[0035] In the related art, due to the gap between the connecting part of the roller brush and the shell of the cleaning module, and the gap is large, in the normal working state, the hair and the like winding object is easy to drill into the inside of the cleaning module along the gap between the roller brush and the shell, causing the inside of the cleaning module to be damaged, affecting the normal work of the roller brush, and even causing the cleaning equipment to be unable to be normally used, affecting the user's use experience.
[0036] Based on the above description, the present application provides a roller brush for a cleaning module, comprising: a roller brush body; a connecting part provided at one end of the roller brush body and configured to connect the roller brush and a driving assembly of the cleaning module; a baffle provided at one end of the roller brush body and configured to isolate the roller brush body and the connecting part; and a first blocking piece provided on the outer surface of the connecting part, at least part of the first blocking piece interfering with the cleaning module to prevent the winding object from entering the driving assembly when the roller brush is assembled on the driving assembly, wherein the projection area of the first blocking piece is greater than the projection area of the baffle in the axial direction of the roller brush when the roller brush is not assembled on the driving assembly.
[0037] In the roller brush, the cleaning module and the cleaning equipment provided by the present disclosure, the roller brush has a baffle and a first blocking piece, the first blocking piece is provided on the outer surface of the connecting part, and at least part of the first blocking piece interferes with part of the cleaning module to block the gap between the roller brush and the shell of the cleaning module. When the roller brush is in the normal working state, the arrangement of the first blocking piece can avoid the hair and the like winding object drilling into the inside of the cleaning module along the gap between the roller brush and the shell, causing the inside of the cleaning module to be damaged or affecting the normal work of the roller brush, and improving the user's use experience.
[0038] In view of this, the optional embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0039] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the present disclosure provides a rolling brush 100 for cleaning a cleaning module 1000 of a cleaning device. The rolling brush 100 comprises a rolling brush body 110, a connecting portion 120, a blocking sheet 130, and a first blocking piece 140. The first blocking piece 140 is arranged on the outer surface of the connecting portion 120, at least part of the first blocking piece 140 interferes with at least part of the cleaning module 1000, and the first blocking piece 140 is configured to prevent the hair and other entanglements on the rolling brush body from entering the driving assembly of the cleaning module 1000.
[0040] In some embodiments, the rolling brush body 110 can be a cylindrical structure or a conical structure, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. The rolling brush body 110 can be a conical structure having a first end 111 and a second end 112. In the axial direction of the rolling brush 100, the radial cross-sectional area of the first end 111 is greater than that of the second end 112. When the rolling brush 100 rotates along the axial direction of the rolling brush 100, the surface of the rolling brush 100 can entangle dirt, hair, and other entanglements. Since the rolling brush body 110 is a conical structure, as the rolling brush 100 rotates, the entanglements entangled on the surface of the rolling brush body 110 will be transported from the first end 111 to the second end 112, thereby preventing dirt from entering the driving assembly inside the cleaning module 1000.
[0041] In some embodiments, in order to prevent the entanglements on the surface of the rolling brush 100 from entering the driving assembly inside the cleaning module 1000, the rolling brush 100 further comprises a connecting portion 120 and a blocking sheet 130. The connecting portion 120 is arranged at the first end 111 of the rolling brush body 110 and extends towards the axial direction of the rolling brush 100, and is configured to connect the rolling brush 100 and the cleaning module 1000. The blocking sheet 130 is arranged at the first end 111 and extends annularly towards the radial direction of the rolling brush 100. In the radial direction of the rolling brush 100, the diameter of the blocking sheet 130 is greater than that of the first end 111. The blocking sheet 130 is configured to isolate the rolling brush body 110 and the connecting portion 120, so as to prevent the entanglements on the rolling brush body 110 from entering the driving assembly inside.
[0042] Specifically, when the rolling brush 100 rotates at a high speed in a normal working state, the dirt entangled on the surface of the rolling brush body 110 will be transported from the first end 111 to the second end 112. The arrangement of the blocking sheet 130 can effectively prevent dirt from entering the driving assembly inside the cleaning module 1000.
[0043] In some embodiments, the winding on the surface of the roller brush body 110 can move towards the direction of the connecting portion 120, and the outer surface of the connecting portion 120 is provided with a first blocking piece 140. The first blocking piece 140 is a ring-shaped structure, and the inner diameter of the first blocking piece 140 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the connecting portion 120, which is configured to be sleeved on the outer sidewall of the connecting portion 120 to connect with the roller brush body 110. When the roller brush 100 is installed on the cleaning module 1000, at least part of the first blocking piece 140 interferes with the cleaning module 1000, and the first blocking piece 140 is configured to prevent the winding on the roller brush body 110 from entering the driving assembly of the cleaning module 1000.
[0044] Specifically, before the roller brush 100 is installed on the cleaning module 1000, the roller brush 100 is in a natural state. At this time, after the first blocking piece 140 is installed on the connecting portion 120, the projection area of the first blocking piece 140 in the axial direction of the roller brush 100 is obviously larger than the projection area of the blocking piece 130.
[0045] After the first blocking piece 140 is installed on the connecting portion 120, the roller brush 100 can be installed on the cleaning device. At this time, the roller brush 100 is in an installed state. In this state, since at least part of the first blocking piece 140 contacts and interferes with part of the cleaning module 1000, the projection area of the first blocking piece 140 in the axial direction of the roller brush 100 is approximately equal to the projection area of the blocking piece 130. When the roller brush 100 is in the installed state, since at least part of the first blocking piece 140 interferes with part of the cleaning module 1000, the hair and dirt winding on the roller brush body 110 will not penetrate into the interior of the cleaning device along the gap between the connecting portion 120 and the shell 1100 during the working process of the roller brush 100, thereby ensuring the safety of the roller brush 100 during the working process.
[0046] In some embodiments, in the axial direction of the roller brush body 110, the width of the connecting portion 120 is H1, and the width of the first blocking piece 140 is H2, and H1≥H2. That is, the width of the first blocking piece 140 is not greater than the width of the connecting portion 120. On the one hand, it can avoid affecting the installation of the roller brush 100 or affecting the installation of other structural members inside the cleaning module 1000 due to the excessive width of the first blocking piece 140, and on the other hand, it can prevent part of the first blocking piece 140 from being wound into the interior of the cleaning module 1000 along the gap between the parts, thereby causing the roller brush 100 to work poorly.
[0047] In some embodiments, the first barrier 140 can be a relatively soft structure such as bristles or a strip. In this way, in the working state, the first barrier 140 will not affect the normal rotation of the roller brush 100 due to the large friction force or large resistance strength generated by the cleaning module 1000. When the bristles or the strip are installed on the connecting portion 120, the bristles or the strip are substantially perpendicular to the outer surface of the connecting portion 120, so that the bristles or the strip can play the maximum interference role to block the hair and other winding objects and dirt from entering the inside of the cleaning module 1000. At least part of the first barrier 140 is in contact with the baffle 130, and the baffle 130 has a limiting effect on the first barrier 140 in the axial direction of the roller brush body 110.
[0048] It should be noted that the present disclosure does not specifically limit the connection mode of the first barrier 140 and the connecting portion 120. The first barrier 140 can be fixedly installed on the connecting portion 120 by means of adhesion or welding, or can be movably connected to the connecting portion 120 by means of a sleeve or a tear, as long as the connection between the first barrier 140 and the connecting portion 120 is stable in the normal working state of the roller brush 100, and at least part of the first barrier 140 interferes with the cleaning module 1000.
[0049] In some embodiments, the outer surface of the roller brush body 110 is provided with a vane, which is inclined to extend in the axial direction of the outer surface of the roller brush body, so that the winding object moves away from the baffle.
[0050] In some embodiments, the roller brush body 110 further comprises a bristle mounting portion 113, which is arranged on at least one side of the roller brush body 110 adjacent to the baffle and is configured to mount the bristles. The bristle mounting portion 113 is arranged between at least two vanes and is configured to prevent the winding object from moving backward toward the baffle 130. The bristle mounting portion 113 can be arranged on one side of the roller brush body 110 adjacent to the baffle, or can be arranged on the entire upper surface of the roller brush body 110, wherein the vanes and the bristles are arranged substantially in parallel.
[0051] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the bristles have a fixed end connected to the bristle mounting portion 113 and a free end away from the bristle mounting portion 113, and the free end of the bristle is inclined toward the second end 112 of the roller brush body 110. In this structure, the hair or dirt wound on the roller brush body 110 will be transported from the first end 111 of the roller brush body 110 toward the second end 112 under the action of the inclined bristles, so that the winding object is transported to the dust collection channel.
[0052] In a second aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, a cleaning module 1000 is provided, comprising a housing 1100, a driving assembly 1400, a second barrier 1200, and the roller brush 100 mentioned in the first aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, wherein the second barrier 1200 is arranged between the driving assembly 1400 and the roller brush 100, and is configured to avoid the entry of hair and other winding objects into the interior of the driving assembly 1400.
[0053] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, the cleaning module 1000 comprises the housing 1100, which is provided with a containing space 1001 for mounting the roller brush 100, and a mounting space for containing the driving assembly 1400 and the second barrier 1200. The driving assembly 1400 is arranged at least at one end of the housing 1100, and is configured to drive the rotation of the roller brush 100.
[0054] Specifically, the driving assembly 1400 is located at the side of the second barrier 1200 away from the containing space 1001, wherein at least part of the driving assembly 1400 extends through the second barrier 1200 towards the containing space 1001. The driving assembly 1400 comprises a driving shaft 1410 and a driving motor, and at least part of the driving shaft 1410 extends through the second barrier 1200 towards the containing space 1001. In response to the mounting of the roller brush 100 in the containing space 1001, the driving shaft 1410 is connected with the roller brush body 110, and the roller brush 100 is adapted to rotate under the driving of the driving motor.
[0055] In some embodiments, a gap is provided between the connecting portion 120 and the driving shaft 1410, and at least part of the second barrier 1200 extends into the gap. At this time, the second barrier 1200 is arranged in a semi-encircling manner around the connecting portion 120, and can effectively avoid the entry of hair and other winding objects into the interior of the driving assembly 1400 in the working state of the roller brush 100.
[0056] In some embodiments, a third blocking piece 1300 is arranged between the second blocking piece 1200 and the drive shaft 1410, and the third blocking piece 1300 is movably connected with the drive shaft 1410, and the drive shaft 1410 can rotate axially relative to the third blocking piece 1300 to drive the rotating of the roller brush body 110. Specifically, the second blocking piece 1200 has an extension part adjacent to one end of the roller brush 100, the extension part is sleeved outside the third blocking piece 1300, and a gap is arranged between the extension part of the second blocking piece 1200 and the roller brush 100, so that the roller brush 100 can rotate normally. The extension part is arranged between the connecting part 120 and the third blocking piece 1300, and is configured to block the movement of the winding from the connecting part 120 to the third blocking piece 1300. In some embodiments, the third blocking piece 1300 can be an I-shaped ring-shaped structure, which is configured to automatically divide the pressure during the operation of the roller brush 100, so as to avoid the large centrifugal force generated during the rotation of the drive shaft 1410, and to avoid the excessive stress between the parts in the cleaning module 1000, thereby reducing the service life of the parts.
[0057] In some embodiments, the end of the drive shaft 1410 away from the drive motor can be provided with a chamfer, which can make the connection between the roller brush body 110 and the drive shaft 1410 easier, and avoid unnecessary mechanical wear during the installation or disassembly of the roller brush 100. The chamfer can avoid the extrusion and friction between the sharp corner and the brush glue steel plate, reduce the compressive stress of the parts, improve the surface quality, prevent the blade edge from cracking, improve the toughness of the parts, and prolong the service life of the parts.
[0058] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, the shell 1100 is provided with a containing space 1001 for containing at least one roller brush 100, the roller brush 100 is in contact with the operation surface, and the roller brush 100 is driven by the drive assembly 1400 to rotate at a high speed to clean the contaminated area of the operation surface.
[0059] The cleaning module 1000 further comprises a main brush cover 1500 which is detachably assembled in the containing space of the shell 1100, so that the roller brush 100 is kept in the correct installation position. The high-speed rotation of the roller brush 100 in the shell 1100 can clean the operation surface without scratching the main brush cover 1500. In response to the assembly of the main brush cover 1500 in the shell 1100, at least one end of the main brush cover 1500 is inserted between the connecting part 120 and the second blocking piece 1200.
[0060] In some embodiments, the main brush cover 1500 comprises a stop portion 1520. In response to the main brush cover 1500 being installed on the cleaning module 1000, the stop portion 1520 is in contact with at least part of the first blocking piece 140, i.e., at least part of the first blocking piece 140 interferes with the main brush cover 1500. Since the first blocking piece 140 is in interference fit with the stop portion 1520, the first blocking piece 140 can block the gap between the roller brush 100 and the main brush cover 1500, so as to prevent the winding on the roller brush body 110 from entering the inside of the cleaning module and interfering with the normal operation of the roller brush 100.
[0061] In some embodiments, the main brush cover 1500 comprises a fourth blocking piece 1530, which is arranged between the end of the connecting portion 120 and the second blocking piece 1200 and is configured to block the winding from moving towards the direction in which the extending portion is located.
[0062] In some embodiments, the fourth blocking piece 1530 and the edge portion of the second blocking piece 1200 are provided with a first chamfer, and the edge portion of the second blocking piece 1200 in contact with the fourth blocking piece 1530 is provided with a second chamfer, the size of the first chamfer and the second chamfer being matched. The chamfer structure design effectively reduces the stress concentration between the parts, improves the mechanical structure strength of the whole cleaning module 1000, is more beneficial to the die and demolding in the processing process, has the advantages of safe and beautiful finished product, long service life, etc.
[0063] In some embodiments, the outer part of the open space 1001 is provided with a clamping groove, and the clamping groove is provided with a first clamping hook; the main brush cover 1500 is provided with a clamping piece 1510. The clamping piece 1510 is matched with the clamping groove and is suitable for moving towards the direction of the clamping groove under the action of external force and clamping with the clamping groove, so as to realize the stable connection between the shell 1100 and the main brush cover 1500.
[0064] Specifically, the clamping piece 1510 comprises a buckle, an elastic piece and a second clamping hook. The second clamping hook has an initial position and a pressing position. When the second clamping hook is in the initial position, the second clamping hook is clamped with the first clamping hook. When the second clamping hook is in the pressing position, the second clamping hook is separated from the first clamping hook.
[0065] The hand knob is connected with the second clamping hook through the elastic member, and is configured to press the hand knob under external force to switch the second clamping hook from the initial position to the pressing position. When the hand knob is not subjected to external force, the elastic member relaxes, and the second clamping hook is always in the initial position; when the hand knob is subjected to external force, the elastic member is compressed, and the second clamping hook is switched from the initial position to the pressing position along with the increase of the external force.
[0066] It should be noted that the above embodiments are only exemplary, and the disclosure does not limit the shape and structure of the clamping member 1510. The clamping member 1510 can also be any other structure that has a second clamping hook and can be connected with the first clamping hook.
[0067] In some embodiments, after the rolling brush 100 is installed in the accommodation space 1001, when the second clamping hook is in the initial position, the main brush cover 1500 is not pressed against the first blocking member 140. At this time, in the axial direction of the rolling brush 100, the projection area of the first blocking member 140 is greater than the projection area of the baffle 130.
[0068] When the second clamping hook is in the pressing position, the main brush cover 1500 presses the first blocking member 140, so that at least part of the first blocking member 140 is deformed. At this time, in the axial direction of the rolling brush 100, the projection area of the first blocking member 140 is approximately equal to the projection area of the baffle 130.
[0069] In some embodiments, when the main brush cover 1500 is installed in the shell 1100, the first blocking member 140 interferes with at least part of the main brush cover 1500. As shown in FIG. 4, at least part of the first blocking member 140 is in contact with the inner side wall of the main brush cover 1500, and the hardness of the inner side wall of the main brush cover 1500 is much greater than the hardness of the first blocking member 140. Therefore, when the main brush cover 1500 is installed in the shell 1100, the first blocking member 140 is easily deformed locally under the action of the main brush cover 1500. When the rolling brush 100 is in a normal working state, the free end of the first blocking member 140 is attached to the inner side wall of the main brush cover 1500, and the free end of the first blocking member 140 is released when passing through one side of the pair of operation surfaces of the main brush cover 1500 as the rolling brush 100 rotates. Therefore, due to the mutual interference between the first blocking member 140 and the main brush cover 1500, the blocking of dirt such as hair can be achieved, and the dirt can be prevented from entering the inside of the driving assembly 1400.
[0070] In some embodiments, in response to the main brush cover 1500 being installed on the shell 1100, at least part of the first blocking piece 140 interferes with the main brush cover 1500, and the interference amount between the first blocking piece 140 and the main brush cover 1500 is 0.2mm-2mm, that is, when the main brush cover 1500 is installed on the containing space 1001 and the second clamping hook is in the pressed position, the main brush cover 1500 deforms at least part of the free end of the first blocking piece 140, and the deformation amount of the free end of the first blocking piece 140 is 0.2mm-2mm, thereby achieving blocking of the winding object and preventing dust from entering the inside of the driving assembly 1400.
[0071] In summary, before the cleaning module 1000 normally works, the first blocking piece 140 needs to be installed on the connecting part 120 of the roller brush 100 first, so that the first blocking piece 140 is sleeved outside the connecting part 120 and abuts against the blocking piece 130.
[0072] Further, the roller brush 100 assembled with the first blocking piece 140 can be installed in the containing space 1001 of the cleaning module 1000, so that the roller brush body 110 is connected with the driving shaft 1410 of the driving assembly 1400. Further, the clamping piece 1510 of the main brush cover 1500 is butted against the clamping groove on the surface of the shell 1100, so that the clamping piece 1510 is switched from the initial state to the installed state, to ensure that the main brush cover 1500 is accurately installed on the containing space 1001. At this time, the assembly of the cleaning module 1000 is completed, and the driving assembly 1400 can be started to drive the roller brush 100 to rotate and clean the operation surface.
[0073] In the process of normal work of the cleaning module 1000, the roller brush body 110 may wrap the hair and dust on the operation surface. Since the roller brush body 110 is a conical structure, as the roller brush 100 rotates, the dust wrapped on the surface of the roller brush body 110 will be transported from the first end 111 to the second end 112, thereby preventing the dust from entering the inside of the driving assembly of the cleaning module 1000.
[0074] When the roller brush 100 rotates at high speed in the normal working state, if the dust wrapped on the surface of the roller brush body 110 is close to the first end 111, the blocking piece 130 can effectively prevent the dust from entering the inside of the driving assembly of the cleaning module 1000. In order to strengthen the protection of the inside of the cleaning module 1000, the first blocking piece 140 is additionally arranged, at least part of the first blocking piece 140 interferes with the main brush cover 1500, and the first blocking piece 140 is configured to prevent the hair wrapped on the roller brush body 110 from entering the cleaning module 1000, so that the cleaning module 1000 normally works and the user's use experience is improved.
