[0028] (Outline of Information Processing Apparatus 1A) An outline of the information processing apparatus 1A according to this exemplary embodiment will be described.

[0029] When considering worker work shifts, there is a need for work information that takes into account virtual human resources or rules, such as what kind of human resources will be available in the future, what kind of human resources should be acquired, or how the current work rules should be changed.

[0030] As an example, the information processing device 1A is a device that expands actual worker information, which includes information on the work shifts and possessed skills of each of multiple workers, by adding at least one of a virtual worker, a virtual work shift, and a virtual possessed skill, and generates work information by referring to the expanded worker information. The virtual work shift is, for example, a virtual work shift that is different from the work shift of an actual worker. The virtual possessed skill is, for example, a virtual possessed skill that is different from the skills possessed by an actual worker. The virtual worker is, for example, a virtual worker who has a virtual work shift and a virtual possessed skill.

[0031] Here, expanding worker information means, for example, adding at least one of a virtual worker, a virtual work shift, and a virtual possessed skill to actual worker information that is not included in the worker information.

[0032] For example, the user may specify rules for expanding the actual worker information. Specific examples of the expansion rule information include rules for expanding desired work shifts, rules for expanding possessed skills, and rules for expanding work dates and times. The information processing device 1A may, for example, refer to the expansion rules specified by the user to expand the worker information in multiple different patterns and generate work information including evaluation values for each expansion pattern.

[0033] Here, for example, for a virtual worker in an extended pattern to which the information processing device 1A has assigned a high evaluation value, the user may realize a more favorable work environment by hiring a worker who actually has work shifts and skills equivalent to the virtual work shifts and virtual skills possessed by the virtual worker. Furthermore, for example, for a virtual worker in an extended pattern to which the information processing device 1A has assigned a high evaluation value, the user may realize a more favorable work environment by actually acquiring the virtual skills possessed by an actual worker in the extended pattern. In this way, for example, in order to realize a more favorable work environment, the user can obtain information from the work information generated by the information processing device 1A regarding personnel who are desirable to hire in the future and skills that are desirable for existing workers to additionally possess.

[0034] (Configuration of information processing device 1A) The configuration of information processing device 1A will be described with reference to Fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a block diagram showing the configuration of information processing device 1A. Information processing device 1A includes a control unit 10, a storage unit 20, a communication unit 30, and an input / output unit 40.

[0035] (Control unit 10) The control unit 10 controls each unit of the information processing device 1A in an integrated manner. The control unit 10 includes an acquisition unit 11, a first generation unit 12, a second generation unit 13, a first display control unit 14, and a second display control unit 15, in addition to the acquisition unit 11, a first generation unit 12, and a second generation unit 13 that are included in the information processing device 1A.

[0036] (Acquisition Unit 11) The acquisition unit 11 acquires worker information including information on the work shifts of each of a plurality of workers and information on the skills possessed by each worker.

[0037] The information about the worker's work shift may be, for example, at least one of the date and time the worker desires to work and the worker's work hour constraints. In other words, the information about the work shift may include, for example, at least one of desired work shift information indicating the worker's desired work shift and work hour constraint information indicating the worker's work hour constraints. The worker's work hour constraints may include, for example, at least one of available work hours, available work days, maximum monthly work hours, and maximum annual work hours. The worker's skills may be, for example, the skills the worker possesses to perform predetermined tasks.

[0038] The acquisition unit 11 may acquire, for example, extension rule information that defines an extension rule. The extension rule information may, for example, define an extension rule for actual worker information. Furthermore, the extension rule information may, for example, be defined by a user. Specific examples of extension rule information include rules regarding extension of desired work shifts, rules regarding extension of possessed skills, and rules regarding extension of work dates and times.

[0039] (First generation unit 12) The first generation unit 12 refers to the worker information acquired by the acquisition unit 11 and generates expanded worker information including at least one of one or more virtual workers, one or more virtual work shifts, and one or more virtual possessed skills.

[0040] The virtual work shift may be, for example, a virtual work shift that is different from the work shift of an actual worker. Furthermore, the virtual work shift may be, for example, a work shift that is available for work on at least some of all work dates and times during the target period of the work shift. The virtual possessed skills may be, for example, virtual possessed skills that are different from the skills possessed by an actual worker. Furthermore, the virtual possessed skills may include, for example, at least some of all skills related to the work. The virtual worker may be, for example, a virtual worker who has the above-mentioned virtual work shift and the above-mentioned virtual possessed skills.

[0041] Here, expanding the worker information may mean, for example, adding at least one of a virtual worker, a virtual work shift, and a virtual possessed skill to the worker information acquired by the acquisition unit 11, which is not included in the worker information.

[0042] Furthermore, the first generating unit 12 may generate the expanded worker information by, for example, referring to expansion rule information. The expansion rule information may be, for example, information that specifies rules for expanding actual worker information. The expansion rule information may also be, for example, information that is specified by a user. Specific examples of expansion rule information include rules regarding expansion of desired work shifts, rules regarding expansion of possessed skills, and rules regarding expansion of work dates and times.

[0043] (Second generation unit 13) The second generation unit 13 generates task information by referring to the expanded worker information. In this exemplary embodiment, the task information refers to information relating to a part or all of a task involving one or more workers, and may include, for example, information relating to the work schedule of each worker, the tasks assigned to each worker, and information relating to the delivery schedule of each task.

[0044] For example, the work information may include at least one of a work plan and an evaluation value related to the work. In this exemplary embodiment, the work plan refers to information related to a plan for work involving one or more workers, and may include, for example, information about the work shifts of each worker. The evaluation value related to the work may be, for example, an evaluation value generated by a predetermined function for each of multiple pieces of expanded worker information that are different from each other.

[0045] (First display control unit 14) The first display control unit 14 may display, for example, at least one of the expanded worker information generated by the first generation unit 12 and the work information generated by the second generation unit 13. A display example of the expanded worker information generated by the first generation unit 12 will be described later in the description of FIG. 4. Furthermore, a display example of the work information generated by the second generation unit 13 will be described later in the description of FIG. 5.

[0046] (Second Display Control Unit 15) The second display control unit 15 may display, for example, a reception screen for receiving input related to the rule of extension. A display example of the reception screen for receiving input related to the rule of extension will be described later in the description of FIG. 7 .

[0047] (Storage unit 20) The storage unit 20 stores various types of data referenced by the control unit 10 and various types of data generated by the control unit 10. As an example, the storage unit 20 stores the following: worker information WR expanded worker information EWR task information WK selection information SE expanded rule information ER

[0048] The worker information WR is information about the worker, including, for example, information about the actual work shift of the worker and information about the worker's skills. The worker information WR may also include, for example, work shift information WS and skill information SK.

[0049] The work shift information WS is, for example, information about the work shift of an actual worker. The work shift information WS may also be, for example, at least one of the date and time that the actual worker desires to work and the working time constraints of the worker.

[0050] The possessed skill information SK is, for example, information about the possessed skills of an actual worker. The possessed skills of a worker may be, for example, skills possessed by the worker that enable the worker to perform a predetermined task.

[0051] The expanded worker information EWR is, for example, worker information WR expanded by adding at least one of virtual worker information VWR, virtual work shift information VWS, and virtual possessed skill information VSK to the worker information WR. Note that the first generating unit 12 may generate multiple different expanded worker information EWR for the same worker information WR.

[0052] The virtual worker information VWR is, for example, information about a virtual worker who has a virtual work shift that is different from the work shift of the actual worker and virtual skills that are different from the skills possessed by the actual worker.

[0053] The virtual work shift information VWS is, for example, information about a virtual work shift that differs from the actual work shift of a worker. Here, the virtual work shift may be, for example, a work shift that is available for at least some of all work dates and times during the target period of the work shift.

[0054] The virtual skills information VSK is information about virtual skills that are different from the skills possessed by an actual worker. Here, the virtual skills may include, for example, at least some of all skills related to the work.

[0055] The work information WK includes, for example, a work plan and / or an evaluation value related to the work. The evaluation value related to the work may be, for example, an evaluation value generated by a predetermined function for each of a plurality of different pieces of expanded worker information EWR.

[0056] The selection information SE is, for example, information regarding the result of a user selecting one of the multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR. For example, the first display control unit 14 may display the multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR so that they can be compared with each other. Furthermore, the first display control unit 14 may display the multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR on a display device that is capable of receiving input from a user and includes at least one of a keyboard, a mouse, a display, a touch panel, etc. Here, the user may select one of the multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR. The selection information SE may be, for example, information regarding the result of a user selecting one of the multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR.

[0057] The extension rule information ER, for example, defines rules for extension of actual worker information. The extension rule information ER may also be defined by a user. Specific examples of the extension rule information ER include rules for extending desired work shifts, rules for extending possessed skills, and rules for extending work dates and times.

[0058] (Communication Unit 30) The communication unit 30 communicates with devices external to the information processing device 1A. As an example, the communication unit 30 communicates with external devices connected to the information processing device 1A via a network N (not shown). The communication unit 30 transmits data supplied from the control unit 10 to the outside, and supplies data received from the outside to the control unit 10. Note that the specific configuration of the network N does not limit this exemplary embodiment, and as an example, a wireless LAN (Local Area Network), a wired LAN, a WAN (Wide Area Network), a public line network, a mobile data communication network, or a combination of these networks can be used.

[0059] (Input / Output Unit 40) The input / output unit 40 is configured to include at least one of input / output devices such as a keyboard, a mouse, a display, a printer, and a touch panel. Alternatively, the input / output unit 40 may be configured to be connected to input / output devices such as a keyboard, a mouse, a display, a printer, and a touch panel. In this configuration, the input / output unit 40 accepts various types of information input to the information processing device 1A from the connected input devices. Furthermore, the input / output unit 40 outputs various types of information to connected output devices under the control of the control unit 10. An example of the input / output unit 40 is an interface such as a USB (Universal Serial Bus).

[0060] (Example of Extension of Worker Information WR) Fig. 4 is a diagram showing an example of extension of the worker information WR. The worker information in Fig. 4 is an example of the worker information WR, which includes information on work shifts and information on possessed skills for each of actual workers A, B, and C, acquired by the acquisition unit 11.

[0061] The expanded worker information in Figure 4 is an example of expanded worker information EWR generated by the first generation unit 12 with reference to the worker information WR. In the example of Figure 4, the first generation unit 12 generates expanded worker information including at least one of a virtual worker, a virtual work shift, and a virtual possessed skill with reference to the worker information WR. In the example of Figure 4, the expanded worker information EWR is generated by adding a virtual worker, a virtual work date and time, and a virtual possessed skill that are not included in the worker information WR, which is actual worker information, to the worker information WR (in other words, so as to include the virtual worker, the virtual work date and time, and the virtual possessed skill) (the bolded parts in Figure 4).

[0062] Furthermore, the first generation unit 12 may generate, for example, multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR that are different from each other for the same worker information WR. In the example of FIG. 4 , the first generation unit 12 generates multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR that are different from each other for each worker for the same worker information WR. Workers A, B, and C each have different work shifts and possessed skills. In addition, in the example of expanded worker information in FIG. 4 , a virtual worker D is added, who has different work shifts and possessed skills from all of workers A, B, and C.

[0063] The first display control unit 14 may, for example, display the expanded worker information EWR generated by the first generation unit 12. The expanded worker information in FIG. 4 may be a display example of the expanded worker information EWR by the first display control unit 14. Furthermore, the first display control unit 14 may, for example, display multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR so that they can be compared with each other. In the example of FIG. 4, the first display control unit 14 displays multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR so that they can be compared with each other.

[0064] (Example of Work Information WK) FIG. 5 is a diagram showing an example of work information WK. The work information in FIG. 5 is an example of work information WK generated by the second generation unit 13 by referring to the expanded worker information EWR in the example of FIG. 4. Here, the work information WK may include, for example, at least one of a work plan and an evaluation value related to the work. The example of work information WK in FIG. 5 includes work shifts, which are work plans for each worker, based on the expanded worker information EWR in the example of FIG. 4. The example of work information WK in FIG. 5 also includes an evaluation value for the expanded worker information EWR in the example of FIG. 4. Note that in the example of work information WK in FIG. 5, the evaluation value is assigned to each worker.

[0065] Furthermore, the second generating unit 13 may generate work information WK for each of the plurality of pieces of expanded worker information EWR, for example. In the example of Fig. 5, the second generating unit 13 generates work information WK for each of the plurality of pieces of expanded worker information EWR for the plurality of pieces of expanded worker information EWR in the example of Fig. 4.

[0066] The first display control unit 14 may, for example, display the work information WK generated by the second generation unit 13. The work information in FIG. 5 may be an example of the work information WK displayed by the first display control unit 14. Furthermore, the first display control unit 14 may, for example, display the work information WK for each of the multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR so that the pieces of work information WK can be compared with each other. In the example of FIG. 5, the first display control unit 14 displays the work information WK for each of the multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR so that the pieces of work information WK can be compared with each other.

[0067] (Example of Screen Display When Expanded Worker Information is Selected) FIG. 6 is a diagram showing an example of a screen display when the user selects one of the pieces of expanded worker information EWR in FIG.

[0068] As described with reference to Fig. 4, the first generator 12 may generate, for example, multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR that are different from each other for the same worker information WR. In the example of Fig. 4, the first generator 12 generates, for the same worker information WR, multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR that are different from each other for each worker.

[0069] The first display control unit 14 may, for example, display multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR so that they can be compared with each other. In the example of FIG. 4 , the first display control unit 14 displays multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR so that they can be compared with each other. Furthermore, the first display control unit 14 may, for example, display multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR on a display device that has at least one of a keyboard, a mouse, a display, a touch panel, etc. that can accept input from a user. Here, the user may, for example, select one of the multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR in FIG. 4 .

[0070] The acquisition unit 11 may acquire, for example, selection information SE for selecting one of the plurality of pieces of expanded worker information EWR. The selection information SE may be, for example, information relating to a result of a user selecting one of the plurality of pieces of expanded worker information EWR.

[0071] The second generating unit 13 may generate the work information WK by, for example, referring to the expanded worker information EWR indicated by the selection information SE. In the example of Fig. 6, the second generating unit 13 generates the work information WK by referring to the expanded worker information EWR indicated by the selection information SE, which is information regarding the result of selecting one of the multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR in Fig. 4.

[0072] The first display control unit 14 may, for example, display the work information WK generated by the second generation unit 13. In the example of Fig. 6, the first display control unit 14 displays the work information WK generated by the second generation unit 13 on a screen of a display device or the like that constitutes the input / output unit 40.

[0073] Thus, in this exemplary embodiment, the first generation unit 12 generates multiple different expanded worker information EWR for the same worker information WR, the first display control unit 14 displays the multiple expanded worker information EWR so that they can be compared with each other, the acquisition unit 11 acquires selection information SE for selecting one of the multiple expanded worker information EWR, the second generation unit 13 generates work information WK by referring to the expanded worker information EWR indicated by the selection information SE, and the first display control unit 14 displays the work information WK generated by the second generation unit 13.

[0074] SEW1 included in the input / output unit 40 at the top of Fig. 6 is a display example of the work information WK when the user selects the expanded worker information EWR of workers B and D from the multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR in Fig. 4. SEW2 included in the input / output unit 40 at the bottom of Fig. 6 is a display example of the work information WK when the user selects the expanded worker information EWR of workers A and D from the multiple pieces of expanded worker information EWR in Fig. 4.

These display items may be, for example, items related to rules for extension of the actual worker information WR. For example, the user may input information related to rules for extension of the worker information WR by selecting the above display items on the reception screen ERI.

[0078] (Advantages of Information Processing Device 1A) As described above, the information processing device 1A employs a configuration including a first display control means that displays at least one of the expanded worker information generated by the first generating means and the task information generated by the second generating means. Therefore, in addition to the advantages of the information processing device 1, the information processing device 1A provides an advantage that the user can check the expanded worker information and task information.

[0079] Furthermore, in the information processing device 1A, the first generating means generates multiple pieces of expanded worker information that are different from each other for the same worker information, and the first display control means displays the multiple pieces of expanded worker information so that they can be compared with each other. Therefore, in addition to the effect achieved by the information processing device 1, the information processing device 1A has the effect of allowing a user to compare multiple pieces of expanded worker information that are different from each other for the same worker information.

[0080] Furthermore, in the information processing device 1A, a first generating means generates multiple pieces of expanded worker information that are different from each other for the same worker information, a second generating means generates task information for each of the multiple pieces of expanded worker information, and a first display control means displays the task information for each of the multiple pieces of expanded worker information so that they can be compared with each other. Therefore, in addition to the effects achieved by the information processing device 1, the information processing device 1A has the effect of allowing a user to compare the task information for each of the multiple pieces of expanded worker information with each other.

[0081] Furthermore, in the information processing device 1A, a first generating means generates multiple pieces of expanded worker information that are different from each other for the same worker information, a first display control means displays the multiple pieces of expanded worker information so that they can be compared with each other, an acquiring means acquires selection information for selecting one of the multiple pieces of expanded worker information, a second generating means generates work information by referencing the expanded worker information indicated by the selection information, and a first display control means displays the work information generated by the second generating means. Therefore, in addition to the effects achieved by the information processing device 1, the information processing device 1A has the effect of allowing a user to confirm work information generated based on the worker information selected by the user from the multiple pieces of expanded worker information.

[0082] Furthermore, in the information processing device 1A, the acquiring means further acquires expansion rule information that defines the rules for expansion, and the first generating means generates the expanded worker information by referring to the expansion rule information. Therefore, in addition to the effects of the information processing device 1, the information processing device 1A has the effect of being able to expand the worker information based on the defined rules.

[0083] Furthermore, the information processing device 1A is configured to further include a second display control means for displaying a reception screen for receiving input related to the expansion rules. Therefore, in addition to the effects of the information processing device 1, the information processing device 1A can also achieve the effect of allowing the user to define the expansion rules.

[0084] Furthermore, the information processing device 1A employs a configuration in which the task information includes at least one of a task plan and an evaluation value related to the task. Therefore, in addition to the effects of the information processing device 1, the information processing device 1A has the effect of being able to generate a task plan together with an evaluation value related to the task.

[0085] Furthermore, the information processing device 1A employs a configuration in which the information related to work shifts includes at least one of desired work shift information indicating the worker's desired work shift and work hour constraint information indicating the constraints on the worker's work hours. Therefore, in addition to the effects of the information processing device 1, the information processing device 1A has the effect of being able to expand worker information to include the worker's desired work shift and the worker's work hour constraints.
