Description

[0001] A. FOLDING CLOTHES HANGER

[0002] This invention relates to a folding clothes hanger according to the preamble of Claim 1 and of Claim 3.

[0003] Clothes hangers having folding wings or shoulders are : commercially available, the aim of which is to reduce the encumbrance thereof in transportation , It is the object of this invention in a folding clothing hanger to provide the automation of the wing opening and closing operation to satisfy the exigency of facilitating the use thereof, as is particularly felt in hotel structures and in shops, beyond private use.

[0004] Such an object is reached with a clothes hanger according to annexed Claim 1 and with a clothes hanger according to Claim 3.

[0005] Therefore it is the subject matter of this invention a clothes hanger of annexed Claim 1 and of annexed Claim 3.

[0006] Moreover, ccllootthheess hangers aarree commercially available, including a crossbar for trousers . The most customary system for using trousers hangers at present is to make the trousers to pass between the two side shoulders of. the hanger and to lay them on the central crossbar and to pull the trousers on such a crossbar so as to centre it thereon. The shortcomings of such procedures aarree a damaging and aa ccrreeaassiinngg ooff the trousers . A further shortcoming is the loss of time in the insertion of the trousers in the hanger . It is the object of this invention to provide a trousers hanger that overcomes such shortcomings . Such an object is reached with a hanger according to annexed Claim 4 .

[0007] It is an advantage of this invention to facilitate the movement of insertion of the trousers in that by pressing a side button the central crossbar performs a rotation opening itself and allowing the user to lay the garment on the crossbar, once the garment laid crossbar is brought back upwards, so the garment performing the same rotation, but in the opposite sense this time .

[0008] Once the crossbar pushed upwards by hand, this one will get interlocked in its stop position so as to be freed only when pressing the side button again. Moreover, the convenience is represented by the fact that the trousers may be inserted and taken off without detaching the hanger from the hanging rod in that, by pressing a dedicated button, the crossbar will free itself, rotate downwards, going to create a gap large enough to place the garment in a convenient and quick way, once the garment positioned it will suffice to push the crossbar upwards by a finger and this one will go to lock by its trigger system.

[0009] Therefore it is a further subject-matter of this invention a clothes hanger for trousers according to annexed Claim 4 . This invention will be fully understood based on the following disclosure of embodiments, only given as a matter of example, absolutely not of restriction of the same, referring to the annexed drawings, wherein :
