The object of the invention is a portable device for laying flooring, designed to mimic the movement and technique used to lay flooring, as well as to facilitate the installation of large pieces. Specifically, what the invention proposes, as previously indicated, is a portable device for laying flooring, consisting of equipment that facilitates the installation of tiles and other coverings. This device comprises a body that acts as a fulcrum, which incorporates rotating mechanisms that allow rotational movement both in its sagittal plane and in its horizontal plane, like a rocker arm, allowing it to be oriented according to the user's needs.
