[0035] Fig. 2 shows a shaped product according to the second aspect of the invention.

[0036] Fig. 3 shows a device for producing shaped articles according to the third aspect of the invention.

[0037] Fig. 4 shows a device for producing shaped articles according to the fourth aspect of the invention.

[0038] Fig. 5 shows a device for producing shaped articles according to the fifth aspect of the invention.

[0039] Fig. 6 is a side view of a device for producing shaped products.

[0040] Fig. 7 shows a device for making shaped products in the form of a rolling pin.

[0041] Fig. 8 shows a device for producing shaped products in the form of a mold.

[0042] The figures indicate: 1 - a shaped product; 1.1 - a straight section; 1.2 - sections including the shape of half-hearts; 1.3 - a heart shape; 1.4 - an additional heart shape; 2 - a device for making shaped products;

[0043] 2.1 - base; 2.2 - row; 2.3 - guides; 2.4 - essentially parallel guides; 2.5 - half-heart-shaped guide; 2.6 - heart-shaped guide; 2.7 - additional guide; 2.8 - row; 2.9 - guide; 2 - heart-shaped guide.

[0044] The shaped article 1 (Fig. 1) according to the first aspect of the invention includes essentially rectilinear sections 1.1 and sections including the shape of half-hearts 1.2, the half-hearts of which are arranged essentially in a mirror image relative to the essentially central longitudinal axis of the shaped article 1, wherein the said sections 1.2 are made in width A 1.5...5 times greater than the width of the essentially rectilinear sections 1.1, and the essentially rectilinear sections 1.1 are made in length 1.5...3.5 times greater than the length of the sections including the shape of half-hearts 1.2.

[0045] The shape of half-hearts is liked by girls, which has been repeatedly studied and proven by scientists, in connection with which the figured product 1 includes the shape of half-hearts 1.2. Instead, the presence of only areas including half-hearts

[0046] 1.2 quite easily and quickly gets boring for girls, which increases the time adults spend persuading girls to engage in making such a figured product 1. This is solved by introducing essentially rectilinear sections 1.1 into the figured product 1, which allows girls to develop their creative skills, fantasize and come up with a new use for the manufactured figured product 1, due to which this form does not get boring for girls, which reduces the time adults spend persuading girls to engage in an activity that develops their skills.

[0047] The execution of sections including the shape of half-hearts 1.2, in width h 1.5...5 times exceeding the width of essentially rectilinear sections 1.1 and the execution of essentially rectilinear sections 1.1 in length 1.5...3.5 times exceeding the length of sections including the shape of half-hearts 1.2 is due to the reduction of time of adults for repeated persuasion of girls to engage in activities developing their skills. Girls get upset when figured products 1, made with their own hands, constantly break during the manufacturing process and the next time they reluctantly agree to start making them again, in the worst case they refuse altogether. The production of products in the stated proportions allows to preserve the integrity of the figured products 1 made by girls, which allows to preserve the motivation of girls to re-produce figured products 1 for use for various purposes and from various materials, which allows to reduce the time of adults on repeated persuasion of girls to engage in an activity that develops their skills.

[0048] The shaped article 1 according to the first aspect of the invention in one of the embodiments may contain between the half-hearts of the section including the half-hearts 1.2, the shape of a heart 1.3, if desired, it can be added to the shaped article 1 according to the first aspect of the invention, wherein the said shape of a heart 1.3 can be made in the form of a depression, or can be made in the form of a protrusion, or can be made in the form of an opening, which requires certain skills and, if necessary, can improve the girl's skills.

[0049] Complex shaped articles 1 are difficult to manufacture, in connection with which little girls can first master the shaped article 1 according to the first aspect of the present invention, having tried different colors, sizes, materials, and areas of application of the shaped article 1. If the shaped article according to the first aspect of the invention has been mastered by a girl or an older girl, then it is quite possible to diversify the girl's occupation and continue to develop her skills, making the article according to the second aspect of the present invention.

[0050] The shaped article 1 (Fig. 2) according to the second aspect of the present invention essentially repeats the shaped article 1 made according to the first aspect of the present invention, but additionally contains a heart shape 1.3 located between the half-hearts of the section including the half-hearts 1.2, and an additional heart shape 1.4 located inside the heart shape 1.3.

[0051] In one of the alternative embodiments, the heart shape 1.3 can be a hole, i.e. when making the shaped article 1, the material is cut out according to the said shape 1.3, the shape of the shaped article 1 will remain the same, and the cut out piece in the shape of heart 1.3 can also be used to create other shaped articles, crafts or when cooking, for example, if it is made of dough, pasta in the shape of shape 1.3 can be prepared. As was previously discussed, girls like hearts, in connection with which the introduction of additional ones into the shaped article 1 increases the interest of girls in it as a whole, and the heart shape 1.3 and the additional heart shape 1.4 can be both a protrusion and a depression, and the latter can also be a hole, which also allows developing the imagination of girls for the further implementation of the manufactured shaped article 1, and also develops their motor skills in making the said shapes of hearts 1.3, 1.4, both when they are made in the form of depressions, and in the form of protrusions, and in the form of holes, and reduces the time adults spend persuading girls to start making a figured product 1.

[0052] In one of the alternative embodiments, the additional heart shape 1.4 can be a hole, i.e. when making the shaped article 1, the material is cut out according to the said shape 1.4, the shape of the shaped article 1 will remain the same, while the cut out piece in the shape of the additional heart 1.4 can also be used to create other shaped articles, crafts or when preparing food, for example, if it is made of dough, pasta in the form of shape 1.4 can be prepared.

[0053] Preferably, the length of the contour of the heart shape 1.3 is no less than 1.5 times less than the length of the contour of the section including half-hearts 1.2, together with the length of the distance between the half-hearts of the section including half-hearts 1.2, and the length of the contour of the additional heart shape 1.4 is no less than 1.5 times less than the length of the contour of the heart shape 1.3 located between the half-hearts of the section including half-hearts 1.2. In a particular case, for example, when cutting out the said shapes from a blank, the said parameters allow the integrity of the cut out figured product 1.

[0054] The skills of girls that are developed during the production of the declared shaped product, including the declared device for producing shaped products 2, include the development of motor skills, since in particular the shaped product is made of plastic materials such as clay, dough, plasticine, device 2 must either be rolled over the workpiece or pressed on the workpiece to obtain the required shape; fantasy is developed since the declared shaped product can be made of a hard or plastic material, short or long, which allows it to be used in various areas of life, for example, it can be a decorative element made of clay, which can then be used to create a craft or decorate a picture with it, or pottery products (mugs, plates, etc.), soap can be cut out of a layer and given as a gift to family members, friends, a caregiver, a teacher, etc., as a gift made with your own hands; it can be a Christmas tree toy made, for example, from lightweight clay, which will come in handy for the New Year's holiday; it can be a garland made of the length necessary for a particular occasion; it can be cookies, or puff pastry, or pasta cut out in a figured shape, cheese, sausage and other food products, which can later be used to decorate a festive table for family or guests, which will also additionally develop the girl's culinary skills, increase their imagination and reduce the time adults spend persuading girls to engage in an activity that develops their skills. Figured product 1 can be made of clay, soap, and can also be a flour product made on the basis of flour, in particular from dough, and relate to confectionery and culinary products. The flour for producing the shaped product 1 can be varied and include at least one component selected from the following: wheat flour, rice flour, buckwheat flour, rye flour, barley flour, oat flour, pea flour, etc., and also include at least one component selected from the following: spinach, carrots, beets, zucchini, etc. In one embodiment, the material for producing the shaped product 1 can include food or non-food colorings.

[0055] The device for producing shaped articles 2 (Fig. 3, 6) according to the third aspect of the present invention comprises a base 2.1 and a row 2.2 of guides 2.3, which comprises essentially parallel guides 2.4, forming an essentially rectilinear section and turning into guides 2.5 in the form of half hearts, arranged essentially mirror-like relative to the essentially central longitudinal axis of the essentially rectilinear section, forming a section including the shape of half hearts, wherein the distance h between the guides 2.5 in the form of half hearts is made 1.5...5 times greater than the distance between the essentially parallel guides 2.4, and the length of the essentially parallel guides 2.4 is made 1.5...3.5 times greater than the length of the guides 2.5 in the form of half hearts.

[0056] The device for producing shaped articles 2 can be made in the form of a rolling pin (Fig. 7) or an attachment for it, a manual and mechanical, household and industrial roller or be an attachment for it, it can be a press mold with guides 2.3 made on it, just a mold in the form of a base 2.1 with guides 2.3 (Fig. 8) in accordance with this, the base 2.1 will change and can be a cylindrical body, a sheet of material or a frame made of material to which the guides 2.3 are fixed or in which recesses are made that are guides 2.3. The device for producing shaped articles 2 can be made of various materials, such as metal, for example, steel, wood, polymer or other suitable ones. Depending on the base material, various methods of securing guides 2.3 in the form of protrusions can be used, for example, soldering, welding, casting together with base 2.1, cutting guides 2.3 from base 2.1, etc.

[0057] The device for making shaped articles 2 according to the third aspect of the invention in one of the embodiments between the guides 2.5 in the form of half-hearts may contain a guide 2.6 in the form of a heart, which allows, if the girl wishes, to add it to the shaped article 1, wherein the mentioned guide 2.6 in the form of a heart may be made in the form of a recess, or may be made in the form of a protrusion, which makes the device more complex and interesting for the girl.

[0058] Making the distance h between the guides 2.5 in the form of half-hearts 1.5...5 times greater than the distance between the essentially parallel guides 2.4 and making the length of the essentially parallel guides 2.4 1.5...3.5 times greater than the length of the guides 2.5 in the form of half-hearts is due to the reduction in the time of adults to repeatedly persuade girls to engage in activities that develop their skills, since going beyond the stated ranges leads to a fracture of the finished product, due to which the girls are reluctant to sit down again to repeat the execution of figured products 1 using the device for making figured products 2.

[0059] The device for producing shaped articles 2 (Fig. 4) according to the fourth aspect of the invention essentially repeats the device for producing shaped articles 2 according to the third aspect of the invention, but additionally contains a guide 2.6 in the shape of a heart, located between guides 2.5 in the shape of half-hearts, and contains inside it an additional guide 2.7 in the shape of a heart.

[0060] The device for producing shaped articles 2 (Fig. 5) according to the fifth aspect of the invention essentially repeats the device for producing shaped articles 2 according to the fourth aspect of the invention, but additionally comprises a row 2.8, including a guide 2.9 located essentially parallel to the essentially parallel guides 2.4 of the row 2.2, wherein between the essentially parallel guides 2.4 and 2.9 of the adjacent rows 2.2 and 2.8 it comprises a guide 2.10 in the shape of a heart or guides 2.10 in the shape of hearts.

[0061] As described earlier, the shape of the half-hearts is liked by girls, and thanks to the use of the claimed device 2 with guides 2.2 with ready-made guide forms 2.4 and 2.5 made on the base 2.1, in another aspect of the invention guides 2.6, 2.7, in another aspect of the invention guides 2.9, 2.10, it allows girls to spend less time on making the figured product 1, while it turns out to be of the intended beautiful shape, which allows girls to be persuaded to engage in an activity that develops their skills more quickly, that is, with this, the time of adults for this process is reduced.

[0062] At the same time, the claimed device allows to speed up the process of working with one shaped product 1 and move on to the next one, thereby mastering other materials faster when working with shaped product 1, device for making shaped products 2 and developing faster, including other skills, for example, cooking, if the material of the shaped product 1 is applicable for food, painting, varnishing, if such a product is made, for example, from clay as a decorative element or colorist, if the product is made from soap under which the girl has prepared a colored blank in advance, etc., which reduces the time of adults on repeated persuasion of the girl to engage in an activity that develops her skill.

[0063] The successive complication of the device for making shaped articles 2 in accordance with aspects three through five of the present invention allows to continue to develop the girl's skills, making shaped articles 1 in a new form without departing from the essence of the present invention and based on the favorite shape of the heart, allows to improve their imagination and come up with new possibilities for using the claimed devices, which reduces the time adults have to repeatedly persuade girls to engage in an activity that develops their skills.

[0064] Preferably, the length of the contour of the guide 2.6 in the form of a heart is not less than 1.5 times less than the length of the contour of the guides 2.5 in the form of half-hearts in combination with the length of the distance between them, and the length of the additional guide 2.7 in the form of a heart is not less than 1.5 times less than the length of the guide 2.6 in the form of a heart, located between the guides 2.5 in the form of half-hearts. In a particular case, for example, when cutting out the said shapes from a blank with the claimed device 2, the said parameters allow the integrity of the cut out figured product 1.

[0065] It should be noted that when manufacturing a shaped article 1 with a device for manufacturing shaped articles 2, the width h of the section including half-hearts 1.2 of the shaped article 1 is approximately equal to the width k between the guides (2.5) in the form of half-hearts; the approximate value is determined by the error taking into account external factors.

[0066] In one of the alternative embodiments of the present invention, the above-described guides 2.3, in particular guides 2.4 - 2.7, 2.9, 2.10, can be made in the form of a recess, in another alternative embodiment of the invention, the guides 2.3, in particular guides 2.4 - 2.7, 2.9, 2.10, can be made in the form of a protrusion, in yet another alternative embodiment of the invention, the transition between the substantially parallel guides 2.4, guides 2.5, as well as the distance between the walls of the guides 2.6, 2.7, 2.10 can be made in the form of a protrusion, or can be made in the form of a recess.

[0067] In one of the alternative embodiments of the present invention, the guides 2.4 - 2.7, 2.9, 2.10 can be made partly in the form of recesses and partly in the form of projections, and those that are made in the form of projections can be made of different heights so that the higher projections cut the workpiece, and the lower ones create recesses on the shaped product 1.

[0068] The achievement of the technical result was tested on ten girls who were asked by adults to choose a product that they would like to make with their own hands as part of developing their skills, such as imagination, motor skills, coloristics, working with different types of materials. The products presented were oblong-shaped products such as the shape of the pasta product tagliatelle, a product in the form of stars, in the form of animals and the figured products 1 according to the first and second aspects of the present invention declared in this product. Nine out of nine girls chose forms for making crafts in the form of figured products 1 according to the first and second aspects of the present invention.

[0069] The achievement of the technical result was tested on fifteen girls, three of whom were asked by adults to make a figured product in the form of a star as part of developing their above-described skills, three of whom were asked to make a figured product in the form of tagliatelle, three of whom were asked to make a figured product in the form of a dog, three of whom were asked to make figured product 1 according to the first aspect of the present invention, of whom were asked to make figured product 1 according to the second aspect of the present invention. As a result of the experiment, it was found that persuading the girls to engage in an activity developing their skills in the form of figured products 1 according to the first and second aspects of the present invention required on average up to 5 times less time than for other figured products presented for manufacture.

[0070] The experiment was repeated two days later and the girls from the previous experiment were offered to re-engage in the activities that developed their skills, for which purpose the same shaped articles were offered. As a result of the repeated experiment, it was found that to persuade the girls to engage in the activity that developed their skills in the form of shaped articles 1 according to the first and second aspects of the present invention, when offered again, it took on average up to 4 times less time than for other shaped articles presented for manufacturing.

[0071] When adults suggested continuing the work and engaging the girls in developing their skills using the device for making shaped articles 2 according to any of the claimed aspects of the present invention, even less time was required; to the questions of why the girls agreed, answers were received more quickly, that this way you can quickly make a beautiful, even shape and then work with it; if it is a pasta product or a cookie, then you can start cooking it more quickly; if it is a decorative element, then you can move on to painting it more quickly, etc.
