Abstract
Description
Flower name tags to be attached in the gaps between cuts
[0001] In this invention, a mountain-shaped cut line is made in the bottom of the name tag body, the mountain-shaped cut portion is pushed open from the back of the name tag body, a gap is created between the name tag body and the mountain-shaped cut portion, the name tag body is inserted into the cut groove from the inside of the plastic pot and passed through to the outside of the plastic pot, and the top of the plastic pot cut groove is sandwiched between the name tag body and the gap created by the extrusion of the mountain-shaped cut portion. At the same time, a U-shaped cut line is made in the top of the name tag body, and the U-shaped cut portion is pushed open from the back of the name tag body, a gap is created between the name tag body and the U-shaped cut portion, and the gap is placed over the top edge of the plastic pot, sandwiching the top edge of the plastic pot. This name tag sandwiches the plastic pot between the gaps created in the mountain-shaped cut portion and the U-shaped cut portion of the name tag body, preventing it from slipping out of the plastic pot. Alternatively, cut left and right mountain-shaped cut lines into the bottom of the name tag body, push the left and right mountain-shaped cut sections open from the back of the name tag body, leaving a gap between the name tag body and the left and right mountain-shaped cut sections, insert the name tag body into the cut groove from the inside of the plastic pot, and sandwich the top of the plastic pot cut groove between the name tag body and the gap between the left and right mountain-shaped cut sections. At the same time, cut left and right U-shaped cut lines into the top of the name tag body, push the left and right U-shaped cut sections out from the back of the name tag body to open it, leaving a gap between the name tag body and the left and right U-shaped cut sections, cover the edge of the plastic pot with the gap, and sandwich the top edge of the plastic pot. The gap between the name tag body and the left and right mountain-shaped cut sections and the gap between the left and right U-shaped cut sections creates a gap between the top of the cut groove inside the plastic pot and the upper edge of the plastic pot, sandwiching the plastic pot between them, preventing the name tag from slipping out of the plastic pot. The name tag body, the lower mountain-shaped cut section, and part of the upper U-shaped cut section are connected, pushing the cut sections out and creating a gap.
[0002] Previously, name tags were simply attached to the plastic pot by inserting the tag from the inside of the plastic pot into the outside of the cut groove. Because the name tag was simply inserted into the cut groove, there was a risk of the tag falling out and being lost, making it impossible to tell the name of the flower, or when the name tag inserted into the cut groove of the plastic pot was grasped and lifted, the tag would come out of the cut groove of the plastic pot, causing the plastic pot to fall. To prevent the name tag from falling out, the plastic pot and name tag had to be mated and stapled together, which was a very time-consuming and difficult task each time.
[0003] Patent Publication No. 2015-52636
[0004] Conventional name tags attached to plastic pots are simply inserted into the cut grooves in the pot from the inside, so the name tag can slip out of the cut groove and get lost, making it impossible to know the name of the flower growing in the pot, or the name tag can slip out of the cut groove when lifted, causing the plastic pot to fall. To explain the shape of conventional plastic pots using drawings, conventional name tags 12, which have a horizontal cut as shown in Figure 15 in the cut groove 4 of the plastic pot 3 in Figure 14, are inserted into the cut groove 4 of the plastic pot 3 from the inside as shown in Figure 16 and used as name tags for flower seedlings.
[0005] In this invention, a mountain-shaped cut is made at the bottom of the name tag body, and the mountain-shaped cut is pushed out from the back of the name tag body to create an opening gap. The name tag is then inserted into the cut groove from the inside of the plastic pot and pushed out to the outside of the plastic pot, with the upper part of the plastic pot cut groove sandwiched between the name tag body and the mountain-shaped cut. At the same time, a U-shaped cut is made at the top of the name tag body, and the U-shaped cut is pushed out from the back of the name tag body to create an opening gap between the name tag body and the U-shaped cut. The gap is then placed over the upper edge of the plastic pot, and the upper edge of the plastic pot is sandwiched between the gap between the name tag body inserted into the cut groove and the mountain-shaped cut, and the gap between the name tag body and the U-shaped cut is placed over the upper edge of the plastic pot, sandwiching the upper edge of the plastic pot. The two gaps created between the name tag body and the cut groove sandwich the plastic pot, preventing the name tag from slipping out. Alternatively, make left and right mountain-shaped cut lines at the bottom of the nameplate body and push the left and right mountain-shaped cut sections out from the nameplate body, leaving a gap between the nameplate body and the left and right mountain-shaped cut sections, insert the nameplate body into the cut groove in the vinyl pot from the inside and pass it through to the outside of the vinyl pot, sandwich the top of the vinyl pot cut groove in the gap between the nameplate body and the left and right mountain-shaped cut sections, and at the same time make left and right U-shaped cut lines at the top of the nameplate body and push the left and right U-shaped cut sections out, leaving a gap between the nameplate body and the left and right U-shaped cut sections, place the gap between the nameplate body and the left and right U-shaped cut sections over the top edge of the vinyl pot and sandwich the top edge of the vinyl pot to attach the nameplate. In this way, the gaps made between the nameplate body and the left and right mountain-shaped cut notches and the gaps made between the nameplate body and the left and right U-shaped cut notches pinch the upper part of the vinyl pot cut groove and the upper edge of the vinyl pot, preventing the nameplate from slipping out of the vinyl pot.
[0006] Cut a mountain-shaped cut line into the bottom of the nameplate body, push the mountain-shaped cut out from the nameplate body to open it, leaving a gap between it and the nameplate body, insert the nameplate body into the cut groove from the inside of the plastic pot and pass it through to the outside of the plastic pot, pinch the top of the plastic pot's cut groove in the gap made between the nameplate body and the mountain-shaped cut out, when the nameplate is lifted, the top of the plastic pot's cut groove will be pinched in the gap made between the nameplate body and the mountain-shaped cut out, preventing the nameplate from falling out. At the same time, cut a U-shaped cut line into the top of the nameplate body, push the U-shaped cut out from the back of the nameplate body to open it, leaving a gap between the nameplate body and the U-shaped cut out, cover the gap over the top edge of the plastic pot, pinch the top edge of the plastic pot and attach the nameplate. When the name tag main body is lifted, the upper part of the vinyl pot cut groove is sandwiched in the gap provided between the name tag main body and the mountain-shaped cut part, and at the same time the gap provided between the name tag main body and the U-shaped cut notch part covers the upper edge of the vinyl pot, sandwiching and holding the upper edge of the vinyl pot, so that when the name tag is lifted, the name tag will not come off from the vinyl pot, and the name tag will not be lost or the vinyl pot will not be dropped.
[0007] Cut left and right mountain-shaped notches into the bottom of the name tag body, push the mountain-shaped notches out from the name tag body, create a gap between the name tag body and the mountain-shaped notches, insert the name tag body into the cut groove from the inside of the plastic pot, insert it through to the outside of the cut groove of the plastic pot, and sandwich the top of the plastic pot cut groove in the gap created between the name tag body and the mountain-shaped notches. At the same time, cut left and right U-shaped notches into the top of the name tag body, push the left and right U-shaped notches out, create a gap between the name tag body and the U-shaped notches, cover the gap created on the top edge of the plastic pot, and sandwich the top edge of the plastic pot to attach it. Because the cut notches on the name tag are cut in the same position, the name tag can be set in the same position on the plastic pot, and the name tag will not be inserted deeper than the edge of the plastic pot making it difficult to read, or be attached crooked, and the display can be attached to the plastic pot in the same position. There is no need to staple the name tags and plastic pots together, so there is no time wasted.
[0008] In a plastic pot without a cut groove, make a mountain-shaped cut at the bottom of the name tag, push the mountain-shaped cut from the front to the back and bend it into the plastic pot, and at the same time make a U-shaped cut at the top of the name tag, push the U-shaped cut open to create a gap, and then place the name tag over the top of the plastic pot's upper edge by clamping it in place. When soil is placed inside the plastic pot and the soil is sealed, the bent mountain-shaped cut is pinched by the soil, making it difficult to remove, and the U-shaped cut that pinches the top edge of the plastic pot is fastened in place at two points, eliminating the name tag's shaking and making it difficult to remove.

[0010] An embodiment of the present invention will now be described. A mountain-shaped cut line 1 is made in the bottom of nameplate body A, where one side is in contact with nameplate body A, and mountain-shaped cut section 2 is pushed out from the back of nameplate body A to open it, leaving a gap 10 between nameplate body A and mountain-shaped cut section 2. Nameplate body A is inserted from the inside 8 of vinyl pot 3 into cut groove 4 of vinyl pot 3 and passed through to the outside 5 of vinyl pot 3 cut groove 4, and the upper part of vinyl pot 3 cut groove 4 is sandwiched in gap 10 made between nameplate body A and mountain-shaped cut section 2. At the same time, a U-shaped cut line 6️ is made in the top of nameplate body A, and U-shaped cut section 7 of nameplate body A is pushed out from the back of nameplate body A to open it, leaving a gap 11 between nameplate body A and U-shaped cut section 7. Gap 11 is placed over upper edge 9 of vinyl pot 3, and upper edge 9 of vinyl pot 3 is sandwiched and attached to upper edge 9 of vinyl pot 3, preventing nameplate body A from coming off vinyl pot 3. Also, make mountain-shaped cut lines on the left 17 and right 19 at the bottom of the name tag main body A, push out the left and right mountain-shaped cut lines on the left 18 and right 20 that are partially connected to the name tag main body A, and create a gap 10 between the name tag main body A and the left and right mountain-shaped cut lines on the left 18 and right 20. Insert the name tag main body from the inside 8 of the vinyl pot 3 into the cut groove 4 of the vinyl pot 3, and push it through from the cut groove 4 of the vinyl pot 3 to the outside 5 of the vinyl pot 3, opening it, and creating a gap 10.
