Description

Airtight structure of buildings

[0001] The present invention relates to an airtight structure installed in a building having a lower floor, an upper floor installed above the lower floor, and a roof extending outward from beams between the lower floor and the upper floor.

[0002] A known example of such a building is the residential building described in Patent Document 1. This residential building includes a girth between the first and second floors, a wall provided on the girth, and a balcony extending outward from the girth.

[0003] The wall has a panel frame provided on the upper surface of the girth, a face material of the exterior wall panel, and a heat insulating material provided inside the face material.

[0004] The balcony has a cantilever beam extending outward from the girth, a lightweight concrete slab provided on the cantilever beam, and a floor surface provided on the lightweight concrete slab.

[0005] The residential building also includes a waterproof sheet that extends from the balcony floor along the exterior wall panel.

[0006] The wall insulation is intended to provide thermal insulation between the interior and exterior of the second floor located inside the wall.

[0007] In the above-mentioned residential building, if there is a room on the first floor below the balcony, insulation material is installed on the balcony to insulate the room on the first floor from the outside (the space above the balcony).

[0008] In this case, airtight layers must be provided on the walls and balconies to prevent condensation inside the insulation in the walls and balconies. Specifically, airtight layers must be provided on the interior side of the wall surface that holds the facing material of the exterior wall panels (the outer surface of the panel frame), and on the interior side of the balcony surface that holds the lightweight concrete slab (the upper surface of the cantilever beam).

[0009] However, Patent Document 1 does not describe providing an airtight layer on the walls and balconies.

[0010] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-253833

[0011] The object of the present invention is to provide an airtight structure for a building that can effectively prevent condensation from occurring in components including insulation installed on the exterior walls of the upper floor supported by beams and on the roof of the lower floor extending from the beams to the outside.

[0012] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an airtight structure for a building having a lower floor and an upper floor provided above the lower floor, the airtight structure comprising an exterior wall of the upper floor, beams supporting the exterior wall, and a roof extending outward from the beams so as to cover a room on the lower floor from above, the exterior wall comprising an exterior wall surface material, a wall holding member supporting the exterior wall surface material and erected on the beam, a wall insulating material provided inside the exterior wall surface material, and a wall airtight member covering the room on the upper floor from the outside at a position inside the outer surface of the wall holding member. The roof comprises a roof surface material, a roof retaining member that holds the roof surface material and extends outward from the beams, a roof insulating material provided below the roof surface material, and a roof airtight member that covers the rooms on the lower floor from above at a position below the roof surface material, and the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member are connected to each other in an area on the side of the wall retaining member where the beams are located, and through an area on the side of the roof retaining member where the beams are located.

[0013] According to the present invention, condensation can be effectively suppressed in components including insulation provided on the exterior walls of the upper floor supported by beams and on the roof of the lower floor extending from the beams to the outside of the room.

[0015] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The following describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that the following embodiments are examples that embody the present invention and are not intended to limit the technical scope of the present invention.

[0016] FIG. 1 is a side cross-sectional view of an airtight structure 1 for a building according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

[0017] 1, the airtight structure 1 includes a lower floor DF having a lower room DR, and an upper floor UF provided on the lower floor DF and having an upper room UR. Specifically, the airtight structure 1 includes an exterior wall 2 of the upper floor UF, beams 3 supporting the exterior wall 2, a roof 4 extending outward from the beams 3 so as to cover the lower room DR from above, a floor surface material 5 and an interior wall surface material 6 supported by the beams 3, and a ceiling surface material 7 suspended by the beams 3.

[0018] The floor material 5 and the interior wall material 6 are used to partition the upper room UR. Specifically, the floor material 5 is placed on the beams 3 and fixed to the beams 3 so as to face the upper room UR. The interior wall material 6 is erected on the floor material 5 so as to face the upper room UR.

[0019] The ceiling surface material 7 forms the ceiling of the lower room DR. Specifically, the ceiling surface material 7 is suspended from the beams 3 via suspension members (not shown) while facing the lower room DR.

[0020] The exterior wall 2 has an exterior wall surface material 2a, a plurality of wall retaining members 2b (see Figure 3) that hold the exterior wall surface material 2a and are erected on the beams 3, a plurality of wall insulation materials 2c that are provided inside the exterior wall surface material 2a, and a wall airtight member 2d that covers the upper room UR from the outside at a position inside the outer surface 2b1 of the wall retaining member 2b.

[0021] The exterior wall surface material 2a is attached to the wall retaining members 2b so that a space for accommodating a part of the wall insulation material 2c is formed between the exterior wall surface material 2a and the wall retaining members 2b. Specifically, the exterior wall surface material 2a is attached to the wall retaining members 2b via a base material (not shown) fixed to the outer surfaces 2b1 of the wall retaining members 2b.

[0022] The multiple wall retaining members 2b are erected on the beam 3 at positions spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3 (a direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper in FIG. 1 ) (see FIG. 3 ). Specifically, the multiple wall retaining members 2b include a column 2bA, a half column 2bB, and a stud 2bC. The column 2bA is connected to the beam 3 in a so-called column-first state, while the half column 2bB and the stud 2bC are connected to the beam 3 in a so-called beam-first state. In other words, the two beams 3 extend horizontally from both side surfaces of the beam 3, and the half column 2bB and the stud 2bC are erected on the beam 3. Note that one of the multiple wall retaining members 2b is an example of a wall retaining member, and the other is an example of a second wall retaining member.

[0023] The wall insulation materials 2c include a plurality of outer insulation materials 2c1 provided outside the wall retaining members 2b and a plurality of inner insulation materials 2c2 provided inside the outer insulation materials 2c1. The outer insulation materials 2c1 include those provided on top of the above-mentioned base material (not shown) and those provided below. The outer insulation materials 2c1 are hard insulation materials made of, for example, urethane foam. The inner insulation materials 2c2 are provided between two adjacent wall retaining members 2b (see Figure 3) in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3. The inner insulation materials 2c2 are soft insulation materials made of, for example, glass wool.

[0024] The wall airtight member 2d is provided inside the wall insulation materials 2c. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 2, the wall airtight member 2d has a portion arranged along the inner surface 2b2 of the wall holding member 2b and a portion arranged along the rising surface 2j2 and the clamping surface 2j1 of the floor-side clamping member 2j (described later). The wall airtight member 2d is an airtight sheet (e.g., a sheet made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, or the like).

[0025] The roof 4 includes a roof surface material 4a, multiple roof support members 4b that support the roof surface material 4a and extend outward from the beams 3, multiple intervening members (purlins) 4c that are interposed between the roof surface material 4a and the multiple roof support members 4b or the beams 3, multiple roof insulation members 4d that are provided below the roof surface material 4a, and a roof airtight member 4e that covers the lower room DR from above at a position below the roof surface material 4a. The roof 4 also includes a roof finishing material 4f laid on the roof surface material 4a, a cover 4g that extends from the end of the roof finishing material 4f closest to the exterior wall 2 to the outer surface of the exterior wall 2, and a water-repellent member 4h that covers the upper end of the cover 4g from above and from the outside. The cover 4g prevents rainwater and other contaminants from penetrating the boundary between the roof finishing material 4f and the exterior wall 2. The water-repellent member 4h also prevents rainwater and other contaminants from penetrating between the cover 4g and the exterior wall 2.

[0026] The multiple roof retention members 4b (only one is shown in the figure) are arranged spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3 and extend horizontally outward from the exterior wall 2. Specifically, the inner end of each roof retention member 4b is fixed to the beam 3, and the outer end of each roof retention member 4b is supported by a pillar (not shown). The height of each roof retention member 4b is set to be equal to the height of the beam 3, and the upper and lower surfaces of each roof retention member 4b are arranged on the same plane as the upper and lower surfaces of the beam 3.

[0027] The multiple interposition members 4c (only one is shown in the figure) are used to form a space between the roof surface material 4a and the roof holding member 4b for disposing a portion of the roof insulation material 4d. Specifically, the multiple interposition members 4c extend perpendicular to the roof holding member 4b and are placed on the roof holding member 4b, and the roof surface material 4a is placed on the multiple interposition members 4c. To support the end of the roof surface material 4a, which is located above and spaced apart from the roof holding member 4b and is closer to the exterior wall 2, the airtight structure 1 further includes a roof-side clamping member 4i interposed between the roof surface material 4a and the beam 3. The roof-side clamping member 4i extends parallel to the multiple interposition members 4c below the end of the roof holding member 4b closer to the exterior wall 2. Furthermore, as described above, because the upper surfaces of the roof holding member 4b and the beam 3 are arranged on the same plane, the height dimension of the roof-side clamping member 4i is equal to the height dimension of the multiple interposition members 4c.

[0028] The multiple roof insulation materials 4d include multiple upper insulation materials 4d1 arranged between two adjacent intervening members 4c and between adjacent intervening members 4c and the roof-side clamping member 4i, and multiple lower insulation materials 4d2 (only one is shown in the figure) arranged between two adjacent roof support members 4b below the multiple upper insulation materials 4d1. The upper insulation material 4d1 is located below the upper surface of the roof support member 4b so as to form a ventilation passage between the upper insulation material 4d1 and the roof surface material 4a. The lower surface of the upper insulation material 4d1 is located flush with the lower surfaces of the intervening member 4c and the roof-side clamping member 4i. The lower insulation material 4d2 is attached to the roof support member 4b with its upper surface located flush with the upper surface of the roof support member 4b. The upper insulation material 4d1 and the lower insulation material 4d2 are made of rigid insulation material, such as urethane foam.

[0029] The roof airtight member 4e is provided along the upper surface of the roof retaining member 4b and the upper surface of the beam 3. Specifically, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the roof airtight member 4e has a portion sandwiched between the roof retaining member 4b and the interposition member 4c, a portion sandwiched between the roof retaining member 4b and the upper insulating material 4d1, a portion sandwiched between the lower insulating material 4d2 and the interposition member 4c, a portion sandwiched between the lower insulating material 4d2 and the upper insulating material 4d1, and a portion sandwiched between the beam 3 and the roof-side clamping member 4i. The roof airtight member 4e is an airtight sheet (for example, a sheet made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, or the like).

[0030] The wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4e are connected to each other in a region of the wall retaining member 2b on the side where the beam 3 is located (the region below the wall retaining member 2b in FIG. 1) and through a region of the roof retaining member 4b on the side where the beam is located (the region to the right of the roof retaining member 4b in FIG. 1). Specifically, the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4e are connected to each other between the wall retaining members 2b adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3.

[0031] Furthermore, whether the wall retaining member 2b is made of wood or metal, the wall retaining member 2b can be treated as an airtight member. Therefore, the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4e need to be connected to the wall retaining member 2b.

[0032] The connection of the wall airtight member 2d, the roof airtight member 4e, and the wall retaining member 2b as described above can also be realized by expanding at least one of the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4e and using the expanded wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4e. However, in the first embodiment, the connection is realized via an airtight member other than the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4e.

[0033] Fig. 2 is an enlarged side cross-sectional view showing a connection portion between the beam, the roof, and the exterior wall in Fig. 1. Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing a part of the configuration shown in Fig. 2.

[0034] 2 and 3, the airtight structure 1 further includes an intermediate airtight member 8 arranged along the outer surface and upper surface of the beam 3 and the outer end surface and upper surface of the floor material 5, and a plurality of first connecting airtight members 9A to 9C (sometimes collectively referred to as first connecting airtight members 9) and a plurality of second connecting airtight members 10A to 10C (sometimes collectively referred to as second connecting airtight members 10) arranged across the intermediate airtight member 8 and the wall retaining member 2b. The intermediate airtight member 8, the first connecting airtight member 9, and the second connecting airtight member 10 are made of an airtight material (for example, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, etc.).

[0035] Before describing the intermediate airtight member 8, the relationship between the floor material 5 and the wall retaining member 2b will be described. The floor material 5 is placed on the upper surface of the beam 3 between two wall retaining members 2b adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3, with the roof-side region RR on the upper surface of the beam 3, which is closer to the roof 4, open. Specifically, the floor material 5 has an opening area corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the column 2bA and a groove 5a that opens outward (see FIG. 7). Meanwhile, the half column 2bB and the partition stud 2bC have grooves 2bBa and 2bCa that open inward to receive the floor material 5 (see FIG. 7). The floor material 5 is placed on the upper surface of the beam 3 with the column 2bA inserted in the groove 5a of the floor material 5 and the floor material 5 inserted in the grooves 2bBa and 2bCa.

[0036] The intermediate airtight member 8 has a predetermined shape extending from the outer surface of the wall retaining member 2b through the roof region RR and the outer edge surface of the flooring material 5 to the upper surface of the flooring material 5. Specifically, the intermediate airtight member 8 has a first vertical portion 8a extending in the vertical direction, a first horizontal portion 8b extending inward from the upper edge of the first vertical portion 8a, a second vertical portion 8c extending upward from the inner edge of the first horizontal portion 8b, and a second horizontal portion 8d extending inward from the upper edge of the second vertical portion 8c. The vertical dimension of the first vertical portion 8a is set so that the lower end of the first vertical portion 8a is exposed below the lower insulation material 4d2. To improve the airtightness between the intermediate airtight member 8 and the lower insulation material 4d2, an airtight sealant can be filled in the boundary between the exposed portion of the first vertical portion 8a below the lower insulation material 4d2 and the lower insulation material 4d2. The length of the second horizontal portion 8d from the second vertical portion 8c is set so that it terminates outside the inner surface 2b2 of the wall retaining member 2b. The lower end of the wall airtight member 2d is overlapped with the second horizontal portion 8d. To improve the airtightness between the wall airtight member 2d and the floor surface material 5, an airtight sealant can be filled in the boundary between the wall airtight member 2d and the floor surface material 5.

[0037] The first airtight connection member 9 includes a first airtight connection member 9A attached to the pillar 2bA, a first airtight connection member 9B attached to the half pillar 2bB, and a first airtight connection member 9C attached to the partition 2bC. Note that the first airtight connection members 9A to 9C differ only in the dimension of the connecting portion 9b (described later) in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3, and the rest of the configuration is the same, so only the configuration of the first airtight connection member 9C will be described below.

[0038] The first connecting airtight member 9C has a pair of side portions 9a provided on both sides of the wall retaining member 2b in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3, and a connecting portion 9b connecting the pair of side portions 9a to each other. Each side portion 9a has a beam-side portion 9a1 having a shape that extends from the outer surface of the beam 3 via the roof-side region RR and the outer end surface of the floor material 5 to the upper surface of the floor material 5, and a retaining-side portion 9a2 that rises from an edge of the beam-side portion 9a1 close to the wall retaining member 2b along the side surface 2b3 of the wall retaining member 2b. The beam-side portion 9a1 has a first vertical portion 9a1a extending in the up-down direction, a first horizontal portion 9a1b extending inward from the upper end of the first vertical portion 9a1a, a second vertical portion 9a1c extending upward from the inner edge of the first horizontal portion 9a1b, and a second horizontal portion 9a1d extending inward from the upper end of the second vertical portion 9a1c. The connecting portion 9b extends in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3 so as to connect the outer edges of the first vertical portion 9a1a and the holding side portion 9a2 of the pair of side portions 9a.

[0039] The second airtight connection member 10 includes a second airtight connection member 10A attached to the pillar 2bA, a second airtight connection member 10B attached to the half pillar 2bB, and a second airtight connection member 10C attached to the stud 2bC. Note that the second airtight connection members 10A to 10C differ only in the dimensions of the base 10a and inner surface 10b2 (described later) in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3; otherwise, the configuration is the same, so only the configuration of the second airtight connection member 10C will be described below.

[0040] The second airtight connection member 10C has a shape that extends from the upper surface of the floor material 5 to both side surfaces 2b3 and the inner surface 2b2 of the wall retaining member 2b. Specifically, the second airtight connection member 10C has a base 10a that is placed on the floor material 5 and has a groove 10a1 that opens to the outside for inserting the wall retaining member 2b, and an upright portion 10b that is provided on the edge of the groove 10a1 in the base 10a. The upright portion 10b has a pair of side surface portions 10b1 that face each other in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3, and an inner surface portion 10b2 that extends in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3 so as to connect the inner edges of the pair of side surface portions 10b1. When the first connecting airtight member 9 and the second connecting airtight member 10 are attached to the wall retaining member 2b, the base 10a and the pair of side portions 10b1 are sized to overlap the second horizontal portion 9a1d and the retaining side portion 9a2 of the first connecting airtight member 9.

[0041] The intermediate airtight member 8, the first connecting airtight member 9, and the second connecting airtight member 10 are assembled to the beam 3, the wall holding member 2b, and the floor material 5 as follows.

[0042] First, the first airtight connection member 9 is attached to the beam 3 and the wall retaining member 2b from the outside, and is connected to the beam 3 and the wall retaining member 2b with airtight tape or the like. In addition, in the region where the first airtight connection member 9 is to be attached that overlaps with the installation position of the roof retaining member 4b, a portion of the first airtight connection member 9 (a portion of the connecting portion 9b or the first horizontal portion 9a1b) is cut away to avoid the roof retaining member 4b. Next, the intermediate airtight member 8 is attached to the beam 3 from above so as to overlap the side portion 9a of the first airtight connection member 9, and is connected to the beam 3 and the first airtight connection member 9 with airtight tape or the like. The second connecting airtight member 10 is attached from the inside to the wall retaining member 2b and the floor material 5 so as to overlap the retaining side portion 9a2 of the first connecting airtight member 9 and the second horizontal portion 8d of the intermediate airtight member 8, and is connected to the wall retaining member 2b, the floor material 5, the intermediate airtight member 8, and the first connecting airtight member 9 with airtight tape or the like.

[0043] The wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4e are connected to the intermediate airtight member 8, the first connecting airtight member 9, and the second connecting airtight member 10 assembled as described above.

[0044] Specifically, the wall airtight member 2d is arranged along the inner surface 2b2 of the wall retaining member 2b at a stage before the inner wall surface material 6 is attached, and is connected to the wall retaining member 2b with airtight tape or the like. Between two wall retaining members 2b adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3, the lower end of the wall airtight member 2d is overlapped on the second horizontal portion 8d of the intermediate airtight member 8 and the second horizontal portion 9a1d of the first connecting airtight member 9, and is connected to the intermediate airtight member 8 and the first connecting airtight member 9 with airtight tape or the like. In order to improve the airtightness of the boundaries between the wall airtight member 2d and the intermediate airtight member 8 and the first connecting airtight member 9, an airtight sealant can be filled between the wall airtight member 2d and the intermediate airtight member 8 and the first connecting airtight member 9. In addition, the portion of the wall airtight member 2d that overlaps with the wall retaining member 2b in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3 is fixed to at least one of the second connecting airtight member 10 and the wall retaining member 2b with airtight tape or the like.

[0045] Furthermore, the roof airtight member 4e is provided on the roof 4 along the upper surfaces of the roof retaining member 4b and the lower insulating member 4d2 at a stage prior to the installation of the roof facing member 4a, the intervening member 4c, the roof-side clamping member 4i, the upper insulating member 4d1, the roof finishing member 4f, the cover 4g, and the water flashing member 4h. Specifically, the portion of the roof airtight member 4e at the inner end between two adjacent wall retaining members 2b in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3 is arranged so as to overlap the first horizontal portion 8b of the intermediate airtight member 8, and is connected to the intermediate airtight member 8 with airtight tape or the like. Furthermore, the portion of the roof airtight member 4e at the inner end that overlaps with the wall retaining member 2b is connected to at least one of the first connecting airtight member 9 and the wall retaining member 2b with airtight tape or the like.

[0046] Furthermore, the airtight structure 1 is provided with a floor-side clamping member 2j and a roof-side clamping member 4i for clamping the overlapping portions between the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4e and the intermediate airtight member 8 and the beam 3 in order to improve the airtightness at the overlapping portions.

[0047] The floor-side clamping member 2j bends the lower end of the wall airtight member 2d from a portion along the inner surface 2b2 of the wall retaining member 2b to a portion overlapping the intermediate airtight member 8, and clamps the overlapping portion of the wall airtight member 2d and the intermediate airtight member 8 between the floor surface material 5. Specifically, the floor-side clamping member 2j has a clamping surface 2j1 that clamps the overlapping portions of the wall airtight member 2d and the intermediate airtight member 8 between the floor surface material 5, and a rising surface 2j2 that rises from the clamping surface 2j1 so as to face away from the exterior wall surface material 2a. The wall airtight member 2d is clamped between the floor-side clamping member 2j and the floor surface material 5 while being arranged along the clamping surface 2j1 and the rising surface 2j2. The floor-side clamping member 2j is fixed to at least one of the beam 3 and the wall retaining member 2b.

[0048] In this embodiment, the configuration in which the wall airtight member 2d and the relay airtight member 8 are connected between the floor-side clamping member 2j and the floor surface material 5 has been described, but the manner of connection between the wall airtight member 2d and the relay airtight member 8 is not limited to this. For example, a separate relay member having a horizontal portion along the clamping surface 2j1 of the floor-side clamping member 2j and a vertical portion along the rising surface 2j2 of the floor-side clamping member 2j can be prepared, and the horizontal portion can be clamped between the clamping surface 2j1 and the floor surface material 5, while the wall airtight member 2d can be connected to the vertical portion with airtight tape or the like. In this way, it is not necessary to fold the wall airtight member 2d under the floor-side clamping member 2j, improving workability. Alternatively, another intermediate airtight member may be prepared in which the second horizontal portion 8d extends to the corner between the clamping surface 2j1 and the rising surface 2j2 of the floor-side clamping member 2j and has a third horizontal portion extending upward from the second horizontal portion 8d along the rising surface 2j2, and the wall airtight member 2d may be connected to the third horizontal portion with airtight tape, etc. Furthermore, the second horizontal portion 8d may be extended to the indoor side beyond the corner between the clamping surface 2j1 and the rising surface 2j2, and the wall airtight member 2d may be connected to the second horizontal portion 8d from above, and the second horizontal portion 8d and the wall airtight member 2d may be connected with a sealant.

[0049] As described above, the roof-side clamping member 4i is for supporting the inner end of the roof face material 4a. The roof-side clamping member 4i also clamps the overlapping portions of the roof airtight member 4e and the intermediate airtight member 8 between the roof-side clamping member 4i and the roof-side region RR of the beam 3. The roof-side clamping member 4i is fixed to at least one of the beam 3 and the wall retaining member 2b.

[0050] The floor-side clamping member 2j and the roof-side clamping member 4i are attached from above to the intermediate airtight member 8 at a stage prior to the installation of the roof surface material 4a, the intervening member 4c, the roof-side clamping member 4i, the upper insulation material 4d1, the roof finishing material 4f, the cover 4g, and the water dripping member 4h on the roof 4. While Fig. 3 shows the floor-side clamping member 2j and the roof-side clamping member 4i in a joined state, the floor-side clamping member 2j and the roof-side clamping member 4i may be separate members.

[0051] As described above, the exterior wall 2 and the roof 4 are provided with the insulating materials 2c and 4d and the airtight members 2d and 4e, respectively, which can suppress condensation in the components including the insulating materials 2c and 4d. Specifically, the airtight members 2d and 4e are provided on the indoor side of the insulating materials 2c and 4d1, which prevents humid indoor air from entering the insulating materials 2c and 4d1 in winter, thereby suppressing condensation in the components including the insulating materials 2c and 4d1 provided on the outdoor side of the airtight members 2d and 4e due to cold outdoor air. On the other hand, the airtight member 4e is provided on the outdoor side of the insulating material 4d2, which prevents humid outdoor air from entering the insulating material 4d2 in summer, thereby suppressing condensation in the components including the insulating materials 4d2 provided on the indoor side of the airtight members 2d and 4e due to cold indoor air.

[0052] Furthermore, the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4e are connected to each other through the area of the wall holding member 2b on the side where the beam 3 is located and the area of the roof holding member 4b on the side where the beam 3 is located. This makes it possible to continuously suppress the occurrence of condensation in the members including the above-mentioned heat insulating materials 2c and 4d from the exterior wall 2 to the roof 4.

[0053] Therefore, condensation can be effectively suppressed in components including insulation materials 2c, 4d provided on the exterior wall 2 of the upper floor UF supported by the beams 3 and the roof 4 of the lower floor DF extending from the beams 3 to the outside of the room.

[0054] As a configuration for connecting the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4e to each other through the region on the side where the beam 3 is located with respect to the wall retaining member 2b and the region on the side where the beam 3 is located with respect to the roof retaining member 4b, for example, a connection through the region on the indoor side of the beam 3 is assumed, as shown in Fig. 6. However, in this case, since multiple members (floor materials in the example of Fig. 6) are connected to the beam 3, the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4e must be positioned so as to avoid interference with these members, and the configuration for connecting the two airtight members 2d and 4e becomes complicated.

[0055] In contrast, according to the first embodiment, the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4e can be connected to each other by utilizing the space above the beam 3, i.e., the space between two wall retaining members 2b adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3, thereby simplifying the configuration for connecting the two airtight members 2d and 4e.

[0056] One possible configuration for connecting the two airtight members 2d, 4e is to use sheet-like airtight members that can be relatively freely deformed as the two airtight members 2d, 4e and connect them between two wall retaining members 2b adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3. However, in this case, due to the degree of freedom of deformation of the airtight members 2d, 4e, it is difficult to arrange the airtight members 2d, 4e along the upper surfaces of the beam 3 and the floor material 5. If the airtight members 2d, 4e are arranged away from the beam 3 or the floor material 5, they may be damaged by the influence of the surrounding configuration of the beam 3 and the floor material 5, and their airtight performance may be reduced.

[0057] In contrast, in the first embodiment, the airtight members 2d, 4e are connected to each other via the intermediate airtight member 8, which has a shape that extends from the roof region RR through the outer end surface of the floor material 5 to the upper surface of the floor material 5, thereby reducing the influence of the surrounding structure of the beam 3 and the floor material 5. Therefore, the airtight performance can be maintained.

[0058] According to the first embodiment, the roof-side clamping member 4i clamps the overlapping portion of the roof airtight member 4e and the intermediate airtight member 8 between the beam 3, thereby stably maintaining the connection state of both airtight members 4e, 8. Furthermore, as described above, the roof-side clamping member 4i, which contributes to stabilizing the connection state of both airtight members 4e, 8, also serves as a member supporting the roof surface material 4a, so that it is possible to achieve both a stable connection state and a reduced number of parts.

[0059] According to the first embodiment, the overlapping portion of the wall airtight member 2d and the intermediate airtight member 8 is clamped between the floor surface material 5 by the floor-side clamping member 2j, thereby stably maintaining the connection state of both airtight members 2d, 8. Furthermore, the floor-side clamping member 2j, which contributes to stabilizing the connection state of both airtight members 2d, 8 as described above, also serves as a member for positioning the wall airtight member 2d in the correct position and for redirecting and guiding it toward the intermediate airtight member 8, thereby achieving both a stable connection state and a reduced number of parts.

[0060] According to the first embodiment, the beam-side portion 9a1 and the retaining-side portion 9a2 can form a continuous airtight line from the upper surfaces of the beam 3 and floor surface material 5 to the side surface 2b3 of the wall retaining member 2b. Furthermore, by overlapping a portion of the intermediate airtight member 8 with the beam-side portion 9a1, an airtight line can be formed along the complex surface shape formed by the beam 3, floor surface material 5, and wall retaining member 2b.

[0061] Furthermore, the beam-side portion 9a1 has a shape that extends from the roof-side region RR through the outer end surface of the floor surface material 5 to the upper surface of the floor surface material 5. Therefore, the first connecting airtight member 9 can be arranged along the beam 3 and the floor surface material 5, and damage to the airtight member due to the influence of surrounding members can be suppressed, as in the case of using a sheet-like airtight member.

[0062] Fig. 4 is a side cross-sectional view of an airtight structure for a building according to a second embodiment of the present invention. An airtight structure 1A according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 4. Note that in the airtight structure 1A, components similar to those in the above embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and descriptions thereof will be omitted.

[0063] Unlike the first embodiment, the airtight structure 1A has the upper surface of the roof holding member 4Ab set lower than the upper surface of the beam 3. Accordingly, the height dimension of the roof-side clamping member 4Ai is set smaller than the height dimension of the interposition member 4c.

[0064] In the airtight structure 1A, the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4e are also connected to each other through a region of the wall retaining member 2b on the side where the beam 3 is located and a region of the roof retaining member 4Ab on the side where the beam 3 is located. The wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4e may be connected to each other directly or through at least one of an intermediate airtight member 8, a first connecting airtight member 9, and a second connecting airtight member 10. When the intermediate airtight member 8 is used, the roof airtight member 4e is arranged from the upper surface of the roof retaining member 4Ab to the upper surface of the beam 3 via the outer surface of the beam 3, thereby sandwiching the overlapping portion of the intermediate airtight member 8 and the roof airtight member 4e between the roof-side clamping member 4Ai and the beam 3. On the other hand, by arranging the roof airtight member 4e from the upper surface of the roof retaining member 4Ab to the outer surface of the beam 3, the overlapping portion of the roof airtight member 4e and the first vertical portion 8a of the intermediate airtight member 8 can also be connected with an airtight tape or the like. In this case, the end of the roof airtight member 4e may be sandwiched between the upper insulation material 4d1 and the beam 3.

[0065] Fig. 5 is a side cross-sectional view of an airtight structure for a building according to a third embodiment of the present invention. An airtight structure 1B according to the third embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 5. Note that in the airtight structure 1B, components similar to those in the previous embodiment will be designated by the same reference numerals, and descriptions thereof will be omitted.

[0066] In the airtight structure 1B, the roof surface material 4Ba is disposed below the upper surfaces of the beams 3. Accordingly, the airtight structure 1B has an interposition member 4Bc that supports the inner end of the roof surface material 4Ba adjacent to the beams 3. The roof airtight member 4e is provided between the upper surface of the roof holding member 4b and the lower surfaces of the interposition members 4c and 4Bc.

[0067] In addition, since the roof surface material 4Ba is positioned lower than the upper surface of the beam 3, the airtight structure 1B further includes an adjustment member 12 for adjusting the level of the floor surface of the roof 4 to the level of the floor surface of the upper room UR.

[0068] In the airtight structure 1B, the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4e are also connected to each other through a region of the wall retaining member 2b on the side where the beam 3 is located and a region of the roof retaining member 4b on the side where the beam 3 is located. The wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4e may be connected to each other directly or through at least one of the intermediate airtight member 8, the first connecting airtight member 9, and the second connecting airtight member 10. When the intermediate airtight member 8 is used, the first vertical portion 8a preferably has a length extending from the first horizontal portion 8b to the upper surface of the roof retaining member 4b, and the intermediate airtight member 8 preferably has an extension extending from the lower end of the first horizontal portion 8b between the intervening member 4Bc and the roof retaining member 4b. This allows the overlapping portion of the roof airtight member 4e and the intermediate airtight member 8 to be sandwiched between the intervening member 4Bc and the roof retaining member 4b.

[0069] Fig. 6 is a side cross-sectional view of an airtight structure for a building according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 7 is an exploded perspective view showing a portion of the configuration shown in Fig. 6. Fig. 8 is an enlarged perspective view of the first connecting airtight member shown in Fig. 7. An airtight structure 1C according to the fourth embodiment will be described with reference to Figs. 6 to 8. Note that the airtight structure 1C has the same configuration as the airtight structure 1B shown in Fig. 5, except for the wall airtight member 2d, the roof airtight member 4e, the intermediate airtight member 8, the first connecting airtight member 9, and the second connecting airtight member 10. Therefore, the same components as those in the airtight structure 1B are designated by the same reference numerals, and their description will be omitted.

[0070] In the airtight structure 1C, the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member are connected to each other through an area on the indoor side of the beam 3, that is, an area on the opposite side of the beam 3 from the wall retaining member, and an area on the opposite side of the beam 3 from the roof retaining member. Specifically, the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member are connected to each other through the outer surface of the beam 3, the underside of the beam 3, and the inner surface of the beam 3. Although the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member may be directly connected to each other by extending at least one of the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member, in the airtight structure 1C, the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member are connected to each other through a member separate from the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member.

[0071] Specifically, the airtight structure 1C includes a wall airtight member 2Cd, a roof airtight member 4Ce, an intermediate airtight member 8C connecting the wall airtight member 2Cd and the roof airtight member 4Ce, a first connecting airtight member 9C for connecting the wall airtight member 2Cd and a column 2bA, and a pair of second connecting airtight members 10C for connecting the roof airtight member 4Ce and the column 2bA. The column 2bA is connected to the beam 3 in a so-called column-first state. In other words, the beams 3 extend horizontally from both side surfaces 2b3 at the vertical midpoint of the column 2bA.

[0072] The intermediate airtight member 8C has a covering portion 8C1 that covers the outer edge of the floor material 5 from the outside, a wall-side connecting portion 8C2 that connects to the wall airtight member 2d, and a roof-side connecting portion 8C3 that connects to the roof airtight member 4e. The covering portion 8C1 has a predetermined shape that extends from the upper surface of the floor material 5, through the outer edge of the floor material 5, to the underside of the floor material 5. Specifically, the covering portion 8C1 has a first horizontal portion 8C1a that extends horizontally, a vertical portion 8C1b that extends downward from the outer edge of the first horizontal portion 8C1a, and a second horizontal portion 8C1c that extends inward from the lower edge of the vertical portion 8C1b. The wall-side connecting portion 8C2 extends upward from the inner edge of the first horizontal portion 8C1a. The roof-side connecting portion 8C3 extends downward from the inner edge of the second horizontal portion 8C1c.

[0073] The first connecting airtight member 9C has a pair of side portions 9C1 provided on both sides of the column 2bA in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3, and a connecting portion 9C2 connecting the pair of side portions 9C1 to each other in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3. The pair of side portions 9C1 have a shape symmetrical in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3 with the column 2bA as the reference. Each side portion 9C1 also has a covering portion 9C1a covering the side edge portion of the groove 5a in the floor material 5 (and the covering portion 8C1 of the intermediate airtight member 8 covering this), a wall-side connecting portion 9C1b connected to the wall airtight member 2d, and a roof-side connecting portion 9C1c connected to the intermediate airtight member 8C. The covering portion 9C1a has a shape that extends from the upper surface of the floor material 5, via the end face of the floor material 5, to the underside of the floor material 5. Specifically, the covering portion 9C1a has a first horizontal portion 9C1a1 extending horizontally, a vertical portion 9C1a2 extending downward from the outer edge of the first horizontal portion 9C1a1, a second horizontal portion 9C1a3 extending inward from the lower edge of the vertical portion 9C1a2, and a connecting portion 9C1a4 connecting the first horizontal portion 9C1a1, the vertical portion 9C1a2, and the edge of the second horizontal portion 9C1a3 close to the column 2bA. The wall-side connecting portion 9C1b extends upward from the inner edge of the first horizontal portion 9C1a1. The roof-side connecting portion 9C1c extends downward from the inner edge of the second horizontal portion 9C1a3. As shown in Figure 8, adhesive portions AD are provided at the connection portions 9C1a4 of the pair of side portions 9C1 and on both longitudinal edges of the beam 3 at the connecting portion 9C2, and the first connecting airtight member 9C is connected to the column 2bA by the adhesive portions AD.

[0074] The pair of second airtight connection members 10C have the same configuration, and therefore only one second airtight connection member 10C will be described. The second airtight connection member 10C has a pair of side portions 10C1 provided on both sides of the column 2bA in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3, and a connecting portion 10C2 connecting the pair of side portions 10C1 to each other in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3. The pair of side portions 10C1 have shapes symmetrical in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3 with respect to the column 2bA. Each side portion 10C1 is used to connect the underside of the beam 3, the side surface 2b3 of the column 2bA, and the intermediate airtight member 8. Specifically, each side portion 10C1 has a lower portion 10C1a that is pre-shaped to extend from the underside of the beam 3 to the side surface 2b3 of the column 2bA, and an extension portion 10C1b that extends upward from the inner edge of the lower portion 10C1a along the underside of the beam 3. The connecting portions 10C2 connect the inner edges of the portions of the lower portions 10C1a of the pair of side portions 10C1 that are along the side surfaces 2b3 of the pillars 2bA, and also connect the extension portions 10C1b.

[0075] The intermediate airtight member 8C, the first connecting airtight member 9C, and the second connecting airtight member 10C are attached to the beam 3 and the column 2bA as follows.

[0076] First, the first connecting airtight member 9C is attached to the beam 3 and column 2bA from the inside. Next, the intermediate airtight member 8C is attached to the beam 3 and wall retaining member 2b so that the covering portion 8C1 is inserted into the covering portion 9C1a of the first connecting airtight member 9C, the groove 2bBa of the half column 2bB, and the groove 2bCa of the partition 2bC. In this state, the wall-side connecting portion 8C2 of the intermediate airtight member 8C is connected to the wall-side connecting portion 9C1b of the first connecting airtight member 9C, and the roof-side connecting portion 8C3 of the intermediate airtight member 8C is connected to the roof-side connecting portion 9C1c of the first connecting airtight member 9C using airtight tape or the like. Next, a pair of second connecting airtight members 10C are attached to the beam 3 and column 2bA from both the inside and outside so that the lower portions 10C1a of the two second connecting airtight members 10C overlap each other. In this state, both second connecting airtight members are connected to the beam 3 and the column 2bA using airtight tape or the like.

[0077] The wall airtight member 2Cd and the roof airtight member 4Ce are connected to each other using the intermediate airtight member 8C, the first connecting airtight member 9C, and the second connecting airtight member 10C. Specifically, the wall airtight member 2Cd is arranged along the inner surface of the wall retaining member 2b, and the lower end of the wall airtight member 2Cd is connected to the wall-side connecting portion 8C2 of the intermediate airtight member 8C and the wall-side connecting portion 9C1b of the first connecting airtight member 9C with airtight tape or the like. Meanwhile, the roof airtight member 4Ce is arranged from the intervening member 4Bc along the outer surface, the lower surface, and the inner surface of the beam 3, and is connected to the roof-side connecting portion 8C3 of the intermediate airtight member 8C and the roof-side connecting portion 9C1c of the first connecting airtight member 9C with airtight tape or the like. In addition, the area between the intervening member 4Bc in the roof airtight member 4Ce and the intermediate airtight member 8C and the first connecting airtight member 9C is connected to the extension portion 10C1b and the connecting portion 10C2 of the second connecting airtight member 10C by airtight tape or the like.

[0078] In the fourth embodiment, the wall airtight member 2Cd and the roof airtight member 4Ce are connected to each other through an area on the indoor side of the beam 3, that is, an area on the opposite side of the beam 3 from the wall retaining member 2b, and an area on the opposite side of the beam 3 from the roof retaining member 4b. Therefore, even when the wall retaining member 2b is erected on the beam 3, the wall airtight member 2Cd and the roof airtight member 4Ce can be connected to each other while avoiding the wall retaining member 2b.

[0079] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and the following aspects may also be adopted, for example.

[0080] In the above embodiment, a horizontal roof (a so-called flat roof) has been described as an example, but the configuration of the above embodiment can also be applied to a sloped roof.

[0081] In the above embodiment, the wall airtight member 2d is provided inside the wall insulation material 2c, but the position of the wall airtight member 2d is not limited to this. For example, the wall airtight member 2d may be provided outside the wall insulation material 2c.

[0082] In the above embodiment, the roof airtight members 4e, 4Ce are provided between the upper insulation 4d1 and the lower insulation 4d2, but the positions of the roof airtight members 4e, 4Ce are not limited to this. For example, the roof airtight members 4e, 4Ce may be provided above or below the roof insulation 4d.

[0083] Although the intermediate airtight member 8 having the first vertical portion 8a has been exemplified, the first vertical portion 8a may be omitted from the intermediate airtight member 8.

[0084] The above-described specific embodiments mainly include inventions having the following configurations.

[0085] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an airtight structure for a building having a lower floor and an upper floor provided above the lower floor, the airtight structure comprising an exterior wall of the upper floor, beams supporting the exterior wall, and a roof extending outward from the beams so as to cover a room on the lower floor from above, the exterior wall comprising an exterior wall surface material, a wall holding member supporting the exterior wall surface material and erected on the beam, a wall insulating material provided inside the exterior wall surface material, and a wall airtight member covering the room on the upper floor from the outside at a position inside the outer surface of the wall holding member.

[0086] According to the present invention, since the exterior walls and roof are provided with insulation and airtight members, respectively, it is possible to suppress condensation on the members including the insulation. Specifically, when the airtight member is provided on the indoor side of the insulation, it is possible to suppress condensation on the members including the insulation provided on the outdoor side of the airtight member due to cold air outside the room by suppressing humid air from entering the insulation in winter. On the other hand, when the airtight member is provided on the outdoor side of the insulation, it is possible to suppress condensation on the members including the insulation provided on the indoor side of the airtight member due to cold air inside the room by suppressing humid air from entering the insulation in summer.

[0087] Furthermore, the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member are connected to each other through the area of the wall support member on the side where the beam is located and the area of the roof support member on the side where the beam is located, thereby making it possible to continuously suppress the occurrence of condensation in the members including the above-mentioned insulation material from the exterior wall to the roof.

[0088] Therefore, according to the present invention, condensation can be effectively suppressed in components including insulation provided on the exterior walls of the upper floor supported by beams and on the roof of the lower floor extending from the beams to the outside of the room.

[0089] In the airtight structure of the building, it is preferable that the exterior wall has a second wall retaining member that holds the exterior wall surface material and is erected on the beam at a position away from the wall retaining member in the longitudinal direction of the beam, and that the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member are connected to each other through the space between the wall retaining member and the second wall retaining member.

[0090] As a configuration for connecting the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member to each other through the area on the side of the wall retaining member where the beam is located and the area on the side of the roof retaining member where the beam is located, a connection through the area on the indoor side of the beam is assumed. However, in this case, since multiple members are connected to the beam, the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member must be positioned to avoid interference with these members, and the configuration for connecting the two airtight members becomes complicated.

[0091] In contrast, with the above configuration, the space above the beam, i.e., the space between the wall retaining member and the second wall retaining member, can be utilized to connect the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member to each other, thereby simplifying the configuration for connecting the two airtight members.

[0092] In the airtight structure of the building, the airtight structure of the building further comprises a floor material of an upper floor placed on the upper surface of the beam between the wall retaining member and the second wall retaining member with the roof side area on the upper surface of the beam close to the roof open, and an intermediate airtight member that has a shape extending from the roof side area via the end surface of the floor material to the upper surface of the floor material and is arranged along the roof side area and the end surface and upper surface of the floor material, and it is preferable that the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member are connected to each other via the intermediate airtight member.

[0093] One possible configuration for connecting the two airtight members is to use sheet-like airtight members that can be relatively freely deformed as the two airtight members and connect them between the wall retaining member and the second wall retaining member. However, in this case, due to the degree of freedom of deformation of the airtight members, it is difficult to arrange the two airtight members along the upper surfaces of the beams and floor material. If the airtight members are arranged away from the beams or floor material, they may be damaged by the influence of the surrounding structure of the beams and floor material, and the airtight performance may be reduced.

[0094] In contrast, in the above-described configuration, the two airtight members are connected to each other via an intermediate airtight member that has a predetermined shape that extends from the roof area through the end face of the floor material to the top surface of the floor material, thereby reducing the influence of the surrounding structure of the beams and floor material, and therefore maintaining airtight performance.

[0095] In the airtight structure of the building, it is preferable that the airtight structure of the building further includes a roof side clamping member that clamps the overlapping portions of the roof airtight member and the intermediate airtight member between the roof side region of the beam, and that the roof surface material is placed on the roof side clamping member.

[0096] According to the above-mentioned configuration, the overlapping portion of the roof airtight member and the intermediate airtight member are clamped between the beam and the roof clamping member, so that the connection state of both airtight members can be stably maintained. Furthermore, since the roof clamping member that contributes to the stabilization of the connection state of both airtight members as described above also serves as a member that supports the roof surface material, it is possible to achieve both a stabilization of the connection state and a reduction in the number of parts.

[0097] In the airtight structure of the building, it is preferable that the airtight structure of the building further comprises a floor-side clamping member having a clamping surface that clamps the overlapping portions of the wall airtight member and the intermediate airtight member between the floor surface material and the floor surface material, and a rising surface that rises from the clamping surface so as to face away from the exterior wall surface material, and that the wall airtight member is clamped between the floor-side clamping member and the floor surface material while being arranged along the clamping surface and the rising surface.

[0098] According to the above-mentioned configuration, the overlapping portion of the wall airtight member and the intermediate airtight member are clamped between the floor surface material and the floor-side clamping member, so that the connection state of both airtight members can be stably maintained. Furthermore, since the floor-side clamping member, which contributes to stabilizing the connection state of both airtight members as described above, also serves as a member for arranging the wall airtight member in the correct position and for redirecting and guiding it toward the intermediate airtight member, it is possible to achieve both a stabilization of the connection state and a reduction in the number of parts.

[0099] In the airtight structure of the building, the airtight structure of the building further comprises a connecting airtight member having a beam side portion that has a shape that extends from the roof side area through the end face of the floor material to the upper surface of the floor material, and a retaining side portion that rises from the edge of the beam side portion close to the wall retaining member along the side of the wall retaining member, and it is preferable that the connecting airtight member is connected to the relay airtight member with a portion of the relay airtight member overlapping the beam side portion.

[0100] According to the above configuration, the beam-side portion and the retaining portion can form a continuous airtight line from the upper surface of the beam and floor material to the side surface of the wall retaining member. Furthermore, by overlapping a part of the intermediate airtight member with the beam-side portion, an airtight line can be formed along the complex surface shape formed by the beam, floor material, and wall retaining member.

[0101] In addition, the beam-side portion has a shape that extends from the roof-side area through the end face of the flooring material to the upper surface of the flooring material, so that the connecting airtight member can be arranged along the beam and the flooring material, and damage to the airtight member due to influences from surrounding members, as in the case of using a sheet-like airtight member, can be prevented.

[0102] In the airtight structure of the building, it is preferable that the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member are connected to each other through the interior side region of the beam.

[0103] In the above-mentioned configuration, the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member are connected to each other through the area on the interior side of the beam, i.e., the area on the opposite side of the beam from the wall retaining member, and the area on the opposite side of the beam from the roof retaining member. Therefore, even if the wall retaining member is erected on the beam, the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member can be connected to each other while avoiding the wall retaining member.
