Description

Funnel with flow control

[0001] The present invention relates to a funnel capable of controlling flow rate, and more specifically, to a funnel capable of controlling flow rate that allows a user to control the flow rate when transferring liquid to a separate storage container, and in particular, to a funnel capable of controlling flow rate that allows a nozzle portion to be fixed in a pressurized state so that the nozzle portion can be stably moved even when the liquid is contained in the main body portion.

[0002] In general, a funnel is a wide-top, narrow-bottom type, and is mainly used to transfer various liquids. That is, when injecting liquid using a funnel, when the inlet of the container in which the liquid is stored (hereinafter referred to as the storage container) and the inlet of the container in which the liquid is contained (hereinafter referred to as the target container) do not correspond appropriately to each other, making it difficult to inject the liquid, a funnel is used to easily inject the liquid without using a separate injector.

[0003]

[0004] When using these funnels alone, the user holds the funnel in the inlet of the target container with one hand, and holds the storage container with the other hand to pour the liquid into the funnel.

[0005]

[0006] Here, when the user tries to pour a small amount of liquid into the target container, it has been very inconvenient to hold the target container with only one hand, making it very difficult to get the desired amount.

[0007]

[0008] Also, even if two people work together, if the filling port of the storage container is wide, a large amount of liquid will pour into the funnel at once, making it difficult to get the desired amount.

[0009]

[0010] Also, when pouring liquid from the target container into the storage container, there was a problem that when the storage container was full of liquid, the liquid remaining on the funnel flowed down to the surrounding area.

[0011]

[0012] Due to these problems, the applicant of the present invention proposes a funnel for regulating or controlling the flow rate within the funnel, and the funnel capable of controlling the flow rate of Patent Document 1 is characterized by including a body (100) having a shape of a top and bottom, an insertion tube (200) that is connected to the lower part of the body (100) and inserted into a target container, and a handle (300) formed on the upper part of the body (100), a guide (400) formed on the upper part of the inlet of the insertion tube (200), and a flow rate control member (500) that controls the flow rate discharged to the insertion tube (200) while being raised and lowered along the guide (400), as shown in FIG.

[0013]

[0014] However, since the conventional funnel controls the flow rate discharged through the insertion tube by moving the flow control member up and down, there was a problem that foreign substances would get stuck in the flow control member after long-term use, requiring the entire funnel to be disassembled, cleaned, or washed, and then reassembled.

[0015]

[0016] Accordingly, the present applicant improved the above technology to invent a funnel that can control and regulate the flow rate of liquid and is easy to clean or wash.

[0017] Accordingly, the present invention has been proposed to improve such conventional problems, and the problem is to provide a new type of funnel capable of flow control, which allows a user to control the flow rate when transferring liquid to a separate storage container, and in particular, forms the flow control means so that the nozzle part can be fixed in a pressurized state so that the liquid can move stably even if the main body part contains the liquid.

[0124] The handle part (500) is composed of a lower handle (510) having an inner space (511) and one side of which is coupled to the outer surface of the body (320) of the lower body (300), and an upper handle (520) having an inner space (511), and the other side of which is rotatably coupled to the other side of the lower handle (510). At this time, it is preferable that the lower handle (510) and the upper handle (520) are coupled via a pin (530) when rotatably coupled.

[0125]

[0126] The lower handle (510) and the upper handle (520) are formed in a 'ㄷ' shape with the upper and lower parts open, and are positioned so that the open upper part of the lower handle (510) is covered by the open lower part of the upper handle (520), so that the upper handle (520) is rotatably connected to the other side of the lower handle (510).

[0127]

[0128] On the inner space (511) of the lower handle (510), partition walls (512) are formed spaced apart from each other to divide the inner space (511). At this time, an elastic spring, which is an elastic part (620) of the flow control means (600), may be positioned between the spaced partition walls (512).

[0129]

[0130] In addition, the lower handle (510) is configured such that a cut portion (513) is formed on the lower surface adjacent to the part where it is combined with the body (320) of the lower body (300), and the pressure port (610) of the flow control means (600) is configured to penetrate through the cut portion (513).

[0131]

[0132] The flow control means (600) is coupled to the handle part (500) and is for regulating and controlling the flow rate of liquid supplied through the supply pipe (430) of the supply member (400), and comprises an elastic part (620), a pressure member (610), and a compression member (630).

[0133]

[0134] The elastic member (620) is positioned between the lower handle (510) and the upper handle (520) and is made of either an elastic spring or a torsion spring.

[0135]

[0136] When the elastic part (620) is composed of an elastic spring, it is positioned between the spaced partitions (512) of the lower handle (510), and when the user presses the upper handle (520) around the lower handle (510), and when the user removes his / her hand from the upper handle (520), the elastic spring returns the upper handle (520) to its original position.

[0137]

[0138] And, when the elastic part (620) is composed of a torsion spring, the torsion spring is formed on a pin where the lower handle (510) and the upper handle (520) are pin-joined, so that the upper handle (520) is pressed around the lower handle (510) by the user, and when the user takes his / her hand off the upper handle (520), the torsion spring returns the upper handle (520) to its original position.

[0139]

[0140] Meanwhile, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the elastic part is configured as an elastic spring and is illustrated in the drawing.

[0141]

[0142] The pressure member (610) is rotatably connected to one side of the upper handle (520) so as to pressurize the supply pipe (430) of the supply member (400) by the operation of the upper handle (520) to adjust and control the flow rate. One side is rotatably connected to one side of the upper handle (520), and the other side is configured to penetrate the cutout (513) of the lower handle (510) and the through hole (322) of the body (320) of the lower body (300) so that the end is positioned inside the body (320) of the lower body (300).

[0143]

[0144] Meanwhile, as shown in Fig. 12, a rubber packing (611) is inserted into the pressure member (610), and the rubber packing (611) can be configured to be positioned on a through hole (322) formed in the body (320) of the lower body (300) so as to seal the interior of the lower body (300). At this time, an insertion hole (612) into which the pressure member (610) is inserted is formed on the rubber packing (611).

[0145]

[0146] The compression member (630) supports the supply member (400) when the pressure member (610) pressurizes the supply pipe (430) of the supply member (400) so that the supply member (400) can be compressed. It is coupled to the inside of the body (320) of the lower body (300) at a position opposite to the pressure member (610) with the supply pipe (430) of the supply member (400) as the center.

[0147]

[0148] A flow control means (600) having such a configuration can control and regulate the flow rate of liquid moving in the hollow space (410) of the supply pipe (430) by having the pressure member (610) pressurize the outside of the supply pipe (430) of the supply member (400) inside the body (320) of the lower body (300) by the operation of the upper handle (520), and by supporting and compressing the pressurized supply pipe (430) by the compression member (630).

[0149]

[0150] The support member (700) is configured to stably support the funnel (100) according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention to the inlet (810) of the storage container (800), and is coupled to the outer surface of the lower discharge portion (310) of the lower body (300) and the inlet (910) of the storage container (900) for storing liquid is inserted therein.

[0151]

[0152] The support member (700) has a circular coupling member (710) that is coupled to the lower discharge portion (310) of the lower body (300), and has a cylindrical insertion port (720) formed at the lower portion of the coupling member (710) into which the inlet portion of the storage container is inserted. At this time, the insertion port (720) is configured to have a portion cut out to facilitate the flow of air. Here, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cut portion of the insertion port (720) is configured to be three, but may be configured in various ways as needed.

[0153]

[0154] Meanwhile, when supplying liquid to a storage container using a funnel, the air inside the storage container cannot be discharged to the outside, so the liquid supplied by pressure may flow backward.

[0155]

[0156] According to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, air in the storage container (900) can be smoothly discharged to the outside through the cut portion formed in the insertion port (720) of the support member (700), so that liquid supplied to the storage container (900) through the supply pipe (430) of the supply member (400) can be smoothly supplied.

[0157]

[0158] As described above, the funnel capable of controlling the flow rate according to the present invention allows the user to control the flow rate when transferring liquid to a separate storage container, and is configured so that the liquid supplied from the target container is discharged directly through the supply member, so that only the supply member needs to be cleaned and washed, thereby reducing the hassle of cleaning and washing other components.

[0159]

[0160] In particular, by configuring the liquid supplied from the target container to be discharged directly through the supply member, it has the effect of preventing other components from being contaminated by the remaining liquid.

[0161]

[0162] In addition, compared to other mechanically constructed funnels, the structure is simple, which reduces manufacturing costs, and by pressurizing the outer surface of the supply member to squeeze the supply member, it has the effect of effectively controlling the flow rate of the liquid.

[0163]

[0164] Fig. 14 is a drawing showing a state in which a vibrating means is installed in a funnel capable of controlling flow rate according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention.

[0165]

[0166] Referring to Fig. 14, a funnel (100) capable of controlling flow rate according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention further includes a vibration means (800).

[0167]

[0168] The vibration means (800) is installed on the body (220, 320) of the upper body (200) or the lower body (300) and is configured to apply vibration to the upper body (200) or the lower body (300). That is, when supplying a high viscosity liquid, it is discharged slowly through the inner surface of the upper body (200) or the supply pipe (430) of the supply member (400), so that the supply speed can be increased by applying vibration.

[0169]

[0170] Such a vibration means (800) may be installed in either the upper body (200) or the lower body (300), including a battery, a power switch, and a vibration mechanism, but is preferably installed in the upper body (200) as illustrated in FIG. 9. This is because, since the liquid is supplied through the upper part of the upper body (200) and discharged through the supply pipe (430) of the supply member (400), applying vibration to the upper body (200) is most effective in increasing the supply speed.

[0171]

[0172] Hereinafter, the use state of the funnel (100) capable of controlling the flow rate according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention having the above configuration will be described. First, as illustrated in FIG. 13, a support member (700) is inserted into the inlet (910) side of the storage container (900). Thereafter, when the liquid of the target container is supplied through the upper part of the upper body (200), the liquid is supplied to the storage container (900) through the upper body (200), the supply pipe (430) of the supply member (400), and the lower discharge part (310) of the lower body (300). When the storage container (900) is full during the supply of the liquid or when adjustment or control of the flow rate of the liquid is required, the upper handle (520) is pressed. By the operation of the upper handle (520), the pressure port (610) of the flow control means (600) pressurizes the supply pipe (430) of the supply member (400), and the supply pipe (430) is compressed by the pressure port (610) toward the compression port (630), so that the hollow space (410) of the supply pipe (430) becomes narrow or blocked. At this time, the liquid supplied from the target container is received inside the upper body (200), and the funnel (100) containing the liquid is separated from the storage container (900) and inserted into the inlet (910) of another storage container (900), and when the upper handle (520) is released, the upper handle (520) returns to its original position by the elastic part (620) of the flow control means (600), and accordingly, the pressure port (610) also returns, so that the liquid received inside the upper body (200) is supplied to the storage container (900) through the hollow (410) of the supply pipe (430) of the supply member (400).
