[0048] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a dust collecting assembly 100. The dust collecting assembly 100 comprises a box body 10 and a door body 20. The box body 10 is formed with a dust collecting cavity 11 and a first dust discharging port 12 which are in communication with each other. The box body 10 is further formed with a mounting groove 13 which is in communication with the first dust discharging port 12. The door body 20 slides in the mounting groove 13 along a first direction Z-Z to open or close the first dust discharging port 12. The mounting groove 13 and the first dust discharging port 12 are arranged along a second direction X-X. The size of the first end of the mounting groove 13 which is away from the first dust discharging port 12 along the second direction X-X is smaller than the size of the second end of the mounting groove 13 which is close to the first dust discharging port 12 along the second direction X-X. When the door body 20 is at the first end, the door body 20 is in sealing arrangement with the groove wall of the mounting groove 13 which is provided with the first dust discharging port 12 to close the first dust discharging port 12. When the door body 20 is at the second end, the door body 20 is separated from the groove wall to open the first dust discharging port 12. The first direction Z-Z and the second direction X-X are arranged in intersection.

[0049] The dust collecting assembly 100 can be used to carry dust or sundries. Specifically, the dust collecting cavity 11 can be used to collect dust, sundries and the like. When the first dust discharging port 12 is opened, the dust, sundries and the like collected in the dust collecting cavity 11 can be poured out. The door body 20 slides in the mounting groove 13 along the first direction Z-Z. At this time, the door body 20 slides on the box body 10 to open or close the first dust discharging port 12. On the one hand, the sliding of the door body 20 can make the opening or closing of the first dust discharging port 12 more labor-saving and smooth. On the other hand, it can also make the assembly of the dust collecting assembly 100 more convenient. In addition, compared with the existing technology of turning over or electric driving, the number of structural parts can be saved, the structure can be simplified, and thus the production cost of the dust collecting assembly 100 can be reduced.

[0050] Further, the installation groove 13 can limit the sliding of the door body 20. Specifically, the size of the installation groove 13 at the first end away from the first dust outlet 12 in the second direction X-X is smaller than the size of the installation groove 13 at the second end close to the first dust outlet 12 in the second direction X-X. At this time, the installation groove 13 presents a large size at the first end and a small size at the second end in the first direction Z-Z. When the door body 20 is installed in the installation groove 13 and closes the first dust outlet 12, the door body 20 is at the first end of the installation groove 13. Because the size of the first end of the installation groove 13 in the second direction X-X is small, the extrusion strength between the door body 20 and the box body 10 at the first end of the installation groove 13 is high. When the door body 20 is at the first end, the door body 20 can be sealed with the groove wall of the installation groove 13 where the first dust outlet 12 is arranged, so as to close the first dust outlet 12. At this time, the sealing between the door body 20 and the box body 10 can be improved. When the first dust outlet 12 needs to be opened, the door body 20 moves towards the second end of the installation groove 13. Because the size of the second end of the installation groove 13 in the second direction X-X is large, the extrusion strength between the door body 20 and the box body 10 decreases in the process of sliding of the door body 20. Further, the friction between the door body 20 and the box body 10 gradually decreases with the sliding of the door body 20 towards the second end of the installation groove 13. At this time, the door body 20 is separated from the groove wall at the second end, so as to reduce the wear degree of the door body 20, the box body 10 and other structural members. Thus, the service life of the dust collection assembly 100 can be improved.

[0051] Preferably, the first direction Z-Z and the second direction X-X are perpendicular to each other. At this time, the structure of the dust collection assembly 100 is more symmetrical and more beautiful. Of course, in some other embodiments, the first direction Z-Z and the second direction X-X can only intersect and not be perpendicular. Here, no limitation is made.

[0052] Optionally, the size of the installation groove 13 in the second direction X-X gradually increases from the first end to the second end, so as to improve the stability of the sliding of the door body 20 in the installation groove 13.

[0053] The application further provides a cleaning device. The cleaning device at least comprises a machine body and the dust collection assembly 100. The user can install the dust collection assembly 100 on the machine body and control the machine body to perform cleaning work. The dust collection assembly 100 can be used to collect dust, sundries and the like during the cleaning of the machine body.

[0054] Optionally, the cleaning device can be a sweeping robot, a scrubber, a washing and drying all-in-one machine, a vacuum cleaner and the like. Here, no limitation is made.

[0055] The application further provides a cleaning system. The cleaning system comprises a base station and the cleaning device. The base station is used to collect the objects in the dust collection cavity 11 from the first dust outlet 12 when the first dust outlet 12 is in an open state.

[0056] Optionally, the base station can also be used to charge the cleaning device, or to power the cleaning device, the base station can be used to self-clean the cleaning device, which is not limited here.

[0057] In some embodiments, the dust collection assembly 100 can also be manually discharged by other devices.

[0058] Further, in an embodiment of the present application, the box body 10 is provided with a sliding portion 101, and the box body 10 further includes a mounting groove 13 communicating with the first dust discharge port 12, and the sliding portion 101 is arranged on the side wall of the mounting groove 13. Since the mounting groove 13 has a certain width in the direction away from the dust collection cavity 11 from the first dust discharge port 12, the sliding portion 101 is arranged on the side wall of the mounting groove 13, which can increase the setting space of the sliding portion 101, on the one hand, it can make the operator relatively fast during the installation of the door body 20, on the other hand, it can improve the sealing performance between the door body 20 and the box body 10, and can improve the structural strength of the cavity wall of the dust collection cavity 11, and improve the reliability of the box body 10.

[0059] Specifically, referring to FIGS. 1-5, the first sliding groove 1011 is arranged on the side wall of the mounting groove 13 extending along the first direction Z-Z, and the sliding member 21 extending from the door body 20 to the depth direction of the first sliding groove 1011 is arranged on the door body 20. The sliding member 21 is used to slide in the first sliding groove 1011, so that the door body 20 opens or closes the first dust discharge port 12. By sliding the sliding member 21 in the first sliding groove 1011, on the one hand, the first sliding groove 1011 can limit the sliding direction of the sliding member 21 to a certain extent, so as to avoid the sliding position of the sliding member 21 deviating when the door body 20 opens or closes the first dust discharge port 12, thereby affecting the opening or closing of the first dust discharge port 12. On the other hand, the sliding member 21 slides in the first sliding groove 1011, at this time, the process of opening or closing the first dust discharge port 12 can also be more smooth, and the first sliding groove 1011 is simple in structure and easy to realize.

[0060] Optionally, in some other embodiments, the first sliding groove 1011 can be arranged on the door body 20, and the sliding portion 101 in the mounting groove 13 can be arranged as the sliding member 21, at this time, the sliding member 21 slides on the first sliding groove 1011 to open or close the first dust discharge port 12, which is not limited here. And in other embodiments, the sliding connection between the door body 20 and the box body 10 can be realized by other structures.

[0061] Specifically, the first sliding groove 1011 comprises a main sliding groove 1011a and a buffer groove 1011b. The main sliding groove 1011a extends from a first end to a second end along the first direction Z-Z, and the buffer groove 1011b is communicated with one end of the main sliding groove 1011a close to the second end and is arranged bending towards the dust collecting cavity 11. The arrangement of the main sliding groove 1011a can limit the movement of the sliding piece 21 in the mounting groove 13, and at this time, the deviation of the sliding piece 21 in the movement process can be effectively avoided, so as to affect the opening or closing of the first dust discharging port 12. At the same time, the structure of the main sliding groove 1011a can also make the sliding of the sliding piece 21 more smooth. In the process of closing the first dust discharging port 12, the sliding piece 21 on the door body 20 slides downward in the first sliding groove 1011, and when the sliding piece 21 slides to the bottom of the main sliding groove 1011a, the sliding piece 21 will continue to slide in the buffer groove 1011b until it slides to the end of the buffer groove 1011b close to the dust collecting cavity 11, and the sliding piece 21 slides to the bottom of the buffer groove 1011b, at this time, the door body 20 can move towards the side closer to the first dust discharging port 12, so as to seal the first dust discharging port 12, and the sliding piece 21 can be arranged with a spacing between the bottom wall of the mounting groove 13 when moving in the main sliding groove 1011a, so as to reduce the contact friction between the door body 20 and the bottom wall of the mounting groove 13, and make the downward sliding of the door body 20 more smooth. Therefore, the structure of the main sliding groove 1011a and the buffer groove 1011b can make the sliding of the sliding piece 21 more smooth while better realizing the sealing effect of the first dust discharging port 12.

[0062] Optionally, the first sliding groove 1011 can be arranged on only the first side wall 131, at this time, when one side of the sliding piece 21 moves in the first sliding groove 1011, the other side of the sliding piece 21 can also move along the second side wall 132, so as to realize the opening or closing of the first dust discharging port 12. Alternatively, the first sliding groove 1011 can be arranged on only the second side wall 132, at this time, when one side of the sliding piece 21 moves in the first sliding groove 1011, the other side of the sliding piece 21 can also move along the first side wall 131, so as to realize the opening or closing of the first dust discharging port 12. Alternatively, the first sliding groove 1011 can be arranged on both the first side wall 131 and the second side wall 132, at this time, both sides of the sliding piece 21 slide in the first sliding groove 1011, and the sliding of the sliding piece 21 can be more smooth.

[0063] Further, in an embodiment of the present application, the dust collecting cavity 11, the first dust discharging port 12 and the mounting groove 13 are sequentially communicated in the second direction X-X, the mounting groove 13 has the first side wall 131 and the second side wall 132 oppositely arranged in the third direction Y-Y, and at least one of the first side wall 131 and the second side wall 132 is provided with the first sliding groove 1011 extending along the first direction Z-Z. Wherein, the second direction X-X, the third direction Y-Y and the first direction Z-Z are perpendicular to each other. In this way, the sealing effect and efficiency of the door body 20 on the first dust discharging port 12 can be improved, and the overall structure of the dust collecting assembly 100 is more compact, and the appearance is also more beautiful.

[0064] In other embodiments, the second direction X-X, the third direction Y-Y and the first direction Z-Z can be perpendicular to each other between any two.

[0065] Further, in order to make the sliding part 21 on the door body 20 more labor-saving when being clamped into the first sliding groove 1011, in an embodiment of the present application, one or both of the first side wall 131 and the second side wall 132 provided with the first sliding groove 1011 is further provided with a second sliding groove 102 in communication with the first sliding groove 1011 close to the second end, and the second sliding groove 102 extends away from the dust collecting cavity 11 along the second direction X-X. Specifically, when the door body 20 is closed to the first dust discharging port 12, the sliding part 21 can be first clamped into the second sliding groove 102, and then the sliding part 21 is controlled to move along the second sliding groove 102 into the main sliding groove 1011a, and then moves along the main sliding groove 1011a into the buffer groove 1011b and to the bottom of the buffer groove 1011b, at which time the door body 20 can be closed to the first dust discharging port 12. The provision of the second sliding groove 102 can provide a certain accommodation effect for the clamping of the sliding part 21 into the mounting groove 13, at which time the process of clamping the sliding part 21 into the mounting groove 13 can be more labor-saving. In addition, the second sliding groove 102 is in communication with the first sliding groove 1011, so that the sliding part 21 can smoothly slide into the first sliding groove 1011 after being clamped into the second sliding groove 102. Therefore, the structure of the second sliding groove 102 not only makes the process of clamping the sliding part 21 into the mounting groove 13 more labor-saving, but also makes the sliding of the sliding part 21 more smooth during the process of closing the door body 20 to the first dust discharging port 12.

[0066] Wherein, the second sliding groove 102 penetrates the corresponding first side wall 131 or second side wall 132 towards the door body 20.

[0067] Optionally, the second sliding groove 102 can extend along the second direction X-X, and in this case, when the sliding piece 21 is clamped into the second sliding groove 102, it can be clamped into the second sliding groove 102 horizontally along the second direction X-X, or the second sliding groove 102 can be arranged obliquely relative to the second direction X-X, and in this case, when the sliding piece 21 is clamped into the second sliding groove 102, it can be clamped into the second sliding groove 102 along a direction oblique relative to the second direction X-X, and no limitation is made herein.

[0068] Of course, in some other embodiments, only one of the first side wall 131 and the second side wall 132 can be provided with the second sliding groove 102, and in this case, when the sliding piece 21 is clamped into the mounting groove 13, one end of the sliding piece 21 can abut against any one of the first side wall 131 or the second side wall 132, and the other end can be clamped into the second sliding groove 102, and when the other end is completely clamped into the second sliding groove 102, the position between the one end of the sliding piece 21 and the first side wall 131 or the second side wall 132 can be adjusted so that the sliding piece 21 can slide in the second sliding groove 102, and in this case, the sliding piece 21 can also be smoothly clamped into the mounting groove 13, and no limitation is made herein.

[0069] Please continue to refer to FIGS. 4-9. In an embodiment of the present application, the mounting groove 13 further has a third side wall 133 arranged at the first end and a fourth side wall 134 arranged at the second end. The third side wall 133 and the fourth side wall 134 are connected between the first side wall 131 and the second side wall 132, respectively, and the fourth side wall 134 is provided with a first fixing portion 1341, and the door body 20 is provided with a second fixing portion 22 at an end thereof facing the fourth side wall 134. The dust collection assembly 100 further includes a resilient piece 30, which is telescopically arranged between the first fixing portion 1341 and the second fixing portion 22. The resilient piece 30 is used to provide a bearing force of the door body 20 against the third side wall 133, so that the door body 20 remains closed to the first dust discharge port 12. During the cleaning process of the cleaning device, the door body 20 of the dust collection assembly 100 can move relatively with the box body 10 due to the movement of the dust collection assembly 100, thereby opening the first dust discharge port 12, and the resilient piece 30 can provide a force of the door body 20 towards the third side wall 133, so that the door body 20 always remains in a closed state to the first dust discharge port 12. Therefore, the provision of the resilient piece 30 can provide a bearing force of the door body 20 against the third side wall 133, so that the door body 20 closes the first dust discharge port 12. When the door body 20 closes the first dust discharge port 12, the resilient piece 30 always abuts against the first fixing portion 1341 and the second fixing portion 22 under the action of the elastic force. The first fixing portion 1341 extends a certain length towards the third side wall 133, and the second fixing portion 22 extends a certain length towards the fourth side wall 134, which can limit the position of the resilient piece 30, so as to avoid the position of the resilient piece 30 from being deviated, thereby causing the door body 20 to be unable to normally close the first dust discharge port 12.

[0070] In an embodiment of the present application, the dust collecting assembly 100 further comprises a trigger 40. The trigger 40 is arranged on the side of the door body 20 away from the first dust outlet 12, and is used to drive the door body 20 to slide along the first sliding groove 1011 to open the first dust outlet 12. When it is needed to open the first dust outlet 12 to discharge the dust or sundries in the dust collecting cavity 11, the trigger 40 can be operated to drive the door body 20 to slide along the first sliding groove 1011. At this time, the door body 20 can overcome the elastic force of the elastic member 30 and the gravity of the door body 20 itself, so as to compress the elastic member 30 and open the first dust outlet 12. The arrangement of the trigger 40 is simple in operation and can facilitate the user to operate.

[0071] Please refer to FIGS. 7 to 10. In an embodiment of the present application, the box body 10 further forms a second dust outlet 14 communicating with the mounting groove 13, and the second dust outlet 14 is located at the end of the mounting groove 13 away from the first dust outlet 12. The dust collecting assembly 100 further comprises a cover plate 50, which is arranged on the second dust outlet 14. The cover plate 50 forms a first avoiding opening 50a and a second avoiding opening 50b communicating with each other. The first avoiding opening 50a corresponds to the first dust outlet 12, and the second avoiding opening 50b extends along the first direction Z-Z and is used to expose the trigger 40.

[0072] The arrangement of the second dust outlet 14 can facilitate the dust and sundries in the dust collecting assembly 100 to be discharged from the second dust outlet 14 after passing through the first dust outlet 12. The cover plate 50 is arranged on the second dust outlet 14 to cover the second dust outlet 14. On the one hand, the cover plate 50 can protect the remaining structural members in the box body 10 to avoid damage to the remaining structural members in the box body 10 due to bumping during use of the dust collecting assembly 100. On the other hand, the cover plate 50 can also make the overall appearance of the dust collecting assembly 100 more beautiful.

[0073] In addition, the cover plate 50 forms the first avoiding opening 50a and the second avoiding opening 50b. The first avoiding opening 50a is arranged corresponding to the first dust outlet 12, and the second avoiding opening 50b is used to expose the trigger 40. At this time, when the user needs to operate the trigger 40, the first avoiding opening 50a can provide a space for the user to operate the door body 20, and the second avoiding opening 50b is arranged along the third direction Y-Y to limit the movement of the trigger 40 to a certain extent, so that the trigger 40 can move along the first direction Z-Z to compress the elastic member 30 and open the first dust outlet 12.

[0074] Optionally, the trigger 40 can be at least partially located in or completely located in the second avoiding opening 50b.

[0075] Optionally, the box body 10 is further provided with a first frame body 15, which is arranged at the periphery of the second dust discharging port 14. The cover plate 50 comprises a second frame body 51 and a main plate 52, the second frame body 51 is arranged at the periphery of the main plate 52, the first and second avoiding ports 50a and 50b are formed on the main plate 52, and the second frame body 51 is sealingly connected with the first frame body 15. The structure of the first frame body 15 and the second frame body 51 can shield the remaining structural members in the dust collecting assembly 100, thereby improving the overall aesthetics of the dust collecting assembly 100.

[0076] Optionally, the first frame body 15 can be a groove arranged on the end of the mounting groove 13, and the second frame body 51 can be a protruding rib. At this time, UV glue can be injected into the groove to form a seal with the UV glue solidification. Alternatively, in some other embodiments, ultrasonic welding can also be used to achieve sealing. By forming a seal between the first frame body 15 and the second frame body 51, the box body 10 and the cover plate 50 can be prevented from leaking, and thus when the dust collecting assembly 100 is applied to the cleaning system, the base station needs to use the cover plate 50 as the sealing contact surface to adsorb the dust or debris in the dust collecting assembly 100.

[0077] Please continue to refer to FIG. 2. In order to better achieve the sealing effect of the first dust discharging port 12, in an embodiment of the present application, the dust collecting assembly 100 further comprises a sealing member 60. The sealing member 60 is arranged on the side of the door body 20 facing the dust collecting cavity 11. The sealing member 60 is used to seal the first dust discharging port 12 when the door body 20 closes the first dust discharging port 12. Specifically, when the sealing member 60 seals the first dust discharging port 12, the sealing skirt of the sealing member 60 and the sealing surface of the door body 20 are in interference fit to achieve sealing, so as to ensure that dust or debris does not leak out to affect the dust collection effect of the cleaning device when the cleaning device is in normal use. When the dust or debris in the dust collecting assembly 200 needs to be discharged, the cleaning device can be placed on the base station, and the user can open the first dust discharging port 12 by applying an external force to the trigger member 40, at which time the sealing skirt of the sealing member 60 and the sealing surface of the door body 20 are not in contact, thereby facilitating the discharge of dust or debris in the dust collecting cavity 11. Alternatively, the user can manually pour out the dust or debris in the dust collecting cavity 11, which is not limited here. As can be seen, the arrangement of the sealing member 60 can provide strong sealing reliability between the door body 20 and the box body 10 when the cleaning device is in normal use, thereby avoiding the dust or debris in the dust collecting assembly 100 from leaking out of the first dust discharging port 12, which can improve the user's experience.

[0078] It should be noted that in order to ensure that the cover plate 50 does not rub against the sealing element 60 when the door body 20 is opened or closed, the bottom of the dust collection assembly 100 is inwardly recessed towards the side close to the dust collection cavity 11, which can avoid long-time rubbing to cause sealing failure of the sealing element 60, thereby improving the service life of the sealing element 60.

[0079] In today's society, cleaning equipment has become a common tool in people's daily life. With the continuous development of science and technology, people's requirements for the convenience of cleaning equipment are getting higher and higher. In the prior art, the cleaning equipment often has a dust collection assembly, and the dust collection assembly is relatively complex to disassemble, which is poor in user experience.

[0080] In order to improve the operation convenience when the dust collection assembly is disassembled and improve the user experience, referring to FIGS. 11-25, the present application further provides a cleaning equipment.

[0081] It should be noted that in any of the following embodiments, the dust collection assembly 10c can be improved by using any of the above improvements to the dust collection assembly 100, which will not be repeated here; in any of the above embodiments, the connection method of the dust collection assembly 100 and the machine body can be improved by using the specific embodiments of the dust collection assembly 10c and the machine body 20c described in any of the following embodiments to improve the operation convenience when the dust collection assembly 100 and the machine body are disassembled.

[0082] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 11-16, the cleaning equipment includes a machine body 20c and a dust collection assembly 10c. The machine body 20c is provided with a first limiting portion 21c. The dust collection assembly 10c includes a dust box body 11c, a second limiting portion 12c and a trigger portion 13c provided on the dust box body 11c, and the trigger portion 13c is connected with the second limiting portion 12c. The second limiting portion 12c cooperates with the first limiting portion 21c to limit the installation of the dust collection assembly 10c on the machine body 20c, and the trigger portion 13c is triggered to drive the second limiting portion 12c to release the limiting state between the second limiting portion 12c and the first limiting portion 21c.

[0083] The dust collection assembly 10c can be used to collect dust, skin debris, hair and other objects generated by the machine body 20c of the cleaning equipment during operation. In an application scenario, when the dust collection assembly 10c is installed on the machine body 20c, the second limiting portion 12c and the first limiting portion 21c are kept in mutual limiting arrangement, and the second limiting portion 12c can be displaced relative to the first limiting portion 21c by pressing the trigger portion 13c, thereby releasing the limiting state between the second limiting portion 12c and the first limiting portion 21c.

[0084] It should be noted that the specific forming manner of the limiting state between the second limiting part 12c and the first limiting part 21c is not limited here, for example, the dust collection assembly 10c can be pushed to move towards the machine body 20c by a pushing force, so that the second limiting part 12c and the first limiting part 21c abut and further realize limiting, and for example, the limiting state can be assisted to be realized by triggering the trigger part 13c.

[0085] The dust collection assembly 10c and the machine body 20c are detachably connected. In an application scenario, in the first state, the dust collection assembly 10c and the machine body 20c are connected by the first limiting part 21c and the second limiting part 12c, and the state of the limiting connection can be released by the trigger part 13c, so as to detach the dust collection assembly 10c from the machine body 20c and release the mechanical connection between them; in another application scenario, other limiting structures (to further improve the position reliability of the dust collection assembly 10c) can be arranged between the dust collection assembly 10c and the machine body 20c, for example, the limiting state between the second limiting part 12c and the first limiting part 21c can be released by triggering the trigger part 13c, so that the dust collection assembly 10c and the machine body 20c enter an active connection state.

[0086] Therefore, since the triggering of the trigger part 13c can release the limiting state between the second limiting part 12c and the first limiting part 21c, the trigger part 13c arranged on the dust collection assembly 10c can be triggered when the user holds the dust collection assembly 10c, so that the trigger part 13c connected with the second limiting part 12c arranged on the dust collection assembly 10c can at least improve the convenience of releasing the limiting state between the second limiting part 12c and the first limiting part 21c, and thus can improve the operation convenience when the dust collection assembly 10c is detached.

[0087] The above-mentioned setting has the beneficial effect that the trigger part 13c arranged on the dust box body 11c can be directly triggered by taking the dust collection assembly 10c when it needs to be detached, so that the limiting state between the second limiting part 12c and the first limiting part 21c is directly released when the dust collection assembly 10c is taken, without the need for additional release operation to release the limiting state, thereby facilitating the operation convenience when the dust collection assembly 10c is detached and improving the user's experience.

[0088] In some embodiments, the inner side wall of the dust box body 11c is arranged towards the machine body 20c, and the trigger part 13c is arranged on the outer side wall of the dust box body 11c close to the inner side wall.

[0089] The above arrangement has the beneficial effect that the trigger portion 13c is arranged on the outer side wall of the dust box body 11c, facilitating the user to directly contact the trigger portion 13c when taking the dust collection assembly 10c to complete the triggering of the trigger portion 13c; the trigger portion 13c is arranged on the area close to the inner side wall of the outer side wall of the dust box body 11c, facilitating the second limiting portion 12c connected with the trigger portion 13c to be arranged on the area close to the inner side wall of the dust box body 11c, facilitating the cooperation limiting of the second limiting portion 12c and the first limiting portion 21c.

[0090] In some embodiments, the machine body 20c is provided with a mounting groove, and the first limiting portion 21c is arranged on the inner side wall of the mounting groove; the second limiting portion 12c extends from the trigger portion 13c towards the first direction x, and the first direction x is the direction in which the outer side wall faces the inner side wall.

[0091] The above arrangement facilitates the cooperation limiting of the second limiting portion 12c and the first limiting portion 21c; the first limiting portion 21c is arranged on the inner side wall of the mounting groove, reducing the influence of external interference on the first limiting portion 21c and improving the state stability of the limiting state formed by the first limiting portion 21c and the second limiting portion 12c.

[0092] In some embodiments, the mounting groove includes a bottom wall and an inner side wall, the first limiting portion 21c is arranged on the inner side wall of the mounting groove, and the dust box body 11c is at least partially arranged in the mounting groove, and the inner side wall of the main body of the dust collection assembly 10c is arranged in the mounting groove, facilitating the limiting of the dust box body 11c through the mounting groove, and the mounting groove can play a protective role on the dust box body 11c.

[0093] In some embodiments, the first limiting portion 21c is arranged on the side of the inner side wall of the mounting groove close to the groove opening, facilitating the cooperation limiting of the second limiting portion 12c and the first limiting portion 21c.

[0094] In some embodiments, the first limiting portion 21c includes a protruding portion, and the second limiting portion 12c includes a buckling portion, and the protruding portion and the buckling portion are connected to install the dust box body 11c in the mounting groove.

[0095] The cooperation limiting of the first limiting portion 21c and the second limiting portion 12c is achieved by connecting the protruding portion and the buckling portion, which is simple in structure and can improve the convenience of cooperation limiting of the first limiting portion 21c and the second limiting portion 12c, thereby improving the installation convenience of the dust collection assembly 10c.

[0096] In some embodiments, the trigger portion 13c comprises a button. Referring to FIGS. 15 and 16, pressing the button facilitates controlling the displacement of the buckling portion towards the dust box body 11c, and moving the dust box body 11c facilitates the position correspondence between the buckling portion and the protruding portion, releasing the button enables the buckling portion to reset, thereby enabling the buckling of the buckling portion and the protruding portion, and thereby completing the cooperation and limiting of the first limiting portion 21c and the second limiting portion 12c; similarly, when it is necessary to release the limiting state of the first limiting portion 21c and the second limiting portion 12c, the button can be pressed to enable the displacement of the buckling portion towards the dust box body 11c, thereby releasing the buckling state, and thereby releasing the limiting state of the first limiting portion 21c and the second limiting portion 12c, so as to facilitate the movement of the dust box body 11c to a certain extent, thereby improving the convenience of disassembling the dust collecting assembly 10c.

[0097] In some embodiments, the inner side wall of the dust box body 11c can be arranged to abut against the bottom wall of the mounting groove to realize the position correspondence between the buckling portion and the protruding portion in the above-mentioned embodiments, thereby improving the convenience of the user's operation of realizing the position correspondence between the buckling portion and the protruding portion by moving the dust box body 11c when mounting the dust collecting assembly 10c.

[0098] In some embodiments, other conventional limiting structures and limiting methods can also be included, which are not limited in particular.

[0099] In some embodiments, the end face of the buckling portion away from the trigger portion 13c is arranged to be inclined towards the dust box body 11c along the first direction x.

[0100] Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 14, 15 and 16, in the limiting state, the end face of the buckling portion away from the trigger portion 13c is arranged to be inclined towards the dust box body 11c along the first direction x. When the dust box body 11c is pushed to move towards the mounting groove along the first direction x, the buckling portion arranged on the dust box body 11c also moves towards the mounting groove, at this time, the end face of the buckling portion away from the trigger portion 13c moves towards the protruding portion along the first direction x, and when the end face of the buckling portion away from the trigger portion 13c abuts against the protruding portion, since the dust box body 11c continues to move towards the mounting groove, the end face arranged to be inclined towards the dust box body 11c along the first direction x can enable the protruding portion to exert a pushing force towards the dust box body 11c on the buckling portion, thereby enabling the displacement of the buckling portion towards the dust box body 11c, and thereby the dust box body 11c can further move towards the mounting groove, in the process, the end face continues to move along the first direction x, until the protruding portion falls into the buckling groove of the buckling portion, at this time, the buckling portion and the protruding portion complete the buckling and clamping.

[0101] The end face obliquely arranged towards the dust box body 11c in the first direction x is beneficial for the user to directly realize the buckling of the buckling part and the protruding part by the pushing force of the dust box body 11c when installing the dust box body 11c, and the cooperation and limiting of the first limiting part 21c and the second limiting part 12c can be realized without triggering the part 13c, thereby improving the installation convenience of the dust box body 11c during installation.

[0102] In some embodiments, other limiting structures can be further included between the dust collecting assembly 10c and the machine body 20c to realize the installation limiting therebetween. The obliquely arranged end face at least improves the convenience of the state conversion from separation to cooperation limiting between the first limiting part 21c and the second limiting part 12c, thereby improving the installation convenience of the dust box body 11c during installation.

[0103] In some embodiments, the dust collecting assembly 10c further includes a spring 14c, one end of which is connected with the triggering part 13c and the other end of which is connected with the dust box body 11c.

[0104] The spring 14c improves the convenience of the state conversion between the limiting state and the limiting release state of the second limiting part 12c and the first limiting part 21c. Further, when the triggering part 13c is pressed towards the dust box body 11c, the spring 14c provides a space for the movement of the triggering part 13c towards the dust box body 11c, thereby realizing the triggering of the triggering part 13c. This triggering mode is convenient for the user to trigger the triggering part 13c when holding the dust collecting assembly 10c, and the operation is simple and the force can be reduced. When the pressing on the triggering part 13c is released, the spring 14c facilitates the resetting of the triggering part 13c, thereby driving the resetting of the second limiting part 12c. If the positions of the second limiting part 12c and the first limiting part 21c correspond at this time, the limiting connection between the second limiting part 12c (for example, the buckling part) and the first limiting part 21c (for example, the protruding part) can be realized. Therefore, the spring 14c also facilitates the limiting connection between the second limiting part 12c and the first limiting part 21c, thereby improving the installation convenience of the dust collecting assembly 10c.

[0105] In some embodiments, the dust box body 11c forms a spring limiting column 15c, so that the other end of the spring 14c is connected with the dust box body 11c.

[0106] In some embodiments, the triggering part 13c and the second limiting part 12c are integrally formed, which facilitates the assembly of the dust collecting assembly 10c and improves the convenience of production and assembly.

[0107] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 18-19, the dust box body 11c forms a mounting groove and a limiting column 16c on the inner side wall of the mounting groove, and the trigger portion 13c forms a limiting hole 17c; the limiting column 16c and the limiting hole 17c cooperate to limit the trigger portion 13c in the mounting groove and allow the trigger portion 13c to rotate around the limiting column 16c; wherein the spring 14c is arranged between the trigger portion 13c and the bottom wall of the mounting groove.

[0108] The trigger portion 13c is arranged in the mounting groove to facilitate reducing the size of the dust collection assembly 10c as a whole, improving the integration, and improving the installation convenience.

[0109] In other embodiments, the trigger portion and the second limiting portion are an integrally formed elastic member, which can directly drive the second limiting portion to displace by pressing the trigger portion, and directly drive the second limiting portion to reset by releasing the pressing on the trigger portion, so that the spring is not needed to switch between the limiting state and the releasing limiting state.

[0110] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 22, the machine body 20c is provided with a third limiting portion 22c, and the end wall of the dust box body 11c is provided with a fourth limiting portion 18, and the third limiting portion 22c and the fourth limiting portion 18 cooperate to limit the relative rotation and detachable arrangement of the dust box body 11c and the machine body 20c.

[0111] In an application scenario, the end of the dust box body 11c away from the third limiting portion 22c rotates around the end of the dust box body 11c close to the third limiting portion 22c. In an application scenario, the third limiting portion 22c is arranged close to the mounting groove to facilitate the cooperation of the third limiting portion 22c and the fourth limiting portion 18; the relative rotation facilitates the further movement of the dust box body 11c in a certain space area to facilitate the installation and disassembly of the dust box body 11c.

[0112] In an application scenario, when the dust collection assembly 10c is installed, the dust collection assembly 10c is held and the third limiting portion 22c is positioned corresponding to the fourth limiting portion 18, the limiting connection between the third limiting portion 22c and the fourth limiting portion 18 is completed, and then the dust box body 11c can be pushed to rotate relative to the machine body 20c, so that the second limiting portion 12c on the dust box body 11c is positioned corresponding to the first limiting portion 21c and the limiting is realized, and the installation of the dust box body 11c is completed; when the dust collection assembly 10c is disassembled, the trigger portion 13c can be triggered when the dust collection assembly 10c body 11 is held, and then the limiting state between the second limiting portion 12c and the first limiting portion 21c is released, so that the dust box body 11c and the machine body 20c are movably connected under the limiting action of the third limiting portion 22c and the fourth limiting portion 18, that is, the relative rotation of the dust box body 11c relative to the machine body 20c can be controlled, and then the dust box body 11c is conveniently rotated out of the installation groove, and then the dust box body 11c is conveniently moved to release the limiting state between the third limiting portion 22c and the fourth limiting portion 18.

[0113] It should be noted that during the installation of the dust box body 11c, the limiting between the second limiting portion 12c and the first limiting portion 21c can be directly realized by using the pushing force; or the second limiting portion 12c can be driven to displace by triggering the trigger portion 13c, and after the second limiting portion 12c is positioned corresponding to the first limiting portion 21c, the trigger of the trigger portion 13c is released to reset the second limiting portion 12c, and then the limiting connection between the two is completed.

[0114] The third limiting portion 22c and the fourth limiting portion 18 are provided to improve the connection stability between the dust collection assembly 10c and the machine body 20c and improve the use safety; the third limiting portion 22c and the fourth limiting portion 18 are cooperatively limited to allow the dust box body 11c to be rotatably arranged relative to the machine body 20c, which facilitates the installation of the dust box body 11c into the installation groove and improves the convenience of installing the dust box body 11c; the detachable arrangement can improve the convenience of cleaning and maintaining the dust collection assembly 10c.

[0115] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 25, the third limiting portion 22c and the side wall of the machine body 20c form a limiting groove, and the fourth limiting portion 18 includes a limiting protrusion, and the limiting protrusion is rotatably limited in the limiting groove.

[0116] This structure is simple and facilitates the relative rotation of the dust box body 11c relative to the machine body 20c after the third limiting portion 22c and the fourth limiting portion 18 are cooperatively limited and the detachable arrangement.

[0117] In an application scenario, as shown in FIG. 25, the limiting protrusion includes a plug, and the limiting groove is a socket, and the limiting can be realized.

[0118] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 23, the side wall 23 of the mounting groove away from the third limiting part 22c is arranged at an obtuse angle with the bottom wall of the mounting groove.

[0119] In an application scenario, as shown in FIG. 24, the machine body 20c, the dust collection assembly 10c, and the mounting groove all extend along the second direction y, the first direction x is perpendicular to the second direction y, and when the second direction y is parallel to the direction of gravity, the side wall 23 of the mounting groove away from the third limiting part 22c is convenient for supporting the dust box body 11c.

[0120] In an application scenario, when the dust collection assembly 10c is installed, the dust collection assembly 10c is held and the third limiting part 22c is corresponded with the position of the fourth limiting part 18, the limiting connection of the third limiting part 22c and the fourth limiting part 18 is completed, and then the dust box body 11c can be pushed to rotate relative to the machine body 20c to pass through the opening of the mounting groove and enter the mounting groove, so that the second limiting part 12c on the dust box body 11c is corresponded with the position of the first limiting part 21c and the limiting is realized, and the installation of the dust box body 11c is completed. Wherein, the side wall 23 of the mounting groove away from the third limiting part 22c is arranged at an obtuse angle with the bottom wall of the mounting groove, which can provide a space for the rotation of the dust box body 11c relative to the machine body 20c, and is convenient for installation.

[0121] In some application scenarios, when the dust box body 11c is installed in the mounting groove, the end wall of the dust box body 11c away from the fourth limiting part 18 is parallel and sealingly arranged with the side wall 23 of the mounting groove away from the third limiting part 22c.

[0122] Such arrangement not only facilitates the rotation of the dust box body 11c relative to the machine body 20c, but also facilitates the sealing structure between the dust box body 11c and the side wall 23 of the mounting groove away from the third limiting part 22c after installation is completed, so that the entire installation process is convenient and labor-saving, and the sealing is reliable.

[0123] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 16, the buckling part includes a buckling groove, and the opening of the buckling groove is arranged away from the dust box body 11c. In the limiting state, the opening of the buckling groove faces the inner side wall of the mounting groove, and the protruding part is limited in the buckling groove, which is convenient for realizing the limiting of the first limiting part 21c and the second limiting part 12c.

[0124] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 11, the dust collecting assembly 10c is arranged at least partially in the mounting groove, the machine body 20c, the dust collecting assembly 10c and the mounting groove all extend along the second direction y, thus the side wall of the mounting groove can support the dust box body 11c in the second direction y and a direction perpendicular to the second direction y and the first direction x, thus the buckle portion and the protruding portion can only be used to limit the dust box body 11c in the first direction x, thus the protruding portion can be provided with a sub-protruding portion protruding towards the mounting groove along the second direction y, thus the structure of the protruding portion can be simplified and the production convenience can be improved.

[0125] In some embodiments, the machine body 20c comprises a hand holding portion 24 arranged at a side of the mounting groove close to the third limiting portion 22c.

[0126] When the dust box body 11c is mounted or dismounted, since the hand holding portion 24 is arranged at a side of the mounting groove close to the third limiting portion 22c and the end of the dust box body 11c away from the third limiting portion 22c rotates around the end of the dust box body 11c close to the third limiting portion 22c, the arrangement makes the end of the dust box body 11c close to the hand holding portion 24 rotate around the end of the dust box body 11c away from the hand holding portion 24, thus the machine body 20c and the dust box body 11c can be held simultaneously when the dust box body 11c is mounted or dismounted to control the relative rotation of the two, thus the operation convenience can be improved.

[0127] In other embodiments, the hand holding portion can also be arranged at a side of the mounting groove away from the third limiting portion.

[0128] For example, in an application scenario, the hand holding portion 24 and the mounting groove are arranged along the gravity direction in sequence and the third limiting portion 22c is arranged at a side of the mounting groove away from the hand holding portion 24. When the dust box body 11c is mounted or dismounted, since the end of the dust box body 11c away from the third limiting portion 22c rotates around the end of the dust box body 11c close to the third limiting portion 22c, the arrangement makes the end of the dust box body 11c close to the hand holding portion 24 rotate around the end of the dust box body 11c away from the hand holding portion 24, thus the third limiting portion 22c can provide a certain supporting force for the dust box body 11c to a certain extent when the dust box body 11c is rotated, thus the influence of the gravity of the dust box body 11c on the person can be reduced, the mounting force can be reduced and the mounting convenience can be improved.

[0129] In an application scenario, as shown in FIG. 11, the hand holding portion 24 and the mounting groove can be arranged along the second direction y.

[0130] In other embodiments, the mounting groove is a through groove and the first limiting portion is arranged on the bottom wall of the mounting groove or the first limiting portion is arranged on the inner side wall of the mounting groove at a side close to the hand holding portion and the third limiting portion.

[0131] In other embodiments, the body can also not be provided with the mounting groove.

[0132] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 20-21, the dust collection assembly 10c includes a first sealing member provided on the end wall 116 of the dust box body 11c close to the third limiting portion 22c, so as to seal the end wall 116 and the side wall of the mounting groove; and a second sealing member provided on the end wall 113 of the dust box body 11c away from the third limiting portion 22c, so as to seal the end wall 113 and the side wall of the mounting groove.

[0133] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 21, 22 and 25, the mounting groove and the side wall of the end wall 116 of the dust box body 11c close to the third limiting portion 22c form a first sealing surface 212, the first sealing surface 212 is provided with a press-fit rib 213, and the first sealing member includes a rubber skirt 115; the press-fit rib 213 presses the end wall 116 of the dust box body 11c close to the third limiting portion 22c, and the rubber skirt 115 is in interference fit with the first sealing surface 212 to form a seal.

[0134] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 20, 22 and 23, the side wall 23 of the mounting groove away from the third limiting portion 22c forms a second sealing surface, the second sealing surface is provided with a limiting rib 214 and sealing cotton 216, and the second sealing member includes a sealing rib 114; the limiting rib 214 is in contact with the end wall 113 of the dust box body 11c away from the third limiting portion 22c, and the sealing rib 114 is in interference fit with the sealing cotton 216 to form a seal.

[0135] The sealing arrangement facilitates reducing the risk of leakage of dust, skin flakes, hair and other objects collected by the dust collection assembly 10c, and improves the user experience.

[0136] In other embodiments, only the first sealing member or the second sealing member can be provided, which will not be described herein.

[0137] In some embodiments, the dust collection assembly 10c includes two trigger portions 13c and two second limiting portions 12c provided on the outer side wall of the dust box body 11c, the two trigger portions 13c are provided on the area of the outer side wall of the dust box body 11c close to the inner side wall, and the body 20c includes two first limiting portions 21c.

[0138] The user can trigger the two trigger portions 13c when taking the dust collection assembly 10c, and then the second limiting portion 12c is disengaged from the first limiting portion 21c, thereby improving the convenience of disassembling the dust collection assembly 10c. In an application scenario, the user can also trigger the two trigger portions 13c when holding the dust collection assembly 10c during installation of the dust collection assembly 10c, and then the second limiting portion 12c is displaced to assist the installation process and improve the convenience of installation.

[0139] In some embodiments, the machine body 20c includes a first driving member and a first dust collection assembly. The first dust collection assembly is in communication with the dust collection assembly 10c, and the first driving member drives the first dust collection assembly to work to suck dust, dander, hair and other objects into the dust collection assembly 10c.

[0140] In some embodiments, the machine body 20c includes a first battery assembly electrically connected to the first driving member to provide power for the first driving member.

[0141] In some embodiments, the machine body 20c includes a first controller electrically connected to the first battery assembly and the first driving member to control the operation of these components.

[0142] The first controller includes at least a chip or an integrated circuit having a control function.

[0143] In other embodiments, the machine body can be held to move relative to the dust box body during installation and disassembly of the dust box body. Details are not repeated here.

[0144] The application further provides a cleaning system including the cleaning device of any of the above embodiments. The specific implementation and working principle of the cleaning device can be referred to the above embodiments, which are not repeated here. The cleaning system can use the cleaning device to perform dust removal and other operations.

[0145] Optionally, the cleaning device includes a sweeping machine, a scrubbing machine, a scrubbing and mopping all-in-one machine, a vacuum cleaner, and the like, but is not limited thereto.

[0146] In some embodiments, the cleaning system includes a base station including a dust suction port, and the dust collection assembly 10c includes a dust discharge port. The base station is detachably connected to the cleaning device. When the cleaning device is installed on the base station, the dust suction port and the dust discharge port are in communication, and dust, dander, hair and other objects in the dust collection assembly 10c enter the base station through the dust discharge port and the dust suction port to clean the dust collection assembly 10c.

[0147] In some embodiments, the dust outlet is arranged on the dust box body 11c, the dust box body 11c is mounted on the machine body 20c, and the cleaning device is in a connected state with the base station. The trigger part 13c is triggered when the dust collection assembly 10c body 11 is held, thereby releasing the limiting state between the second limiting part 12c and the first limiting part 21c, so that the dust box body 11c and the machine body 20c are movably connected under the limiting action of the third limiting part 22c and the fourth limiting part 18, that is, the relative rotation of the dust box body 11c relative to the machine body 20c can be controlled to make the dust box body 11c at least partially rotate out of the mounting groove, thereby enabling the dust outlet on the dust box body 11c to communicate with the dust suction port of the base station.

[0148] In some embodiments, the base station comprises a second driving member and a second dust suction assembly, the second dust suction assembly comprising a dust suction port, and the second driving member drives the second dust suction assembly to work to suck dust, skin flakes, hair and other objects into the base station.

[0149] In some embodiments, the base station comprises a second battery assembly electrically connected with the second driving member to supply power to the second driving member.

[0150] In some embodiments, the base station can also be used to drive the cleaning device to move (for example, the base station comprises a moving assembly) to achieve mobile cleaning of the surface to be cleaned, thereby expanding the cleaning range of the cleaning device.

[0151] In some embodiments, the base station comprises a second controller electrically connected with the second battery assembly, the second driving member and the like to control the working of these components.

[0152] The second controller comprises at least a chip or an integrated circuit having a control function.

[0153] Optionally, the base station can also be used to charge the cleaning device or obtain power from the cleaning device, and the base station can be used for self-cleaning of the cleaning device, which is not limited here.

[0154] In some embodiments, the dust collection assembly can also be manually dusted or dusted by other devices.

[0155] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the dust box button (i.e., the trigger part 13c and the second limiting part 12c) is mounted and fixed as follows: first, the spring 14c is inserted into the spring limiting column 15c, and then the spring 14c and the spring limiting column 15c are concentrically aligned as a whole, then the dust box button (i.e., the trigger part 13c and the second limiting part 12c) is pressed downward, the button through hole (i.e., the limiting hole 17c) has a guide slope, the guide slope of the dust box boss (i.e., the limiting column 16c) corresponds to the button through hole (i.e., the limiting hole 17c), and the two are buckled by pressing, thereby completing the assembly of the dust box button (two dust box buttons are symmetrical on both sides, and the installation method is consistent).

[0156] In some embodiments, the installation process of the dust collection assembly 10c is as shown in FIG. 13 and FIG. 12. Hold the dust collection assembly 10c, insert the dust box tab (i.e., the fourth limiting portion 18) into the main machine insertion hole (i.e., the third limiting portion 22c), and then rotate the dust collection assembly 10c around the main machine insertion hole (i.e., the third limiting portion 22c) to complete the installation. When the dust box button (i.e., the trigger portion 13c and the second limiting portion 12c) reaches the buckling portion (i.e., the first limiting portion 21c), it is forced to rotate around the dust box boss (i.e., the limiting column 16c) and press down. The front end of the dust box button (i.e., the trigger portion 13c and the second limiting portion 12c) is provided with a guide slope, which can smoothly enter the matching buckling portion. At this time, the dust box button (i.e., the trigger portion 13c and the second limiting portion 12c) is reset under the action of the spring 14c. The horizontal height of the dust box boss (i.e., the limiting column 16c) is higher than the buckling portion and the front end of the dust box button (i.e., the trigger portion 13c and the second limiting portion 12c), so the dust box button (i.e., the trigger portion 13c and the second limiting portion 12c) and the buckling portion form a self-locking state and cannot be pulled out. At this time, the installation of the dust collection assembly 10c is completed. After the installation is completed, the pressing rib presses the pressing surface (i.e., the end wall 116 of the dust box body 11c close to the third limiting portion 22c), the rubber skirt 115 is interference-fitted with the sealing surface (i.e., the first sealing surface 212) to form an upper end sealing; the bottom limiting rib (i.e., the limiting rib 214) contacts the dust box supporting surface (i.e., the end wall 113 of the dust box body 11c away from the third limiting portion 22c), and the sealing rib 114 is interference-fitted with the sealing cotton 216 to form a lower end sealing. The lower end of the dust collection assembly 10c is designed as a slope, and the machine body 20c is correspondingly provided. By designing a reasonable angle, the dust collection assembly 10c does not interfere with the movement profile during assembly and rotation, and the overall assembly is simple and smooth.

[0157] In some embodiments, the disassembly process of the dust collection assembly 10c is as follows: hold the dust collection assembly 10c with one hand, press the dust box button (i.e., the trigger portion 13c and the second limiting portion 12c) with two fingers, and then pull it out of the buckling portion. After rotating the dust collection assembly 10c around the main machine insertion hole (i.e., the third limiting portion 22c) by a certain angle, it can be taken out.

[0158] In this embodiment, the dust box button (i.e., the trigger portion 13c and the second limiting portion 12c) is provided on both sides, and the top latch (i.e., the fourth limiting portion 18) is pre-fixed. By providing buttons on both sides of the dust collection assembly 10c, the disassembly and assembly of the dust collection assembly 10c can be completed with only two fingers. The direction of pressing the button is just along the direction of holding the dust collection assembly 10c. The rotation fitting portion is designed as a slope, and the sealing position is on the slope. When the dust collection assembly 10c is rotated and installed, the sealing is also completed, which does not increase the pressure during the installation of the dust collection assembly 10c. It can reduce the risk of forming installation resistance due to the rebound force of the sealing element caused by the extrusion of the sealing element during the installation process. Therefore, the overall installation is convenient and labor-saving, and the sealing is reliable.
