[0001] The present invention relates to a combine harvester for harvesting planted cereal stalks.

[0002] A known combine harvester is disclosed in Patent Document 1. The combine harvester disclosed in Patent Document 1 includes a cutting unit that cuts culms planted in a field (planted culms) and a divider (grass dividing body) that divides the planted culms to the left and right. The cutting unit is provided with a dividing guide that guides the planted culms divided by the divider.

Claims

1. A combine harvester comprising: a traveling body; and a cutting section provided at the front of the traveling body for cutting planted culms, wherein the cutting section has a divider for dividing the base side portion of the planted culms, and a dividing guide for guiding the planted culms divided by the divider, and the dividing guide has an attachment section provided at one end of the dividing guide and attached to the divider, and a guide section extending from the attachment section, passing along the side of the divider, to a position above the divider.

2. A combine harvester according to claim 1, wherein the mounting portion is attached to a front portion of the divider, and the guide portion extends from the front portion of the divider, passing along the side of the divider, and above the divider.

3. A combine harvester according to claim 1, wherein the mounting portion is attached to the front end of the divider, and the guide portion extends from the front end of the divider, passing along the side of the divider, and above the divider.

4. The combine harvester according to claim 1, wherein the mounting portion is attached to the front of the divider from the side of the divider.

5. A combine harvester according to claim 1 or 4, wherein a through hole is formed in the front part of the divider, and the mounting part is formed in a V-shape and is engaged with the through hole.

6. A combine harvester as described in claim 1, wherein one end of the grass dividing guide is located below the upper surface of the divider.

A combine harvester as described in claim 1, which is provided with a raising device including a raising claw that raises the planted stalks divided by the divider, wherein a plurality of the raising devices are arranged side by side in the left-right direction, and a transport path through which the raised planted stalks pass is formed between one raising device and another raising device adjacent to each other in the left-right direction, and the other end of the grass dividing guide that divides the planted stalks toward the one raising device is positioned in a position that overlaps with the transport path when viewed from the front, but does not overlap with the movement trajectory of the tip of the raising claw of the other raising device.

8. A combine harvester as described in claim 1, which is provided with a lifting device including a lifting claw that lifts the planted stalks divided by the divider, the lifting device having a front surface that rises upward in a side view, and the other end of the grass dividing guide is positioned rearward in the fore-and-aft direction relative to the rear end of the divider and farther from the front surface than the rear end of the divider.

9. A combine harvester as described in claim 1, which is provided with a raising device including raising claws that raise the planted stalks divided by the divider, wherein a plurality of the raising devices are arranged side by side in the left-right direction, and a transport path along which the raised planted stalks pass is formed between adjacent raising devices in the left-right direction, and the guide portion of the dividing guide that divides the planted stalks toward the one raising device extends upward from the mounting portion and diagonally upward toward the transport path when viewed from the front.

10. A combine harvester as described in claim 1, wherein the guide portion has a first portion located on one end side of the grass dividing guide, a second portion located on the other end side of the grass dividing guide, and a bending portion provided between the first portion and the second portion, and when viewed from the front, the angle of inclination of the second portion relative to the vertical direction is smaller than the angle of inclination of the first portion relative to the vertical direction.

A combine harvester as described in claim 1, wherein the guide portion has a first portion located on one end side of the grass dividing guide, a second portion located on the other end side of the grass dividing guide, and a bending portion provided between the first portion and the second portion, and when viewed from above, the inclination angle of the second portion relative to the fore-and-aft direction is smaller than the inclination angle of the first portion relative to the fore-and-aft direction.

12. A combine harvester according to claim 10 or 11, wherein the first portion extends along a side of the divider.

13. The combine harvester according to claim 1, wherein the grass dividing guide is fixed only to the divider.

14. A combine harvester as described in claim 1 or 13, comprising: a fixing device for fixing the grass dividing guide to the divider; and a grass dividing rod attached to the divider and extending toward the running body below the grass dividing guide, wherein the fixing device is arranged between the grass dividing guide and the grass dividing rod when viewed from the front.

15. A combine harvester as described in claim 1, comprising a cabin mounted on the running body, the cabin being positioned offset to either the left or right from the widthwise center of the running body, the dividers being provided at intervals in the left and right direction, and the grass dividing guide including a first grass dividing guide attached to a first divider that is located furthest to one side of the plurality of dividers.

16. A combine harvester as described in claim 15, wherein the first grass dividing guide is positioned so that its left-right position does not exceed the end of the one side of the first divider.

17. A combine harvester as described in claim 15, wherein the cutting section is provided with a side cover attached to said one side, and the first grass guide is positioned so that its left-right position does not exceed the end of said one side of the side cover.

18. A combine harvester as described in claim 15, wherein the first divider guide intersects with another divider guide arranged on another divider different from the first divider in a side view.

19. A combine harvester as described in claim 1, which is provided with a grass dividing rod attached to the divider and extending toward the traveling body below the grass dividing guide, one end of the grass dividing guide being located forward and below the grass dividing rod and the other end being located rearward and above the grass dividing rod.

20. A combine harvester as described in claim 1, further comprising a grass dividing rod attached to the divider and extending toward the traveling body below the grass dividing guide, the grass dividing guide being positioned so as to pass between the divider and the grass dividing rod when viewed from the front.

21. A combine harvester as described in claim 1, which is provided with an adjustment mechanism capable of adjusting the position of the divider, and the grass dividing guide moves together with the divider as the position of the divider is adjusted by the adjustment mechanism.
