The server (3) is configured to use an artificial intelligence model that uses natural language, image and voice processing in order to ensure that all customer interactions carried out on the application (2) are in compliance with the banking and financial regulations of the respective country. The server (3) is configured to enable the application (2) to direct the customer to the augmented reality or virtual universe platforms according to the communication mode selected by the customer after the authentication, and the relevant interaction to be audited for compliance with the banking and financial regulations of the respective country by continuously monitoring it. The server (3) is configured to enable the seamless integration of mobile communications with augmented reality and virtual universe technologies. The server (3) is configured to ensure the security of customer communications in the financial sector. Claims

CLAIMS1. A system (1) which enables customers to establish communication with each other and with dynamic artificial intelligence models by using advanced data analytics and machine learning through the seamless integration of mobile applications, augmented reality (AR) and virtual universe (Metaverse) branches in order to provide a collaboration-based and intuitive platform for customers seeking advice or discussion regarding stock purchases or other financial matters; comprising at least one application (2) which is configured to enable customers to carry out banking transactions; and characterized by at least one application (2) which is configured to enable customers to establish communication with their acquaintances or consultants through an interface by means of any communication method; and at least one server (3) which is configured to detect and list the customers who financially interact the most; to perform fraud detection analysis; to authenticate customer identity with unique QR codes and two-factor authentication; to visualize financial data through AR and metaverse by using artificial intelligence; to audit whether interactions are in compliance with the regulations and to enable them to be shared with customers through the application (2).
