The bladed article further comprises a bladed portion. The bladed portion is designed for scraping across the surface of a person’s skin. In the bladed article, the bladed portion is detachable from the body. The bladed portion is also mounted into a blade carrier. The blade carrier is selectively attachable to and removable from the body.

Additionally, the bladed article (10) further may comprise a bladed portion (14). The bladed portion (14) is specifically designed for scraping across the surface of a person's skin.

A bladed article for removing jellyfish stings, the bladed article comprising: a body; and a bladed portion for scraping across the surface of a person’s skin, wherein the bladed portion is detachable from the body and is mounted into a blade carrier that is selectively attachable to and removable from the body.
2. A bladed article according to claim 1 , wherein the blade carrier a first mounting feature and the body comprises a second mounting feature such that the blade carrier is attached to the body by way of a snap fit arrangement.
3. A bladed article according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the blade is mounted in the blade carrier by way of a friction fit interface.
4. A bladed article according to claim 3, wherein the body comprises a first end and a second end, wherein the first end comprises an end cap that is selectively attachable to and removable from the body, and the second end comprises the second mounting feature, wherein the second end further comprises a first recess on one side of the body for receiving a portion of the blade carrier and a second recess on the other side of the body for receiving a portion of a blade.
5. A bladed article according to claim 4, wherein the blade is angled away from the longitudinal axis of the body.
6. A bladed article according to claim 5, wherein the blade carrier further comprises a visual code or identifier that can be interacted with by way of a smart phone.
