[0044] Various example embodiments, features and aspects of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Like reference numerals in the drawings denote like or similar elements. Although aspects of the embodiments are illustrated in the drawings, the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale unless specifically noted.

[0045] The term "exemplary" is used herein to mean "serving as an example, instance, or illustration." Any implementation described herein as "exemplary" is not necessarily to be construed as preferred or advantageous over other implementations.

[0046] In addition, for the purpose of convenience and brevity, detailed descriptions of well-known functions and structures incorporated in the present application can be omitted. It will be appreciated that where specific details of certain steps are given, other steps can be used in place of or in addition to the steps disclosed.

[0047] As shown in Figs. 1 to 12, an embodiment of the present application proposes a vehicle power system, which can be particularly applied to a pure electric vehicle or a hybrid electric vehicle. The vehicle power system includes a motor.

[0048] The motor includes a housing 100, a stator assembly and a rotor assembly. The stator assembly can be mounted to the housing 100, and the stator assembly can be disposed radially outward of the rotor assembly, which is rotatable relative to the stator assembly.

[0049] The stator assembly includes a stator core 1, windings 2, busbars 3, a seal cover 4 and oil guides 5.

[0050] As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the stator core 1 can be annular or cylindrical, and the stator core 1 can be formed by stacking a plurality of stator lamination sheets. The stator core 1 is provided with a plurality of winding slots, which are uniformly arranged along a circumferential direction C of the stator core 1. The winding slots extend through the stator core 1 along an axial direction A of the stator core 1, and are configured to accommodate the windings 2. Axial ends of the windings 2 can be exposed from axial ends of the stator core 1.

[0051] As shown in FIGS. 1, 3, 5 and 6, the busbars 3 can be connected to the windings 2 and a motor controller at two ends thereof, respectively. The busbars 3 can include three-phase busbars and a neutral busbar. The busbars 3 can be made of metal such as copper or copper alloy, and are also commonly referred to as copper bars. The busbars 3 can be provided in a plurality of (e.g., four) numbers.

[0052] The three-phase busbars can be connected to three-phase terminals of the stator assembly, and can include a U-phase busbar 31, a V-phase busbar 32 and a W-phase busbar 33. The neutral busbar 34 (or N-phase busbar) can be connected to a neutral terminal of the stator assembly.

[0053] As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the seal cover 4 includes an outlet terminal seal cover 41 (outlet end seal cover) and a non-outlet terminal seal cover 42 (inlet end seal cover). The outlet terminal seal cover 41 and the non-outlet terminal seal cover 42 are respectively provided at axial ends of the stator core 1. The non-outlet terminal seal cover 42 and the stator core 1 enclose an inlet end oil chamber, and the outlet terminal seal cover 41 and the stator core 1 enclose an outlet end oil chamber. The inlet end oil chamber and the outlet end oil chamber can be in communication through an axial oil passage of the stator core 1.

[0054] Cooling oil can enter the inlet end oil chamber from the non-outlet terminal seal cover 42, and then flow through the stator core 1 along an axial direction A of the motor to the outlet end oil chamber. In the inlet end oil chamber and the outlet end oil chamber, the winding ends 21 can be at least partially immersed in the cooling oil.

[0055] In one example, the seal cover 4 can be made of or include plastic, so as to facilitate sealing of the inlet end oil chamber and the outlet end oil chamber while reducing a weight of the stator assembly.

[0056] As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, a top portion of the outlet terminal seal cover 41 is provided with an outlet port 43, and the busbars 3 can extend out of the outlet port 43 of the outlet terminal seal cover 41 and then extend laterally.

[0057] The side wall of the wire outlet 43 can be provided with an oil outlet 44, the height of the side wall of the wire outlet 43 provided with the oil outlet 44 is lower than the height of the other side walls of the wire outlet 43, and the cooling oil in the outlet end oil cavity can overflow through the oil outlet 44. The single arrow in FIG. 4 indicates the flow direction of the cooling oil.

[0058] As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the wire outlet end sealing cover 41 includes an inner peripheral wall 411, an outer peripheral wall 412, and an end wall 413. The inner peripheral wall 411 can be cylindrical, and can extend along the axial direction A and the circumferential direction C of the motor. The outer peripheral wall 412 can be an incomplete cylinder, and can extend along the axial direction A and the circumferential direction C of the motor, the upper portion of the outer peripheral wall 412 has a gap, and the outer peripheral wall 412 does not form a closed shape. The wire outlet 43 is located at the gap position of the outer peripheral wall 412. The end wall 413 can be a flat plate extending along the radial direction and the circumferential direction of the motor, and the inner peripheral wall 411 and the outer peripheral wall 412 are both connected to the end wall 413, and the inner peripheral wall 411 can be located radially inward of the outer peripheral wall 412.

[0059] The upper end of the outer peripheral wall 412 and the end wall 413 is provided with an extension section 414 extending (including substantially extending) flatly, for example, so that the lowest height of the top end of the wire outlet end sealing cover 41 is equal to or greater than the height of the top of the winding end portion 21, and the cooling oil in the outlet end oil cavity can be immersed in the winding end portion 21.

[0060] At the top end of the wire outlet end sealing cover 41, one extension section 414 of the outer peripheral wall 412 can form a gap, or the height of the one extension section 414 can be lower than the height of the other extension sections 414, thereby forming the oil outlet 44, and the cooling oil in the outlet end oil cavity can flow out from the lower oil outlet 44. The busbar 3 can extend transversely from the position where the oil outlet 44 is located, and can pass through and contact the busbar 3 when the cooling oil flows out of the stator assembly through the oil outlet 44, so that the cooling oil cools the busbar 3, and the cooling effect of the motor is better.

[0061] The outlet end oil cavity (or the oil outlet 44) is open, the oil outlet 44 is not connected to a pipeline or a joint, the oil pressure of the outlet end oil cavity can be small, close to atmospheric pressure, and when the cooling oil in the outlet end oil cavity accumulates to the oil outlet 44, the cooling oil can flow out of the stator assembly through the oil outlet 44. Because the oil pressure of the outlet end oil cavity is small, the requirement for sealing performance is low, the requirement for dimensional accuracy is low, the assembly is simple, and the cost of the motor is low.

[0062] As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the housing 100 can be provided with a partition plate 101 perpendicular to the motor axial direction A, the partition plate 101 can block the axial inner side (the axial inner side refers to the side close to the axial middle position of the stator core or the stator assembly in the axial direction A) of the outgoing terminal seal cover 41, so that the cooling oil cannot flow out from the axial inner side of the outgoing terminal seal cover 41, but flows out of the outlet end oil cavity through the oil outlet 44.

[0063] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, FIG. 7 and FIG. 10 to FIG. 12, the oil guide 5 can be installed on the housing 100, the oil guide 5 is formed with at least one oil channel, a portion of the busbar 3 is located in the oil channel, one end of the oil channel is communicated with the oil outlet 44, and the oil channel can receive the cooling oil flowing out of the oil outlet 44. Thus, the cooling oil can directly contact the busbar 3, and the cooling effect of the busbar 3 is better.

[0064] Further, the oil guide 5 can include a plurality of flow splitting surfaces (for example, the first oil guide surface 52 and the second oil guide surface 53). The plurality of flow splitting surfaces are all inclined relative to the horizontal plane, the plurality of flow splitting surfaces have different inclination angles respectively, the plurality of flow splitting surfaces and the plurality of oil channels are communicated one by one, and the plurality of busbars can be respectively arranged in the plurality of oil channels. By different inclination angles of the plurality of flow splitting surfaces, the flow rates and / or flow volumes of the cooling oil in the plurality of oil channels can be different as needed.

[0065] In the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 10 to FIG. 12, the oil guide 5 includes a main oil guide surface 51, a first oil guide surface 52, a second oil guide surface 53, a first oil channel 54, a second oil channel 55 and an oil guide mounting hole 56.

[0066] The main oil guide surface 51 can be arranged at the oil outlet 44, and the main oil guide surface 51 receives the cooling oil flowing out of the oil outlet 44. The first oil guide surface 52 and the second oil guide surface 53 can be arranged at the downstream side of the main oil guide surface 51, and the first oil guide surface 52 and the second oil guide surface 53 respectively receive a portion of the cooling oil flowing out of the main oil guide surface 51. The first oil channel 54 can be connected to the downstream side of the first oil guide surface 52, and the second oil channel 55 can be connected to the downstream side of the second oil guide surface 53. The first oil channel 54 can receive the cooling oil flowing out of the first oil guide surface 52, and the second oil channel 55 can receive the cooling oil flowing out of the second oil guide surface 53.

[0067] After the cooling oil overflowing from the oil outlet 44 passes through the main oil guide surface 51, a portion of the cooling oil enters the first oil channel 54 to cool two busbars 3, and another portion of the cooling oil enters the second oil channel 55 to cool another two busbars 3, and finally the cooling oil flows to the bottom of the motor housing 100.

[0068] The main oil surface 51, the first oil guide surface 52, and the second oil guide surface 53 can each be inclined with respect to a horizontal plane, and the cooling oil can flow downstream along the inclined surfaces of the oil guide surfaces under the action of gravity. The widths of the first oil guide surface 52 and the second oil guide surface 53 along the axial direction A of the motor are each smaller than the width of the main oil surface 51 along the axial direction A of the motor, and the widths of the first oil guide surface 52 and the second oil guide surface 53 can be the same (including substantially the same), and the sum of the widths of the first oil guide surface 52 and the second oil guide surface 53 can be equal to the width of the main oil surface 51.

[0069] The first oil guide surface 52 and the second oil guide surface 53 have different inclination angles. The inclination angles of the oil guide surfaces can be specifically set according to the distribution of the cooling oil, and the greater the inclination angle of the oil guide surface (closer to vertical), the faster the flow rate of the cooling oil flowing through the oil guide surface, and more cooling oil can be distributed to the oil channels downstream thereof.

[0070] The first oil channel 54 and the second oil channel 55 can be arranged in parallel, and the first oil channel 54 and the second oil channel 55 can extend along a vertical direction (including a substantially vertical direction). The widths of the first oil channel 54 and the second oil channel 55 along the axial direction A of the motor can be the same.

[0071] The first oil channel 54 can be defined by the first oil guide plate 541 on the lower side of the first oil guide surface 52 and the second oil guide plate 551 on the lower side of the second oil guide surface 53. In one example, the oil guide 5 can further include a connecting plate 57 connecting the first oil guide plate 541 and the second oil guide plate 551, and the oil guide mounting hole 56 can be formed in a portion of the connecting plate 57 located on the side of the first oil guide plate 541 close to the outlet end seal cover 41 and a portion extending upward from the second oil guide surface 53. In this example, the first oil channel 54 of the oil guide 5 can have a U-shaped cross section, and the busbar 3 can be inserted into the first oil channel 54 from the opening of the U-shaped cross section along the axial direction A of the motor. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the first oil channel 54 or the first oil guide plate 541 can be separated from the outlet end seal cover 41 in at least a partial region.

[0072] The second oil channel 55 can be located on the side of the second oil guide plate 551 away from the first oil channel 54. An axial side (axial inner side) of the second oil channel 55 can be defined by the partition plate 101.

[0073] An axial other side (axial outer side) of the first oil channel 54 and the second oil channel 55 can also be defined by the end cover of the stator assembly (the housing).

[0074] In the above scheme, the first oil channel and the second oil channel have simple formation structures, and the flow space of the oil is properly constrained, and the cooling effect on the busbar is good.

[0075] The oil guide 5 can be provided with an oil guide mounting hole 56, and the oil guide 5 can be connected to the motor housing 100 by screwing bolts through the oil guide mounting hole 56 into the motor housing 100. In particular, the oil guide 5 can be connected to the partition plate 101 by bolts.

[0076] In one example, the oil guide 5 can be an injection molded part made of or including plastic, which not only insulates the oil guide 5 but also reduces the weight, and the structure and processing technology of the oil guide 5 are simple and low in cost.

[0077] The assembly steps of the motor of the present application are described below.

[0078] The oil guide 5 is mounted on the motor housing 100, in particular the partition plate 101, by a plurality of bolts.

[0079] The stator core 1 and the winding 2 are assembled into the motor housing 100, and the stator core 1 is fixed to the motor housing 100 by a plurality of bolts.

[0080] The busbars 3 are arranged, and the U-phase busbar 31 and the neutral-point busbar 34 are inserted into the first oil channel 54 of the oil guide 5, and the V-phase busbar 32 and the W-phase busbar 33 are inserted into the second oil channel 55 of the oil guide.

[0081] The busbars of the motor are connected to the busbars of the controller.

[0082] The motor and the vehicle power system of the present application can have the following beneficial effects.

[0083] (1) The cooling oil in the outlet end oil chamber is directed to overflow through the oil outlet 44 of the outlet end sealing cover 41, so that the cooling oil can flow through the busbars, and the motor failure caused by the excessive temperature of the busbars is avoided.
