Description

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING VEHICLE, VEHICLE AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUMFIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE

[0001] The present disclosure relates to the field of control technology related to a vehicle, and more specifically, to a method for controlling a vehicle, an apparatus for controlling a vehicle, a vehicle including the apparatus for controlling the vehicle, and a computer-readable storage medium for executing the method for controlling the vehicle.BACKGROUND

[0002] With the rapid development of the automobile industry and the consumers’ increasing demand for vehicle functions, illumination glass with decorative patterns has been widely valued by vehicle manufacturers and favored by consumers. The pattern of the illumination glass is usually based on that: enamel or ink forms a patterned area on the surface of the glass, or a film with a pattern is laminated onto the glass. Incident light emitted from a light source, for example, disposed on the side, or bottom of the glass, or integrated in the glass undergoes total reflection inside the glass. When the light is projected to the patterned area, the light scatters and transmits through the patterned area due to changes in surface structure, thus realizing a luminous effect of patterned light.

[0003] In addition, when a vehicle has illumination glass, how to make it better meet the specific needs in different application scenarios will become increasingly important.SUMMARY

[0004] In a technical solution in which the vehicle glass has both a light-emitting structure and a dimming film, how to perform relational control according to specific application scenarios has become a pressing need. For the above technical problems, the inventor of the present disclosure innovatively proposes first to determine the control mode of the vehicle, and then relationally control the light transmittance of the dimming film and the brightness of the light-emitting structure according to the control mode.

[0005] Specifically, a first aspect of the present disclosure proposes a method for controlling a vehicle, wherein a vehicle glass of the vehicle is disposed with a dimming film and a light-emitting structure, and the method includes: determining a control mode associated with the dimming film and the light-emitting structure when the vehicle is in a parking state; and relationally controlling a light transmittance of the dimming film and a light-emitting state of the light-emitting structure according to the control mode. According to the method for controlling the vehicle proposed in the present disclosure, the light transmittance of the dimming film and the brightness of the light-emitting structure are relationally controlled according to the determined control mode, so as to meet the needs of different users or application scenarios, maximizing the use of the dimming film and light-emitting structure disposed on the glass of the vehicle in order to optimize the user experience.

[0006] In an embodiment according to the present disclosure, determining the control mode associated with the dimming film and the light-emitting structure includes: determining the control mode of the vehicle to be a welcome mode through a selection via an electronic key associated with the vehicle, a selection via an electronic device in communication with the vehicle, a keyless entry system of the vehicle, a location information of a welcomed object, or a selection by a person in the vehicle via a vehicle-machine interaction interface. That is to say, the vehicle could, for example, receive a control instruction of entering the welcome mode from the electronic key associated with the vehicle, or receive a control instruction of entering the welcome mode from the electronic device (such as a smartphone or a tablet computer) that is in communication with the vehicle, so that the vehicle enters the welcome mode. Or people in the vehicle determine the control mode of the vehicle to be the welcome mode through a selection via the vehicle-machine interaction interface such as the central control screen. Alternatively, the control mode of the vehicle may be determined to be the welcome mode based on, for example, a distance information determined by the keyless entry system or the location information of the welcomed object (such as the driver or the passenger) . In this way, there are multiple options when there is a need to enter the welcome mode. It may be determined whether to enter the welcome mode based on the selection of the vehicle user, or based on an objective physical parameter (such as the distance or relative position between the welcomed object and the vehicle) .

[0007] In an embodiment according to the present disclosure, when the control mode is determined to be welcome mode, relationally controlling the light transmittance of the dimming film and the light-emitting state of the light-emitting structure according to the control mode includes: turning on the light-emitting structure; and increasing the light transmittance of the dimming film to a first light transmittance. In this way, the current vehicle can be made brighter to attract the attention of the welcomed object, making it easier for the welcomed object to find the current vehicle, thereby improving the experience of the welcomed object.

[0008] In an embodiment according to the present disclosure, relationally controlling the light transmittance of the dimming film and the light-emitting state of the light-emitting structure according to the control mode further includes: setting the light-emitting structure to present a welcome pattern. In this way, it not only makes the current vehicle become brighter to attract the attention of the welcomed object, but also enables the welcomed object to further distinguish possible vehicles that are all bright by presenting specific welcome pattern, thereby further improving the experience of the welcomed object. Optionally, in an embodiment according to the present disclosure, the welcome pattern includes information associated with the welcomed object, such as a nickname, name, or photo of the welcomed object. In this way, it enables the welcomed object to yet further distinguish possible vehicles that are all bright, thereby yet further improving the experience of the welcomed object.

[0009] In an embodiment according to the present disclosure, determining the control mode associated with the dimming film and the light-emitting structure includes: determining the control mode of the vehicle to be an in-vehicle entertainment mode through a selection via an electronic device in communication with the vehicle, a selection by a person in the vehicle via a vehicle-machine interaction interface, or an acquired interior image of the vehicle. That is to say, the vehicle can, for example, receive a control instruction of entering the in-vehicle entertainment mode from the electronic device (such as a smartphone or a tablet computer) that is in communication with the vehicle, or the vehicle can also determine the control mode of the vehicle to be the in-vehicle entertainment mode based on the selection by a person in the vehicle via the vehicle-machine interaction interface such as the central control screen. Alternatively still, the control instruction is determined by identifying the activity of the people in the vehicle through acquiring interior image of the vehicle via the vehicle's own device such as an image acquisition device. For example, when it is detected that a passenger in the vehicle is watching short videos or movies on a personal device such as a mobile phone or tablet computer, a corresponding control instruction can be generated to cause the vehicle to enter the in-vehicle entertainment mode. In this way, there are multiple options when there is a need to enter the in-vehicle entertainment mode. Whether to enter the in-vehicle entertainment mode can be determined based on the selection by the person in the vehicle via the vehicle-machine interaction interface such as the central control screen, or the in-vehicle entertainment mode can be entered based on the selection via the electronic device in communication with the vehicle. The control mode of the vehicle can also be determined to be the in-vehicle entertainment mode, for example, based on interior image of the vehicle acquired by the vehicle's own device such as the image acquisition device.

[0010] In an embodiment according to the present disclosure, when the control mode is determined to be an in-vehicle entertainment mode, relationally controlling the light transmittance of the dimming film and the light-emitting state of the light-emitting structure according to the control mode includes: decreasing the light transmittance of the dimming film to a second light transmittance; and decreasing the brightness of the light-emitting structure to a first brightness or turning off the light-emitting structure. In this way, when it is necessary to decrease the ambient brightness inside the vehicle so that people in the vehicle can entertain themselves by watching movies or other activities, the light transmittance of the dimming film and the brightness of the light-emitting structure can be decreased, thereby not only decreasing the brightness of the light emitted by the vehicle itself therein, but also decreasing the brightness of the light entering the vehicle through the dimming film from outside, thus meeting the entertainment needs of people in the vehicle.

[0011] In an embodiment according to the present disclosure, determining the control mode associated with the dimming film and the light-emitting structure includes: determining the control mode to be a privacy mode when the light-emitting structure is turned on; and relationally controlling the light transmittance of the dimming film and the light-emitting state of the light-emitting structure according to the control mode includes: decreasing the light transmittance of the dimming film to a third light transmittance. In this way, the information conveyed by the light emitted by the light-emitting structure could be not exposed when the light-emitting structure is turned on, so that the privacy could be protected well. Namely, the visibility of the light emitted by the light-emitting structure to people outside the vehicle is reduced by decreasing the light transmittance of the dimming film, thereby protecting the privacy. Optionally, in an embodiment according to the present disclosure, decreasing the light transmittance of the dimming film to the third light transmittance includes: adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film to the lowest light transmittance. In this way, by adjusting the light transmittance of the dimming film to the lowest, the visibility of the light emitted by the light-emitting structure to people outside the vehicle is further decreased, thereby further protecting the privacy. When the dimming film is of the type that can achieve the lowest light transmittance without electricity, the dual purposes of privacy protection and energy saving can also be achieved.

[0012] In an embodiment according to the present disclosure, when the privacy mode is turned off, the method further includes: increasing the light transmittance of the dimming film to a fourth light transmittance. In this way, the privacy mode can be turned off when there is no need for privacy protection, for example, be switched to another mode, and at this time, the light transmittance of the dimming film can be correspondingly increased, thereby improving the visibility from inside the vehicle to outside the vehicle and from outside the vehicle to inside the vehicle.

[0030] Various exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Although the example methods and apparatuses described below include software and / or firmware executed on hardware in other components, it should be noted that these examples are only illustrative and should not be regarded as limited. For example, it can be considered that any or all hardware, software, and firmware components can be implemented exclusively in hardware, exclusively in software, or in any combination of hardware and software. Therefore, although example methods and apparatuses have been described below, those skilled in the art should easily understand that the provided examples are not used to limit the ways for implementing these methods and devices.

[0031] In addition, the flowcharts and block diagrams in the accompanying drawings illustrate the possible implemented architecture, functions, and operations of the method and system according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. It should be noted that the functions noted in the blocks may also occur in a different order than the order noted in the drawings. For example, two blocks shown in succession may be executed substantially in parallel, or they may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending on the functions involved. It should also be noted that each block in the flowchart and / or block diagrams, and the combination of the blocks in the flowchart and / or block diagrams can be implemented using a dedicated hardware-based system that performs the specified functions or operations, or can be implemented using a combination of dedicated hardware and computer instructions.

[0032] The terms "including" , "comprising" and similar terms used in this disclosure are open-ended terms, i.e., "including / comprising, but not limited to" indicating that other elements may also be included. The term "based on" is "based at least in part on" . The term "an embodiment" means "at least one embodiment" . The term "another embodiment" means "at least one further embodiment" , and so on.

[0033] In this disclosure, the terms “first” , “second” , and other expressions are not intended to limit the order of precedence or the number of components, unless otherwise indicated. In this disclosure, "multiple" means two or more, unless otherwise specifically defined. In addition, in this disclosure, unless otherwise specifically defined, the terms such as "install" , "connect" and "attach" , should be understood in a broad sense. For example, they may be fixed connections, detachable connections, or integrated. They may be direct connections or indirectly connections through an intermediate medium. They may be internal connections within two elements or interactions between two elements. For those skilled in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms here may be understood according to specific situations.

[0034] In the present disclosure, a glass assembly is described as being applied to a vehicle window glass, but it is not excluded that the glass assembly may be applied to a scenario such as a door, a window, a curtain wall, an aircraft glass, or a ship glass. When the glass assembly is described as a vehicle window glass, "outside" and "inside" are directions relative to the vehicle body. "Outside" means a direction away from the vehicle body. “Inside" means a direction toward the inner space formed by the vehicle body. It should be understood that the vehicle window glass according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes but not limited to, a front windshield glass, a rear windshield glass, a sunroof glass, a vehicle door glass, and a corner window glass, which can provide different illumination effect based on different needs.

[0035] In the ever-changing automotive industry, illumination glass with illumination effect and decorative effect has been widely used in the vehicle glass of medium and high-end vehicles, especially, for example, in vehicle sunroofs, which not only can achieve the effect of brightness changes and / or color changes of light, etc., but also can form a patterned illumination in combination with a coating and / or a laminated structure. FIG. 1 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a glass assembly on which a method for controlling a vehicle is based according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 1 is illustrated with a laminated glass, but it would be understood by those skilled in the art that the present disclosure is also applicable to a single-layer glass. As shown in FIG. 1, the glass assembly includes a first glass substrate 110 and a second glass substrate 120. The second glass substrate 120, closer to the interior of the vehicle, has a light-emitting structure 160 formed within the second glass substrate 120 by laser engraving. A first adhesive layer 130 and a second adhesive layer 140 are provided between the first glass substrate 110 and the second glass substrate 120. A dimming film 150 is provided between the first adhesive layer 130 and the second adhesive layer 140. The dimming film 150 may be implemented as including, but not limited to, a liquid crystal controlled dimming film, i.e., an LC film, an electrochromic dimming film, i.e., an EC film, or a guest-host liquid crystal controlled dimming film, i.e., a GHLC film. Materials for manufacturing the first adhesive layer 130 and the second adhesive layer 140 include, but are not limited to, adhesive layer materials suitable for laminated glass such as polyvinyl butyral (PVB) or ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) . As an option, the first glass substrate 110 and the second glass substrate 120 may be selected from any one of ordinary transparent glass, ultra-transparent glass, and colored glass (such as green glass or gray glass) . The glass used for the glass substrate may be manufactured by a process such as tempering, heat strengthening, annealing or chemical strengthening, etc., and its thickness may be, for example, between 1.1mm and 6mm (when the glass substrate is manufactured by the process such as tempering, heat strengthening, annealing, etc. ) , or between 0.7mm and 1.6mm (for example, when the glass substrate is manufactured by the process such as chemical strengthening, etc. ) . The thickness of the adhesive layer may be, for example, between 0.38mm and 1.14mm. The thickness of each structural layer in the glass assembly may be of conventional dimensions.

[0036] The structure shown in FIG. 1 is merely exemplary and not limiting. For example, there are many other examples for the composition and position of the light-emitting structure 160. Specifically, the light-emitting structure may be categorized into a passive light-emitting structure and an active light-emitting structure. The passive light-emitting structure includes a light extraction structure (such as enamel, ink, scattering particle, or light extraction film) , which is formed within or on the surface of a glass substrate, an adhesive layer, or other laminated layers in glass assembly, or sandwiched therebetween by laser engraving, printing, material mixing, or film layers, etc. The active light-emitting structure includes a projection display functional layer or an autonomous display functional layer. The autonomous display functional layer refers to a layer structure that can emit light by itself when powered on without a light source, for example, any one of OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) , Micro LED, Mini LED, or EL (Electro Luminescence) may be used herein. In terms of the location of the placement, relative to the interior space of the vehicle, the light-emitting structure 160 is disposed on the side of the dimming film 150 facing toward the interior of the vehicle.

[0037] As recognized by the inventor of the present disclosure, for example, in the technical solution that the vehicle glass has both the light-emitting structure 160 and the dimming film 150 as shown in FIG. 1, how to perform relational control according to specific application scenarios has become a pressing need. Based on this, targeted solutions need to be designed to relationally control the dimming film and the light-emitting structure according to specific application scenarios. In response to the above technical problems, the inventor of the present disclosure innovatively proposes first to determine a control mode of the vehicle and then relationally control the light transmittance of the dimming film and the brightness of the light-emitting structure according to the control mode.

[0038] Generally, the present disclosure proposes a method for controlling a vehicle. A dimming film and a light-emitting structure are disposed on the vehicle glass of the vehicle. The method includes: determining a control mode associated with the dimming film and the light-emitting structure when the vehicle is in a parking state; and relationally controlling a light transmittance of the dimming film and a light-emitting state of the light-emitting structure according to the control mode. According to the method for controlling the vehicle proposed in the present disclosure, the light transmittance of the dimming film and the brightness of the light-emitting structure are relationally controlled according to the determined control mode, so as to meet the needs of different users or different application scenarios, maximizing the use of the dimming film and the light-emitting structure disposed on the vehicle glass in order to optimize the user experience.

[0039] The method and apparatus for controlling a vehicle proposed in the present disclosure will be described in conjunction with FIG. 2 to FIG. 4. Among them, FIG. 2 shows a schematic flowchart of a method 200 for controlling a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, FIG. 3 shows a schematic diagram of an apparatus 300 for controlling a vehicle according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, and FIG. 4 shows a schematic diagram of an apparatus 400 for controlling a vehicle according to yet another embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0040] As shown in FIG. 2, the method 200 for controlling the vehicle according to the present disclosure includes at least two steps. Firstly, in step 210, a control mode associated with the dimming film and the light-emitting structure is determined when the vehicle is in a parking state. Herein, the control mode associated with the dimming film and the light-emitting structure is a control mode selected from multiple control modes. The multiple control modes include, for example, a welcome mode, a privacy mode, and an outdoor entertainment mode, etc. The multiple control modes mentioned above can be pre-set at the factory of the vehicle, or can be configured by the driver of the vehicle selecting parameters via a smart device such as a mobile phone in communication with the vehicle. It is comprehensively configured, based on the obtained parameters such as the surrounding environment of the vehicle, with the predetermined method according to a predetermined program or routine, firmware, etc. Having multiple optional control modes, it is necessary to determine one control mode as the current control mode during specific implementations. At this time, for example, a configuration may be made through a selection via an electronic device in communication with the vehicle, or through a selection by a person in the vehicle via the vehicle-machine interaction interface such as a central control screen. In practical use, the control mode may be determined, for example, by the following exemplified methods. For example, when an electronic key or an image recognition sensor identifies that the driver or a welcomed object of the vehicle is within a predetermined range around the vehicle, the current control mode of the vehicle is determined to be the welcome mode. When an image acquisition device of the vehicle, such as an onboard camera, identifies that a person in the vehicle is watching a video, the control mode may be determined to be the in-vehicle entertainment mode. Or when there is a camping plan in the calendar of the electronic device (for example, a smart device such as a smart phone, PAD or personal computer) in communication with the vehicle (i.e., a predetermined configuration of the user of the vehicle via the electronic device) , and its schedule is synchronized to the vehicle’s schedule through the internet or a communication protocol such as Bluetooth, Kleer or ZigBee, or when the user of the vehicle presets the corresponding schedule of the vehicle to include the camping plan in its calendar via the vehicle-machine interaction interface of the vehicle (i.e., a predetermined configuration of the user of the vehicle via the vehicle-machine interaction interface) , the control mode of the vehicle may be determined as the outdoor entertainment mode at the scheduled time because there is the camping plan in the vehicle’s schedule. Herein, these examples are merely illustrative and not intended to be exhaustive. Other ways of determining control modes should also fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.

[0041] Next, in step 220, a light transmittance of the dimming film and a light-emitting state of the light-emitting structure are relationally controlled according to the control mode. That is to say, each control mode has corresponding control parameters for the light transmittance of the dimming film and corresponding control parameters for the light-emitting state of the light-emitting structure. Once a specific control mode is determined, the corresponding parameters of the light-emitting structure such as the light-emitting brightness and the corresponding parameters of the dimming film such as the light transmittance are determined. In this way, according to the method 200 for controlling the vehicle proposed in the present disclosure, the light transmittance of the dimming film and the brightness of the light-emitting structure are relationally controlled according to the determined control mode, so as to meet the needs of different users or application scenarios, maximizing the use of the dimming film and light-emitting structure disposed on the vehicle glass in order to optimize the user experience. For example, when it is determined to be the welcome mode, it may be more important to improve the perception of the vehicle by the welcomed object, which may be realized, for example, by increasing the light transmittance of the dimming film and simultaneously increasing the brightness of the light-emitting structure. When it is determined to be the privacy mode, it is advisable to prevent people outside the vehicle from obtaining relevant information about the light emission of the light-emitting structure, which may be realized, for example, by decreasing the light transmittance of the dimming film.

[0042] In an optional implementation according to the present disclosure, when the control mode is determined to be the welcome mode, relationally controlling the light transmittance of the dimming film and the light-emitting state of the light-emitting structure according to the control mode includes: turning on the light-emitting structure; and increasing the light transmittance of the dimming film to a first light transmittance. For example, when the vehicle is parked at a parking lot (such as a parking lot of a train station or an airport) in order to greet a welcomed object, the control mode can be determined to be the welcome mode to welcome the welcomed object. At this time, for example, the light-emitting structure can be turned on to emit light, so that the welcomed object could easily find the vehicle, so as to enhance the user experience of the welcomed object. To summarize, in this way, the current vehicle can be made brighter to attract the attention of the welcomed object, making it easier for the welcomed object to find the current vehicle, thereby improving the experience of the welcomed object.

[0043] In an optional implementation according to the present disclosure, step 220, i.e., relationally controlling the light transmittance of the dimming film and the light-emitting state of the light-emitting structure according to the control mode further includes: setting the light-emitting structure to present a welcome pattern. The welcome pattern may be, for example, a pattern symbolizing welcome, or a pattern associated with a specific activity. For example, when the welcomed object is attending a concert, academic conference, or class reunion, at this time, the welcome pattern associated with the specific activity such as a specific logo may be displayed, so that the welcomed object can easily find the vehicle, thus enhancing the user experience of the welcomed object. To summarize, in this way, it not only makes the current vehicle become brighter to attract the attention of the welcomed object, but also enables the welcomed object to further distinguish possible vehicles that are all bright by presenting the specific welcome pattern, thereby further improving the experience of the welcomed object. Optionally, in an implementation according to the present disclosure, the welcome pattern includes information associated with the welcomed object, such as a nickname, name, or photo of the welcomed object. In this way, it enables the welcomed object to yet further distinguish possible vehicles that are all bright by means of the information associated with the welcomed object, thereby yet improving the experience of the welcomed object.

[0044] Optionally, in an implementation according to the present disclosure, determining the control mode associated with the dimming film and the light-emitting structure includes: determining the control mode of the vehicle to be the welcome mode through a selection via an electronic key associated with the vehicle, a selection via an electronic device in communication with the vehicle, a keyless entry system of the vehicle, a location information of a welcomed object (herein, the welcomed object may be either a welcomed passenger or the driver of the vehicle, for example) , or a selection by a person in the vehicle via a vehicle-machine interaction interface. That is to say, the vehicle could, for example, receive a control instruction of entering the welcome mode from the electronic key associated with the vehicle (for example, by pressing a button on the electronic key or pressing the unlock button for more than three seconds) , or receive a control instruction of entering the welcome mode from the electronic device (such as a smartphone or a tablet computer) that is in communication with the vehicle (for example, through specific software customized by the vehicle manufacturer) , so that the vehicle enters the welcome mode. Alternatively, people in the vehicle determine the control mode of the vehicle to be the welcome mode through a selection via the vehicle-machine interaction interface such as the central control screen. Alternatively, the control mode of the vehicle may be determined to be the welcome mode based on, for example, a distance information determined by the keyless entry system (the electronic key corresponding to the vehicle is within a 5-meter radius around the vehicle) or the location information (for example, using the electronic key or an image recognition sensor to identify the driver of the vehicle within a 10-meter radius around the vehicle, or using the image recognition sensor to identify a welcome passenger within a 10-meter radius around the vehicle) of the welcomed object (such as the driver or the passenger) . In this way, there are multiple options when there is a need to enter the welcome mode. It may be determined whether to enter the welcome mode based on the selection of the vehicle user, or based on an objective physical parameter (such as the distance or relative position between the welcomed object and the vehicle) .

[0045] Furthermore, the dimming film and the light-emitting structure are disposed on at least two vehicle glasses of the vehicle. When entering the welcome mode, the light-emitting structure on the vehicle glass corresponding to the user's location among the at least two vehicle glasses is controlled to emit light. Correspondingly, the light transmittance of the dimming film on this vehicle glass may also be increased to the first light transmittance. At this time, for example, the user location information may be obtained based on a vehicle unlocking command (for example, it may be obtained by an electronic key sensing unit) . The sending location information of the vehicle unlocking command is the user location information. Then, the light-emitting structure of the vehicle glass corresponding to the user’s location may be controlled to emit light based on the user location information. For example, when the user location information indicates that the user is in front of the vehicle, the light-emitting structure of the front windshield of the vehicle may be controlled to emit light. When the user location information indicates that the user is located behind the vehicle, the light-emitting structure of the rear windshield of the vehicle may be controlled to emit light. When the user location information indicates that the user is on the left side of the vehicle, the light-emitting structure of the door glass on the left side of the vehicle may be controlled to emit light. When the user location information indicates that the user is on the right side of the vehicle, the light-emitting structure of the door glass on the right side of the vehicle may be controlled to emit light. Further, for example, when it is determined that the user is located closer to the side window glass next to the driver's seat based on the user location information, the light-emitting structure on the front door glass on the left side of the vehicle may be controlled to emit light; when it is determined that the user is located closer to the left rear side window glass based on the user location information, the light-emitting structure on the rear door glass on the left side of the vehicle may be controlled to emit light; when it is determined that the user is located closer to the side window glass next to the front passenger seat based on the user location information, the light-emitting structure on the front door glass on the right side of the vehicle may be controlled to emit light; when it is determined that the user is located closer to the right rear side window glass based on the user location information, the light-emitting structure on the rear door glass on the right side of the vehicle may be controlled to emit light. Certainly, it is also possible to control the light-emitting structures of two, three, or more vehicle glasses closer to the user to emit light. In some embodiments, the vehicle does not receive the vehicle unlocking command, and the vehicle may communicate in real-time with the electronic key to obtain the user location information and control the light-emitting structure of the vehicle glass corresponding to the user's location to emit light based on the user location information.

[0046] Herein, the user location information mentioned above may also be obtained through other means. For example, in some embodiments, the user location information outside the vehicle (i.e. the distance information between the user and the vehicle and the user’s orientation information relative to the vehicle) may be obtained via a user location detection unit disposed on the vehicle (such as an ultrasonic detection unit or an electromagnetic wave detection unit (such as Bluetooth, WIFI, or RFID) ) . The user location detection unit of the vehicle is used to communicate with a mobile electronic device carried by the user. The user location detection unit performs positioning calculations based on signals received from the mobile electronic device to obtain the user location information. In some examples, the user location detection unit may include at least two sensors (afirst sensor and a second sensor) disposed at different positions of the vehicle. The mobile electronic device may be equipped with a third sensor correspondingly. When the mobile electronic device (such as the electronic key or the mobile phone) carried by the user enters a preset range (such as within ten meters) of the vehicle, the user location detection unit is triggered to enter a working state. The first sensor and the second sensor respectively send and receive signals with the third sensor. The user location detection unit performs positioning calculations based on the signals received from the mobile electronic device (signal parameters include, for example, signal strength, time difference of signal arrival, and / or signal phase difference) to obtain the user location information. Preferably, the first sensor and the second sensor of the user location detection unit are respectively disposed on different doors of the vehicle. Certainly, technicians in the art should understand that such a user location detection unit may also be disposed at other positions, as long as the user location information can be measured in these positions. In other embodiments, image recognition technology (which may utilize onboard cameras) may be used to identify users (such as the driver or the passenger) and determine the user location information. For example, a user’s configuration data may be obtained from the Internet or other sources, or the user’s configuration data may also be pre-stored on the vehicle. The user within a preset range can be identified and the user location information can be determined based on these configuration data. For example, the depth of field of a target user in the image may be determined using known image recognition technology, and then the relative position between the user and the vehicle may be determined to determine the user location information.

[0047] By controlling the light-emitting structure only on the vehicle glass corresponding to the user’s location to emit light, it not only indicates the vehicle’s position to the user but also has an energy-saving effect at the same time. The welcome mode is particularly suitable for an application scenario such as an application scenario where the vehicle is located in a dimly lit parking lot, making it easy for users to quickly find the target vehicle, saving time, meeting user’s personalized needs, and improving user experience.

[0048] In an optional implementation according to the present disclosure, when the control mode is determined to be the in-vehicle entertainment mode, relationally controlling the light transmittance of the dimming film and the light-emitting state of the light-emitting structure according to the control mode includes: decreasing the light transmittance of the dimming film to a second light transmittance; and decreasing the brightness of the light-emitting structure to a first brightness or turning off the light-emitting structure. For example, when people in the vehicle need to entertain themselves by watching movies or other activities, the control mode is determined to be the in-vehicle entertainment mode based on the selection by a person in the vehicle via the vehicle-machine interaction interface or the recognition of the image acquisition device such as an onboard camera. For example, the onboard camera set at the sunroof position or other positions of the vehicle may monitor the activities of people in the vehicle. When it is recognized that people in the vehicle are watching videos, for example, the main controller of the vehicle may be requested to set the control mode as the in-vehicle entertainment mode. Correspondingly, the light transmittance of the dimming film may be lowered to the second light transmittance, such as 30%, in order to reduce the adverse effect of light outside the vehicle on the display effect of the display screen inside the vehicle. Besides, the brightness of the light-emitting structure may be reduced to the first brightness (such as 20 nits) or the light-emitting structure may be directly turned off. Herein, the second transmittance may be related to the brightness of the ambient light outside the vehicle. If the brightness of the ambient light outside the vehicle is higher, the second transmittance needs to be set smaller accordingly to reduce the adverse effect of the ambient light outside the vehicle on the display effect of the display screen after passing through the dimming film.

[0049] Optionally, in an implementation according to the present disclosure, determining the control mode associated with the dimming film and the light-emitting structure includes: determining the control mode of the vehicle to be the in-vehicle entertainment mode through a selection via an electronic device in communication with the vehicle, a selection by a person in the vehicle via a vehicle-machine interaction interface, or an acquired interior image of the vehicle. That is to say, the vehicle can, for example, receive a control instruction of entering the in-vehicle entertainment mode from the electronic device (such as a smartphone or a tablet computer) that is in communication with the vehicle (for example, through specific software customized by the vehicle manufacturer) , so that the vehicle enters the in-vehicle entertainment mode. Alternatively, the vehicle can also determine its control mode to be the in-vehicle entertainment mode, for example, based on the selection by a person in the vehicle via the vehicle-machine interaction interface (for example, via the central control screen) .

[0050] Optionally, in an implementation according to the present disclosure, determining the control mode associated with the dimming film and the light-emitting structure includes: determining the control mode to be the privacy mode when the light-emitting structure is turned on; and relationally controlling the light transmittance of the dimming film and the light-emitting state of the light-emitting structure according to the control mode includes: decreasing the light transmittance of the dimming film to a third light transmittance (for example, 15%) . Optionally, in an implementation according to the present disclosure, decreasing the light transmittance of the dimming film to the third light transmittance includes: decreasing the light transmittance of the dimming film to a lowest light transmittance (for example, 1%) . Besides, in an optional implementation according to the present disclosure, when the privacy mode is turned off, the method further includes: increasing the light transmittance of the dimming film to a fourth light transmittance.

[0051] Optionally, in an implementation according to the present disclosure, when the control mode is determined to be the outdoor entertainment mode, relationally controlling the light transmittance of the dimming film and the light-emitting state of the light-emitting structure according to the control mode includes: increasing the light transmittance of the dimming film to a sixth light transmittance; and increasing the brightness of the light-emitting structure to a third brightness. Herein, the outdoor entertainment mode includes for example, a camping mode. During camping, for example, the brightness of the light-emitting structure may be set to 180 nits and the light transmittance of the dimming film may be set to 80%, to achieve the lighting effect desired for camping. Optionally, in an implementation according to the present disclosure, when the control mode is determined to be an outdoor illumination mode, step 220, i.e., relationally controlling the light transmittance of the dimming film and the light-emitting state of the light-emitting structure according to the control mode for example may include: increasing the light transmittance of the dimming film to a fifth light transmittance; and increasing the brightness of the light-emitting structure to a second brightness. In this way, when the outdoor illumination mode needs to be activated such as in a condition that the outdoor ambient light is dimly lit and the vehicle may be required to illuminate the outdoors, it is necessary to meet the user’s needs by increasing the light transmittance of the dimming film and at the same time increasing the brightness of the light-emitting structure, so as to achieve the purpose of illumination in the outdoor illumination mode and thereby improve user experience of the vehicle user. For example, when the owner of the vehicle engages in outdoor activities and the brightness of ambient light is low, it is necessary to use the vehicle to illuminate the outside. Correspondingly, the light-emitting structure on the vehicle window glass can be used to emit light to illuminate the outside of the vehicle. In order to achieve a better lighting effect, the light transmittance of the dimming film is increased correspondingly, so that most of the light emitted by the light-emitting structure can be transmitted to the outside to meet the lighting needs outside the vehicle. Considering that the human eye has different illumination requirements for object visibility under different ambient light conditions, that is, to achieve the same illumination requirement under darker ambient light, the brightness requirement for the illuminating light is relatively lower. Therefore, the brightness of the light-emitting structure may also be determined dynamically based on the brightness of the ambient light. For example, when it is at dusk, there is still some light outside the vehicle, and the brightness of the light-emitting structure needs to reach a certain level, such as 800 nits. However, when it is at a dark night, the brightness of the light-emitting structure may meet the illumination requirement as long as it reaches 160 nits. In order to achieve the illumination effect outside the vehicle, the light transmittance of the dimming film may be for example adjusted to the highest or to a relatively high value, such as 70%.

[0052] Optionally, in an implementation according to the present disclosure, determining the control mode associated with the dimming film and the light-emitting structure includes: determining the control mode of the vehicle to be the outdoor entertainment mode through a selection or a predetermined configuration via the electronic device in communication with the vehicle (for example, by using specific software customized by the vehicle manufacturer via the device such as the smartphone or tablet computer) or through a selection or a predetermined configuration via the vehicle-machine interaction interface (such as the central control screen) by a user of the vehicle; and / or determining the control mode of the vehicle to be the outdoor illumination mode through a selection via the electronic device in communication with the vehicle (for example, by using specific software customized by the vehicle manufacturer via the device such as the smartphone or tablet computer) or through a selection via the vehicle-machine interaction interface (such as the central control screen) by the user of the vehicle. That is to say, the user of the vehicle may select the outdoor illumination mode or outdoor entertainment mode, for example, via the electronic device (such as a smartphone or a tablet computer) that is in communication with the vehicle, or via the vehicle-machine interaction interface such as the central control screen, thereby accordingly causing the vehicle to enter the outdoor illumination mode or outdoor entertainment mode. Besides, the user of the vehicle may also determine the control mode of the vehicle to be the outdoor entertainment mode through the predetermined configuration via the electronic device mentioned above or through the predetermined configuration via the vehicle-machine interaction interface directly. For example, the user of the vehicle such as the vehicle owner sets a schedule on his / her personal device (e.g. a smart device such as a smartphone, PAD, or personal computer) , and the schedule includes for example a camping plan (i.e., the predetermined configuration of the user of the vehicle via the electronic device) . The schedule may be synchronized to the vehicle’s schedule through the Internet or communication protocol such as Bluetooth, Kleer or ZigBee, i.e., the vehicle’s schedule is synchronized with the camping plan via the electronic device in communication with the vehicle. Certainly, the user of the vehicle may also, e.g. directly configure the vehicle’s schedule via the vehicle-machine interaction interface, e.g. configuring a camping plan with a specific time in the vehicle’s schedule (i.e., the predetermined configuration via the vehicle-machine interaction interface by the user of the vehicle) . Then, when it comes to the predetermined time, the control mode of the vehicle can be determined to be the outdoor entertainment mode and the light transmittance of the dimming film and the light-emitting state of the light-emitting structure can be relationally controlled correspondingly. In this way, there are multiple options when there is a need to enter the outdoor illumination mode or outdoor entertainment mode. It may be determined whether to enter the outdoor illumination mode or outdoor entertainment mode based on the vehicle user's selection or predetermined configuration via the vehicle-machine interaction interface, or based on the selection or predetermined configuration via the electronic device in communication with the vehicle.

[0053] Optionally, the dimming film and the light-emitting structure are disposed on at least two vehicle glasses of the vehicle, and when the control mode is determined to be the outdoor entertainment mode, the method further includes: configuring corresponding light-emitting modes for the light-emitting structures on the at least two vehicle glasses respectively. In optional embodiments, the light-emitting mode includes a light-emitting brightness, a light-emitting color, a light-emitting pattern, and / or a light-emitting type. Herein, the light-emitting type includes a variable related to the light-emitting form, such as the light-emitting structure being constantly on, the light-emitting structure flickering, or the light-emitting structure varying in brightness. In the case where the light-emitting structure flickers or the light-emitting structure varies in brightness, its flickering frequency or brightness variation frequency may also be included in the light-emitting type. In addition, the lighting effect can be enhanced by further setting the color, quantity, and / or distribution of the light-emitting structure, for example, at least one illumination effect of monochromatic illumination, multi-color illumination, continuous illumination, dynamic flickering illumination, flowing light illumination, and breathing light illumination. In this way, by enabling the light-emitting structure to emit, for example, flickering light, it is possible to meet the need for creating an outdoor atmosphere, for example, by emitting flickering light associated with music rhythms to coordinate with music, thereby further optimizing the user experience. For example, when the music played outside the vehicle is relatively soothing (such as classical music) , the flickering frequency can be relatively low; while when the music played outside the vehicle is hip-hop music, the flickering frequency can be relatively high. In further optional embodiments, for technical solutions with light-emitting structures on at least two vehicle glasses, the method may further include: configuring different light-emitting modes for the light-emitting structures on the at least two vehicle glasses, wherein the different light-emitting modes cooperate with each other. In this way, it enables the light-emitting structures disposed at different positions cooperate with each other when emitting light, such as emitting light sequentially, emitting light of different colors or different brightness to cooperate with each other, to overall achieve the lighting effect desired for users.

[0054] In an embodiment according to the present disclosure, the light-emitting structure includes a passive light-emitting structure and an active light-emitting structure. Herein, the vehicle glass may for example be disposed with an autonomous display functional layer for active display, so as to display the determined content in an active light emitting manner. The autonomous display functional layer may be, for example, a flexible OLED display or a Micro LED display, which may be laminated between glasses or attached to the surface of glasses. Alternatively or additionally, the vehicle glass may for example be disposed with a projection display functional layer (such as a projection film or a projection coating) , so as to receive the projection from a projector and in turn emit light.

[0055] Besides, a second aspect of the present disclosure relates to an apparatus 300 for controlling a vehicle. The apparatus 300 comprises a memory 320 and a processor 310, the memory 320 has computer-readable instructions stored therein that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor 310 to implement the method 200 for controlling the vehicle according to the first aspect of the present disclosure.

[0056] Moreover, a third aspect of the present disclosure relates to a vehicle glass. The vehicle glass includes a glass substrate; a dimming film disposed on the glass substrate; a light-emitting structure disposed on the glass substrate; and a controller configured to implement the method for controlling the vehicle according to the first aspect of the present disclosure, to relationally control the light transmittance of the dimming film and the light-emitting state of the light-emitting structure. Specifically, the vehicle glass herein has an independent controller, so the vehicle glass according to the present disclosure can relationally control the dimming film and the light-emitting structure on the vehicle glass based on the obtained control parameters, i.e., the vehicle glass according to the present disclosure can implement the method for controlling the vehicle according to the present disclosure independently.

[0088] In summary, according to the method for controlling the vehicle proposed in the present disclosure, the light transmittance of the dimming film and the brightness of the light-emitting structure are relationally controlled according to the determined control mode, so as to meet the needs of different users or application scenarios, maximizing the use of the dimming film and light-emitting structure disposed on the glass of the vehicle in order to optimize the user experience.

[0089] Although it is described above that the various example embodiments of the present disclosure can be implemented in hardware or a dedicated circuit, the above-mentioned apparatus for controlling the vehicle can be implemented in the form of hardware or software, because: in the 1990s, a technological improvement can easily be determined to belong to the improvement of the hardware (for example, the improvement of the circuit structure of diodes, transistors, switches, etc. ) or the improvement of software (for example, the improvement of method flow) . However, with the continuous development of technology, the improvement of many method processes nowadays can almost be implemented by programming the improved method process into the hardware circuit, in other words, the corresponding hardware circuit structure can be obtained by programming different programs of the hardware circuit, the change of the hardware circuit structure is implemented, that is, the improvement of such a method flow can also be regarded as a direct improvement of the hardware circuit structure. Therefore, it cannot be considered that the improvement of a method flow cannot be implemented by hardware entity modules. For example, a programmable logic device (PLD) (such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) ) is an integrated circuit whose logic function is determined by the user's programming of the device. It is programmed by the designer to "integrate" a digital system on a programmable logic device without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and manufacture a dedicated integrated circuit chip Moreover, instead of manually making integrated circuit chips, this kind of programming is mostly implemented using "logic compiler" software, which is similar to the software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code must also be written in a specific programming language before compiling, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL) . HDL is not only one language, but there are many languages, such as ABEL (Advanced Boolean Expression Language) , AHDL (Altera Hardware Description Language) , Confluence, CUPL (Cornell University Programming Language) , HDCal, JHDL (Java Hardware Description Language) , Lava, Lola, MyHDL, PALASM, RHDL (Ruby Hardware Description Language) . Currently the most commonly used is VHDL (Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language) and Verilog. It should also be clear to those skilled in the art that the method flow needs to be logic programmed using the above-mentioned hardware description languages into an integrated circuit, which can easily obtain the hardware circuit that implements the logic method flow.

[0090] The computer readable program instructions or computer program products used to execute various aspects of the disclosure of the present disclosure can also be stored in the cloud. When needed, the user can access the computer-readable program instructions used to execute one aspect of the disclosure of the present disclosure through the mobile Internet, the fixed network or other networks, so as to implement the technical solutions disclosed in each aspect of the disclosure of the present disclosure.

[0091] The foregoing descriptions are only alternative embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not used to limit the embodiments of the present disclosure. For those skilled in the art, the embodiments of the present disclosure may have various modifications and changes. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the embodiments of the present disclosure should be included in the protection scope of the embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0092] Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have been described with reference to several specific embodiments, it should be understood that the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited to the disclosed specific embodiments. The embodiments of the present disclosure are intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements within the spirit and scope of the appended claims. The scope of the claims accords with the broadest interpretation, so as to include all such modifications and equivalent structures and functions.
