Abstract
Description
[0001] AN STRUCTURING THAT CREATES A HIGH VACUUM EFFECT FOR JAR COVERS
[0002] Technical Field
[0003] The invention relates to a jar cover for use with jars containing foodstuffs.
[0004] The said invention relates to a structure which is closed with a high vacuum effect by means of a vacuum protection switch on a jar made of glass or other material and which allows the vacuum to be easily opened by resetting the vacuum effect in the glass jar.
[0005] Known State of the Art
[0006] Glass jars are widely used in the food industry and at home for the storage of food without spoilage. Glass jars, which are used in the food industry to extend the shelf life of the products and to preserve the freshness of the food at home, are traditionally closed with covers made of metal and vacuumed.
[0007] The jar covers, which are vacuum sealed on the glass jar used in the present technique, are stuck due to the vacuum effect and various methods must be applied to open them. These methods traditionally include attaching a knife or a sharp object to the surface of the cover joining the jar, hitting the edges of the jar cover with an object, trying to increase the cover retention by placing a nylon bag on the cover or a rubber band on the cover edges, or using materials with nonslip surfaces such as cleaning gloves. However, it is not possible to eliminate the strong vacuum effect in the jar with the aforementioned methods, and it causes unwanted accidents such as injury. However, due to the methods applied during the opening of the cover, the form of the cover may deteriorate and it is not possible to create a high vacuum effect in the next use of the cover. This causes the food in the jar to spoil and causes risky situations for human health.
[0008] In the present technique, alternative apparatuses have been developed to open the jar covers without using knife or sharp objects or elements such as bags and gloves. However, it is not possible for these apparatuses to fulfil the opening function without destroying the form of the cover. At the same time, it is necessary to use force to use said apparatuses. Therefore, in the known state of the art, there is a need for a jar cover that is closed with a high vacuum effect on the glass jar covers and the high vacuum effect can be easily reset and can be easily opened without applying any power or using any tools.
[0009] In the summary of the application made by Turhan Erman KARAKOQ, the same applicant with the numbered TR2021 / 013560, to the known state of the art in the patent research conducted in the literature; The invention relates to a smart jar cover used in glass jars containing food, closed with a high vacuum effect on the glass jar and easily opened by resetting the vacuum effect in the glass jar. The invention is characterized that it comprises a cover body in circular form, a slot on the cover body in conical form inwardly, a recessed surface parallel to the ground on the bottom surface of the slot and having at least one air channel on it, a cavity extending downwardly in conical form from the inside of the recessed surface, and a vacuum protection switch that is closed on the housing and which allows to close the cover body on the glass jar with a high vacuum effect by closing the air channels with the base surface and at the same time, when force is applied on it, which allows to open the cover body by resetting the vacuum effect in the glass jar by way of open the air channels by stretching into the cavity.
[0010] In the previous system numbered TR2021 / 013560; there was a technical problem in the adhesion of the silicone to the body. If the cover used during canned food production did not fit properly, it was unlikely that the canned food would hold the vacuum instead. In order to solve these technical problems, the existence of the system whose technical information is presented below was needed.
[0011] Purposes of the Invention
[0012] The present invention relates to an easy-open smart jar cover, which eliminates the above-mentioned disadvantages and brings new advantages to the relevant technical field.
[0013] The most important purpose of the invention is that in factory canned food production, firstly the cover to which the vacuum switch is attached is used. When consumers buy the canned food, they will first encounter the vacuum switch and they will be able to open the canned food easily. Another important purpose of the invention is to provide the opportunity to vacuum the canned food again and again by removing the vacuum switch and replacing it with a repeated vacuum switch. Thus, it is ensured that the cover is opened effortlessly with the reinforced vacuuming effect.
[0014] The main purpose of the invention is to provide a smart jar cover which is closed with a high vacuum effect by means of a vacuum protection switch on the glass jar and which is easily opened by resetting the vacuum effect in the glass jar.
[0015] The purpose of the invention is to enable the jar cover to be opened easily by anyone without applying force.
[0016] Another purpose of the invention is to enable the jar cover to be opened without using any object, tool, etc. and without applying force.
[0017] Another purpose of the invention is to ensure the safe storage of foods by closing them with a high vacuum effect during their reuse, thanks to the absence of any deterioration in their structure during opening.

[0041] Detailed Description of the Invention
[0042] The invention is a cover body (10) used in jars in which foodstuffs are placed, and a vacuuming element (30) placed in the slot (20) of this cover, which enables the cover (10) to be opened easily by resetting the vacuum effect, characterised in that it comprises a main body (31 ), a bottom extension (35) in a monolithic structure with the said main body, and a compression choke (33) formed between the said bottom extension (35) and the main body (31 ), which creates a high sealing effect by squeezing the cover body (10).
[0043] The upper dome (34) with a contact surface which presses on the main body (31 ) and allows air to escape from the slot (20) when the said cover (10) is desired to be opened, and a recess (37) which allows the vacuum effect to be created in the jar when the cover (10) is closed and the bottom extension (35) receives pressure from the bottom base (36) surface and allows the bottom base to flex.
[0044] On the other hand, the body has an outer diameter (X) which is larger (X>X1 ) than the outer diameter (X) of the main lower extension (X1 ) without the need to create vacuum holes in the radius surfaces (38) and the stepped surfaces (21 ) of the said cover body (10), which allow the vacuum effect to be created in the jar by closing the cover (10) and flexing the bottom extension (35) with the incoming pressure. Since the outer diameter has a large diameter, the vacuum effect is eliminated by allowing air to escape from the cavity (22) of the cover (10) as a result of applying pressure with finger movement. Thus, the cover can be opened easily.
[0045] The cover body (10), which constitutes the main structure of the jar cover subject to the invention, has a circular form, on which an inwardly conical slot (20) is formed and a stepped surface (21 ) parallel to the ground is formed on the base surface of the said slot (20). At the same time, a conical cavity (22) extends downwards from the inside of the stepped surface (21 ). As shown in figure 2, a downward vacuuming element (30) is placed in the slot (20) on the cover body (10). Said vacuuming element (30) is made of flexible silicone material.
[0046] Figure-3.1 illustrates the assembly sectional view of the cover with the inventive configuration. By utilising the flexibility of the silicone material, it seals the cover slot by compressing the cover slot with different forces regionally, allowing the vacuum to form in the canned food without any problems and easy opening of the canned food.
[0047] The use of the smart jar cover subject to the invention is as follows;
[0048] The vacuuming element (30) is inserted into the slot (20) of the cover body (10) and the bottom surface is fitted and fixed on the stepped surface (21 ). By means of the compression choke (33) of the vacuuming element (30), the bottom extension (35) remains in the inner volume of the jar so that it extends past the bottom surface of the cover. The vacuuming element (30), which is tightly and tightly compressed in the compression choke (33) of the cover body (10), is positioned in a strong structure with a high sealing effect in this area. It ensures that the cover body (10) closes on the glass jar with a high vacuum effect.
[0049] When the cover of the smart jar is desired to be opened, the vacuuming element (30) stretches and changes form into the cavity (22) by applying force on the vacuuming element (30).
