Active Disturbance Rejection Resetting control systemTECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of motion controlling systems, and specifically to an active disturbance rejection resetting control system.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] The phase feature is a key index to evaluate the controlling ability of motion controlling systems (such as a motion controlling system for controlling servo motors) , and more important for motion controlling systems performing high dynamic tasks. However, the final controlling behaviors of the motion controlling system will be significantly limited due to limitation of phase lag to the control bandwidth. In practical applications of motion controlling systems, high gain is generally used to improve the bandwidth in the controller design, which however also brings additional risks to deteriorate the stability and robustness.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0003] In embodiments of the present invention, an active disturbance rejection resetting control system is provided, which can improve / solve the problem of phase lag.

[0004] In an embodiment of the present invention, an active disturbance rejection resetting control system as provided comprises a calculator, a resetting controller, and a feedback controller, wherein:

[0005] the calculator is used for calculating a difference between a track reference signal of a motion controlling servo system at the current moment and an actual measurement signal of a controlled object of the motion controlling servo system at the current moment, to obtain a tracking error signal at the current moment;

[0006] the resetting controller is used for processing the tracking error signal at the current moment based on principles of constant gain and phase leading, to obtain a resetting controlling signal at the current moment; and

[0007] the feedback controller is used for generating an object controlling signal for the next moment according to the track reference signal at the current moment, the resetting controlling signal at the current moment and the actual measurement signal at the current moment, and outputting the object controlling signal for the next moment to the controlled object to control the controlled object.

[0008] The active disturbance rejection resetting control systems as provided in the embodiments of the present invention, individually or in combination, have at least the following technical effects: calculating a difference between a track reference signal of a motion controlling servo system at the current moment and an actual measurement signal of a controlled object of the motion controlling servo system at the current moment, to obtain a tracking error signal at the current moment; then processing the tracking error signal at the current moment based on principles of constant gain and phase leading, to obtain a resetting controlling signal at the current moment; then generating an object controlling signal for the next moment according to the track reference signal at the current moment, the resetting controlling signal at the current moment and the actual measurement signal at the current moment, and outputting the object controlling signal for the next moment to the controlled object to control the controlled object. The track reference signal is an expected reference signal for a movement track of the controlled object, and the actual measurement signal is a measurement signal for an actual movement track of the controlled object. The active disturbance rejection resetting control system performs the processing according to the track reference signal and the actual measurement signal, to finally obtain the object controlling information, thus using the object controlling signal to perform controlling processing to the controlled object. During the processing, the principles of constant gain and phase leading are based, thus ensuring the constant gain and the phase leading of the object controlling signal as finally output. By leading processing to the phase, it is possible to improve accuracy of controlling on the controlled behaviors to  the controlled object and improve the tracking performance and the disturbance rejection performance. By controlling the constant gain, it is possible to ensure stability and robustness of movement controlling. As can be seen, with the embodiments of the present invention, the problem of phase lag can be improved / solved.

[0017] DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS

[0018] In order to make the objective (s) , technical solutions and advantages of embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely hereinafter in connection with the figures in the embodiments of the present invention. Apparently, the described embodiments are some embodiments in the present invention, rather than all embodiments. Any other embodiments obtained based on the embodiments in the present invention by those skilled in the art without any inventive work will fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

[0019] In a first aspect, an active disturbance rejection resetting control system is provided in an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to figure 1, the system comprises a calculator 100, a resetting controller 200 and a feedback controller 300, wherein:

[0020] the calculator 100 is used for calculating a difference between a track reference signal of a motion controlling servo system at the current moment and an actual measurement signal of a controlled object 400 of the motion controlling servo system at the current moment, to obtain a tracking error signal at the current moment;

[0021] the resetting controller 200 is used for processing the tracking error signal at the current moment based on principles of constant gain and phase leading, to obtain a resetting controlling signal at the current moment; and

[0022] the feedback controller 300 is used for generating an object controlling signal for the next moment according to the track reference signal at the current moment, the resetting controlling signal at the current moment and the actual measurement signal at the current moment, and outputting the object controlling signal for the next moment to the controlled object 400 to control the controlled object 400.

[0023] Herein, the calculator 100 functions to calculate a difference between a track reference signal of a motion controlling servo system at the current moment and an actual measurement signal of a controlled object 400 at the current moment, to obtain a tracking error signal at the current moment.

[0024] Herein, the resetting controller 200 functions to process the tracking error  signal at the current moment, to obtain a resetting controlling signal at the current moment, ensuring constant gain and phase leading by the processing. The resetting controller 200 may also be called as a constant gain and phase leading resetting controller 200.

[0025] Herein, the feedback controller 300 functions to generate an object controlling signal for the next moment according to the track reference signal, the resetting controlling signal and the actual measurement signal at the current moment, and in turn control the controlled object 400 by means of the object controlling signal for the next moment.

[0026] As can be seen, the active disturbance rejection resetting control system is provided between the motion controlling servo system and the controlled object 400. The track reference signal is an expected reference signal for a movement track of the controlled object 400, and the actual measurement signal is a measurement signal for an actual movement track of the controlled object 400. The active disturbance rejection resetting control system performs the processing according to the track reference signal and the actual measurement signal, to obtain the object controlling information, thus using the object controlling signal to perform controlling processing to the controlled object 400. During the processing, the principles of constant gain and phase leading are based, thus ensuring the constant gain and the phase leading of the object controlling signal as finally output. Herein, by leading processing to the phase, it is possible to improve accuracy of controlling on the controlled behaviors to the controlled object 400 and improve the tracking performance and the disturbance rejection performance. By ensuring the constant gain, it is possible to ensure stability and robustness of movement controlling.

[0027] In an embodiment, referring to figure 2, the system may further comprise:

[0028] an extended state observer 500 used for generating a prediction estimation signal of the controlled object for the next moment according to the actual measurement signal at the current moment and the object controlling signal output by the feedback controller at the current moment wherein the prediction estimation signal comprises a state prediction signal and a disturbance estimation signal of the controlled object;  and

[0029] accordingly, the feedback controller is specifically used for generating the object controlling signal for the next moment according to the track reference signal at the current moment, the resetting controlling signal at the current moment, the actual measurement signal at the current moment and the prediction estimation signal for the next moment, and outputting the object controlling signal for the next moment to the controlled object to control the controlled object.

[0030] That is, the extended state observer functions to generate a prediction estimation signal of the controlled object for the next moment according to the actual measurement signal at the current moment and the object controlling signal at the current moment. Further, the feedback controller may generate the object controlling signal for the next moment according to the track reference signal at the current moment, the resetting controlling signal at the current moment, the actual measurement signal at the current moment and the prediction estimation signal for the next moment, and in turn perform servo driving to the controlled object by means of the object controlling signal for the next moment.

[0031] Herein, the state prediction signal is a prediction to a state signal which refers to moving speed, acceleration, position or other information of the controlled object. The disturbance estimation signal is an estimate to a disturbance signal which refers to variation in torque, variation in current or voltage, variation in circumstance, or other disturbance information.

[0032] As can be seen, during generation of the object controlling signal for the next moment, the disturbance signal and the state signal in practical circumstances are considered, and the accuracy of the object controlling signal can be improved.

[0033] Herein, the time domain mathematical model of the controlled object may be:

[0034] wherein is a differential of the state signal of the controlled object, x is the state signal of the controlled object, u is the object controlling signal, d is the  disturbance signal to the controlled object, y is the actual measurement signal of the controlled object,  b0 is a system equivalent gain.

[0035] In the above formula (s) , the state x of the controlled object is calculated and solved according to the above differential equation. The differential of the state signal of the controlled object, representing a trend of variation of the state, is obtained by a sum of three products: a product of the state signal of the controlled object and the system matrix A, a product of the controlling matrix B and the object controlling signal u, and a product of the disturbance matrix E and the disturbance signal to the controlled object. The actual measurement signal of the controlled object is a product of the observation matrix C and the state x of the controlled object, meaning that the measurement signal is an observable state signal.

[0036] Herein, the time domain mathematical model of the extended state observer may be:

[0037] wherein the extended state ξ= [x, d] T,  is the prediction estimation of the extended state ξ,  is a differential of the prediction estimation signal T is an inverted symbol,  and are extended state matrixes, L is an observation gain matrix of the extended state observer,  wherein ωo is an equivalent observation bandwidth.

[0038] In the above formula (s) , the prediction estimation of the extended state is calculated and solved by the above differential equation. The differential of the prediction estimation of the extended state is obtained by three portions: a product of the prediction estimation of the extended state and the extension system matrix a product of the extension controlling matrix and object controlling signal u, and an observation correction term. The observation correction term is a product of the observation gain matrix of the extended state observer and a difference between the  actual measurement signal y of the controlled object and the prediction estimation of the extended state multiplied by

[0039] Herein, the time domain mathematical model of the feedback controller may be:

[0040] wherein kp and kd are gains of the feedback controller,  and kd=2ωc, ωc is an equivalent control bandwidth,  and are predictions of two state signals, and is an estimate of the disturbance signal.

[0041] In the above formula (s) , the controlling signal u of the feedback controller is calculated and obtained by the above formula. That is, it is obtained by calculating a product of the index kp and a difference between the actual measurement signal y and the prediction estimation of the extended state to the measurement signal, subtracting a product of the prediction estimation signal of the extended state and the index kd and subtracting the estimate of the disturbance signal, and then being divided by the system equivalent gain b0.

[0042] Herein, the time domain mathematical model of the resetting controller may be:

[0043] wherein ∑Reset is the time domain mathematical model of the resetting controller, xr (t) is a state of the resetting controller before resetting,  is a differential of a state of the resetting controller, e (t) is the tracking error signal, xr (t+) is a state of the resetting controller at the resetting moment, u (t) is an output of the resetting controller, Ar, Br, Cr and Dr are state space matrixes of the basic linear system, Aρ is a  resetting matrix and Aρ=diag (γ1, ..., γn) , n is a dimension of the state space, and γ1, ..., γnare values of the resetting states after the resetting action.

[0044] The above formula shows the calculation process of the controlling output u (t) of the resetting controller. Firstly, when the resetting controller is not at the resetting point, the tracking error signal e (t) is not equal to zero, and the current state xr (t) of the resetting controller can be obtained by the differential equation on the first line in the solution formula. In this case, the system matrix of the resetting controller is Ar and the input matrix is Br. Secondly, when the resetting controller is at the resetting point, the tracking error signal e (t) is equal to zero. The state xr (t+) of the resetting controller at the resetting moment is obtained by the equation on the second line in the formula, i.e. a product of the current state xr (t) of the resetting controller and the resetting matrix Aρ. Finally, the controlling output u (t) of the resetting controller is obtained by a sum of two products: a product of the solved current state xr (t) of the resetting controller and the controlling matrix Cr of the resetting controller, and another product of the tracking error signal e (t) and the direct-pass matrix Dr of the resetting controller.

[0045] Herein, Ar, Br, Cr. Dr and Aρ are matrixes to be determined. First, it is to determine a specific form of each matrix. For example, it is possible to configure that Ar=-ωr, Br=ωr, Cr=1, Dr=0, Aρ=γ, wherein ωr is an interval frequency point of phase leading feature points, and γ is a value of an element of a one-dimension resetting matrix. Herein, Ar, Br, and Aρ are related to ωr and γ, and γ is configurable. Therefore, as long as ωr is calculated, Ar, Br, and Aρ can be obtained.

[0046] In order to facilitate calculation to obtain ωr, it is possible to perform calculation in the frequency domain. For example, the time domain mathematical model is converted into a frequency domain mathematical model, thus performing calculation by means of the frequency domain mathematical model.

[0047] In an embodiment, a time domain mathematical model of the active disturbance rejection resetting control system is processed by Laplace transformation to obtain a frequency domain mathematical model, and the frequency domain mathematical model may comprise a first function, a second function, a third function and a fourth function which are connected in series in sequence, the second function is a transfer function of the resetting controller, a difference between an output signal of the first function and an output signal of the fourth function is input into the second function, the fourth function is a transfer function of the controlled object, and a sum of the first function and the third function is equal to a sum of a transfer function of the extended state observer and a transfer function of the feedback controller.

[0048] Herein, the first function and the third function comprehensively represent the expressions of the frequency domain mathematical models of the extended state observer and the feedback controller.

[0049] Herein, the second function is a transfer function of the resetting controller.

[0050] Herein, the fourth function is a transfer function of the controlled object, and is the frequency domain mathematical model of the controlled object obtained by Laplace transformation from the time domain mathematical model, i.e. a frequency domain response function of the controlled object.

[0051] Herein, a difference between an output signal of the first function and an output signal of the fourth function is input into the second function, an output signal of the second function is input into the third function, and an output signal of the third function is input into the fourth function.

[0052] Specifically, the time domain mathematical model as shown in figure 2 is converted into a frequency domain mathematical model, obtaining a block diagram shown in figure 3. In figure 3, H (s) is the first function, O (s) is the second function, C (s) is the third function, and G (s) is the fourth function.

[0053] In an embodiment, the first function may be:

[0054] wherein H (s) is the first function, s is the Laplacian, ωc is an equivalent control bandwidth, and ωo is an equivalent observation bandwidth.

[0055] The above first function is a frequency domain equivalent reference input signal filter obtained by Laplace transformation from the second-order active disturbance rejection controller. The denominator term in the formula determines the limiting point of the filter, and the values of the parameters of various orders thereof are calculated and obtained by Laplace transformation and are related to the equivalent control bandwidth ωc and the equivalent observation bandwidth ωo. The numerator term in the formula determines the zero point of the filter, and the values of the parameters of various orders thereof are obtained by Laplace transformation and are related to the equivalent control bandwidth ωc and the equivalent observation bandwidth ωo. The reference input signal, after being converted into the frequency signal, is multiplied with the filter and can be filtered, thus, by calculation, obtaining the value of the filtered reference signal in the frequency domain, and in turn by calculation by inverse Laplace transformation, obtaining the value of the filtered reference signal in the time domain.

[0056] In an embodiment, the third function may be:

[0057] wherein C (s) is the third function, s is the Laplacian, ωc is an equivalent control bandwidth, ωo is an equivalent observation bandwidth, and b0 is a system equivalent gain.

[0058] The above third function is a frequency domain equivalent feedback controller obtained by Laplace transformation from the second-order active disturbance rejection controller, and is a leading / lag compensator containing a pure integration section. The denominator term in the formula determines the limiting point of the controller, and the numerator term in the formula determines the zero  point of the controller. The values of the parameters of the denominator and numerator terms are obtained by Laplace transformation and are related to the equivalent control bandwidth ωc and the equivalent observation bandwidth ωo. The output of the resetting controller, after being converted into the frequency signal, is used as the input of the feedback controller and is multiplied with the feedback controller. It is possible to calculate the feedback controlling amount, thus, by calculation, obtaining the feedback controlling output, and, by inverse Laplace transformation, obtaining the time domain signal of the feedback controlling output, acting on the controlled object to control the controlled object.

[0059] In an embodiment, in order to obtain more precise frequency response information of the non-linear system, a describing function method based on high-order sine input is used, thus obtaining a frequency response function of the resetting controller, i.e. the transfer function of the resetting controller as below:

[0060] wherein is the transfer function of the resetting controller; f (n, ω) is a transfer function of a filter in the resetting controller; n is a dimension of a state space of the controlled object; ω is a frequency point; ψ is a phase angle; Ar, Br, Cr and Dr are state space matrixes of a basic linear system, and I is a unit matrix.

[0061] Herein, f (n, ω) is a filter necessary to be designed.

[0062] In the above formula, by the high-order sine input describing function method, the time domain model of the resetting controller is converted into the frequency domain model. The state space matrixes Ar, Br, Cr and Dr are defined in the resetting controller, and other calculation processes follow the common conversion calculation method in the describing function method. f (n, ω) is a filter needing to be additionally designed. The model conversion from the time domain to the frequency domain is the calculation for facilitating the designs of the filter (s) and the system matrix (es) in the frequency domain. The tracking error signal e (t), after being  converted into the frequency signal, is multiplied with the transfer function (s) of the resetting controller, obtaining the frequency domain value of the controlling output signal of the resetting controller, and by inverse transformation, obtaining the time domain value of the controlling output signal of the resetting controller. It is equivalent to the calculation in the time domain.

[0063] In an embodiment, the transfer function of the resetting controller may comprise a shaping filter, a phase leading filter, a resetting filter and a low-pass filter which are connected in series in sequence wherein f (n, ω) is equal to a product of a transfer function of the shaping filter, a transfer function of the phase leading filter, a transfer function of the resetting filter and a transfer function of the low-pass filter. That is, the filters in the resetting controller comprise 4 filters. The output signal of the shaping filter is input to the phase leading filter, the output signal of the phase leading filter is input to the resetting filter, and the output signal of the resetting filter is input to the low-pass filter. The transfer function f (n, ω) of the filter (s) in the resetting controller is the product of the transfer functions of the 4 filters.

[0064] Referring to figure 4, the transfer function of the shaping filter is F (s) , the transfer function of the phase leading filter is K (s) , the transfer function of the resetting filter is Γ (s) and the transfer function of the low-pass filter is T (s) .

[0065] Herein, the transfer functions of the filters may be: F (s)=N1 (s) Lf (s) N2 (s) T (s) =F-1 (s)

[0066] wherein F (s) is the transfer function of the shaping filter; K (s) is the transfer function of the phase leading filter; Γ (s) is the transfer function of the resetting filter; T (s) is the transfer function of the low-pass filter; s is the Laplacian, ωl and ωh are interval frequency points for phase shaping; ωr and ωf are interval frequency points of phase leading feature points;  is an inverse of a linear element of the resetting controller; λ and q are adjustable parameters; N1 (s) , Lf (s) and N2 (s) are transfer functions of three sub shaping filters in the shaping filter; ωf, ωl, ωh, λ and q are configured parameters, and ωr is a parameter to be calculated.

[0067] Herein, ωf, ωl, ωh, λ and q may be configured by operators themselves, while ωr is necessary to be calculated.

[0068] In the above formula, the tracking error signal e (t) is firstly phase-shaped by the filter F (s) . According to calculation of the filter F (s) , a portion of e (t) having its frequency within the interval (0, ωl) has a stable amplitude and a  substantially stable phase, a portion of e (t) having its frequency near ωl has a sharply increasing amplitude and a phase sharply decreasing to an expected set value of phase shaping, a portion of e (t) having its frequency within the interval (ωl, ωh) has a stable amplitude and a stable phase, a portion of e (t) having its frequency near ωh has a phase sharply increasing back to an expected set value, and a portion of e (t) having its frequency within the interval (ωh, +∞) has a stable amplitude and a stable phase. The purpose of phase-shaping by the filter F (s) to the tracking error signal e (t) is to make e (t) stable in the set interval to improve its robustness during the subsequent resetting controlling calculation. The tracking error signal e (t), after phase shaping by the filter F (s) , is processed for phase leading calculation by the phase leading high-pass filter K (s) . The portion of the signal having its frequency in the interval (0, ωr) after entering the filter K (s) has a stable amplitude and a substantially stable phase. The portion of the signal having its frequency in the interval (ωr, ωf) after entering the filter K (s) is processed for phase leading to the phase set value. The portion of the signal having its frequency in the interval (ωf, +∞) after entering the filter K (s) has a stable amplitude and a stable phase. The purpose of phase-leading by the filter K (s) to the signal is to form a phase-leading signal after phase shaping and increase the stable margin during the subsequent resetting controlling calculation. After the operation of phase leading by the filter K (s) , the signal enters the resetting filter Γ (s) for resetting calculation. In the resetting calculation, when the tracking error signal e (t) is not equal to zero, the signal after the phase leading calculation by the filter K (s) passes the low-pass filter, compensating the effect of the filter K (s) in the low frequency range; when the tracking error signal e (t) is equal to zero, the signal after the phase leading calculation by the filter K (s) is directly processed for resetting value assignment calculation. By the resetting filter (s) , it is possible to calculate and obtain the error resetting signal. The error resetting signal is used for low-pass filtering  calculation with the low-pass filter to offset the effect of the shaping filter, restore the phase and amplitude features of the error resetting signal at the non-resetting moment (s) , extract the error resetting signal at the resetting moment, and thus calculate and obtain the output resetting controlling signal of the resetting controller.

[0069] The phase of the resetting controller may be obtained as: Ψ (ω) =∠ (F (jω) K (jω) Re (jω))

[0070] wherein Re (jω) is a linear element of the resetting controller. That is, the phase of the resetting controller is obtained by calculating a phase of a transfer function of a product of the filters F (jω), K (jω) and Re (jω).

[0071] Herein, the phase angle of the shaping filter is ∠ (F (jωn) =ψf, and ψf may be configured by the user. That is, the phase angle of the shaping filter F (jω) at the cut-off frequency ωn is the value ψf as configured.

[0072] In an embodiment, the phase angle of the resetting controller may be:

[0073] wherein ψ (ω) is the phase angle of the resetting controller, x1 (jω) is the Laplace transformation of the output signal of the resetting controller, E (jω) is the Laplace transformation of the tracking error signal, and γ is a value of an element of a one-dimension resetting matrix.

[0074] The above formula means that when the value of the element of the one-dimension resetting matrix is γ, the phase angle of the resetting controller may be obtained by calculating an angle of a ratio of a Laplace transformation value of the output signal of the resetting controller with respect to a Laplace transformation value of the tracking error signal.

[0075] In an embodiment, in order to obtain the iso-damping feature by phase shaping, referring to figure 5, the constraint conditions as configured on the phase angle of the resetting controller may comprise: the phase angle passing through a  zero value line twice in frequency ranges before ωl and after ωh, respectively, with the absolute value (s) of difference (s) thereof with respect to zero within a preset range; and the phase angle in a frequency range between ωl and ωh being less than a configured phase angle of the shaping filter, wherein ωl is less than ωh.

[0076] Specifically, the constraint condition (s) may be expressed as:

[0077] wherein ε1 is a positive value less than a preset value, and ωm1 and ωm2 are two frequency points.

[0078] In the above formula (s) , the first line is intended to constrain the phase values of the ends ωm1 and ωm2 of the shaping interval of the shaping filter F (jω) such that the phase values of F (jω) at the two ends are configured as a very small positive value ε1. This step may be ensured by value calculation by a computer, or may be ensured by drawing lines / curves based on a geometric method according to the Bode diagram of F (jω) . In the above formula (s) , the second line is intended to constrain the phase of the filter N1 (jω), as a portion of the shaping filter F (jω) , requiring that the derivative of the phase of N1 (jω) with respect to the frequency ω in the frequency interval (0, ωl) is equal to zero. It is to make the phase angle value of N1 (jω) in the frequency interval (0, ωl) almost constant, thus having stable phase features. In the above formula (s) , the third line is intended to constrain the phase of the filter N2 (jω) , as a portion of the shaping filter F (jω) , requiring that the derivative of the phase of N2 (jω) with respect to the frequency ω in the frequency interval (0, ωh) is equal to zero. It is to make the phase angle value of N2 (jω) in the frequency  interval (0, ωh) almost constant, thus having stable phase features.

[0079] The above constraint conditions may be simplified (by symmetrization) as: ∠Lf (jωn) +2∠N1 (jωn) =ψf ∠Lf (jωm1) +∠N1 (jωm1) =ε2 ε2=π / 180rad.

[0080] According to the above calculation formula for the phase angle of the resetting controller and the above constraint conditions, ωr can be obtained by the phase shaping method, thus obtaining the frequency domain transfer function of the resetting controller, and thus the time domain mathematical model of the whole active disturbance rejection resetting control system can be obtained.

[0081] In the above formula (s) , it is possible, by the symmetrization principle, to simplify the constraint conditions to two conditions: first, a sum of the phase value of the filter Lf (s) at the cut-off frequency point ωn and two times of the phase value of the filter N1 (s) at the cut-off frequency point ωn is equal to the preset shaping phase value ψf. Second, a sum of the phase value of the filter Lf (s) at the end point frequency ωm1 of the phase shaping interval and the phase value of the filter N1 (s) at the end point frequency ωm1 of the phase shaping interval is equal to the preset phase value ε2=π / 180rad.. This step may be ensured by value calculation by a computer, or may be ensured by drawing lines / curves based on a geometric method according to the Bode diagrams of the filters.

[0082] For example, assuming that ωh=10ωl, then thus obtaining: ∠Lf (jωm1) ≈λ ((tan-1 (ζ) -tan-1 (ζ / 10))

[0083] wherein

[0084] In the above formula (s) , on the condition of the calculation formula (s) of the specific phase shaping constraint values of the filters in the phase shaping filter F (jω) can be seen.

[0085] Finally, it is possible, according to requirements, to obtain ωr by selecting appropriate parameters for phase shaping.

[0086] It is understandable that the resetting controller is introduced into the system according to the embodiment (s) of the present invention. The resetting controller is based on the principles of constant gain and phase leading, and can improve / solve the problem of phase lag of the motion controlling servo system.

[0087] Herein, ωr can be calculated by a phase shaping method, thus obtaining a designed resetting controller which can optimize phase characteristics of the motion controlling servo system. Moreover, the resetting controller, as a non-linear element controller, can achieve a suppression effect on multi-frequency harmonic waves.

[0088] Specifically, in a curve of the phase angle of the resetting controller as shown in figure 5, each zero-crossing frequency ωlb will generate a high-order harmonic notch in the resetting controller. For frequencies in the frequency range [ωl, ωh] of interest, the resetting controller will generate a high-order harmonic wave, and will have a phase advantage. ψf and γ determine the phase advantage of the resetting controller in the frequency range [ωl, ωh] . With such design, the nonlinearity  of the resetting controller is band-passed within [ωl, ωh] , wherein a phase advantage feature of iso-damping is produced at the zero-crossing frequency ωlb.
