Description

Description Title: Packaging device comprising a decorative piece, assembly of such a packaging device and an accessory on which the decorative piece can be fixed Technical field

[0001] The present disclosure relates to the field of cosmetic product packaging devices. More specifically, a packaging device comprising a decorative part and an assembly of such a packaging device and an accessory to which the decorative part can be attached is described. Prior art

[0002] Users are particularly sensitive to the aesthetics of cosmetic packaging devices. However, users are looking for a personalized offering, including customizable aesthetics for packaging devices. Users also want to be able to adapt the customization of their cosmetic containers to suit their desires, throughout the lifetime of the cosmetic packaging device. Users therefore want the ability to remove a customization element and replace it with another, without having to purchase a new cosmetic packaging device.

[0003] One aim of this disclosure is thus to propose a cosmetic product packaging device that is easily customizable, without compromising the aesthetics of the packaging device.

[0004] It is known, in the field of beverage containers, far removed from the field of cosmetic products, to fix a means of personalization on a cap by means of a screw, as described in application US 2010 / 0187196 A1.

[0005] Application US 2012 / 0138563 A1, also in the field of beverage containers, proposes fixing a personalization element on a cap, to avoid confusing the containers of two different owners. The personalization element can take the form of a plate inserted into a corresponding housing, at the top of the cap. According to another embodiment provided in this document, the personalization element takes the form of a flexible covering element, unrolled over the cap.

[0006] These solutions do not present a degree of aesthetics adapted to the technical field of cosmetic product packaging devices.

[0007] Furthermore, it is known from international application WO-A-2022 / 129779A1, a cap for a device for packaging at least one cosmetic product, adapted to be fixed on a cosmetic product packaging case. The cap comprises a hollow body comprising, in the vicinity of an outlet, a first elastic fitting relief. The cap also comprises a decorative piece, one face of which has a decoration. The decorative piece also comprises a second elastic fitting relief. The decorative piece is fixed in the hollow body by elastic fitting of the first and second elastic casing reliefs. The elastic casing of the first and second elastic casing reliefs can be removed without damaging either the hollow body or the decorative piece.

[0008] However, the decorative piece appears useless once removed from the hood. Summary

[0009] This disclosure improves the situation.

[0010] To this end, a device is proposed for packaging at least one cosmetic product comprising: - at least one decorative piece, each decorative piece comprising a decoration on at least one face intended to be oriented towards the outside of the packaging device, and at least one first elastic casing relief, each decorative piece further comprising a means of attachment to an accessory, distinct from the packaging device, the means of attachment being different from the at least one first elastic casing relief, - at least one hollow body forming a housing for receiving a decorative piece, each hollow body forming at least one second elastic fitting relief, each decorative piece being fixed to a respective hollow body by elastic fitting of at least one first elastic fitting relief with at least one associated second elastic fitting relief, the elastic fitting of each first elastic fitting relief and of the associated second elastic fitting relief being removable without damaging the decorative piece or the hollow body, the decoration preferably comprising at least one of: - a color, in particular distinct from the color of the hollow body, - a pattern, - at least one pellet made of a material or imitating the appearance of a material, - a trademark, including a logo, and - a hollow or protruding relief in relation to the face of the decorative piece bearing the decoration.

[0039] In the remainder of the description, elements that are identical or have the same function bear the same reference sign. For the sake of brevity in this description, elements that are identical in several examples are not described in detail, as part of the detailed description of each of these examples. On the contrary, the following description details above all the differences between the different examples.

[0040] Figure 1 illustrates an example of a device 10 for packaging a cosmetic product. Here, the device 10 is a device for packaging and applying a cosmetic product. The device 10 is particularly suitable for applying a cosmetic and / or care product to a user's lips, such as lipstick or lip balm.

[0041] As visible in Figure 1, the packaging device extends mainly in a longitudinal direction parallel to an axis A (hereinafter axis A of the packaging device 10). The packaging device 10 may in particular be of generally cylindrical shape, of axis A. The packaging device 10 may have a cross-section which is not circular. In the example illustrated, for example, the cross-section of the packaging device 10 is substantially square or rectangular, with at least one of curved sides and rounded corners. In particular, the packaging device 10 may have a general shape with rotational symmetry around the axis A, as in the example illustrated. Alternatively, the packaging device 10 has a cross-section of a shape with rotational symmetry around the axis A, preferably non-circular.

[0042] As illustrated in Figure 1, the packaging device 10 essentially comprises a housing 12, and a cover 14 (or cap), fixed on the housing 12. A first decorative piece 16 is fixed to a first longitudinal end of the packaging device 10, on the cover 14. A second decorative piece 18 is fixed to a second longitudinal end of the packaging device.

[0043] As illustrated, the cover 14 essentially comprises a hollow cap 20, extending mainly in a longitudinal direction parallel to the axis A of the packaging device 10. The cap 20 of the cover 14 is for example of generally cylindrical shape, with the axis A of the packaging device 10. The cap 20 of the cover 14 comprises a first longitudinal end, defining a first outlet. The first end is oriented towards the housing 12. The cap 20 of the cover 14 comprises a second longitudinal end, opposite the first longitudinal end. The second longitudinal end defines a second outlet 22. The first decorative piece 16 fixed on the cover 14 is received in the second outlet 22. Here, the first decorative piece 16 substantially blocks the second outlet 22.For example, a first clearance ji between the first decorative piece 16 and the edges defining the second opening 22 is less than or equal to 1 mm, preferably less than or equal to 0.5 mm, more preferably less than or equal to 0.2 mm.

[0044] More precisely, the first decorative piece 16 is here fixed to a first inner sleeve 24 of the cover 14, extending inside the cap 20. The first inner sleeve 24 is here of generally tubular shape. Thus, the first inner sleeve 24 is hollow and produced by a succession of portions of generally cylindrical shape, of axis the axis A of the packaging device 10 and of different radii. The first inner sleeve 24 forms, in the vicinity of the second longitudinal end of the cap 20, a skirt 26. The skirt 26 is of section substantially complementary to the section of the first decorative piece 16. The skirt 26 is elastically deformable. Here, two opposite sides of the skirt 26, thinner than the other two sides of the skirt 26 are elastically deformable, in particular more elastically deformable than the other two sides which can be considered rigid. In addition, as can be seen in particular in FIG. 5, the skirt 26 forms two beads 28 projecting towards the first decorative piece 16. Here, the two beads 28 are only on the opposite sides of the skirt 26 thinner than the other two opposite sides. The two beads 28 form ramps 30, 32 adapted to cooperate with edges 34, 36 of a slot 38 made through the first decorative piece 16.

[0045] The cover 14 also comprises a second inner sleeve 40 arranged inside the cap 20 such that the first inner sleeve 24 extends mainly between the cap 20 and the second inner sleeve 40. The second inner sleeve 40 is hollow, leaving free a passage P towards the housing defined by the skirt 26 of the first inner sleeve 24, receiving the first decorative piece 16. The second inner sleeve 40 is for example of generally cylindrical shape, with the axis A of the packaging device 10. As illustrated, the second inner sleeve 40 can define two housings, in the vicinity of the first end of the cap 20 oriented towards the housing 12, each housing receiving a magnet 42. As can be seen in particular in FIG. 7, each housing is closed on a face of the second inner sleeve 40 oriented towards the housing 12.Each housing is preferably open only on a face opposite the face facing the housing 12, each magnet 42 being held inside the housing by contact with a longitudinal end of the first inner sleeve 24.

[0046] The housing 12, as illustrated in Figures 3, 4 and 7, in particular, defines an interior volume for receiving at least one cosmetic product. In this case, the housing 12 receives a lipstick mechanism 44, making it possible to move a stick (or grape) of lipstick R, in the direction of the axis A of the packaging device 10, relative to the housing 12.

[0047] The housing 12 as illustrated comprises a hollow covering shell 46, of generally cylindrical shape with an axis, the axis A of the packaging device 10. The covering shell 46 extends mainly in the direction of the axis A of the packaging device 10, between a first longitudinal end, defining a first opening in the vicinity of the cover 14, and a second longitudinal end, opposite the first longitudinal end, defining a second opening 48. The second opening 48 receives the second decorative piece 18. As illustrated, the second decorative piece 18 substantially blocks the second opening 48 of the covering shell 20. For example, a second clearance j2 between the second decorative piece 18 and the edges defining the second opening 48 is less than or equal to 1 mm, preferably less than or equal to 0.5 mm, more preferably less than or equal to 0.2 mm. The second game j2 can be larger than the first game ji.

[0048] More precisely, the second decorative piece 18 is here fixed to a base 50 of the housing 14, extending inside the covering shell 46. The base 50 and the covering shell 46 are integral in rotation around the axis A of the packaging device 10. The base 50 is here of generally tubular shape. Thus, the base 50 is hollow, produced by a succession of portions of generally cylindrical shape, with axis A of the packaging device 10 and different radii. The base 50 forms, in the vicinity of the second longitudinal end of the covering shell 46, a skirt 52. The skirt 52 has a section substantially complementary to the section of the second decorative piece 18. The skirt 52 is elastically deformable. In particular, two opposite sides of the skirt 52, thinner than the other two opposite sides of the skirt 52, are elastically deformable, in particular more elastically deformable than the other two opposite sides of the skirt 52. Furthermore, as can be seen in FIG. 6, the skirt 52 forms two beads 54 projecting towards the second decorative piece 18. Here, each bead 54 is on an opposite, thinner side of the skirt 52. Each bead 54 forms ramps 56, 58 adapted to cooperate with edges 60, 62 of a slot 64 made through the second decorative piece 18.

[0049] The housing 12 also comprises an inner ring 66, arranged inside the covering shell 46. The inner ring 66 and the covering shell 46 are integral in rotation about the axis A of the packaging device 10. The inner ring 66 is hollow. The inner ring 66 is for example of generally cylindrical shape, with the axis A of the packaging device 10. As illustrated, the inner ring 66 can define two housings, in the vicinity of the first end of the covering shell 46, oriented towards the cover 14. Each housing receives a magnet 68. As can be seen in FIG. 7, each housing is closed on one face of the inner ring 66, oriented towards the cover 14. Each housing is preferably open only on a face opposite the face oriented towards the cover 14.

[0050] The inner ring 66 may also form a gripping relief 67, extending outside the covering shell 46, as in the example shown.

[0051] The lipstick mechanism 44 received in the housing 12 is well known to those skilled in the art and is not described in detail below. The lipstick mechanism 44 essentially comprises a base 70, a cup 72 and a chimney 74. The mechanism 44 is adapted to move the cup 72 to which the cosmetic product stick R is fixed relative to the chimney 74, between a retracted position, illustrated in figures 3, 4, 7 and 8, allowing the closure of the packaging device 10 by fixing the cover 16 on the housing 12 by cooperation of the magnets 42, 68 present in the housing 12 and the cover 16, and a deployed position, illustrated in figure 9, for applying the cosmetic product, in which the cosmetic product stick R projects from the chimney 74. Here, the cosmetic product stick R is moved between its two positions, by pivoting the chimney 74 relative to the base 70 of the mechanism 44.The base 70 is integral in rotation with the housing 12 around the axis A of the packaging device 10. It is thus possible to control the lipstick mechanism 44 by rotating the chimney 74 relative to the housing 12, in particular relative to the covering shell 46 of the housing 12.

[0052] A sleeve 76 extends around the chimney 74 for aesthetic purposes and to protect the chimney 74. The sleeve 76 is for example made of metal, while the chimney 74 is rather made of plastic material.

[0053] In the following, the first and second decorative pieces 16, 18, which are identical here, are described in more detail.

[0054] Each decorative piece 16, 18 has a general paving stone shape, with two opposite faces Fb, Fp, one of which Fb is curved and the other Fp is flat. Each face Fb, Fp of each decorative piece 16, 18 may be provided with a decoration 78.

[0055] The decoration 78 of each face Fb, Fp of each decorative piece 16, 18, can in particular be chosen from: - a color, in particular distinct from the color of the cover 20 of the hood 14 or of the covering shell 46 of the housing 12, - a pattern, in particular imitating a material, - at least one pellet made of a material or imitating the appearance of a material, - a trademark, in particular a logo, - a relief in hollow or protruding in relation to the corresponding face Fb, Fp.

[0056] As is particularly visible in Figure 5 and Figure 6 and as mentioned previously, each decorative piece 16, 18 is fixed to a longitudinal end of the packaging device 10 by elastic fitting of a bead 28, 54 between the edges 34, 36, 60, 62 of the slot 38, 64.

[0057] In the case of the first decorative piece 16, the latter can be inserted into the cap 20 of the cover 14, from its second opening 22 so that the curved face Fb is oriented towards the outside of the cover 14. The insertion of the first decorative piece 16 produces an elastic deformation of the skirt 26, in particular of its thinner sides, by contact of the bead 28 against the first decorative piece 16, until the bead 28 is received between the two edges 30, 32 of the slot 38. The skirt 26 then resumes its original shape and presses the bead 28 between the two edges 30, 32, thus fixing the first decorative piece 16. Here, the curved face Fb of the first decorative piece 16 then projects relative to the longitudinal end of the cap 20 of the cover 14.

[0058] For essentially aesthetic reasons, the first decorative piece 16 is fixed to the first inner sleeve 24 of the cover 14, so that the first clearance ji between the first decorative piece 16 and the edges defining the second opening 22 of the cap 20 is reduced. In return, this makes it more difficult to remove the first decorative piece 16 from the cover 14, by action from the outside of the cover 14. In particular, this makes it difficult to insert a rigid element into the gap between the first decorative piece 16 and the cap 20 of the cover 12, making it possible to exert a lever effect on the bead 28 or the skirt 26, in particular on one of the two thinner sides of the skirt 26, making it possible to disengage the bead 28 from the edges 30, 32 of the slot 38 and, thus, to remove the first decorative piece 16.

[0059] Here, to allow the removal of the first decorative piece 16 without damaging the first decorative piece 16 or the cap 20 or the first inner sleeve 24 of the cover 14, each bead 28 has, seen in section, a substantially trapezoidal shape whose sides are formed by the ramps 30, 32. The ramps 30, 32 make a slightly inclined angle relative to the direction of insertion and removal of the first decorative piece 16, corresponding to the direction of the axis A of the packaging device 10. This angle is for example greater than or equal to 30°, preferably greater than or equal to 40° and / or less than or equal to 60°, preferably less than or equal to 50°. In this case in particular, it is possible to remove the first decorative piece 16 from the cover 14 by pushing on the first decorative piece 16, from inside the cover 14, in a direction parallel to the direction of the axis A of the packaging device 10. To do this, it is possible in particular to insert a tool inside the cover 14 and take advantage of the passage P to push on the first decorative piece 16, in particular on its flat face Fp. Preferably, the beads 28, in particular the ramps 30, 32 and the skirt 26, in particular the opposite thinner sides of the skirt 26, are shaped so that the thrust necessary for the removal of the first decorative part is for example greater than or equal to 10 N, preferably greater than or equal to 15 N, and / or less than or equal to 50 N, preferably less than or equal to 30 N. This limits the risks of damaging a constituent part of the cover 14, while limiting the risks of unexpected removal. The thrust force is, according to a particular example, substantially equal to 20 N.

[0060] The fixing of the second decorative piece 18 in the housing 12 is similar to that of the first decorative piece 16 in the cover 14. Only the differences are described below, the elements which are not repeated should be understood as being identical to the case of the fixing of the first decorative piece 16 in the cover 14.

[0061] The orientation of the second decorative piece 18 is different upon insertion. The second decorative piece 18 is inserted in such a way that its flat face Fp is oriented towards the outside of the packaging device 10. This is due to the fact that it is preferable to avoid the curved face Fb projecting from the lower end of the covering shell 46 of the housing 12, which would risk making the packaging device 10 unstable, placed by this lower end, on a flat support.

[0062] Furthermore, the presence of the lipstick mechanism 44 in the housing 12 prevents access to the second decorative piece 18 from inside the housing 12. This is why the second clearance j2 between the second decorative piece 18 and the edges delimiting the opening 48 of the covering shell 46 can be greater than the first clearance ji. It is thus easier to insert a rigid element into the gap between the second decorative piece 18 and the covering shell 46 of the housing 12, to create a lever effect on the bead 56 or the skirt 54, and thus disengage the bead 56 from between the two edges 60, 62 of the slot 64. It is thus possible to remove the second decorative piece 18 without damaging it or the housing 12.

[0063] Figure 8 and Figure 9 illustrate an assembly 100 of a packaging device 10 as described previously and an accessory 102 on which can be fixed a decorative piece 16, 18, or several, each preferably having a decoration 78 different from the decoration 78 of the other decorative pieces 16, 18.

[0064] For example, once the first decorative piece 16 has been removed from the cover 14 of the packaging device 10 illustrated in FIG. 8, this first decorative piece 16 can be fixed to a bracelet 104. Here, the bracelet 104 is formed by a curved, flexible metal blade, adapted to be received in the slot 38 passing through the first decorative piece 16. The two ends of the metal blade can be superimposed to close the bracelet 104.

[0065] Remarkably, the first decorative piece 16 cannot be fixed to the accessory 102, here to the bracelet 104, when it is already fixed to the packaging device 10. Indeed, as can be seen in particular in FIG. 5, the slot 38 is not accessible when the first decorative piece 16 is fixed to the packaging device 10. In particular, here, each end of the slot 38 is closed by a respective bead 28 of the skirt 26, so that the bracelet 104 cannot be inserted into the slot 38.

[0066] Likewise, the second decorative piece 18 cannot be fixed to the accessory 102, when it is fixed to the packaging device 10. Indeed, the slot 64 in the second decorative piece 18 is not accessible when the second decorative piece 18 is fixed to the packaging device 10. In particular, here, each end of the slot 64 is closed by a respective bead 54 of the skirt 52, so that the bracelet 104 cannot be inserted into the slot 64.

[0067] Other examples of accessories for fixing a decorative piece 16, 18 removed from a packaging device 10 as described previously are accessible to those skilled in the art.

[0068] Figures 10, 11 and 12 illustrate an example of a device 110 for packaging and, here, for dispensing a cosmetic product comprising a housing 12 here in the form of a reservoir 112, and a cover 14, here in the form of a cap 114, capable of being fixed to the reservoir 112.

[0069] The reservoir 112 has a neck 116 in the vicinity of its outlet, in which the pump body 118 of a pump mechanism 120 is fixed. A tube, not visible, plunges inside the reservoir 112 to allow the pump mechanism 120 to be supplied with cosmetic product contained in the reservoir 112. A pump head 122 of the pump mechanism 120 is fixed to the pump body 118, the pump head 112 being movable relative to the pump body 118 in the direction of the axis A of the packaging and dispensing device 110. The pump head 122 has an orifice for dispensing the cosmetic product when the pump mechanism 120 is actuated by pressure on the pump head 122 so as to bring the pump head 122 closer to the reservoir 112.

[0070] A hoop 124, here metallic, is fixed to the reservoir 112. Here, the hoop 124 surrounds the portion of the pump body 120 projecting from the neck 116 of the reservoir 112. Magnets 68 are fixed between the reservoir 112 and the hoop 124.

[0071] Furthermore, the cap 114 is formed of a cover 20 fixed on an inner sleeve 24. The inner sleeve 24 forms a first external cylindrical portion or skirt 26 and a second internal cylindrical portion or skirt 27, the two cylindrical portions 26, 27 being connected in the vicinity of the outlet of the cap 114 by a third portion 29 in the form of a washer. The two cylindrical portions 26, 27 extend in the direction of the axis A of the cosmetic product packaging and dispensing device 110. The two cylindrical sections 26, 27 here have a substantially circular cross-section. The inner diameter of the second portion 27 is greater than the diameter of the head 122 of the pump mechanism 120. The pump head 122 can thus be received in the cap 114. The second portion 27 of the inner sleeve 24 also has a shoulder of substantially complementary shape to the free end of the hoop 124. The second portion 27 is substantially shorter than the first portion 26, such that the end of the second portion 27, opposite the reservoir 112, is closer to the reservoir 112, than the end of the first portion 26, opposite the reservoir 112. The first portion 26 has, in the vicinity of its end opposite the reservoir 112, on its radially internal face, two beads 28, here in the form of an angular portion of a circular rib. Each bead 28 has a cross-section substantially identical to that of the beads 28 described with respect to the first example of a device 10 for packaging and applying a cosmetic product. Furthermore, the first portion 26 here comprises a groove 126 on its radially external surface.

[0072] A magnet 42, here in the form of a ring, is fixed to the inner sleeve 24, to allow the fixing of the cap 114 on the reservoir 112, by cooperation of the magnets 42, 68. The magnet 42 is here received in the space delimited by the two cylindrical portions 26, 27 of the inner sleeve 24 and the third portion 29. Thus, the magnet 42 is not visible when the cap 114 is removed from the packaging and dispensing device 110.

[0073] The cap 20 has a socket shape, extending mainly in the direction of the axis A of the packaging and dispensing device 110. The cap 20 forms a plurality of ribs 128, at least one of which is complementary to the groove 126 in the first portion 26 of the inner sleeve 24, to allow the cap 20 to be fixed to the inner sleeve 24, for example by elastic fitting of the rib 128 in the groove 126. To do this, the inner sleeve 24 can deform elastically in contact with the cap 20. Alternatively or additionally, the cap 20 is glued to the inner sleeve 24, in particular a rib 128 is glued in the groove 126.

[0074] The end of the cap 20 is curved radially inwards, to cover the end of the first cylindrical portion 26 of the inner sleeve 24, opposite the reservoir 112.

[0075] A decorative piece 16 is received in the housing delimited by the curved end of the cap 20 and the end of the second cylindrical portion 27 of the inner sleeve 24. The decorative piece 16 is substantially cylindrical, extending in the direction of the axis A of the packaging and dispensing device 110. The decorative piece 16 here has two flat faces 161, 162. Each face 161, 162 of the decorative piece 16 may have a decoration 78 as described previously.

[0076] The first face 161 of the decorative piece 16 is here oriented towards the outside of the packaging and distribution device 110. The first face 161 of the decorative piece 16 here has the shape of a disc.

[0077] The second face I62 of the decorative piece 16, oriented towards the inside of the packaging and distribution device 110 is illustrated in particular in figure 14. As visible in this figure, the second face I62 of the decorative piece 16 has two wedge-shaped recesses 130, separated by a bar 132 extending in the extension of the rest of the second face I62 of the decorative piece 16. A hole 134 passes through the bar 132 from one side to the other.

[0078] Furthermore, on its cylindrical outline, the decorative part 16 has a groove 129 here circular, adapted to receive the beads 28 on the radially internal face of the first cylindrical portion 26 of the inner sleeve 24, by elastic fitting. To do this, the first portion 26 of the inner sleeve 24 may be elastically deformable in contact with the decorative piece 16. Preferably, the elastic fitting of the beads 28 in the groove 129 is removable, preferably without damaging the decorative piece 16 or the inner sleeve 24. To do this, the edges of the groove 129 may form, seen in section, an angle with the direction of insertion or removal of the decorative piece 16 corresponding to the direction of the axis A of the cosmetic product packaging and dispensing device 110, greater than or equal to 30°, preferably greater than or equal to 40° and / or less than or equal to 60°, preferably less than or equal to 50°.Furthermore, the second portion 27 of the inner sleeve 24 may have a diameter large enough to allow access to the second face 162 of the decorative piece 16 oriented towards the inside of the cap 114, at least using a tool, to push on the decorative piece 16 in the direction of the axis A of the packaging and dispensing device 110, in the direction allowing the removal of the decorative piece 16.

[0079] Once the decorative piece 16 has been removed from the cap 114, it can be attached to an accessory 102. Here, the accessory 102 takes the form of a chain 136, for example formed of links nested within each other. The accessory 102 can thus in particular be a necklace or a bracelet. The decorative piece 16 can in particular be attached to the chain 136 by passing the hole 134 through the latter. Advantageously, according to the example illustrated in Figure 14, the mounting of the chain 136 through the hole 134 is only visible on the second face 162 of the decorative piece 16. Remarkably, the hole 134 is not accessible when the decorative piece 16 is fixed to the packaging and distribution device 110, that is to say here that the chain 136 cannot be inserted through the hole 134 when the decorative piece 16 is fixed to the packaging and distribution device 110.Symmetrically, the decorative piece 16 cannot be fixed on the packaging and distribution device 110 when the chain 136 passes through the hole 134.

[0080] The decorative piece 16 may have a weight greater than 4g, preferably greater than 5g, more preferably greater than 10g and / or less than 50g, preferably less than 20g, more preferably less than 15g. Alternatively or in addition, the weight of the decorative piece 16 may represent - at least 15%, preferably at least 25%, more preferably at least a third, of the weight of the cap 114, and / or - less than 50% of the weight of the cap 114. Thus, the decorative part 16 can have a ballast function in the cap 114. This can facilitate the assembly of the cap 114, in particular by limiting the number of parts constituting this cap 114. In particular, it may not be necessary to provide an additional part, to be fixed inside the cap 114, the sole function of which is to ballast the cap 114.

[0081] Figure 15 illustrates a variant of the decorative piece 16 of Figure 13, without a hole 134 and wedge-shaped recesses 130. The fixing of this decorative piece 16 of Figure 13 in the cap 114 of the cosmetic product packaging and dispensing device 110 can be carried out as described previously.

[0082] However, the accessory 102 used to receive the decorative piece 16 is then slightly different from that described with reference to FIG. 14. Indeed, as shown in FIG. 16, the accessory 102, which can also be a bracelet or a necklace, comprises a chain 136, on which a support 138 of the decorative piece is mounted. The support 138 takes the form of a frame, with an opening complementary to the shape of the decorative piece 16. Thus, the support 138 is here of circular shape. The support 138 has a rib 140 adapted to be received in the groove 129 of the decorative piece 16. Thus, according to this embodiment, the same elastic fitting relief of the decorative piece 16 is used to fix the decorative piece 16 on the packaging device 10, 110 and on the accessory 102.In this case also, the decorative piece 16 cannot be fixed at the same time on the packaging device 10, 110 and on the accessory 102, the groove 129 not being accessible when the decorative piece 16 is fixed on one of the packaging device 10, 110 and the accessory 102.

[0083] This disclosure is not limited to the embodiments described above, only as examples, but it encompasses all the variations that the person skilled in the art may envisage within the framework of the protection sought. In particular, the different examples described above may be combined as long as their teachings are not contradictory.

[0084] For example, in the examples described above, the device for packaging a cosmetic product is a lipstick device or a cosmetic product pump dispensing device. The packaging device may also be a perfume bottle, without a pump mechanism, a makeup case, or a makeup bottle with an applicator element secured to the cap formed in this case by a stopper. Other examples of cosmetic product packaging devices are accessible to those skilled in the art, the device being able in particular to be a “simple” cosmetic product packaging device or a combined device for packaging and applying or dispensing the cosmetic product.

[0085] Furthermore, in the embodiments described, each decorative piece 16, 18 is fixed to the accessory 102 by means of a slot 38, 64 or a hole 134. Each decorative piece 16, 18 may however have a means of fixing to the accessory other than a slot 38, 64 or a hole 134. However, preferably, the fixing means takes the form of a fixing relief or a magnetization.

[0086] Also, it is preferred that the fixing means is different from the elastic fitting relief of the decorative piece 16, 18 implemented to fix the decorative piece 16, 18 on the housing 12 or the cover 14. In other words, it is preferred that the means for fixing the decorative piece 16, 18 on the accessory 102 is not implemented to fix the decorative piece 16, 18 on the housing 12 or the cover 14. However, as illustrated in FIG. 16, the same elastic fitting relief can be implemented to fix the decorative part 16, 18 in the cosmetic product packaging device 10, 110 and on the accessory 120.

[0087] In any case, it is preferred that the decorative piece 16, 18 cannot be attached simultaneously to the packaging device 10, 110 and to the accessory 102.

[0088] Finally, the ballast function of the decorative piece 16, 18 has been mentioned in the context of the packaging device 110. However, the decorative piece 16, 18 may have a ballast function in any packaging device, in particular in the first example of a cosmetic product packaging and application device 10 described. Thus, each decorative piece 16, 18 may weigh at least 4g, preferably at least 5g, more preferably at least 10g and / or less than 50g, preferably less than 30g, more preferably less than 20g and / or the weight of each decorative piece 16, 18 may represent: - at least 15%, preferably at least 25%, more preferably at least a third, of the weight of the cosmetic product packaging device, empty, i.e. not containing any cosmetic product, or of the cosmetic product packaging device member receiving the decorative part 16, 18, in particular the housing 12 or the cover 14, and / or - less than 50% of the weight of the empty cosmetic product packaging device or of the cosmetic product packaging device member receiving the decorative part 16, 18.
