[0046] The present application provides a chassis 10. The chassis 10 can be used as a chassis 10 of an air conditioner body 200, of course, it can also be used as a chassis 10 of other bodies which need to be assembled with a mounting bracket 20, and the following will mainly take the chassis 10 used as the chassis 10 of the air conditioner body 200 as an example for description. The air conditioner body 200 includes but is not limited to an air conditioner outdoor unit, an air conditioner indoor unit, an air conditioner all-in-one machine, etc.
[0047] Taking a split type air conditioner as an example, the split type air conditioner generally includes an air conditioner indoor unit and an air conditioner outdoor unit, and the air conditioner indoor unit and the air conditioner outdoor unit are connected through a refrigerant pipe. In order to facilitate users to install the air conditioner by themselves, the air conditioner indoor unit and the outdoor unit are connected through a flexible refrigerant pipe, and refrigerant is injected into the refrigerant circuit before leaving the factory. When the user installs the air conditioner, he only needs to install the air conditioner outdoor unit on the matching mounting bracket 20.
[0048] In the related art, the bottom foot 12 of the bottom plate 10 is generally fixed on the bottom plate body 11 by a knob structure and a screw, and a connecting bracket is welded on the bottom of the bottom plate body 11; when the air conditioner body 200 is installed on the mounting bracket 20, the bottom plate 10 is connected and fixed with the mounting bracket 20 through the connecting bracket. Generally, an additional connecting piece (such as a circlip) is also needed to connect between the connecting bracket of the bottom plate 10 and the mounting bracket 20, the mounting structure 100 is complex, and the installation efficiency is low; and since the height of the connecting bracket of the bottom plate 10 is high, the height of the bottom foot 12 also needs to be designed to be higher, which leads to a higher overall height of the air conditioner body 200, affecting the appearance.
[0049] The bottom plate 10 provided in the present application can simplify the structure of the bottom plate 10 by optimizing the design of the bottom plate 10, make the installation between the bottom plate 10 and the mounting bracket 20 more simple and convenient, and improve the installation efficiency; and when the bottom plate 10 is used as the bottom plate 10 of the air conditioner body 200, it can help to reduce the overall height of the air conditioner body 200. The specific embodiments of the bottom plate 10 are illustrated below.
[0050] Please refer to FIGS. 4-6, in an embodiment of the present application, the bottom plate 10 includes a bottom plate body 11 and a plurality of bottom feet 12. The bottom plate body 11 is provided with a plurality of support positions 11a and at least one fixed position 11b; the bottom feet 12 are connected one-to-one to the support positions 11a for supporting the bottom plate body 11; wherein at least one of the bottom feet 12 is a detachable bottom foot 12a which is detachably connected with the bottom plate body 11, and the detachable bottom foot 12a can switch positions between the support position 11a and the fixed position 11b; when the bottom plate body 11 is used to be placed on the mounting bracket 20, the detachable bottom foot 12a is connected to the fixed position 11b to connect the bottom plate body 11 with the mounting bracket 20.
[0051] Please combine Figure 1, Figure 5 and Figure 6, take the bottom disc 10 as an example of the bottom disc 10 of the air conditioner body 200 (for example, the air conditioner outdoor unit), wherein the bottom disc body 11 can be used as a mounting carrier of the fan, heat exchanger and other components inside the air conditioner body 200, and the bottom disc body 11 can specifically include a bottom plate and a surrounding frame extending upward from the periphery of the bottom plate. The bottom surface of the bottom disc body 11 is provided with a plurality of support positions 11a, and each support position 11a is connected with a bottom foot 12. The bottom disc body 11 is supported by the plurality of bottom feet 12, so that the air conditioner body 200 can be stably placed on the bearing surface (for example, the ground or the table top). In order to ensure the stable support of the bottom disc body 11, in an embodiment, the plurality of support positions 11a are arranged on the bottom surface of the bottom disc body 11 along the circumference of the bottom disc body 11 and are arranged close to the outer edge of the bottom disc body 11. The shape of the bottom disc body 11 can be designed as a rectangle, a circle or other shapes according to actual needs, which is not limited here. Taking the bottom disc body 11 as a rectangle as an example, the bottom surface of the bottom disc body 11 is provided with a support position 11a at each of the four corners, and each support position 11a is connected with a bottom foot 12, thereby being able to stably support the bottom disc body 11. The bottom surface of the bottom disc body 11 is also provided with at least one fixing position 11b, and at least one of the plurality of bottom feet 12 is a detachable bottom foot 12a. In this way, when the bottom disc 10 needs to be installed on the mounting bracket 20, the bottom disc body 11 is placed on the mounting bracket 20, and then the detachable bottom foot 12a is detached from the corresponding support position 11a and installed on the fixing position 11b, so that the detachable bottom foot 12a can be locked on the mounting bracket 20, thereby realizing the support and fixing of multiple purposes. In order to ensure the installation reliability of the bottom disc body 11 on the mounting bracket 20, in an embodiment, the fixing position 11b is provided with at least two, and correspondingly, at least two of the bottom feet 12 are detachable bottom feet 12a. In an embodiment, all the bottom feet 12 on the bottom disc 10 are detachable bottom feet 12a. For example, the bottom surface of the bottom disc body 11 is provided with a support position 11a at each of the four corner positions, two fixing positions 11b are arranged between two support positions 11a, and correspondingly, four detachable bottom feet 12a can be arranged, and when connected with the mounting bracket 20, two detachable bottom feet 12a are detached from the support position 11a and installed on the corresponding fixing position 11b. The detachable connection between the detachable bottom foot 12a and the bottom disc body 11 includes but is not limited to threaded connection, buckle connection and the like.

The base 10 of the technical scheme of the present application has a simple structure, and the detachable foot 12a of the base 10 can realize the connection with the mounting bracket 20, so that the installation between the base 10 and the mounting bracket 20 is more simple and convenient, the installation efficiency is improved, and the high connecting bracket at the bottom of the traditional base 10 can be omitted, so that the height of the foot 12 can be designed to be lower, thereby being beneficial to reducing the overall height of the air conditioner body 200, and the overall appearance is not affected.
[0053] In an embodiment, the detachable foot 12a is threadedly connected with the base body 11, so that the detachment and installation between the detachable foot 12a and the base body 11 are more simple and convenient. In addition, the detachable foot 12a is threadedly connected with the base body 11, so that the height of the detachable foot 12a can be adjusted when the supporting surface (such as the ground) is uneven, thereby being more stably placed on the supporting surface. In addition, the detachable foot 12a can also be used as a threaded fastener, and the user can detach the detachable foot 12a according to the actual needs to fix the air conditioner body 200 or other components, so that the detachable foot 12a realizes multiple purposes without increasing the types of materials.
