[0009] A confectionery product according to one embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a plan view of a confectionery product 1 according to this embodiment.

For example, as shown in Fig. 1, the confectionery 1 is configured as a confectionery set 100 with the confectionery container 101 that stores the confectionery 1. Claims
1. A confectionery comprising: a frame portion; and a part portion held by said frame portion, said part portion including a convex portion on one side and not including said convex portion on the other side.
2. The confectionery according to claim 1, wherein the other surface of the part portion is configured as a flat surface.
3. A confectionery as described in claim 2, wherein the part comprises a first part and a second part, and the first part and the second part are configured to be able to be combined with each other when not held by the frame.
4. A confectionery as described in claim 3, wherein the first part and the second part are configured to be able to be combined by bringing the other surfaces of the first part and the second part into opposition to each other when not held by the frame.
5. The confectionery according to claim 4, wherein the first part and the second part include an adhesive portion on the other surface.
6. The confectionery according to claim 5, wherein the first part and the second part are configured so that the size of the other side is the same.
7. The confectionery according to claim 6, wherein the first part and the second part are configured to have symmetrical shapes.
8. The confectionery according to claim 7, wherein the first part and the second part are configured to have the same mass.
9. A confectionery according to any one of claims 3 to 8, wherein the frame portion is configured to surround at least a portion of the periphery of the first part portion and the second part portion.
10. The confectionery according to claim 9, wherein the first part and the second part are configured to be held by the frame via a holding part.
11. The confectionery according to claim 10, wherein the first part and the second part are each configured to be able to be held by the frame via at least two of the holding parts.
12. A confectionery according to claim 11, wherein the holding portion includes a first holding portion extending in a first direction and a second holding portion extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.
13. The confectionery according to claim 12, wherein the frame portion has a cross-sectional size larger than the cross-sectional size of the holding portion.
14. The confectionery according to claim 13, wherein one surface and the other surface of the frame are configured to be curved.

16. A confectionery product according to claim 14, wherein the frame includes a removal portion for removing the confectionery product from a container that contains the confectionery product, and the removal portion forms an end of the frame.
17. A confectionery according to claim 16, wherein the removal section includes a first removal section and a second removal section, the first removal section constituting one end of the frame section, and the second removal section constituting the other end of the frame section.
18. The confectionery according to claim 17, wherein the first and second take-out portions are formed in positions close to each other.

A confectionery as described in claim 18, wherein the frame portion includes a first side portion, a second side portion, a third side portion, and a fourth side portion, and the combined length of the first side portion and the second side portion is longer than the combined length of the third side portion and the fourth side portion.
20. The confectionery according to claim 19, wherein the frame portion and the part portion are made of an elastic material.
