AI Technical Summary
Current packaging materials in the automotive industry, such as paper bags and sleeves, are prone to tearing and puncturing, leading to scratches and defects on product surfaces, while also contributing to a high carbon footprint.
A protective packaging structure comprising a top layer of paper and a bottom layer of natural fabrics, preferably Tencel fabric, which provides enhanced resistance to tearing and puncturing while reducing carbon emissions.
The packaging structure effectively protects products from impact and scratching while being more environmentally friendly, as it is made from natural materials that reduce the reliance on petroleum-derived products.

Abstract
Description
[0001] A TYPE OF PROTECTION PACKAGING STRUCTURE
[0002] FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The present invention relates to protective packaging materials used in transportation, storage and packaging of all kinds of materials. It will be used for packaging and wrapping with low carbon emissions as well as impact and scratch protection for products used in industry and especially in the automotive sector.
[0004] STATE OF THE ART
[0005] Many types of packaging from different materials are used in the industrial sector for transportation, storage and packaging purposes. In the invention numbered EP3075678B1 , "packaging container for automotive parts" is defined as an example. Today, actions to reduce the carbon footprint are increasing day by day and among these actions, the production of ecological and recyclable products instead of all kinds of petroleum and petroleum-derived bags, sleeves and packaging materials used in current applications, especially natural packaging as an alternative to petroleum-derived packaging such as nylon and bubble wrap used in the automotive industry sector is demanded by many companies.
[0006] As a result, technical problems such as tearing and puncturing of the packaging as well as quality problems such as scratches and defects on the material surfaces occur due to the parts placed in bags and sleeves made of paper material.
[0007] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
[0008] Said invention eliminates the disadvantages described in the state of the art and fulfils the needs.
[0009] The present invention relates to protective packaging materials used in transportation, storage and packaging of all kinds of materials. It will be used for packaging and packaging with low carbon emissions, as well as protection against impact and scratching, for products used in industry and especially the automotive sector. The present invention is a packaging material that is an alternative to existing packaging materials to meet the natural product criterion demanded for both part protection and carbon footprint reduction and consists of a top layer of paper surface and a bottom layer of natural fabrics. Thus, since both layers are natural, they are separated from petroleum and petroleum-derived packaging groups and form an ecological product. Tencel fabric is preferably used as the bottom layer, but it is possible to use materials such as all kinds of natural fibers (bamboo, Tencel, linen, cotton).
[0010] With this technique, it is possible to produce packaging that is more resistant to tearing and puncturing, as well as not scratching the product.

[0016] DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0017] A type of protective packaging structure for industrial and, in particular, automotive products for use in packaging and packaging with low carbon emissions as well as impact and scratch protection, comprises the following
[0018] • bottom layer (1 ) made of natural fabrics
[0019] • top layer (2) made of paper
[0020] In the present invention, Tencel fabric is preferably used as the bottom layer (1 ), but it is possible to use materials such as all kinds of natural fibers (bamboo, linen, cotton).
[0021] In the invention in question, the bottom layer (1 ) and the top layer (2) are joined to each other by any joining method (heat, adhesive, etc.).
