Abstract

The present invention comprises a structural arrangement for a wafer-shaped device containing, inside it, a structural sequence of metals and crystals, figure 02, in which there is a natural rock crystal sphere (1) in a central unit, surrounded by nine metal spheres arranged sequentially as follows: a silver sphere (2), a gold sphere (3), a magnet sphere (4), a silver sphere (5), a gold sphere (6), a magnet sphere (7), a silver sphere (8), a gold sphere (9), a magnet sphere (10), assembled on a magnetised surface that allows the position of the magnetic field to be arranged in one and the same direction, thus enhancing the results, intended for the field of integrative therapies, which use the acupuncture system for actuation, used for inert stimulation of acupuncture points on the surface of the body.

Description

ACUPUNCTURE POINT STIMULATION TABLET

[0001] This patent application for invention refers to a “TABLET FOR STIMULATING ACUPUNCTURE POINTS”, consisting of a structural conformation of a tablet-shaped device containing semi-precious metals and crystal, intended for the integrative therapies sector, especially those that use the acupuncture system for their action, used to stimulate acupuncture points on the surface of the body in an inert way, safely and without contraindications, and can be handled by any professional trained in the knowledge of systemic acupuncture and microsystems such as auriculotherapy or microsystem reflexology. Its applicability is extensive since it is harmless and safe, bringing no risks or contraindications.

[0002] Acupuncture is a therapeutic resource originating from Traditional Chinese Medicine over 3,000 years ago that involves the stimulation of specific points on the body using filiform needles or other means, such as: acupressure or auriculotherapy, demanding high manufacturing and acquisition costs, in addition to being for the exclusive use of certain professional classes.

[0003] The present invention is justified because the tablets are easy to clean, can be reused, and are manufactured with easily accessible materials, which can reduce the cost of the procedure, humanize the care, and eliminate the stigma, anxiety, discomfort, and fear of needle trauma or even needle phobia, due to resistance to the procedure due to these objects. On the other hand, it allows more people to have access to care through the technique, eliminating complications caused by needles such as infections, hematomas, organ perforation, bleeding, and pain. [0012] The tablet is double-sided and can be applied to the point to be treated, with all structures at the same distance from each other and from the resin framework (11). During construction, the tablets are mounted on a magnetized surface that allows the magnetic field to be positioned in the same direction, which enhances the result. After assembling the spheres, the two sides are joined with epoxy resin, receiving an external layer of the same resin.

[0013] Because they are innovative and until now not understood in the state of the art, the “TABLET FOR STIMULATING ACUPUNCTURE POINTS” fits perfectly within the criteria that define the invention patent.

CLAIM 1. “TABLET FOR STIMULATING ACUPUNCTURE POINTS”, manufactured with a resin framework Fig. 03 (11) with two faces Fig. 01 , characterized by containing inside a structural sequence of metals and crystal Fig. 02, where in the central area there is a sphere of natural rock crystal (1), surrounded by nine metal spheres arranged sequentially as follows: silver sphere (2), gold sphere (3), magnet sphere (4), silver sphere (5), gold sphere (6), magnet sphere, sphere of (7), silver sphere (8), gold sphere (9), magnet sphere (10), mounted on a magnetized surface that allows the organization of the position of the magnetic field in the same direction, for the stimulation of acupuncture points and enhancing the result.
