the container to be mounted in different transverse positions relative to the pair of coupling elements, advantageously increasing the flexibility of the mounting system. Furthermore, this provides the advantage that even containers of different widths can be easily and securely attached to the base plate.
[0017] According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, the respective projection of the second engagement elements has at least one cross-sectional change in its longitudinal extension transverse to an imaginary connecting line of the pair of coupling elements. This enables a positive connection between the coupling element and the container in a direction transverse to the direction of action of the spring force, by which the container is held in a positive fit not only on the base plate itself, i.e., perpendicular to the plane of the base plate, but also in a direction transverse to the connecting line between the two coupling elements of a pair of coupling elements on the base plate. This prevents, or can be prevented, transverse displacement of the container on the base plate in the assembled state.Preferably, the respective first rear grip element of the container has a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the second rear grip element in its longitudinal extent in order to effect a displacement or a locking in the direction transverse to the connecting line of the coupling elements.
[0018] Preferably, the respective first engagement element extends along the container over a limited length that is shorter than the length of the container. As a result, a positive connection of the container to the base plate, in particular at the one pair of coupling elements on the base plate, is only possible in a limited longitudinal section of the container.
[0019] Preferably, the first engagement element extends over the entire length of the container, whereby the container can be fastened along its entire length to a pair of coupling elements or else to several pairs of coupling elements. The shelving system according to the invention with the features of claim 12 is characterized by the mounting system according to the invention, wherein the shelf forms the base plate. Ideally, the shelving system has several shelves, each forming a base plate of the mounting system, on which at least one pair of coupling elements is arranged. This results in a multi-level shelving system to which one or more containers, as described above, can be detachably fastened.
[0020] The vehicle according to the invention is characterized by the shelving system according to the invention and / or by the assembly system according to the invention as described above. This results in the advantages already mentioned above.
[0021] Further advantages and preferred features and combinations of features will become apparent from the foregoing description and the claims. The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings.

[0031] Representations.
[0032] Figure 1 shows a simplified perspective view of an advantageous motor vehicle 1 having a cargo space 2 in which an advantageous shelving system 3 is arranged. According to the present exemplary embodiment, the shelving system 3 has two side supports 4 on which two shelves 5, 6 are held. In particular, these are aligned horizontally or parallel to one another to a horizontal plane and / or to the cargo space floor of the motor vehicle 1. The shelving system 3 is equipped with an advantageous mounting system 7, which will be explained in more detail with reference to the other figures.
[0033] Figure 2 shows the assembly system 7 according to one exemplary embodiment. The shelf 6 forms an advantageous base plate 8 of the assembly system 7. A container 9, in this case in the form of a tool case 10, is held on the base plate 8. The container 9 is positively secured to the base plate 8.
[0034] Figure 3 shows the base plate 8 in a perspective top view. Several pairs 11, 12 of coupling elements 13, 14 are arranged on the base plate. For this purpose, the base plate 8 optionally has a plurality of recesses 15 into which the coupling elements can be inserted or inserted with retaining projections 27 corresponding to the recesses 15, so that the coupling elements 13, 14 are aligned and positioned by the grid of recesses 15 predetermined by the base plate 8. Each pair 11, 12 has two coupling elements 13, 14, which are arranged at a distance from one another on the base plate 8. Each pair 11, 12 of coupling elements 13, 14 is spaced apart from one another by the same distance. According to the present embodiment, two pairs 11, 12 of coupling elements 13, 14 are arranged on the base plate 8 in the section of the base plate 8 or the shelf 6 shown in Figure 3.
[0035] Figure 4 shows the base plate 8 in a simplified side view. The coupling element 13 has a rear engagement element 16 that has a projection 17 extending at least partially parallel to the surface of the base plate 8 and arranged at a distance from it. The projection 17 points essentially in the direction of the opposite coupling element 14, so that a receiving space is created under the projection 17 or between the projection 17 and the base plate 8.
[0036] The coupling element 14 also has a rear engagement element 18 with a projection 19 extending in the direction of the coupling element 13, which is also arranged at a distance from the surface of the base plate 8 in order to create a receiving space between the projection 19 and the base plate 8, as shown in particular in an enlarged detailed view in Figure 6A. According to the present exemplary embodiment, the projection 19 is formed by an extended wall section of the coupling element 18, which extends at least partially in the direction of the base plate 8. In particular, the coupling element 14 is formed as a single piece or in one piece.
[0037] The coupling element 13, on the other hand, is made up of several parts, in this case at least three parts, with the rear grip element 16 being displaceably mounted in a guide part 20 of the coupling element 13, as shown in particular in an enlarged detailed view in Figure 6B. The rear grip element 16 is displaceably mounted in the plane or parallel to the plane of the base plate, specifically in a direction of an imaginary connecting line between the coupling elements 13 and 14, so that the rear grip element 16 can be moved towards or away from the coupling element 14. A spring element 21, shown in simplified form in Figure 4, is assigned to the rear grip element 16, which urges the rear grip element 16 in the direction of the coupling element 14 or preloads it with a spring force. Optionally, the spring element 21 is formed in one part with the guide part 20 or with the rear grip element 16, in which case the coupling element 13 is formed in two parts.
[0038] Figure 5 shows the side view of Figure 4 with the base plate 8, but this time with the container 9 mounted thereon. The container 9 has, on its underside, which faces the base plate 8 in the assembled state, two coupling counter-elements designed as rear grip elements 22 and 23. Optionally, the rear grip elements 22, 23 are each formed as one piece or integrally with a housing or with the underbody of the container 9. In any case, the rear grip elements 22, 23 are aligned facing each other. The rear grip elements 22, 23 preferably extend over the entire length L of the container 9 perpendicular to the plane of the paper in Figure 5.Alternatively, the rear grip elements 22, 23 extend only in certain regions or over a limited longitudinal section of the container 9, in which case the container 9 preferably has several of the rear grip elements 22, 23 along its longitudinal extent, two of which form a pair of rear grip elements 22, 23. The pairs of rear grip elements 22, 23 are preferably arranged at a distance from one another that corresponds to the distance between the coupling elements 11, 12 13, 14 on the base plate 8.
[0039] The rear grip elements 22, 23 each have a projection 24 and 25, respectively, which are aligned facing away from one another in order to be inserted into the respective receiving space formed between the projection 17 and the projection 19, respectively, and the base plate 8. In the assembled state, as shown in Figure 5, the projections 24, 25 thus lie between the base plate 8 and the projections 19, 17, so that the container 9 is held positively on the base plate 8. In particular, it cannot be lifted upwards. This forms a rear grip seat between the container 9 and the base plate 8, which ensures positive locking. The projections 17, 18, 24, 25 engage behind the rear grip elements 16 and 22 on the one hand and behind the rear grip elements 18 and 23 on the other.
[0040] Figures 7A and B show the coupling element 14 in different views. Figure 7C shows a further embodiment of the coupling element 14. Figure 7A shows the coupling element 14 in a perspective view. In particular, the coupling element has a fastening opening 26 through which, for example, a fastening screw can be passed in order to screw the coupling element 14 to the base plate 8.
[0041] Figure 7B shows the coupling element 14 in a side view, in which, on the one hand, an exemplary embodiment of the projection 19 is shown, in which the projection 19 extends substantially parallel to the base plate 8. On the other hand, the coupling element 14 preferably has the aforementioned retaining projection 27 on its underside, which can be inserted into one of the recesses 15 of the base plate 8 for aligning and positioning the coupling element 14. Optionally, the retaining projection 27 is designed such that it engages behind the base plate 8 in a form-fitting manner and / or is pressed into the recess 15.
[0042] Figure 7C shows a further embodiment of the coupling element 14, which differs from the previous embodiments in that it is not only mounted on the surface of the base plate 8, but also largely extends into the base plate 8 or engages behind its rear side. For this purpose, the coupling element 14 is spring-shaped and protrudes only with the end having the projection 19 beyond the top or surface of the base plate 8 in order to create the receiving space for the engagement element 23 of the container 9.
[0043] Figures 8A and 8B show different views of the coupling element 13. Figure 8A shows the coupling element 13 in a perspective top view, and Figure 8B shows the coupling element 13 in a simplified longitudinal view. As already mentioned, the coupling element 13 has a guide part 20 that is designed like a housing and supports the rear grip element 16. The rear grip element 16 is held longitudinally guided in the guide part 20 so that it can be displaced in the direction of the protruding projection 17 or in the opposite direction. In the guide part 20, the aforementioned spring element 21 is also arranged and preloaded between a rear wall 28 of the guide part 20 and the rear grip element 16.
[0044] The rear grip element 16 can thus be displaced into the guide part 20, as indicated by an arrow 29 in Figure 8B, whereby the spring element 21 is compressed and the spring force increases. In the relaxed state, the spring element 21 pushes the rear grip element 16 out of the guide part 20 in the opposite direction to the arrow 29, so that the distance between the rear grip elements 16 and 18 of the pair 11 or 12 of coupling elements 13, 14 is reduced. In a plan view, the rear grip element 16 is preferably U-shaped, as indicated by dashed lines in Figure 8A. In the center, the guide part 20 has a cylindrical section 30 which forms a through-opening 31 transverse to the sliding direction of the rear grip element 16, through which a fastening screw can be inserted, by means of which the coupling element 13 can be fastened to the base plate 8.Due to the U-shaped design of the rear grip element 16, it can be guided past the cylindrical section 30 and displaced. Alternatively or in addition to the section 30, the coupling element 30, in particular the guide part 20, has a retaining projection that corresponds to the retaining projection 27.
[0045] To mount the container 9 on the base plate 8, the container 9 is first brought into engagement with the rear grip element 16 by means of the rear grip element 22, in which the container 9 is guided obliquely onto the base plate with the rear grip element 22 at the front, as shown by way of example in Figure 5 by an arrow 32. The container 9 is then placed on the base plate 8 with the end facing away from the rear grip element 22 or with the rear grip element 23. To do this, the user must first slide the container 9 in the tilted state against the spring force of the spring element 20 on the base plate 8 so that the projection 25 can be guided past the projection 19 of the coupling element 14 and the container 8 can thus be placed on the base plate 8. The user can then either let go of the container 9 or actively push it with the projection 25 under the projection 19 with the assistance of the spring element 20.Finally, the container 9 is then positively secured to the base plate 8.
[0046] To detach the container 9 from the base plate 8, the user must proceed in reverse and first slide the container 9 on the base plate 8 against the force of the spring element 20 in order to move the projection 25 away from the projection 19 far enough that the container 9 can be lifted from the base plate 8 at its end having the rear grip element 23. The user can then lift the container 9 at the end having the rear grip element 23 and pull the rear grip element 22 out of the receiving space of the rear grip element 16, thus detaching the container 9 from the base plate 8.
[0047] As shown in Figure 1, the assembly system 7 can comprise a plurality of containers 9 and coupling pairs 12 and coupling elements 13, 14, which are distributed on the shelf 6. Preferably, the containers 9 are of the same or identical design with respect to the rear grip elements 22, 23; alternatively, containers can also be equipped with different or differently arranged rear grip elements 22, 23, in which case, if necessary, the arrangement of the pairs 11, 12 and coupling elements 13, 14 or the distance between the coupling elements 13, 14 is adapted to at least one of the pairs 11, 12. The assembly system 7 can of course also be assigned to the storage shelf 5 or other storage shelves of the shelving system 3.
[0048] This allows the user to variably arrange and secure their container 9 or toolbox in the cargo space 2 of the motor vehicle 1. In particular, the container 9 can be secured to the shelf 6 regardless of its length L, as shown by way of example in Figure 2, provided its rear grip elements 22, 24 are designed at a distance appropriate to the coupling elements 13, 14. Alternatively, the user can arrange the coupling elements 13, 14 on the base plate 8 depending on the design of the container 9 and its rear grip elements 20, 24 to ensure optimal fastening.
[0049] The container 9 or the tool case 10 can be displaced on the base plate 8, even in the mounted or locked state, at least in the direction of action or counter to the direction of action of the spring force of the spring element 21, so that a simple release is possible at any time by moving the container 9 on the base plate 8.
[0050] Optionally, the rear grip elements 22, 24, 16, 18 are designed such that the container 9 can be arranged in different positions relative to the pairs and coupling elements 11, 12 along its longitudinal extent L. This is the case, for example, when the coupling elements 22, 24 extend over the entire length L of the respective container 9. Alternatively, the container has rear grip elements 22, 24 that are shortened in the longitudinal extent L, whereby the container can only be arranged in one or more predetermined positions relative to the coupling elements 13, 14, resulting in a clear positioning of the container 9 on the shelf 6. For this purpose, the rear grip elements have, for example, a cross-section in their longitudinal extent that deviates from a constant cross-section.
