Furthermore, the components described below can be combined as appropriate, and when there are multiple embodiments, the respective embodiments can also be combined.

[0010] [Present Embodiment] A work assistance system 10 according to this embodiment is a system that assists workers who perform aircraft maintenance work. The work assistance system 10 provides information related to maintenance work to workers and is used to record the work content at each work location. Note that the work assistance system 10 may be used as a system for educating and training on maintenance work, in addition to actual work. The work assistance system 10 will be described with reference to FIG. 1 .

[0011] (Work Support System) FIG. 1 is a diagram of a work support system according to this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the work support system 10 has a control unit 31, a storage unit 32, a display unit 33, and an input unit 34. The work support system 10 may be a wearable terminal, a portable terminal, or a stationary terminal, and is not particularly limited. A worker terminal 39 is also connected to the work support system 10 via a communication network 37. Although not shown, the worker terminal 39 has a display unit and an input unit, similar to the work support system 10, and is capable of inputting information for recording work.

[0012] The control unit 31 includes an integrated circuit such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit). The control unit 31 executes data processing related to the support of maintenance work. The memory unit 32 is any memory device such as a semiconductor memory device or a magnetic memory device. Information generated by various data processing operations is stored in this memory unit 32. The display unit 33 is a display device such as a liquid crystal display. The input unit 34 is an input device such as a keyboard and a mouse.

[0013] The work support system 10 presents information about the planned maintenance work to the worker via the display unit 33. Furthermore, the work support system 10 generates information about the progress of the maintenance work and information about the results of the maintenance work when the worker inputs work record information about the maintenance work. The work support system 10 then outputs the generated information about the results of the maintenance work to a work record database (not shown).

[0014] Next, an overview of the functions of the work support system 10 will be described with reference to FIG. 2. FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram functionally illustrating the work support system according to this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 2, the work support system 10 acquires work request data ("request" in FIG. 2), which is data on maintenance work to be performed. The work request data is information for supporting maintenance work, and is resource information that associates the work procedure for the maintenance work, the location required for the maintenance work, the equipment required for the maintenance work, the parts required for the maintenance work, the personnel required for the maintenance work, and the work time required for the maintenance work.

[0015] When the work support system 10 acquires the work request data, it supports the maintenance work based on the work request data. The work support system 10 presents the work procedure for the maintenance work to the worker via the display unit 33. The work support system 10 also generates work record data based on the information input by the worker and outputs the generated work record data to a work record database.

[0016] Furthermore, the work support system 10 executes an interruption process to interrupt the maintenance work during the work, and executes a resumption process to resume the work while the maintenance work is interrupted.

[0017] Next, the work interruption process of the work support system 10 will be described with reference to Fig. 3 to Fig. 5. Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 are flowcharts of an example of the work support system according to this embodiment. Fig. 5 is a diagram of a screen displayed on the display unit of the work support system.

[0018] As shown in Fig. 3, during maintenance work, an interruption operation to interrupt the maintenance work is input to the control unit 31 of the work support system 10 via the input unit 34 (step S1). In step S1, the worker performs an operation to interrupt the work on the input unit 34, causing the control unit 31 to start the interruption process. After step S1 is executed, the control unit 31 re-registers the maintenance work as one to be resumed (step S2). In step S2, the control unit 31 re-registers the maintenance work in the work management system that manages the progress of the maintenance work or in the memory unit 32. Next, the control unit 31 records the work record data of the maintenance work up to the interruption in the work record database (step S3), and ends the interruption process.

[0019] When a restart operation to restart the maintenance work is input via the input unit 34 after the maintenance work has been interrupted, the control unit 31 executes a restart process to restart recording of the work record data of the maintenance work.

[0020] Furthermore, in the interruption process shown in FIG. 3 , the control unit 31 executes the display process shown in FIG. 5 . The display process shown in FIG. 5 is a display process that displays on the display unit 33 that the work has been interrupted. Specifically, the control unit 31 displays a screen 51 related to the maintenance work on the display unit 33 during maintenance work. This screen 51 displays main items 52 indicating work units and sub-items 53 indicating maintenance work steps associated with the main items 52. The main items 52 are items of maintenance work that need to be performed. When the main item 52 is selected, the control unit 31 supports the maintenance work by expanding the sub-items 53 corresponding to the main items 52 in accordance with the work procedure. The sub-items 53 are items corresponding to each step of the work procedure. The sub-items 53 are expanded when the main item 52 is selected and are stored when the interruption process is executed.

[0021] When starting maintenance work, the control unit 31 displays main items 52 as shown in the upper screen 51 of FIG. 5 . When a main item 52 for a specific maintenance work is selected, the control unit 31 displays sub-items 53 corresponding to the main item 52 as shown in the middle screen 51 of FIG. 5 . When a maintenance work interruption process is executed, the control unit 31 stores the sub-items 53 and displays the main item 52 as shown in the lower screen 51 of FIG. 5 . At this time, the main item 52 may display an icon 55 indicating that an interruption process is being executed. This allows the work assistance system 10 to visually inform the worker that an interruption process has been executed. Thereafter, when the maintenance work is resumed, the control unit 31 displays the main item 52 of the re-registered maintenance work as shown in the upper screen 51 of FIG. 5 .

[0022] In addition to the display process shown in FIG. 5, the control unit 31 may also execute a notification process to notify workers who are able to perform the work that the work has been suspended when the suspension process is being executed.

[0023] Furthermore, when the interruption process is being executed, the control unit 31 may execute an information sharing process to notify an external party that the work has been interrupted. The external party may be, for example, a system that manages the progress of the work, and it may be possible to execute progress management based on the interruption of the work.

[0024] Furthermore, when executing the interruption process, the control unit 31 may determine whether the step in the work procedure of the maintenance work to be interrupted is an interruptible step. If the step is an uninterruptible step, the control unit 31 may display that fact on the display unit 33.

[0025] The process shown in FIG. 4 is a display process for a warning displayed on the screen 51 when a maintenance task corresponding to the main item 52 is selected, and the control unit 31 acquires the selected maintenance task item (step S11). After executing step S11, the control unit 31 determines whether the acquired maintenance task satisfies a caution condition (step S12). That is, in step S12, it determines whether the acquired maintenance task is a caution condition that requires the worker's attention. The caution condition may be, for example, whether the maintenance task is being performed for the first time by the worker, or whether the maintenance task is being performed by the worker after a long time. The caution condition is not particularly limited to the above-mentioned conditions, and may be any condition.

[0026] If the control unit 31 determines in step S12 that the caution condition is satisfied (step S12: Yes), the control unit 31 displays a warning for the worker on the display unit 33 (step S13). If the control unit 31 determines in step S12 that the caution condition is not satisfied (step S12: No), or after executing step S13, the control unit 31 determines whether there is a change in the work procedure (step S14).

[0027] If the control unit 31 determines in step S14 that there has been a change in the work procedure (step S14: Yes), it displays a notice regarding the procedure on the display unit 33 (step S15). If the control unit 31 determines in step S14 that there has been no change in the work procedure (step S14: No), or after executing step S15, it determines whether or not it is necessary to check the wear state of the tools used in the maintenance work (step S16). In step S16, the control unit 31 acquires work record data of past maintenance work, calculates the period or number of times the tools have been used, and determines whether or not checking is necessary based on a preset threshold value.

[0028] If the control unit 31 determines in step S16 that the tool wear state needs to be checked (step S16: Yes), it displays a warning to check the tool wear state on the display unit 33 (step S17). If the control unit 31 determines in step S16 that the tool wear state does not need to be checked (step S16: No), or after executing step S17, it ends the warning display process.

[0029] As described above, the task support system 10 described in this embodiment can be understood, for example, as follows.

[0030] The work support system 10 according to the first aspect is a work support system 10 that supports work by a worker, and comprises a display unit 33 that displays a work procedure for the work, an input unit 34 that inputs the progress of the work in accordance with the work procedure, and a control unit 31 that executes data processing to record the progress of the work based on the input of the input unit 34, and when an interruption operation to interrupt the work is input via the input unit 34, the control unit 31 executes data processing to record the progress of the work before the interruption and executes interruption processing to display on the display unit 33 that the work has been interrupted, and when a resume operation to resume the work is input via the input unit 34, the control unit 31 resumes the data processing to record the progress of the work.

[0031] With this configuration, even if the maintenance work is interrupted, the progress of the work can be recorded, so that the progress of the work can be grasped even when the maintenance work is resumed. Therefore, the worker can appropriately interrupt and resume the work.

[0032] As a second aspect, in the work support system 10 relating to the first aspect, the control unit 31 displays, on the display unit 33, a main item 52 indicating a work unit of the work and a sub-item 53 indicating a step in the work procedure of the work that is associated with the main item 52, and when the interruption process is executed, a display process is executed to store the sub-item 53 and display the main item 52.

[0033] According to this configuration, the worker can clearly understand whether the maintenance work is being performed or has been suspended by visually checking the display unit 33 .

[0034] As a third aspect, in the work support system 10 according to the first or second aspect, when the interruption process is executed, the control unit 31 executes a notification process to notify the worker who is able to perform the work that the work has been interrupted.

[0035] This configuration makes it possible to notify nearby workers that maintenance work has been suspended, allowing those workers who are able to perform the work to resume the maintenance work.

[0036] As a fourth aspect, in the work support system 10 relating to any one of the first to third aspects, the control unit 31 executes an information sharing process to notify the outside that the work has been interrupted when the interruption process is executed.

[0037] This configuration allows information to be shared that maintenance work has been suspended, making it possible to manage the progress of work while taking into account the suspension of maintenance work, for example.

[0038] As a fifth aspect, in the work support system 10 relating to any one of the first to fourth aspects, if the work is a task that requires caution for the worker, the control unit 31 displays on the display unit 33 an indication that caution is required.

[0039] This configuration makes it possible to alert the worker to the importance of the maintenance work.
