Abstract
Description
Stand for tester
[0001] The present invention relates to a stand, and more particularly, to a stand for a tester that allows a user to easily inject a liquid substance sample into a chamber by placing a tester and a chamber thereon, and to insert a chamber into which a liquid substance sample has been injected into a tester.
[0002] First, the term "liquid substance" in the following is defined to include all types of bodily fluids contained in the human body, such as saliva, blood, semen, sweat, urine, and tears, and more broadly to include various types of similar liquid substances, including organic and inorganic compounds used in scientific research, such as medicine, bio, water quality, and the environment.
[0003] Liquid substance testing devices (hereinafter referred to as "testers") for testing liquid substances are generally developed and provided. Among these conventional testers, there is a tester that receives a liquid substance sample using a chamber that holds the liquid substance sample, as described in Patent Nos. 10-2288223 and 10-2333043. Here, the "chamber" refers to all types of devices that hold the liquid substance sample and are inserted into the tester to supply the liquid substance sample.
[0004] The typical method of utilizing a chamber in this tester involves the user placing the chamber on a table or desk, then using a liquid sample supply device to supply a liquid sample into the chamber. Because the chamber is approximately 1 mm thick, the user holds it in their hand and supplies the liquid sample.
[0005] The user then places the tester back on a desk or table, holds it, or catches it in mid-air, and inserts the chamber containing the fluid sample into the tester.
[0006] However, during this process, the user has to hold the chamber or tester with his / her hand and then perform the work, which causes the user to feel uncomfortable, and in some cases, accidents occur where the chamber or tester is damaged due to mistakes such as missing the chamber or dropping the tester.
[0007] In addition, the tester using the chamber has the user observe the liquid substance sample contained in the tester through the camera lens of the mobile phone when the liquid substance sample is contained in the tester, but it was inconvenient to observe the liquid substance sample by holding the mobile phone close to the tester in the air or on a table.
[0008] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tester holder that allows a user to easily place a liquid substance sample in a chamber and easily insert the chamber into a tester.
[0009] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a stand for a tester that allows a user to observe a liquid substance sample inside a tester through a lens of a mobile phone without holding the mobile phone or the tester.
[0010] According to an embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above object, a tester stand may include a body having a set height and having a chamber working area and a device working area each formed in a groove shape engraved on the upper surface; a chamber placing portion formed to protrude from the bottom surface of the chamber working area and in which a chamber is placed; a device placing portion having a engraved device insertion groove formed on the bottom surface of the device working area so that a part of the tester is placed thereon, and having a downward fastening insertion groove on the bottom surface of the device insertion groove; and a height adjusting portion fitted into the fastening insertion groove so that a support plate is positioned on the bottom surface of the device insertion groove, and when an external force is applied, the support plate descends and comes into close contact with the bottom surface, and when the external force is removed, the support plate rises and returns to its initial position.
[0011] A non-slip pad portion may be formed on the upper surface of the above body to prevent the placed mobile phone from slipping.
[0012] The height adjustment unit may include a support plate positioned on the bottom surface of the device insertion groove and supporting the inserted tester in close contact; a fastening rod protruding downward from the lower surface of the support plate and inserted into the fastening insertion groove; a plurality of rising restraining legs protruding downward from the lower surface of the support plate, penetrating the bottom surface of the device settling portion, and having a catch formed at the end thereof so that the support plate is caught on the bottom of the device settling portion when raised; and an elastic body fitted to the fastening rod and inserted into the fastening insertion groove, contracting and having elasticity when an external force is applied, and raising the support plate with the elasticity when the external force is removed.
[0013] The height adjustment part may further include a fixing plate that is formed by protruding vertically from the edge of the support plate and contacts the side of the tester positioned on the support plate to fix the tester.
[0014] The chamber mounting portion may include a chamber mounting area that is formed by protruding from the bottom surface of the chamber working area and has the same shape as the outer shape of the chamber; and a fixing frame formed by protruding at a set height along the edge of the chamber mounting area.
[0015] The chamber mounting portion may further include a groove formed in the chamber mounting area and a fitting groove into which a protrusion formed on the back surface of the chamber is fitted.
[0016] The above chamber mounting area may be coated with a first color other than white, or a tape or film having the first color may be attached thereto.
[0017] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention has the advantage of allowing a user to easily place a liquid substance sample in a chamber and easily insert the chamber into a tester.
[0018] In addition, the present invention has the advantage of allowing the user to observe a liquid substance sample within a tester through the lens of a mobile phone without holding the mobile phone or the tester.

[0034] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings.
[0035] FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a tester stand according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view of a tester stand according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the height difference between a chamber area and a tester area in a tester stand according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0036] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a test stand (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a body (110), a chamber mounting portion (120), a device mounting portion (130), and a height adjustment portion (140).
[0037] The body (110) is manufactured to be horizontal when placed on the ground or a flat object (i.e., a desk, table, etc.), and is manufactured to have a set thickness (i.e., height) for a space in which the tester can be installed and moved vertically. The set thickness may be manufactured to a length that prevents a part of the height adjustment part (140) from touching the ground or object on which the stand (100) is placed when the height adjustment part (140) is lowered vertically, or may be manufactured to a length that prevents a cup (30, see FIG. 6) mounted on the back from touching the ground or object when the cup (40) mounted on the back is mounted.
[0038] The body (110) may be manufactured in the shape of a hexahedron considering that the mobile phone is placed on the upper surface of the body (110), but is not limited thereto. In order to position the mobile phone (400, see FIGS. 9 and 10) parallel to the installed tester on the upper surface of the body (110), a mobile phone mounting area (30) is formed on the upper surface that comes into contact with the mobile phone, and the mobile phone mounting area (30) is manufactured flat.
[0039] On the upper surface of the body (110), a chamber work area (10) for installing a chamber (200, see FIG. 7) by a user and for injecting a liquid material sample into the chamber, and a device work area (20) for installing a tester (300, see FIG. 7) and for inserting the chamber (200) into the tester (300) can be formed.
[0040] The chamber working area (10) is formed as an intaglio on the upper surface of the body (110) and includes an area where a chamber mounting portion (120) is formed. The chamber working area (10) is manufactured to have a larger area than the chamber mounting portion (120) to facilitate the user's task of placing the chamber (200) by hand or holding the chamber (200) and injecting a liquid material sample into the chamber (200).
[0041] The chamber working area (10) may be formed in the form of a groove so as to be positioned lower than the mobile phone mounting area (30). At this time, the groove may have a depth of L1. In addition, at least one inner side of the chamber working area (10) may be opened to the outside so that the user's hand can freely move to the chamber mounting portion (120). At this time, the inner side of the opened chamber working area (10) may include one of the two longitudinal side surfaces of the body (110).
[0042] The device working area (20) is formed as an intaglio on the upper surface of the body (110) and includes an area where the device mounting portion (130) is formed. The area is manufactured to be larger than the device mounting portion (130) to facilitate the user's task of mounting the tester (300) by hand or holding the tester (300) and inserting the chamber (200).
[0043] The device working area (20) may be formed in the form of a groove so as to be lower than the mobile phone mounting area (30). At this time, the depth of the groove may have a length L2 that is longer than the length L1, considering that the thickness of the tester (300) is thicker than the thickness of the chamber (200). Of course, depending on the case, L1 may be the same length as L2 or longer than L2.
[0044] And, the device working area (20) may have at least one inner side open to the outside so that the user's hand can freely move to the chamber mounting portion (120) and insert the chamber (200) into the insertion port (320, see FIG. 7) of the tester (300). At this time, the inner side of the opened device working area (20) may include one of the two longitudinal sides of the body (110), and may further include one longitudinal side closer to the device working area (20) or the other of the two longitudinal sides of the body (110).
[0045] On the upper surface of the body (110), a number '2' may be formed inside or near the chamber work area (10), and a number '3' may be formed inside or near the device work area (20). The numbers '2' and '3' indicate the work order, and the number '1' may be formed on the cup (40) as illustrated in FIG. 6.
[0046] Meanwhile, a non-slip pad portion (150) may be formed on the body (110) to prevent the mobile phone (400) from slipping when the mobile phone (400) is placed on it. Referring to FIG. 5, the non-slip pad portion (150) may include a non-slip pad (151) and a pad groove (152) to which the non-slip pad (151) is mounted or attached. In addition, a leg-shaped support portion (111) protruding downward from each corner of the back surface may be formed on the body (110).
[0047] A chamber mounting portion (120) is formed within the chamber working area (10), and a chamber (200) is mounted therein. This chamber mounting portion (120) may include a chamber mounting area (121), a fixing frame (122), and a fitting groove (123).
[0048] The chamber mounting area (121) may be manufactured in the same shape as the outer shape of the chamber (200), but may be manufactured in the same shape as the outer shape of the portion in which the liquid material sample is contained in the chamber (200). In each drawing of the present invention, an example in which the chamber mounting area (121) is manufactured in the shape of the outer shape of the remaining portion of the chamber (200) excluding a portion of the handle portion is shown.
[0049] The chamber mounting area (121) may be formed by protruding from the bottom surface of the chamber working area (10). At this time, the maximum protruding position may be the same as or lower than the position of the mobile phone mounting area (30). The entire chamber mounting area (121) may be coated with a first color other than white, or a tape or film having the first color may be attached. The reason for applying the first color to the chamber mounting area (121) is that when the color of the body (110) is white, the chamber (200) may not be easily identified because the chamber (200) has a transparent color.
[0050] The fixed frame (122) is formed to protrude at a set height along the edge of the chamber mounting area (121) in order to fix the chamber (200) placed in the chamber mounting area (121). At this time, the fixed frame (122) may not be formed on at least one of the two longitudinal sides of the chamber mounting area (121) so that the chamber (200) can be easily placed in the chamber mounting area (121). Of course, the fixed frame (122) may intermittently protrude along the edge of the chamber mounting area (121) so that a space is formed between adjacent protruding portions.
[0051] The fitting groove (123) is a groove formed corresponding to the protrusion (210) formed on the back surface of the chamber (200), and allows the user to confirm that the chamber (200) is completely placed in the chamber placement area (121) by fitting into the protrusion (210) formed on the back surface of the chamber (200), and fixes the chamber (200) to the chamber placement area (121). The fitting groove (123) may be omitted in some cases.
[0052] The device mounting portion (130) is formed within the device working area (20) and is manufactured so that the tester (300) and the height adjustment portion (140) are mounted thereon. At this time, the device mounting portion (130) may be manufactured so that the tester (300) can be inserted and removed, or so that the tester (300) is fixed integrally.
[0053] This device mounting portion (130) may include a device insertion groove (131), a fastening insertion groove (132), and a leg hole (133).
[0054] The device insertion groove (131) is a groove into which a part of the tester (300) is inserted and fixed or fixed as an integral part, and is manufactured in the same shape as the outer shape of the tester (300).
[0055] And the device insertion groove (131) can be manufactured to a depth such that the insertion port (320) of the inserted or integrated tester (300) is exposed to the outside, and the back surface of the inserted tester (300), that is, the surface where the lens part (310, see FIG. 7) is formed, can be positioned up to the position of the mobile phone mounting area (30) or higher by a set length than the position of the mobile phone mounting area (30). In the present invention, the shape of the device insertion groove (131) is illustrated as a circular groove by taking a circular tester (300) as an example.
[0056] The fastening insertion groove (132) is formed so that the height adjustment part (140) can be inserted and fixed into the device insertion groove (131), and is a groove formed by protruding from a portion of the inner bottom surface of the device insertion groove (131) toward the back surface (lower side) of the body (110). The fastening rod (143) of the height adjustment part (140) can be inserted into the fastening insertion groove (132). The leg hole (133) is a hole into which a plurality of lifting legs (144) formed in the height adjustment part (140) are inserted, and can be formed on the bottom surface of the device insertion groove (131).
[0057] The height adjustment unit (140) supports the tester (300) inserted into the device insertion groove (131). The height adjustment unit (140) can be lowered toward the lower side of the body (110) by the pressing force of the mobile phone (400) when the mobile phone (400) is placed in the mobile phone mounting area (30). If the mobile phone (400) is placed but the pressing force of the mobile phone (400) is not applied, the height adjustment unit (140) may not be lowered.
[0058] Meanwhile, a plurality of opposing fitting plates (161 or 162) may be formed on the back surface of the body (110). The plurality of fitting plates (161) allow the cup (40) to be fitted. When the lower part of the cup (40) is fitted, the gap between the opposing fitting plates can be narrowed to fit the diameter of the lower part of the cup, and when the upper part of the cup (40) is fitted, the gap between the opposing fitting plates can be widened to fit the diameter of the upper part of the cup.
[0059] The height adjustment unit (140) will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the height adjustment unit in a tester stand according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the height adjustment unit mounted on a tester stand according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0060] The height adjustment unit (140) may include a support plate (141), a fixed plate (142), a fastening rod (143), a plurality of lifting restraining legs (144), and an elastic body (145).
[0061] The support plate (141) is manufactured in the shape of a plate and is positioned on the bottom surface of the device insertion groove (131). The support plate (141) is positioned spaced apart from the bottom surface in the initial position when the tester (300) is not inserted, and when the tester (300) is pressed by the mobile phone (400), it descends to the bottom surface and comes into close contact with the bottom surface. Thereafter, when the mobile phone (400) is removed from the stand (100), the support plate (141) returns to the initial position by the elastic body (145).
[0062] When the tester (300) is placed in the device mounting portion (130), the tester (300) is positioned at the top. The support plate (141) may be circular overall, but can be manufactured in various shapes that can be inserted into the device insertion groove (131).
[0063] The fixing plate (142) is formed by protruding vertically from the edge of the support plate (141) and is in contact with the side of the tester (300) positioned on the support plate (141) to fix the tester (300). Meanwhile, if the device insertion groove (131) is manufactured to fix the inserted tester (300), the fixing plate (142) can be omitted.
[0064] The fastening rod (143) protrudes downward from the lower surface (back surface) of the support plate (141), has a shape corresponding to the shape of the fastening insertion groove (132), and is inserted into the fastening insertion groove (132). For example, the fastening rod (143) may be in the shape of a rod or cylinder.
[0065] A plurality of rising restraint legs (144) protrude downward from the lower surface of the support plate (141) and are positioned to penetrate the leg holes (133) of the device mounting portion (130). A catch (144a) is formed at the end of the rising restraint legs (144), and the catch (144a) catches the leg holes (133) when the support plate (141) is raised by the elastic body (145), thereby preventing the support plate (141) from rising any further.
[0066] The elastic body (145) is fitted into the fastening rod (143) and inserted into the fastening insertion groove (132). When the pressing force of the mobile phone (400) is applied, it contracts and becomes elastic, and when the pressing force of the mobile phone (400) disappears, it raises the support plate (141) and the tester (300) with the elastic force. The elastic body (145) may be a spring, and may be manufactured in various forms other than a spring.
[0067] Fig. 6 is a perspective view showing a state in which a cup is mounted on the back surface of a test stand according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to Fig. 6, a state in which a cup (40) is fitted into a fitting plate (161, 162) formed on the back surface of a test stand (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
