[0035] It should be noted that if an element is referred to as being "fixed to" or "arranged on" another element, it may be directly on another element or there may be an intervening element. If an element is considered to be "connected" to another element, it may be directly connected to another element or there may be an intervening element. If present, the terms "vertical" , "horizontal" , "upper" , "lower" , "left" , "right" and similar expressions used in the present application are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to be the only embodiment.

[0036] Referring to FIG. 1, as described in the background, an active medical device  generally includes an internal device 21 implanted in a living body and an external device 22 located outside the living body. The external device 22 is connected to the internal device 21 through a wire 24. For example, in an embodiment, the internal device is a ventricular assist device (VAD) attached to a natural heart, and the external device 22 is an external battery for supplying power and an external controller for controlling and monitoring the ventricular assist device. Generally, the waterproof performance of the external device 22 is not sufficient to allow a patient to take a shower or do other similar operations. Therefore, in order to reduce the risk of failure caused by water entering the external device 22, the patients is usually required to place the external device 22 in a water-resistant bag during showering, so that the patient can carry the external device 22 while taking a shower. However, conventional bags for carrying the external device 22 are large in size and have poor waterproof performance. Specifically, since the external controller and the external battery are required to be carried simultaneously, a carrying device 10 is generally large in size, which is inconvenient for the patient to wear while showering. Meanwhile, as the external device 22 needs to be connected to the internal device 21 through the wire 24, the position of the carrying device 10 where the wire 24 passes through is generally an area with a high risk of waterproof failure. If a safety gap is left at the position where the wire 24 passes through to avoid scratching the wire 24, the risk of water vapor entering may be increased; and if the wire 24 is tightened to improve the waterproof performance, an outer sheath of the wire 24 may be damaged, which increases the risk of failure of the wire 24.

[0037] Based on this, a carrying device 10 for holding an external device is provided according to an embodiment of the present application. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, in an embodiment, the carrying device 10 for holding an external device includes a water-resistant bag 11. The water-resistant bag 11 includes a first pocket 111, a second pocket 112, a wire leading portion 114, and a connecting portion 113 which are internally communicated with one another. The first pocket 111 and the second pocket 112 are foldably connected to two sides of the connecting portion 113, respectively. One end of the wire leading portion 114 is connected to the first pocket 111 or the second pocket 112, and the other end of the wire leading portion 114 is a free end. The free end of the wire leading portion 114 is provided with a wire through hole 115 for a wire 24 to pass through. Further, the water-resistant bag 11 has an unfolded state and a folded state. In the unfolded state, the first pocket 111 and the second pocket 112 are coplanar with the connecting portion 113. In  the folded state, the first pocket 111 and the second pocket 112 face each other and each has an included angle with the connecting portion 113. The free end of the wire leading portion 114 is located between the first pocket 111 and the second pocket 112 and is connected to the connecting portion 113.

[0038] Specifically, taking the case that the carrying device 10 is used for holding an external battery for supplying power to a ventricular assist device and an external controller for monitoring and controlling the ventricular assist device as an example, in an embodiment, when the carrying device 10 is used, the water-resistant bag 11 is unfolded into the unfolded state first, and then the external controller is placed into the first pocket 111 and the external battery is placed into the second pocket 112. After the external battery is electrically connected to the external controller, the wire 24 connected to the external controller gets out of the water-resistant bag 11 through the wire through hole 115 of the wire leading portion 114. Then, the free end of the wire leading portion 114 is folded inward to be connected to the connecting portion 113. The first pocket 111 and the second pocket 112 are both folded relative to the connecting portion 113, so that the first pocket 111 and the second pocket 112 face each other to hide the free end of the wire leading portion 114 between the first pocket 111 and the second pocket 112. Finally, the water-resistant bag 11 is wear on the patient, and the wire 24 that passes through the wire through hole 115 is connected to a connector 23 of the ventricular assist device. In this way, the wearing of the carrying device 10 is completed, and the patient can take a shower. It should be noted that, the water-resistant bag 11 has an inner side and an outer side opposite to each other, which are shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 respectively, where the outer side refers to the side being exposed to the outside when the water-resistant bag 11 is in the folded state. The wire leading portion 114 being folded inward as described above means that the wire leading portion 114 is folded at the inner side of the water-resistant bag 11 toward the connecting portion 113.

[0039] In the carrying device 10 for holding the external device, the water-resistant bag 11 has the unfolded state and the folded state. In the unfolded state, the first pocket 111, the second pocket 112, and the connecting portion 113 are coplanar with one another, so that it is convenient to place the external device 22 into the first pocket 111 and / or the second pocket 112, and is also convenient to lead out the wire 24 of the internal device 21 from the wire through hole 115 of the wire leading portion 114. In the folded state, the first pocket 111 and the second pocket 112 are folded relative to the connecting portion 113, so that the first pocket  111 and the second pocket 112 face each other, which can greatly reduce the volume of the carrying device 10 and facilitate the patient to wear the carrying device 10 while showering. Moreover, in the folded state, the free end of the wire leading portion 114 is located between the first pocket 111 and the second pocket 112 and is connected to the connecting portion 113, so that the wire through hole 115 can be hidden in a space defined by the first pocket 111, the second pocket 112 and the connecting portion 113. The folded water-resistant bag 11 is fully utilized to protect the wire through hole 115, and the risk of water entering the water-resistant bag 11 from the wire through hole 115 during showering is reduced.

[0040] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, in an embodiment, the carrying device 10 further includes a strap 12. Two ends of the strap 12 are connected to two ends of the connecting portion 113 in one-to-one correspondence. The strap 12 facilitates wearing of the carrying device 10. As shown in FIG. 1, in an embodiment, the strap 12 may be a shoulder strap, which is convenient for the patient to hang the carrying device 10 on the shoulder. It can be understood that in another embodiment, the strap 12 may also be a waist belt, which is convenient for the patient to tie the carrying device 10 around the waist.

[0041] Referring to FIG. 3, the carrying device 10 further includes a handle 15. The handle 15 is arranged on the connecting portion 113. Specifically, the handle 15 is arranged on an outer side of the connecting portion 113. Herein, "the outer side of the connecting portion 113" refers to a side of the connecting portion 113 facing away from the wire leading portion 114 in the folded state of the water-resistant bag 11, and the carrying device 10 can be easily carried by the patient through the handle 15.

[0042] With continued reference to FIG. 3, in an embodiment, in the folded state of the water-resistant bag 11, the wire through hole 115 of the wire leading portion 114 is oriented toward the connecting portion 113. Specifically, after the patient wears the carrying device 10 in the folded state, the connecting portion 113 is generally located at the top of the water-resistant bag 11. By making the wire through hole 115 of the wire leading portion 114 be oriented toward the connecting portion 113 in the folded state, it can be ensured that the wire through hole 115 faces upward in the vertical direction during shower, thus preventing water of showering from entering the water-resistant bag 11 through the wire through hole 115 due to siphoning, thereby further reducing the risk of waterproof failure of the water-resistant bag 11.

[0043] Referring to FIG. 2, in an embodiment, the carrying device 10 further includes a water-resistant zipper 13. The water-resistant zipper 13 is arranged on the water-resistant bag 11 for opening or closing the water-resistant bag 11. The water-resistant bag 11 is opened or closed through the water-resistant zipper 13, which facilitates placing the external device 22 into the water-resistant bag 11. Moreover, compared with a common zipper, the water-resistant zipper 13 has good waterproof performance, which can reduce the risk of water entering the water-resistant bag 11 through the water-resistant zipper 13. Further, the water-resistant zipper 13 is arranged on the inner side of the water-resistant bag 11, so that the water-resistant zipper 13 can also be hidden in the space defined by the first pocket 111, the second pocket 112, and the connecting portion 113 when the water-resistant bag 11 is in the folded state, further preventing water from entering the water-resistant bag 11 through the water-resistant zipper 13 during showering.

[0044] With continued reference to FIG. 2, one end of the water-resistant zipper 13 extends to the wire leading portion 114, so that it is convenient to lead the wire 24 to pass through the wire leading portion 114 and out of the wire through hole 115. Further, a stopper 116 is provided between the water-resistant zipper 13 and the wire through hole 115. The stopper 116 is configured to block a zipper head 131 of the water-resistant zipper 13 to prevent the wire 24 from being pressed by the zipper head 131.
