Description

[0001]DESCRIPTION DESK TABLE PRODUCTION METHOD 5 Technical Field The invention relates to desks used in schools, education centres and different fields. 10 The invention particularly relates to a method for the production of the desk table, which provides the desk table to be manufactured from completely natural materials made of sawdust obtained from hornbeam. Known State of the Art 15 School desks have a place in the institution. The desks, which are one of the products that students spend the most time during sessions, generally consist of a desk table connected on a metal leg. Nowadays, it is used in different sizes, as single or double. 20 In the present technical, the desk tables have a body made of plastic-based composite materials. Plastic-based composite material is an unnatural material. It is especially important that the desks where children spend a lot of time are made of natural materials and are durable. In present embodiments, 25 another subject that is prominent when considering school desk models is that the materials used in the manufacturing process should be suitable for skin health. However, desks made of composite materials, which are widely used in the 30 current technical, are not suitable for health. The inhalation of harmful chemicals contained in paints and varnishes used in the colouring and polishing processes applied to the open edges has been brought into question. It is a fact that the preference of matt surface production based on the difficulty of glossy surface production also prevents the surfaces from being hygienic enough. Since matt surfaces cannot be cleaned completely, it causes the formation of bacteria on the surface. For this reason, in the known state of the art, there is a need for the production of glossy easy-to-clean hygienic desk 5 tables made of natural materials and by improving the surface technology. In the research conducted in the literature, the document TR2006 / 01163 can be shown as an example of the known state of the technique. The said document relates to the top table of school desks used in schools and 10 classrooms. In the said invention, a desk table consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (BAS) and similar plastic-based materials is disclosed. Considering the fact that the materials used in said this invention continuously release toxic gases into the environment, there is a situation harmful to health. 15 As a result, the existence of the above problems and the inadequacy of the existing solutions necessitated a development in the relevant technical field. Purpose of Invention 20 The present invention relates to a method for the production of desk table, which eliminates the above-mentioned disadvantages and provides new advantages to the relevant technical field. 25 The primary purpose of the invention is to contribute to the preservation of our tree wealth by transforming into a value-added product of the fine sawdust, which becomes waste produced or can only be used as fuel during the cutting of hornbeam in order to obtain timber. 30 The purpose of the invention is to produce a glossy, easy-to-clean, hygienic- surfaced desk table by only reducing the moisture content and micronizing the sawdust produced during the cutting of hornbeam, colouring the natural resin with water-based colour pastes obtained from natural powder pigments without disturbing its natural structure, pressing the resulting mixture at high pressure and high temperature with the help of moulds, and keeping the toxic gas emission rate below acceptable limits. 5 The purpose of the invention is to ensure the production of a desk table that is suitable for health and has a strong structure by being manufactured entirely from natural materials. 10 Another purpose of the invention is to provide the production of coloured desk table by performing the colouring process, since the sawdust colouring process has not been performed until the present day. Another purpose of the invention is that even the smallest particle of the 15 sawdust used in the product can be coloured beforehand, and when the edge and surface is performed, it does not require subsequent colouring or other concealer like other wooden products, and the colour appearance does not change due to the homogeneity of the colour in every section of the product. With this new production technique, even if the product is cut in the middle, it 20 is actually observed that the colour penetrates to every region in the same way. Another important purpose of the invention is that when the colour of the product is for example, blue, because of the blue colour homogeneously penetrates to everywhere at the same rate, the colour is observed everywhere 25 in the same way, even if there is abrasion due to friction caused by the use of the product. Another important purpose of the invention is to prevent visual losses in long- term use due to the homogeneous penetration at the same rate and to have a 30 long service life. The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood by means of the figures given below and the detailed description written with reference to these figures. Therefore, the evaluation should be made by taking these figures and the detailed description into consideration. 5 Figures to Help Understanding the Invention Figure 1: is a block diagram of the inventive production method. Figure 2: is a representative view of the desk table produced by the inventive production method. 10 Description of Part References 10. Feed silo 20. Rotary oven 15 30. Mill 40. Sieve 50. Finished process silo 60. Mixer 70. Forming press 20 80. Coating press 90. Milling machine T. Desk table 25 Detailed Description of the Invention The inventive desk table (T) is a composite product obtained by micronizing the fine sawdust obtained during the cutting of hardwoods (generally beech) in high-speed mills, mixing the natural powder pigments and other components 30 with natural resin, pressing and shaping them with the help of moulds at high pressure and high temperature, and covering the surfaces with decorative paper. Figure 1 shows the block diagram of the production method of the inventive desk table (T). According to this, the process steps of the production method of the inventive desk table (T) are as follows; a) obtaining fine sawdust from hornbeam, 5 b) filling the sawdust into the feed silo (10), c) drying of the sawdust in the feed silo (10) in a rotary oven (20) and lowering the moisture content of the sawdust, d) transferring the dried sawdust to a mill (30) and calibrating it in the mill (30) by fining it to micron size, 10 e) sieving of the sawdust coming out of the mill through a sieve (40) and separation of the calibrated sawdust from the dust, f) filling the sawdust passed through the sieve (40) into the finished process silo (50), g) transferring the sawdust in the finished process silo (50) to a mixer (60), 15 h) colouring of the sawdust in the mixer (60) with resin and water-based natural pigments, i) shaping the coloured sawdust in the mixer (60) in the form of a desk table (T) in the forming press (70), j) taking the obtained desk table (T) to the coating press (80) and coating 20 the coating material on the desk table (T) in the coating press (80), k) taking to the milling machine (90) of the desk table (T) on which the coating material is coated and shaping the penholder part on the edge and upper surface of the desk table (T) with a milling cutter.
