[0008] Disclosure of Invention

[0009] The portable and stationary automatic universal multi-caliber magazine loader for automatic rifles and carbines, according to this invention, is designed in such a way that in the basic execution, it has a mount on which are the chainswheels placed that drive two parallel chains, and to them are attached ammunition cassettes that receive all calibers of rifle bullets. By starting the chain, the ammunition cassettes move to the plate with the loading mechanism, a sensor is placed on the frame to stop movement, and at the same time in the ammunition cassette a bullet pusher that is connected by the chain coupling and starting the motor via the sensor, the chain leads the pusher to the end of the cassette to the magazine holder, through the ammunition cassette that has multiple brakes for different quantities according to the calibers of the bullets, through the magazine holder, loads the magazine with ammunition. By activating the sensor at the end point the pusher returns to the starting position, and over the chains the ammunition cassette is moved one place, that is, the next ammunition cassette is brought and the procedure is repeated. This system in one pass of the pusher loads the magazine fully.

[0010] The device can simultaneously carry several different calibers of ammunition in the ammunition cassettes, while in one cassette there is one caliber, when loading the device with ammunition, the caliber loaded in the cassette is selected through a push on the buttons. When using the device, through the push of the buttons, the caliber that the user wants to load in the magazine is selected and thus the motor starts over the chainwheel to move the chain to bring the first full ammunition cassette with the selected caliber to the plate, or the motor starts the gear that thus moves the loading mechanism housing over the sliding rails to the position of the appropriate full ammunition cassette, where a sensor that is on the case of the mechanism stops the case to keep the pusher and the plate in proper relation to the ammunition cassette that is fixed on the bearing plate of the cassette, to carry out loading of the magazine.

[0011] The advantage of this construction is reflected in the fact that the loading of the magazine of automatic rifles and carbines is carried out quickly regardless of the caliber of the ammunition, regardless of whether the device is stationary or in motion and in an extremely short time interval.

Hinges 8 are placed on the front of the body on the sheating 6 in the lower part, and above them are the opening 7 for the RFID reader, buttons 9 for controlling the functions of the control unit, lock 11 for locking and handles 12 for transport and carrying, as well as the cover of the opening 13 for electronics maintenance. On the right side in the upper front is the magazine holder 4 on the extension of the cover 3 and cover 2 and is placed at the appropriate angle relative to the horizontal plane, magazine holder 4, and directly below is the handle 15 for opening the magazine holder 4. The entire structure is placed on supports 5 for the leveling of the device. Under cover 3 longitudinally extend parallel from one side to the other supports 24.

[0023] On the front side of the frame 16, under the sheating 6 in the upper part is placed plate 19, on which in its middle, the motor 25 with shaft 38 and pulley 17, over which is a belt 35, drives the chain 26 through pulley 18, the chain 26 which is mounted on the tensioner 36, which has its housing 37, and, over the surface of the guide 39 through the driven chainwheel 34. At the left end of the guide 40 on the upper surface is the coupling of the ammunition pusher 43 to the chain 26, and on it is the trigger of 41 sensors 42, while on the right side, at the end of the guide 40 is the sensor 32. Sensors 28 and 29 have their pairs on the frame 16 on the right side that intersect with the edges of cassette 22 for ammunition, sensor 29 on the upper edge and on the lower edge sensor 28, which determine the position of cassette 22 for ammunition against the magazine holder 4 in the required position, which is variable if needed.

[0024] Cassette 22 for ammunition is designed to have a flat surface for attaching to chains 21 and 23 or plate 56, with the hook 50 of the cassette carrier 49 for chains 21 and 23, and the fuse 44 attaches cassette 22 for ammunition to the carrier 49 of the cassette so that it does not fall off. Above the flat part of cassette 22, the Shape of a circular section is formed that forms the reception of ammunition, by forming the bottom of cassette 53 towards the flat part, and normally above it is the cover 46, and at the opposite end, is a real groove and placed in which the brake 51 of the spring 27 is placed so that the pusher 43 for ammunition has an even movement. Cassette 22 for ammunition is universal for all rifle ammunition calibers. They receive the required number of rounds of various calibers, for loading the magazine of rifles of the type M-16(AR-15) and rifles of the family AK-47(M-70), AK-74, VSS Vintorez, CZ BREN 2, as well as the calibers: 7.62x39mm, 5.45x39mm, 9x39 mm, 5.56x45mm, 6.5 mm Grendel, .300 BLK,.223; 204 Ruger,.224 Valkyrie, 25-45 sharps, 6.8 SPC

[0025] By pressing buttons 9, the device is placed in the drive for loading the magazines by the control unit checking whether the signal from Sensor 42 is interrupted and if it is interrupted the control unit gives a signal to shaft 38 of motor 25 that moves chain 26, which goes forward and carries the pusher 43 in the ammunition cassette 22 to the spring 27, which has its brake 51, over which the ammunition passes into the magazine that is placed in the magazine holder 4. At that point, sensor trigger 41 interrupts the signal on sensor 32. Then the control unit signals the shaft 38 of the motor 25 to drive it in the opposite direction so that chain 26 returns to its initial position and disengages sensor 42 which stops chain 26.
