BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Different containers that dispense cosmetic products are known in the state of the art. Thus, the state of the art includes European Patent No. EP1362525 (ES2266747), "ROLL-ON TYPE APPLICATOR DEVICE", from 2003, in the name of L'OREAL, which refers to a device for the conditioning and application of a product, particularly cosmetic, the device comprising a container that contains the product, and equipped with an applicator structure comprising: i) a support that delimits a housing; ii) a non-spherical application member, located inside the housing, and whose surface is of revolution around at least one X axis; characterized in that this applicator structure comprises iii) means to make it pass from a first configuration in which a portion of the application member tightly seals a first opening formed between the container and the housing, to a second configuration in which the housing communicates with the container through said first opening, and in which the application member is free to rotate around said X axis such that a portion of said surface of revolution, after having been brought into contact with the product, can, by means of a second opening delimited by the housing, be brought into engagement with a surface on which the product is applied. Also known is European Patent No. EP0363137 (ES2082784) “CONTINUOUS DISPENSER”, from 1989, in the name of UNILEVER PLC,which refers to a wide and continuous dispenser has a fluid reservoir and an applicator roller mounted in a housing, with a valve mechanism between them to control the flow of fluid from the reservoir to the roller; the valve mechanism actuated by movement of the housing relative to the reservoir. In a preferred embodiment, the housing moves to actuate the valve mechanism by applying and removing an overcap. Finally, the applicant firm is the holder of PCT / IB2023 / 061283 "CONTAINER FOR COSMETIC FLUIDS", from the year 2023, which refers to a container for cosmetic fluids, of the type comprising a base that connects directly or indirectly to an outer cover, characterized in that it comprises: a hollow shaft defining a passageway, located in the base, comprising at least one threaded section, an intermediate support, inside which there is a first thread passage section through which the thread moves, and which connects with the interior of the base, an annular roof in the form of a hat, which covers the upper part of the axis leaving the passageway free, and which comprises a first lip arranged on the perimeter of the roof, an adapter that envelops, at least partially, the intermediate support and which ends superiorly in a second thread passage section that connects with the thread, below the roof, a frame that envelops, at least partially, the adapter and which fits with the base, defining a variable volume housing that contains a fluid and that is connected to the passageway, delimited below by the roof, its first lip and an inner axis, and superiorly by a small roof of the frame, said frame comprising holes that communicate the fluid with the exterior, the inner axis defined above, which is arranged in the passageway as a lid blocking the fluid from exiting the housing to the outside through the passageway, said inner axis comprising at least one vertical groove, which guides the air trapped inside to the outside, and an inner lid that is located inside the outer lid and covers the holes, preventing fluid from escaping during fluid loading. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention falls within the sector of cosmetic fluid dispensing containers. The closest document is Patent PCT / IB2023 / 061283 . Said patent solves the problem of a configuration for air removal so that it does not take up space inside the housing. In this case, the aim is to create another type of container in which loading is done from above, and not from below as in the closest document, for this reason, due to the fact that there are some fluids that could get trapped in the inner shaft. For this reason, top loading has been planned, in which the passageway is eliminated, and for this reason the roof must be modified, without any through holes, to also leave the housing open and subsequently be able to close it once it has been filled. It also allows the base to be already assembled when the fluid is loaded inside the housing. An object of the present invention is a container for cosmetic fluids, of the type that comprises a base that is connected directly or indirectly to an outer lid, characterized in that it comprises: - an axis, located in the base, which ends in a circular roof in the form of a hat, which covers the upper part of the axis and which comprises a first lip arranged around the perimeter of the roof, and at least one section with thread, - an intermediate support, inside which there is a first threaded passage section through which the thread moves, and which connects to the inside of the base, - an adapter that at least partially envelops the intermediate support to which it is connected, and which ends at the top in a second threaded passage section that connects to the thread, below the roof, - a frame that at least partially envelops the adapter, defining a variable volume housing containing a fluid, delimited at the bottom by the roof and its first lip and at the top by a separable roof, said roof comprising holes that communicate the fluid with the outside. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS In order to facilitate the explanation, this specification is accompanied by five sheets of drawings in which a practical embodiment case is represented, which is cited as an example, not limiting the scope of the present invention: ^ Figure 1 is a general view of the invention,^ Figure 2 is a section along the line II-II of Figure 1 of the first embodiment, ^ Figure 3 is a section along the line II-II of Figure 1 of the second embodiment, ^ Figure 4 is a section along the line II-II of Figure 1 of the third embodiment, and ^ Figure 5 is a partial exploded view from below. SPECIFIC EMBODIMENT OF THE PRESENT INVENTION Figure 1 represents an outer cover 1 and a base 8. Figure 2 illustrates the outer cover 1, a frame 3 inside which are configured a housing 13, a shaft 4, an adapter 5, an intermediate support 6, the base 8, a roof 9, a threaded section 10, a first thread passage 11, a second thread passage section 19, a first lip 12, a second lip 17, holes 14, a small roof 15, an integrated ring 34 and an inner cover 18. Figure 3 shows the outer cover 1, the frame 3 inside which are configured the housing 13, the shaft 4, the adapter 5, the intermediate support 6, the base 8,the roof 9 with recesses 32, the threaded section 10, the first threaded passage 11, the second threaded passage section 19, the first lip 12, the second lip 17, the holes 14, the canopy 15 with its fixing means 33, the integrated ring 34 and the inner cover 18. Figure 4 shows the outer cover 1, the frame 3 with its external recesses 31 inside which the housing 13, the shaft 4, the adapter 5, the intermediate support 6, the base 8, the roof 9 with recesses 32, the threaded section 10, the first threaded passage 11, the second threaded passage section 19, the first lip 12, the second lip 17, the holes 14, the canopy 15, the integrated ring 34 and the inner cover 18 are configured. Finally, Figure 5 illustrates the frame 3, the roof 9, the shaft 4, the adapter 5 and the intermediate support 6. Thus,The container of the present invention is formed by a base 8 that is connected directly or indirectly with an outer lid 1. This is so because they could be connected one to the other or with an intermediate piece that joins them. It also comprises an axis 4, located in the base 8, which ends in a circular roof 9, like a hat, which covers the upper part of the axis 4 and which comprises a first lip 12 arranged on the perimeter of the roof 9, and at least one threaded section 10. Optionally, the axis 4 and the roof 9 are formed in a single piece. It also has an intermediate support 6, inside which there is a first thread passage section 11 through which the thread 10 moves, and which connects to the inside of the base 8. It also comprises an adapter 5 that surrounds, at least partially, the intermediate support 6 to which it is connected, and which ends at the top in a second thread passage section 19 that connects to the thread 10, below the roof 9. In this way,as the adapter 5 moves through the second thread 11, it pushes the roof 9 and the inner shaft 4 upwards, which compress the fluid. The hat-like roof 9, which covers the upper part of the shaft 4, comprises a first lip 12 arranged around the perimeter of the roof 9. As will be explained in more detail later, said roof, when moving upwards, pushes the fluid outwards. The frame 3 at least partially envelops the adapter 5 and defines a housing 13 of variable volume containing a fluid. The housing 13 is delimited below by the roof 9 and its first lip 12, which prevents the fluid from escaping downwards, and above by a small roof 15 of the frame 3. The roof 15 is separable from the frame 3, which allows the housing 13 to be filled with the corresponding fluid. Once the filling is complete, the roof 15 is reattached to the frame 3. The frame 3, on the roof 15,It comprises holes 14 that communicate the fluid with the outside. Optionally, it also comprises an inner cover 18 that is located inside the outer cover 1 and that covers the holes 14 of the canopy 15. In one of the embodiments, it is planned that the canopy 15 is connected directly to the base 8, as shown in Figure 2, thus closing the frame 3 with fluid inside. This configuration has an advantage and is that since the fixing of the canopy 15 is carried out directly on the base 8, it prevents fluid from escaping from the housing 13 through said connection of the canopy 15. This embodiment is especially useful when the fluids are less viscous. In another embodiment, Figure 4, it is planned that the frame 3 comprises external recesses 31 in the upper part. This has been made so that the canopy 15 can be fitted in this way.and close the frame 3 from above once it has been filled with the fluid. This version is more economical than the embodiment in Figure 2, and is used for more viscous fluids than those used for the embodiment in Figure 2. Also constructively, it has been planned that the external recesses 31 project towards the interior of the frame 3 as internal projections, as can be seen in Figure 4. In the third of the embodiments, Figure 3, the roof 15 is fixed to the frame 3 by fixing means 33 inside the housing 13. This is the most economical version of the three embodiments, and in it a more viscous fluid will be used than that used in the previous embodiments. This is because the risk of accidental exit of the same through the roof 15, when conditions vary such as the container being subjected to impacts, high temperatures, etc., is higher in this case since the roof 15 only covers the mouth of the frame 3,when in the other two embodiments one is fixed to the base 8 (Figure 2) and in the other to the outside of the frame 3 (Figure 4). Optionally, for the embodiments of Figures 3 and 4, the roof 9 comprises recesses 32 for fitting either the external recesses 31 or the fixing means 33. That is, when the roof 9 is raised towards the canopy 15, the recesses 32 make it possible to overcome the external recesses 31 or the fixing means, allowing the roof 9 to reach the holes 14, and finish the content of the fluid in the housing 13. To improve the tightness and prevent fluid from escaping through the canopy, at least one integrated ring (34) is provided, as a sealing gasket, between the canopy (15) and the frame (3). Optionally, to ensure the tightness it may comprise a second lip 17, located on the roof 9,below the first lip 12. It is also possible to arrange a metal ring on the roof 15 to create a cooling effect and a massage sensation on the skin. A sponge could also be arranged on the roof 15 so that, through the porosity of the sponge, the flow of the dispensed fluid can be controlled, that is, using one sponge or another depending on the viscosity of the fluid. At the same time, said sponge can also be used to improve the mixing of the fluid product being dispensed. Finally, a rough surface could be arranged on the roof 15 or be part of the roof itself, as an exfoliating element. This rough surface may be an accessory that at least partially covers the roof 15, or the roof 15 itself may already incorporate said rough surface. In a specific embodiment, the manufacturer will configure the container of the present invention with the roof 9 as far away as possible from the inner lid 18,that is, with the housing 13 at maximum capacity. Next, the container will be placed on its base 8, without the roof 15, leaving the housing 13 visible. Next, the housing 13 is filled with fluid. When it reaches the limit, the roof 15 is placed covering the hole. Depending on the embodiment, it will be determined whether it will be done according to figures 2, 3 or 4. Next, it is covered with the lid 1, which has the inner lid 18, and for this reason, the fluid does not exit through the holes 14 since the inner lid 18 blocks the holes 14 and prevents the fluid from exiting through the holes 14. The user will take the container and remove the outer lid 1. Then, with their fingers, they will turn the base 8. The base 8 is linked to the adapter 5,that by turning the base 8, said adapter 5 moves upwards by means of the second thread passage section 19 that moves along the thread 10. This causes the roof 9 and the inner shaft 4 to push the fluid that is inside the housing 13 towards the holes 14, through which it exits to the outside. In this way, the housing 13 varies its volume, reducing it. At the initial moment, when the operator loads the fluid inside the housing 13, as explained, he configures the volume of the housing, varying its capacity until it reaches the maximum volume, hence the housing 13 is configured to have a variable volume, from maximum capacity to gradually reducing it as the user dispenses the fluid from inside the housing 13. The first lip 12, and where applicable the second lip 17,They seal the housing 13 from below and prevent the fluid from escaping from the housing 13 into the base 8. The present invention describes a new container for cosmetic fluids. The examples mentioned herein are not limiting of the present invention, therefore it may have different applications and / or adaptations, all of them within the scope of the following claims.
