Description

[0001] MOUNTING PROFILE FOR FRAME-SHEATHING TYPE SUSPENDED CEILING

[0002] AREA of technology

[0003] The invention relates to the construction industry and can be used in the field of creating suspended ceilings, in particular in the construction of frame-and-sheathing type structures.

[0004] LEVEL OF TECHNOLOGY

[0005] In the field of suspended structures, in particular stretch ceilings, there is a fairly large number of profiles that solve the problems of creating architectural forms of suspended ceilings with various functional properties, such as placing light lines, ventilation units and other equipment in the ceiling plane and wall abutments. Similar solutions for suspended ceilings based on frame-sheathing type structures are currently presented in a limited number. In connection with this, in order to create several architectural solutions in one frame-sheathing structure, architects-designers and installers have to select profiles from different manufacturers, taking into account the fact that many profiles do not fit together in cross-section, and perform complex calculations to combine the plane of the suspended ceiling to their dimensions.Such work is labor-intensive and requires taking into account a large number of materials and their parameters throughout the entire work from the creation of the project to finishing works and, as practice shows, in most cases it is impossible to exclude all errors in calculations and the human factor, which leads to damage to the material and the need for recalculations and alterations, including at the final stages of finishing works.

[0006] The prior art discloses a joint assembly for a suspended ceiling fastening device (Patent RU 2742420 C1 priority date 10.08.2020) - a prototype of the claimed technical solution, the technical result of which is to increase the reliability of the joint assembly for a suspended ceiling fastening device or other similar suspended coverings by cushioning adverse effects on the fastening assembly and the structure of the suspended ceiling or other similar suspended coverings and, as a result, increasing the resistance of these suspended coverings to loads arising during operation. The known joint unit of the suspended ceiling fastening device is a profile structure in the form of a three-component system implementing a damper connection, where the profile structure includes a base profile and a mounting profile containing damper connection elements in the form of a groove for a damper, a mating part and a damper, due to the use of which a flexible decoupling of the supporting surface of the wall and the suspended ceiling structure is ensured, which allows increasing the resistance of frame-sheathing structures to loads arising during operation and prevents the appearance of cracks on the plane of the suspended ceiling. A disadvantage of the prototype is the limitation of the options for adjoining with the supporting surface.

[0007] DISCLOSURE OF THE ESSENCE OF THE INVENTION

[0008] The objective of the invention is to create a wide range of connections between a suspended ceiling and a supporting surface, providing for their flexible connection, which allows the use of a profile structure to create a technical zone with lighting in the area of the wall connection.

[0009] The technical result of the group of inventions is the simplification of the process of installing a suspended ceiling in the form of frame-sheathing structures - a solution to the problem of an insufficient arsenal of tools and an expansion of the functional capabilities of the prototype for creating wall abutments.

[0010] For this purpose, the mounting profile of the profile set for creating profile structures of a frame-and-sheathing type suspended ceiling, containing damper joint elements in the form of a mating part and a damper, in accordance with the claimed technical solution, is made in the form of a composite structure consisting of two parts made with the possibility of mating, of which the first is provided with an installation shelf, while the other part is provided with a putty element mated with the base, wherein the installation shelf is made in the form of a gap expander and has a free edge, the base has two additional shelves and two additional walls forming at least one closed contour and a groove combined with each other by one of such additional walls, the width of the cross-section of at least one additional shelf is proportionate to the free edge of the installation shelf, for which the base acts as a support.

[0011] The gap expander of the claimed mounting profile is provided with a mating part of the damper joint, the groove formed by additional base shelves is provided with recesses. The mounting profile of the profile set for creating profile structures is provided with elements that form a cavity for connectors. The mating part of the claimed mounting profile is made in the form of a corner.

[0012] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

[0013] Fig. 1 shows a wall abutment created by means of the claimed mounting profile of a set of profiles for creating profile structures.

[0014] Fig. 2 shows additional possibilities for using the claimed mounting profile of the profile set for creating profile structures.

[0015] IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INVENTION

[0016] The process of installation of frame-sheathing structures is simplified due to the presence of profiles in the kit for various functions, allowing to create a wide range of architectural solutions from wall abutments along the perimeter of the suspended ceiling. The claimed invention expands the functional capabilities of the prototype by providing the use of a profile structure for creating a technical zone with lighting in the area of the wall abutment. Additionally, with the help of such a mounting profile, it is possible to create niches in the plane of suspended ceilings of the frame-sheathing type, which will be clear from the disclosure of the invention below. The created abutment of the suspended ceiling with the supporting surface not only ensures their flexible decoupling, but also solves the problem of an insufficient arsenal of means for creating wall abutments.

[0017] Flexible decoupling is ensured by the fact that the set of profiles for creating profile structures includes a base profile 1 and a mounting profile 2, containing damper connection elements in the form of a groove 3 for the damper of the base profile 1, a mating part 4 and a damper 5. The mounting profile 2 is made in the form of a composite structure, from two parts, made, in turn, with the possibility of mating, of which one part is equipped with a mounting shelf 6. The other part of the mounting profile 2 is equipped with a putty element 7, as well as a base 8.

[0018] Compatibility of mounting profiles is achieved by observing the condition for their implementation, namely, each mounting profile of the profile set has the same height from any mounting shelf to the edge of any putty element and the same shape of each of them. Thus, due to one set of profiles, a whole range of architectural solutions are obtained that are easy to install and when combining (joining) profiles with each other, the mounting shelves and putty elements, as well as the bases or their parts, converge in cross-section.

[0019] The execution of the mounting profile 2 in the form of a composite structure is necessary when its structure has large dimensions (for example, a large distance from the wall); profile structures made in this way are easier to manufacture and transport; in addition, various combinations can be created using elements of such profile structures, including the creation of niches in the ceiling plane, which will be discussed below.

[0020] The mounting profile 2 of the profile set for creating profile structures is made in the form of a composite structure as shown in Fig. 1, consisting of two parts, where the first part is provided with a mounting shelf 6, which is made in the form of a gap expander provided with a mating part 4 of the damper joint made in the form of a corner 9 and has a free edge 10, while the other part is provided with a putty element 7, coupled with a base 8, which has two additional shelves 11 and 12 and two additional walls 13 and 14, forming at least one closed contour and a groove 15 for placing lighting equipment 16 (for example, an LED strip, but not limited to), combined with one of such additional walls 13, which will prevent the effect of heating of the light source on the elements of the frame-sheathing structure, creating a heat-dissipating zone. The groove 15 can be additionally provided with recesses for inclusion in the structure of a diffuser 17.The width of the cross-section of the additional shelf 11 of the base 8 is proportionate to the free edge 10 of the mounting shelf 6, for which the base 8 acts as a support, due to which the possibility of connecting the two parts and the mounting profile 2 with each other is realized. By means of such a mounting profile 2, one of the wall abutments is realized with a flexible junction, which will provide a wide niche in such a junction (a technical cavity for placing equipment, for example, a projector screen, picture hangers and other large equipment that must be hidden above the surface of the suspended ceiling) and lighting, giving it a hovering effect. For the device of large niches, the gap expander, as shown in Fig. 1, can be provided on the outside with hooks (not shown in the Fig.), which, by analogy with the elements 18 forming a cavity for connectors, form such a cavity 19 together with the mounting shelf 6.

[0021] As has already been indicated earlier, an additional effect of using a set of mounting profiles is the possibility of creating niches in the plane of a suspended ceiling by combining the profiles with each other; examples are illustrated in Fig. 2. Fig. 2a) shows a combination where the second part in the form of a base 8 combined with a putty element 7 is connected with a part of another mounting profile 20 (also included in the set of profiles, not being the subject of legal protection according to the present invention). Part of the mounting profile 2 used in such a combination is provided with a putty element 7 connected with the base 8, which has two additional shelves 11 and 13 and two additional walls 13 and 14, forming at least one closed contour and a groove 15 for placing lighting equipment 16, as described earlier. In this case, the base 8 acts as a support for a part of the mounting profile 20 provided with a mounting shelf 21, made, as in the claimed invention, in the form of a gap expander. Fig. 2 b) shows a combination where the second part in the form of a base 8 combined with a putty element 7 is connected with a part of another mounting profile 22 (also included in the set of profiles, not being an object of legal protection according to the present invention). The part of the mounting profile 2 used in such a combination is provided with a putty element 7 connected with the base 8, which has two additional shelves which has two additional shelves 11 and 13 and two additional walls 13 and 14, forming at least one closed contour and a groove 15 for placing lighting equipment 16, as described earlier. In this case, the base 8 acts as a support for part of the mounting profile 22 equipped with a mounting shelf 23, made, as in the claimed invention, in the form of a cornice with downwardly oriented grooves 24 for runners.

[0022] Mounting profile 2 of the profile set can be used in the following way. The examples below are given for the purpose of sufficient disclosure of the essence of the invention and do not limit the possibility of using the invention in another way.

[0023] The design of the frame-sheathing type of suspended ceiling (Code of rules for design and construction SP 163.1325800.2014. Designs using gypsum board and gypsum fiber sheets. Design and installation rules) includes (Fig. 1-2) a metal frame 25 consisting of guides 26 and ceiling 27 profiles assembled together into a frame structure. Such a frame structure is attached to the ceiling of the room using hangers (not shown in the Fig.). The design of the frame-sheathing type of suspended ceiling also includes sheathing sheets 28, for example, gypsum board and gypsum fiber sheets, which are sewn from below the frame structure and form the plane of the suspended ceiling. Guide profiles 26 are used in places where the frame structure adjoins the wall of the room - the supporting surface 29. Traditionally, guide profiles 26 are fastened along the perimeter of the room through a damper tape and the metal frame 25 is assembled by placing the ends of the ceiling profiles 27 in them.In this way, the metal frame 25 is built in the horizontal plane. When creating niches or abutments with the supporting surface 29, their perimeter is set using guide profiles 26. Sheathing sheets 27 are hemmed in one or two layers. Then finishing work is carried out to apply a decorative finishing coating, at the final stage of which the resulting plane of the suspended ceiling is painted (or the final appearance is designed in another way).

[0024] The prototype of the claimed technical solution offers a different method from the traditional method of creating abutments with a damper tape, to compensate for the stresses of the connections of the metal frame 25 with the supporting surface 29, in which cracks may appear on the plane of the suspended ceiling along the line of conjugation of its plane with the perimeter of the room. The prototype offers a profile structure with a flexible decoupling of the supporting surface of the wall and the suspended ceiling structure, which, due to the damper 5 and some freedom that it provides, allows the elements of the damper connection in the form of a groove 3 for the damper and the mating part 4 to dampen such stresses. The prototype offers a profile structure for creating a shadow abutment, but at present there is a need to combine several types of abutments with each other to create suspended ceilings of complex architecture. For this purpose, a set of profiles compatible with each other is proposed, where each mounting profile 2 (mounting profiles 20 and 22 in the examples presented are also part of the set) has the same height from the mounting shelf 6 of the present group of inventions to the edge of the putty element 7, and each of them has the same shape. Thus, when combining (joining) the mounting profiles 2 with each other, the mounting shelves 6, as well as the putty elements 7, as well as the bases 8 or parts thereof, converge in cross-section.

[0025] The base profiles 1 are placed along the perimeter of the room, connecting them to each other in one line, so that the plane of the suspended ceiling is precisely defined over its entire area. In the area of equipment placement (for example, a projector screen), where illumination is also required, the mounting profile 2 is used. If necessary, niches are organized as shown in Fig. 2. In this way, profile structures are created, including the base profile 1 and the mounting profile 2 according to any version, and containing damper connection elements in the form of a groove 3 for the damper, the mating part 4 and the damper 5.

[0026] The base 8 of the mounting profile 2 is screwed to the guide profiles 26 of the metal frame 25 of the frame-sheathing structure in the following manner. In the case of a two-layer sheathing as shown in Fig. 26, the guide profile 26 is aligned with the base 8, stepping back by the thickness of the sheathing sheet 28 from the lower edge of the base 8 of the mounting profile 2. In the case of a single-layer sheathing, the guide profile 26 is screwed to the lower edge of the base 8 of the mounting profile 2 (in Figs. 1 and 2a). Due to this, the profile structure with a damper connection has a reliable combination with the frame-sheathing structure, in particular with its metal frame 25. The mating part 4 with the damper 5 in the starting part of the mounting profile 2 (its edge) is inserted into the groove 3 for the damper of the base profile 1 and by successive pressing, profile structures with a damper connection are formed along the entire perimeter of the room.In this case, the mounting profiles 2 are joined with each other along a straight line and at the corner joints, combining the bases 8 or their parts, as well as the putty elements 7. It should be noted that the difference in the width of the obtained profile structures with a damper connection, when several profiles of the profile set are used, can be compensated for both by means of special plugs (not the subject of the invention) and by means of end cuts of the mounting profile 2 at 45 degrees since all the putty elements, including the putty element 7, have the same shape, then all the lower parts of the profile structures converge in the horizontal plane. When joining profile structures, connectors are used that are inserted into cavities 19 formed by elements 18 that form a cavity for the connectors. In this way, all the profile structures are combined with each other in one line without displacements in the plane, due to which a flat plane of the suspended ceiling is obtained.

[0027] Then, using ceiling profiles 27, a frame structure is formed, to the metal frame 25 obtained in this way, sheets of cladding 28 are sewn, the lower layer of which is brought close to the putty element 7, and then a number of finishing works are carried out to create a decorative finishing coating. As a result, without complex calculations, through simple installation, a smooth surface of a suspended ceiling with multifunctional wall abutments for a whole range of architectural solutions is obtained.

[0028] The process of creating architectural solutions. Creating a wide niche with lighting in the area of the wall abutment by means of a profile structure including a mounting profile 2 (Fig. 1). Both parts are assembled by fastening the base 8 with the mounting shelf 6 made in the form of a gap expander, namely its free edge 10 across the entire width of the cross-section of the shelf 11 of the base 8, which is combined with the guide profile 26 as described above. The mating part 4 with the damper 5 is inserted into the groove 3 for the damper of the base profile 1, while the mounting shelf 6 acts as a kind of beacon for the corner 9, as indicated above. Lighting equipment 16 is placed in the groove 15 formed by two additional shelves 11 and 12 and two additional walls 13 and 14 and connected. The mating parts of the diffuser 17 are placed into the recesses of the groove 15, isolating the lighting equipment 15.Next, assemble the metal frame 25 as described above, combine the peripheral parts of the sheathing sheets 28 with the putty element 7 and perform finishing work as indicated above. By means of such a mounting profile 2 made in the form of a composite structure, another wall abutment is realized with provision of a flexible junction, which allows the use of such a profile structure with the obtained wide niche formed in the wall abutment for placing equipment, for example, a projector screen, picture hangers, etc. with the possibility of providing illumination of the technical cavity, giving it a hovering effect.

[0029] Thus, the problem of an insufficient arsenal of means for creating wall junctions for various architectural tasks is solved, and the functional capabilities of wall junctions are expanded using a flexible junction with a damper connection.
