Description

Toilet seats with improved seating comfort and methods for manufacturing toilet seats

[0001] The present invention relates to a toilet seat with improved seating comfort and a method for manufacturing a toilet seat, and more specifically, to improve seating comfort so that a user can use a toilet seat without discomfort, and to reduce manufacturing time and breakage rate when manufacturing such a toilet seat.

[0002] The toilet seat is installed on top of the toilet and is used to rest the user's buttocks. It is mostly divided into an upper seat and a lower seat.

[0003] Conventional toilet seats are injection-molded with synthetic resin, but there are no ribs on the inside of the seat or the ribs are formed so that they are in contact with the upper seat, so the upper seat is easily damaged or deformed, which has caused inconvenience during use.

[0004] In addition, conventional toilet seats are joined by welding the upper and lower sheets, but since toilet seats are injection-molded with synthetic resin, burrs are generated during the process of welding the upper and lower sheets.

[0005] Burrs that are formed on an uneven and rough surface can cause discomfort to users when using the toilet seat.

[0006] Therefore, burrs must be removed, but in order to remove burrs, skilled workers must manually remove them, which takes a long time and increases the breakage rate during the removal process, resulting in a lot of lost resources.

[0007] The present invention is intended to solve the above-described problems, and its purpose is to enable users to use toilet seats without inconvenience, as well as to reduce manufacturing time and breakage rate during manufacturing.

[0008] The problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to the problems mentioned above, and other problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.

[0010] The above 1-1 extension portion may be formed such that its upper surface is horizontal to the upper surface of the mounting portion formed on the upper inner edge of the lower sheet, and the above 1-2 extension portion may be formed such that its upper surface is horizontal to the upper surface of the mounting portion formed on the upper outer edge of the lower sheet.

[0011] The above 2-1 extension portion may be formed such that its lower surface is horizontal to the lower surface of the protrusion formed on the lower inner edge of the upper sheet, and the above 2-2 extension portion may be formed such that its lower surface is horizontal to the lower surface of the protrusion formed on the lower outer edge of the upper sheet.

[0012] The above lower sheet may be formed by erecting it into a plate shape having a predetermined thickness, and may include a plurality of ribs formed so that the upper surface is spaced apart from the inner lower surface of the upper sheet by a first preset distance.

[0013] The above plurality of ribs can be formed so that the distance between adjacent ribs is a preset second distance.

[0014] The upper sheet may have a heating wire positioned on the inner lower surface, and the lower sheet may have a plurality of ribs formed in positions where the heating wire is not positioned in response to the heating wire positioned on the inner lower surface of the upper sheet.

[0015] The above 1-1 extension portion and the 2-1 extension portion may be configured such that a burr is generated on one side during the welding process, and the 1-1 extension portion and the 2-1 extension portion on which the burr is generated are removed from the mounting portion and the protrusion, and the 1-2 extension portion and the 2-2 extension portion may be configured such that a burr is generated during the welding process, and the 1-2 extension portion and the 2-2 extension portion on which the burr is generated are removed from the mounting portion and the protrusion.

[0016] A method for manufacturing a toilet seat with improved seating comfort according to the present invention comprises the steps of: injection molding a lower sheet that is configured to be seated on the upper portion of a toilet seat, is formed in a ring shape, has a seating portion recessed into an upper inner edge and an upper outer edge, has a first-first extension portion extending inwardly from a lower side surface of the seating portion formed on the upper inner edge, and has a first-second extension portion extending outwardly from a lower side surface of the seating portion formed on the upper outer edge; injection molding an upper sheet that is configured to be seated on the buttocks of a human body, is formed in a ring shape, has a protrusion formed protruding toward the seating portion on the lower inner edge and the lower outer edge, has a second-first extension portion extending inwardly from a side surface of the protrusion formed on the lower inner edge, and has a second-second extension portion extending outwardly from a side surface of the protrusion formed on the lower outer edge; The method may include: a step of fitting and joining the lower sheet and the upper sheet so that the mounting portion and the protrusion portion are in contact, the 1-1 extension portion and the 2-1 extension portion are in contact, and the 1-2 extension portion and the 2-2 extension portion are in contact; a step of welding the mounting portion and the protrusion portion, welding the 1-1 extension portion and the 2-1 extension portion, and welding the 1-2 extension portion and the 2-2 extension portion; and a step of removing the 1-1 extension portion, the 2-1 extension portion, the 1-2 extension portion, and the 2-2 extension portion, which have burrs on one side during the welding step, from the mounting portion and the protrusion portion.

[0036] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 7, a toilet seat with improved seating comfort according to an embodiment of the present invention has improved seating comfort, allowing a user to use the toilet seat comfortably.

[0037] For this purpose, a toilet seat with improved seating comfort may include a lower seat (10) and an upper seat (20).

[0038] The lower seat (10) can be installed on the upper part of the toilet.

[0039] This lower sheet (10) has a predetermined thickness and is formed in a ring shape, and a fixing portion (11) can be formed on the upper inner edge and outer edge.

[0040] Additionally, the lower sheet (10) may have an oval-shaped lower discharge hole (14) formed on the inside.

[0041] This lower sheet (10) can be combined with an upper sheet (20) on top.

[0042] The upper sheet (20) has a predetermined thickness and is formed in a ring shape, and a protrusion (21) can be formed on the lower inner edge and outer edge to protrude toward the mounting portion (11).

[0043] Additionally, the upper sheet (20) may have an oval-shaped upper discharge hole (24) formed on the inside corresponding to the lower discharge hole (14) of the lower sheet (10).

[0044] Each of the lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20) may be formed with a first-first extension (12-1), a first-second extension (12-2), a second-first extension (22-1), and a second-second extension (22-2) formed in a rectangular cross-section on the inner and outer sides, respectively.

[0045] The cross-section of this rectangle can be formed in a shape in which the vertical length is longer than the horizontal length, and the vertical surface is attached to the inner and outer sides of each of the lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20) and joined together.

[0046] Specifically, the lower sheet (10) may be formed by extending a first-first extension portion (12-1) having a rectangular cross-section in an inward direction from the lower side of the mounting portion (11) formed on the upper inner edge, and may be formed by extending a first-second extension portion (12-2) having a rectangular cross-section in an outward direction from the lower side of the mounting portion (11) formed on the upper outer edge.

[0047] The upper sheet (20) may be formed such that a 2-1 extension portion (22-1) having a rectangular cross-section extends inwardly from the side of the protrusion (21) formed on the lower inner edge, and a 2-2 extension portion (22-2) having a rectangular cross-section extends inwardly from the side of the protrusion (21) formed on the lower outer edge.

[0048] Here, the first-first extension (12-1) of the lower sheet (10) may be formed such that its upper surface is horizontal to the upper surface of the mounting portion (11) formed on the upper inner edge of the lower sheet (10), and the first-second extension (12-2) may be formed such that its upper surface is horizontal to the upper surface of the mounting portion (11) formed on the upper outer edge of the lower sheet (10).

[0049] The second-first extension (22-1) of the upper sheet (20) may be formed so that its lower surface is horizontal to the lower surface of the protrusion (21) formed on the lower inner edge of the upper sheet (20), and the second-second extension (22-2) may be formed so that its lower surface is horizontal to the lower surface of the protrusion (21) formed on the lower outer edge of the upper sheet (20).

[0050] The lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20) can be welded.

[0051] Specifically, the fixing portion (11) can be welded with the protrusion (21), the 1-1 extension portion (12-1) can be welded with the 2-1 extension portion (22-1), and the 1-2 extension portion (12-2) can be welded with the 2-2 extension portion (22-2).

[0052] In this case, the lower sheet (10) may be configured such that the first-first extension (12-1), the first-second extension (12-2) and the second-first extension (22-1), the second-second extension (22-2) of the upper sheet (20) are removed after the fixing portion (11) and the protrusion (21) are welded.

[0053] Specifically, a burr is generated on one side of the first-first extension (12-1) during the process of being welded with the second-first extension (22-1), and the first-first extension (12-1) and the second-first extension (22-1) in which the burr is generated can be removed from the mounting portion (11) and the protrusion (21).

[0054] In addition, a burr is generated on one side of the 1-2 extension (12-2) during the process of being welded with the 2-2 extension (22-2), and the 1-2 extension (12-2) and the 2-2 extension (22-2) in which the burr is generated can be removed from the mounting portion (11) and the protrusion (21).

[0055] The upper sheet (20) can have a higher height as it goes from the inside to the outside.

[0056] The upper sheet (20) is formed in a ㄷ shape with the cross-section rotated so that the opening faces downward, but the height of one side may be formed higher than that of the other side.

[0057] The upper sheet (20) can be formed in a ring-shaped cross-section with the inner side being low and the outer side being high.

[0058] Accordingly, the user's buttocks can be easily fixed to the upper part of the upper sheet (20) and used comfortably.

[0059] A heating wire (30) may be placed on the inner lower surface of the upper sheet (20).

[0060] The heating wire (30) is placed in close contact with the inner lower surface of the upper sheet (20), so that heat is transferred quickly and the thermal efficiency is good, allowing the user to use it comfortably and pleasantly.

[0061] This upper sheet (20) is combined with a lower sheet (10) at the bottom, and the lower sheet (10) may have a plurality of ribs (13) formed at the top.

[0062] A plurality of ribs (13) may be formed by erecting a plate shape having a predetermined thickness on the upper portion, and the upper surface may be formed so as to be spaced apart from the inner lower surface of the upper sheet (20) by a preset first distance (D1).

[0063] Additionally, a plurality of ribs (13) can be formed with the distance between adjacent ribs (13) being a preset second distance (D2).

[0064] A plurality of ribs (13) can be formed in a position where the heating wires (30) are not arranged in response to the heating wires (30) arranged on the inner lower surface of the upper sheet (20).

[0065] These multiple ribs (13) can prevent the upper sheet (20) from being damaged due to the user's weight when the user's buttocks are placed on the upper sheet (20).

[0066] More specifically, since the upper sheet (20) is an injection-molded material having a predetermined thickness, when a user sits on the upper sheet, the upper sheet (20) can be deformed by the user's weight.

[0067] In order to prevent damage to the upper sheet (20) due to weight and to improve seating comfort, a plurality of ribs (13) are formed on the upper portion of the lower sheet (10). These plurality of ribs (13) are formed to be spaced apart from the inner lower surface of the upper sheet (20) by a first distance (D1), so that the upper sheet (20) is not deformed by the plurality of ribs (13) by more than the first distance (D1), thereby preventing the upper sheet (20) from being damaged.

[0068] In addition, if a plurality of ribs (13) are in close contact with the inner lower surface of the upper sheet (20), when a user sits on the upper part of the upper sheet (20), the shape of the upper sheet (20) may not be deformed, which may cause discomfort.

[0069] Therefore, the upper sheet (20) and the plurality of ribs (13) are spaced apart by a preset first distance (D1), thereby improving the seating comfort and enabling comfortable use.

[0070] In other words, the lower inner surface of the upper sheet (20) is formed to be spaced apart from the plurality of ribs (13) of the lower sheet (10) by a first distance (D1), thereby preventing the upper sheet (20) from being deformed by more than the first distance (D1), thereby preventing the upper sheet (20) from being damaged when the user sits on the upper sheet (20), and by being deformed by the first distance (D1), the seating comfort is improved, so that the user can use the upper sheet (20) comfortably without any discomfort.

[0071] In addition, the plurality of ribs (13) are formed with the distance between adjacent ribs (13) being the second distance (D2), so that when a user settles on the upper part of the upper sheet (20), the weight is distributed and cushioned, thereby preventing the upper sheet (20) and the lower sheet (10) from being damaged.

[0072] The lower sheet (10) may have a plurality of protrusions (15) formed on the lower portion.

[0073] When the lower seat (10) is installed on the upper part of the toilet, the plurality of protrusions (15) can prevent the growth of bacteria occurring on the lower part of the lower seat (10) by spacing the lower seat (10) apart from the upper part of the toilet by a certain distance.

[0074] A hinge portion (23) can be extended and formed on the rear side of the upper sheet (20).

[0075] The hinge part (23) is combined with the toilet cover (not shown) so that the toilet cover (not shown) can rotate.

[0076] Meanwhile, the following describes a method for manufacturing a toilet seat with improved seating comfort.

[0077] Figure 8 is a flowchart showing a method for manufacturing a toilet seat with improved seating comfort according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0078] Referring to FIG. 8, the present invention comprises a step (S1) of injection molding a lower sheet (10), a step (S2) of injection molding an upper sheet (20), a step (S3) of fitting and joining the lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20), a step (S4) of welding the lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20), and a step (S5) of removing the first-first extension (12-1), the first-second extension (12-2), the second-first extension (22-1), and the second-second extension (22-2) of the welded lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20), respectively.

[0079] The step (S1) of injection molding the lower sheet (10) is to injection mold the lower sheet (10) in such a manner that it is formed in a ring shape, a mounting portion (11) is formed by being recessed into the upper inner edge and the upper outer edge, a first-first extension portion (12-1) is formed extending inwardly from the lower side of the mounting portion (11) formed on the upper inner edge, and a first-second extension portion (12-2) is formed extending outwardly from the lower side of the mounting portion (11) formed on the upper outer edge.

[0080] The step (S2) of injection molding the upper sheet (20) is to injection mold the upper sheet (20) in such a manner that it is formed in a ring shape, and a protrusion (21) is formed on the lower inner edge and the lower outer edge to protrude toward the mounting portion (11), a second-first extension (22-1) is formed to extend inward from the side of the protrusion (21) formed on the lower inner edge, and a second-second extension (22-2) is formed to extend outward from the side of the protrusion (21) formed on the lower outer edge.

[0081] The step (S3) of fitting and joining the lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20) is to fit and join the lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20) so that the mounting portion (11) and the protrusion portion (21) are in contact, the 1-1 extension portion (12-1) and the 2-1 extension portion (22-1) are in contact, and the 1-2 extension portion (12-2) and the 2-2 extension portion (22-2) are in contact.

[0082] The step (S4) of joining the lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20) by fitting them together is to weld the mounting portion (11) and the protrusion portion (21), weld the 1-1 extension portion (12-1) and the 2-1 extension portion (22-1), and weld the 1-2 extension portion (12-2) and the 2-2 extension portion (22-2).

[0083] The step (S5) of removing the extensions (12-1, 12-2, 22-1, 22-2) of the welded lower sheet (10) and upper sheet (20) respectively is to remove the first-first extension (12-1), the second-first extension (22-1), the first-second extension (12-2), and the second-second extension (22-2), which have burrs on one side during the welding step, from the mounting portion (11) and the protrusion (21).

[0084] Each step for this is explained in detail as follows:

[0085] First, the lower sheet (10) is injection-molded so that a fixing portion (11) is formed in the upper inner edge and the upper outer edge, a first-first extension portion (12-1) is formed extending inwardly from the lower side of the fixing portion (11) formed on the upper inner edge, and a first-second extension portion (12-2) is formed extending outwardly from the lower side of the fixing portion (11) formed on the upper outer edge.

[0086] In order to enable combination with the lower sheet (10), the upper sheet (20) is injection-molded so that a protrusion (21) is formed on the lower inner edge and the lower outer edge so as to protrude toward the mounting portion (11), a second-first extension (22-1) is formed to extend inward from the side of the protrusion (21) formed on the lower inner edge, and a second-second extension (22-2) is formed to extend outward from the side of the protrusion (21) formed on the lower outer edge.

[0087] The lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20) formed in this way are respectively joined so that the fixing portion (11) and the protrusion portion (21) are in contact with each other, the 1-1 extension portion (12-1) and the 2-1 extension portion (22-1) are in contact with each other, and the 1-2 extension portion (12-2) and the 2-2 extension portion (22-2) are joined so that they are in contact with each other.

[0088] In this way, the lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20) in which each part is in contact are welded to each of the fixing portion (11) and the protrusion portion (21), the 1-1 extension portion (12-1) and the 2-1 extension portion (22-1), the 1-2 extension portion (12-2) and the 2-2 extension portion (22-2).

[0089] Accordingly, a first-first extension portion (12-1), a first-second extension portion (12-2), a second-first extension portion (22-1), and a second-second extension portion (22-2) are formed in each of the lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20), and burrs are formed in the first-first extension portion (12-1), the first-second extension portion (12-2), the second-first extension portion (22-1), and the second-second extension portion (22-2).

[0090] Here, the welding method is ultrasonic welding.

[0091] In the welding step, a burr occurs on one side of each of the first-first extension (12-1), the first-second extension (12-2), the second-first extension (22-1), and the second-second extension (22-2) being welded.

[0092] Here, after welding, the surface that is formed is not smooth but rough, which can cause discomfort when it touches the user's skin.

[0093] Accordingly, the 1-1 extension (12-1), the 2-1 extension (22-1), the 1-2 extension (12-2), and the 2-2 extension (22-2) are removed from the fixing portion (11) and the protrusion (21).

[0094] Therefore, the 1-1 extension (12-1), the 2-1 extension (22-1), the 1-2 extension (12-2), and the 2-2 extension (22-2) are removed by an automated machine, so that a person does not have to remove the burr directly, and accordingly, the breakage rate is reduced and the manufacturing time can be shortened, which is effective.

[0095] Meanwhile, the following will describe the 1-1 extension, the 1-2 extension, the 2-1 extension, and the 2-2 extension according to other embodiments of the present invention.

[0096] FIG. 9 is a drawing showing a 1-1 extension portion, a 1-2 extension portion, a 2-1 extension portion, and a 2-2 extension portion according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0097] In comparison with the first extension part, the first extension part, the second extension part, and the second extension part according to another embodiment of the present invention, only the shape has been changed, and the other components are the same, so a repeated description is omitted.

[0098] Referring to FIG. 9, the first-first extension (12-1), the first-second extension (12-2), the second-first extension (22-1), and the second-second (22-2) according to another embodiment of the present invention may be formed in a cross-section in the shape of a right triangle.

[0099] The 1-1 extension (12-1) is formed in a cross-section in the shape of a right triangle, but the cross-section area is formed in a shape that becomes narrower from the top to the bottom, and the vertical surface of the shape of this right triangle is attached to the lower side of the mounting portion (11) formed on the upper inner edge of the lower sheet (10) and joined, so that it can be formed to extend in the inward direction.

[0100] The 1-2 extension (12-2) is formed in a cross-section in the shape of a right triangle, but the cross-section area is formed in a shape that becomes narrower from the top to the bottom, and the vertical surface of the shape of this right triangle is attached to the lower side of the mounting portion (11) formed on the upper outer edge of the lower sheet (10) and joined, so that it can be formed to extend in the outward direction.

[0101] The second-1 extension (22-1) is formed in a cross-section in the shape of a right triangle, but the cross-sectional area is formed in a shape that increases from the top to the bottom, and the vertical surface of the shape of this right triangle is attached to the side of the protrusion (21) formed on the lower inner edge of the upper sheet (20) and joined, so that it can be formed to extend in the inward direction.

[0102] The 2-2 extension (22-1) is formed in a cross-section in the shape of a right triangle, but the cross-sectional area is formed in a shape that becomes wider from the top to the bottom, and the vertical surface of the shape of this right triangle is attached to the side of the protrusion (21) formed on the lower outer edge of the upper sheet (20) and joined, so that it can be formed to extend in the outward direction.

[0103] The first-first extension (12-1) may be formed such that its upper surface is horizontal to the upper surface of the mounting portion (11) formed on the upper inner edge of the lower sheet (10), and the first-second extension (12-2) may be formed such that its upper surface is horizontal to the upper surface of the mounting portion (11) formed on the upper outer edge of the lower sheet (10).

[0104] The second-first extension (22-1) may be formed so that its lower surface is horizontal to the lower surface of the protrusion (21) formed on the lower inner edge of the upper sheet (20), and the second-second extension (22-2) may be formed so that its lower surface is horizontal to the lower surface of the protrusion (21) formed on the lower outer edge of the upper sheet (20).

[0105] These, each of the first-first extension (12-1), the first-second extension (12-2) and the second-first extension (22-1), the second-second extension (22-2) of the upper sheet (20) may be configured to be removed after the fixing portion (11) and the protrusion (21) are welded.

[0106] Specifically, a burr is generated on one side of the 1-1 extension (12-2) during the process of being welded with the 2-1 extension (22-2), and the 1-2 extension (12-2) and the 2-1 extension (22-2) in which the burr is generated can be removed from the mounting portion (11) and the protrusion (21).

[0107] In addition, a burr is generated on one side of the 1-2 extension (12-2) during the process of being welded with the 2-2 extension (22-2), and the 1-2 extension (12-2) and the 2-2 extension (22-2) in which the burr is generated can be removed from the mounting portion (11) and the protrusion (21).

[0108] Therefore, the first-first extension (12-1), the first-second extension (12-2), the second-first extension (22-1), and the second-second extension (22-2) according to another embodiment have narrow cross-sectional areas formed, so that the amount of the first-first extension (12-1), the first-second extension (12-2), the second-first extension (22-1), and the second-second extension (22-2) discarded after the lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20) are welded can be reduced.

[0109] Meanwhile, a lower sheet according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described below.

[0110] FIG. 10 is a drawing showing a state in which a first support portion and a second support portion are formed on a lower sheet according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0111] In another embodiment of the present invention, the lower sheet is formed with a first support portion and a second support portion, and other components are the same as in the lower sheet according to one embodiment, so a repeated description is omitted.

[0112] Referring to FIG. 10, the lower seat (10) of a toilet seat with improved seating comfort according to another embodiment of the present invention may further be formed with a first support portion (16-1) and a second support portion (16-2).

[0113] The first support portion (16-1) is formed on the lower sheet (10), but may be positioned below the first-first extension portion (12-1), and the second support portion (16-2) may be formed on the lower sheet (10), but may be positioned below the first-second extension portion (12-2).

[0114] The first support portion (16-1) is formed in a plate shape having a predetermined thickness, but can be formed with a width longer than the width of the first-first extension portion (12-1).

[0115] The second support portion (16-2) is formed in a plate shape with a predetermined thickness, but can be formed with a width longer than the width of the first-second extension portion (12-2).

[0116] These first support portion (16-1) and second support portion (16-2) can prevent the first-first extension portion (12-1), the second-first extension portion (22-1), the first-second extension portion (12-2), and the second-second extension portion (22-2) from melting and flowing down during the process of welding the lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20).

[0117] In a rescue manner, when the lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20) are welded, the mounting portion (11) and the protrusion portion (21) are welded, the 1-1 extension portion (12-1) and the 2-1 extension portion (22-1) are welded, and the 1-2 extension portion (12-2) and the 2-2 extension portion (22-2) can be welded.

[0118] During the process of being welded, the first-first extension (12-1), the second-first extension (22-1), the first-second extension (12-2), and the second-second extension (22-2) may melt, but the first support (16-1) and the second support (16-2) are positioned in close contact with the lower portions of the first-first extension (12-1) and the first-second extension (12-2), thereby preventing them from melting and flowing down.

[0119] More specifically, the first support portion (16-1) is formed inwardly from the lower side of the mounting portion (11) formed on the inner side of the lower sheet (10), and is positioned in close contact with the lower side of the first-first extension portion (12-1), thereby preventing the first-first extension portion (12-1) and the second-first extension portion (22-1) from flowing down to the lower side of the first support portion (16-1) when melted during the process of welding the first-first extension portion (12-1) and the second-first extension portion (22-1).

[0120] The second support portion (16-2) is formed in an outward direction from the lower side of the mounting portion (11) formed on the outer side of the lower sheet (10), and is positioned in close contact with the lower portion of the first-second extension portion (12-2), so that the first-second extension portion (12-2) and the second-second extension portion (22-2), which are melted during the process of welding the first-second extension portion (12-2) and the second-second extension portion (22-2), can be prevented from flowing down to the lower portion of the second support portion (16-2).

[0121] In addition, the first support portion (16-1) and the second support portion (16-2) are formed on the lower sheet (10), but in order to prevent the lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20) from melting together with the first-first extension portion (12-1), the second-first extension portion (22-1), and the first-second extension portion (12-2), the second-second extension portion (22-2), during the process of welding, the first support portion (16-1) and the second support portion (16-2) may be formed of a different material from the first-first extension portion (12-1) and the first-second extension portion (12-1).

[0122] The first support part (16-1) and the second support part (16-2) can be removed after the lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20) are welded.

[0123] Specifically, the first-first extension (12-1) may melt and flow out during the process of being welded to the second-first extension (22-1), but the first support (16-1) formed on the lower sheet (10) supports the first-first extension (12-1) and the second-first extension (22-1) from below, thereby preventing them from flowing out, and when the first-first extension (12-1) and the second-first extension (22-1) are removed from the mounting portion (11) and the protrusion (21), the first support (16-1) can also be removed together.

[0124] In addition, the first-second extension (12-2) may melt and flow out during the process of being welded to the second-first extension (22-2), but the second support (16-2) formed on the lower sheet (10) supports the first-second extension (12-2) and the second-second extension (22-2) from below, thereby preventing them from flowing out, and when the first-second extension (12-2) and the second-second extension (22-2) are removed from the mounting portion (11) and the protrusion (21), the second support (16-2) can also be removed together.

[0125] Due to this, the range in which the 1st extension (12-1), the 2nd extension (22-1), the 1st extension (12-2), and the 2nd extension (22-2) melts is limited, so that no additional process for removing the 1st extension (12-1), the 2nd extension (22-1), the 1st extension (12-2), and the 2nd extension (22-2) occurs.

[0126] FIG. 11 is a drawing showing a first support part and a second support part according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0127] The first support portion and the second support portion according to another embodiment of the present invention are formed in a shape different from that of the first support portion and the second support portion according to one embodiment, and other components are the same, so a repeated description is omitted.

[0128] Referring to FIG. 11, the first support portion (16-1) and the second support portion (16-2) according to another embodiment of the present invention can be formed in different shapes.

[0129] The first support portion (16-1) is formed on the lower sheet (10), but may be positioned below the first-first extension portion (12-1), and the second support portion (16-2) may be formed on the lower sheet (10), but may be positioned below the first-second extension portion (12-2).

[0130] The first support portion (16-1) is formed in a plate shape having a predetermined thickness, but is formed with a width longer than the width of the first extension portion (12-1), and may be formed in a shape in which one end portion is bent upward.

[0131] The second support portion (16-2) is formed in a plate shape having a predetermined thickness, but is formed with a width longer than the width of the first-second extension portion (12-2), and may be formed in a shape in which one end portion is bent upward.

[0132] These first support portion (16-1) and second support portion (16-2) can prevent the first-first extension portion (12-1), the second-first extension portion (22-1), the first-second extension portion (12-2), and the second-second extension portion (22-2) from melting and flowing down during the process of welding the lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20).

[0133] In a rescue manner, when the lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20) are welded, the mounting portion (11) and the protrusion portion (21) are welded, the 1-1 extension portion (12-1) and the 2-1 extension portion (22-1) are welded, and the 1-2 extension portion (12-2) and the 2-2 extension portion (22-2) can be welded.

[0134] During the process of being welded, the first-first extension (12-1), the second-first extension (22-1), the first-second extension (12-2), and the second-second extension (22-2) may melt, but the first support (16-1) and the second support (16-2) are positioned in close contact with the lower portions of the first-first extension (12-1) and the first-second extension (12-2), thereby preventing them from melting and flowing down.

[0135] More specifically, the first support portion (16-1) is formed inwardly from the lower side of the mounting portion (11) formed on the inner side of the lower sheet (10), and is positioned in close contact with the lower side of the first-first extension portion (12-1), thereby preventing the first-first extension portion (12-1) and the second-first extension portion (22-1) from flowing down to the lower side of the first support portion (16-1) when melted during the process of welding the first-first extension portion (12-1) and the second-first extension portion (22-1).

[0136] The second support portion (16-2) is formed in an outward direction from the lower side of the mounting portion (11) formed on the outer side of the lower sheet (10), and is positioned in close contact with the lower portion of the first-second extension portion (12-2), so that the first-second extension portion (12-2) and the second-second extension portion (22-2), which are melted during the process of welding the first-second extension portion (12-2) and the second-second extension portion (22-2), can be prevented from flowing down to the lower portion of the second support portion (16-2).

[0137] In addition, the first support portion (16-1) and the second support portion (16-2) are formed on the lower sheet (10), but in order to prevent the lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20) from melting together with the first-first extension portion (12-1), the second-first extension portion (22-1), the first-second extension portion (12-2), and the second-second extension portion (22-2) during the process of welding, the support portion (16) may be formed of a different material from the first-first extension portion (12-1) and the first-second extension portion (12-1).

[0138] The first support part (16-1) and the second support part (16-2) can be removed after the lower sheet (10) and the upper sheet (20) are welded.

[0139] Specifically, the first-first extension (12-1) may melt and flow out during the process of being welded to the second-first extension (22-1), but the first support (16-1) formed on the lower sheet (10) supports the first-first extension (12-1) and the second-first extension (22-1) from below, thereby preventing them from flowing out, and when the first-first extension (12-1) and the second-first extension (22-1) are removed from the mounting portion (11) and the protrusion (21), the first support (16-1) can also be removed together.

[0140] In addition, the first-second extension (12-2) may melt and flow out during the process of being welded to the second-first extension (22-2), but the second support (16-2) formed on the lower sheet (10) supports the first-second extension (12-2) and the second-second extension (22-2) from below, thereby preventing them from flowing out, and when the first-second extension (12-2) and the second-second extension (22-2) are removed from the mounting portion (11) and the protrusion (21), the second support (16-2) can also be removed together.

[0141] Due to this, when the first-first extension (12-1), the second-first extension (22-1), the first-second extension (12-2), and the second-second extension (22-2) melt, the ends of one side of the first support (16-1) and the second support (16-2) are bent upward, so that even if more melting occurs, it does not flow downward.

[0142] Therefore, it is possible to prevent further additional processes for removing the 1-1 extension (12-1), the 2-1 extension (22-1), the 1-2 extension (12-2), and the 2-2 extension (22-2).

[0143] The drawings and specifications disclose optimal embodiments. While specific terminology has been used herein, it is solely for the purpose of describing the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention as defined in the claims. Therefore, those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent embodiments are possible. Accordingly, the true technical protection scope of the present invention should be defined by the technical spirit of the appended claims.
