In order to further reduce the cost, the circuit board 109 is also integrated with a motor control board for controlling the suction motor 107.

[0078] Referring to FIGS. 3-7, in a specific embodiment, the suction motor 107 and the battery pack 115 are both installed in the first accommodating space 103, the battery pack 115 is arranged above the suction motor 107 through a mounting bracket, and the circuit board 109 is arranged above the battery pack 115. At least part of the optical structure 25 is configured as part of the fluid pipeline. That is, the fluid flows through the surface of the optical structure 25. The fluid detection device is generally an optical liquid level sensor. The principle of the pipeline photoelectric liquid level sensor is based on the propagation and reflection characteristics of light. The height of the liquid level is determined by measuring the change in light intensity. When the liquid in the pipeline changes, the degree of absorption and reflection of light also changes, thereby changing the intensity of the light signal received by the receiver 24. By processing the received light signal, the light signal is converted into an electrical signal and sent to a data processing algorithm for processing and analysis. The height information of the liquid level can be obtained. The principle of optical liquid detection is also a commonly used detection technology, which will not be described here.

[0081] The cleaning liquid supply system further comprises an electrolytic water generating device for generating electrolytic water solution. The electrolytic water generating device is used to generate electrolytic water solution. Electrolytic ion water changes the pH value and oxidation-reduction potential of water through electrolysis. In one embodiment, the functional assembly 10 includes a first housing 11 and a second housing 12, which together define a fluid path including a fluid inlet 14 and a fluid outlet 15. The optical structure 25 can be integrally formed with the second housing 12, and the optical structure 25 forms part of the fluid path with the inner wall of the first housing 11. The optical structure 25 can be integrally formed with the first housing 11, and the optical structure 25 forms part of the fluid path with the inner wall of the second housing 12. It is also possible that part of the optical structure 25 is integrally formed with the second housing 12, and another part of the optical structure 25 is integrally formed with the first housing 11, and the two parts form a passage therebetween. The fluid detection controller 26 and the electrolysis water controller 18 of the electrolysis water device 19 are integrated on the same circuit board 27. In this way, the optical structure 25 of the fluid detection device is integrated with the electrolysis water device 19, and they are integrally molded, which can reduce at least one set of molds, and also reduce the installation cost of each machine.

[0083] Referring to FIGS. 9-16, a functional assembly 10 is disclosed, which integrates an electrolysis water generating device and a fluid detection device. The first region 28 is in fluid communication with the fluid inlet 14, and the third region 21 is in fluid communication with the fluid outlet 15. The optical structure 25 can be integrally formed with the second housing 12, and the optical structure 25 forms part of the fluid path with the inner wall of the first housing 11. In this way, the optical structure 25 of the fluid detection device is integrated with the electrolysis water generating device, and they are integrally molded, which can reduce at least one set of molds, and also reduce the installation cost of each machine.

[0084] The optical structure 25 is arranged in the first area 28, and the optical structure 25 can be integrally formed with the first shell 11. The optical structure 25 forms part of the fluid pipeline with the inner wall of the second shell 12. Alternatively, part of the optical structure 25 is integrally formed with the second shell 12, and the other part of the optical structure 25 is integrally formed with the first shell 11, and a channel is formed between the two. The second shell 12 is generally molded with a material having relatively good light transmission performance. The first electrode sheet 16 and the second electrode sheet 17 are arranged in the third area 21. When the functional assembly 10 is installed on the device, the first area 28, the second area 29, and the third area 21 are in a top-to-bottom positional relationship. In this way, the cleaning liquid flows from the first area 28 to the third area 21 gradually, and the fluid detection device can detect whether the cleaning liquid is supplied in the pipeline at the first time. The water pump 112 and the electrolytic water generating device (functional assembly 10) are installed at the lowermost end of the main body 1 (the position closest to the cleaning head 3), and the second containing space 104 is sealed. The sewage detection device is installed in the upper pipeline 35. The sewage detection device comprises a transmitting element 31, a receiving element 32, and a sewage detection controller 33. When there is no dirt flowing in the suction pipeline 34, part of the light emitted by the transmitting element 31 is received by the receiving element 32. When there is dirt flowing in the suction pipeline 34, the dirt changes the direction of the light. At this time, the light received by the receiving element 32 changes, and the change in the light signal further causes a change in the electrical signal, so as to realize detection of the flow of dirt in the suction pipeline 34. One of the transmitting element 31 and the receiving element 32 is arranged on the circuit board 27, and the other is arranged opposite the suction pipeline 34. The sewage detection controller 33 is also arranged on the circuit board 27. At this time, the circuit board 27 integrates the controllers of the electrolytic water device 19, the fluid detection device, and the sewage detection device, achieving a three-in-one effect and further reducing costs. The arrangement of the electrical components on the circuit board 27 will not be described in detail here, and those skilled in the art can design them according to the relevant functions. In one embodiment, one of the transmitting element 31 or the receiving element 32 is integrated with the electrolytic water controller 18 on the same circuit board 27.

[0086] Further, the control board of the functional assembly 10 is installed on the second housing 12, and the control board is integrated with the controller of the electrolytic water generating device, the fluid detecting device and the sewage detecting device. The functional assembly 10 can be installed on the suction pipe 34 below the recycling tank 108. The sewage detecting device for detecting whether there is sewage flowing in the suction pipe 34 can also be arranged on the suction pipe 34. The sewage detecting device includes a transmitting element 31, a receiving element 32 and a sewage detecting controller 33, and the transmitting element 31 or the receiving element 32 is arranged on the circuit board 27. By integrating the electrolytic water generating device, the fluid detecting device and the sewage detecting device into one assembly, the material cost and the assembly cost can be effectively reduced.

[0087] With reference to FIGS. 9-16, the sewage detecting device, the fluid detecting device and the electrolytic water generating device 19 are integrated into the functional assembly 10 which is installed on the upper pipe 35. In this way, the material cost and the assembly cost can be further reduced. With reference to FIGS. 12 and 13, the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are cuboid in shape, and of course, in other embodiments, they can be any other shape. The first housing 11 and the second housing 12 define a containing space therebetween, and the containing space can be used for fluid flowing. The fluid flows into the containing space from the fluid inlet 14 and flows out of the containing space from the fluid outlet 15. In order to ensure that the detection result of the fluid detecting device is relatively accurate, the optical structure 25 is arranged above the electrode sheet. Here, above does not mean directly above, but also means obliquely above. Because the two electrode sheets need to be soaked in the liquid when working, if the optical structure 25 is arranged below the position of the electrode sheet, the fluid detecting device will not alarm until the water in the area where the electrode sheet is located is consumed, which will cause a blank period of fluid supply, which is not desirable for users. By arranging the optical structure 25 above, the alarm signal can be generated in the first time when there is no fluid supply in the pipe.

[0088] Continuing to refer to FIGS. 9-16, as the electrolytic water device 19 is working, a large amount of bubbles will be generated, which will affect the detection result if they enter the area where the optical structure 25 is located. Therefore, the entire accommodating space is divided into three areas by the partition plate, and the partition plate is provided with a communication hole to facilitate the flow of fluid. The optical structure 25 is arranged in the first area 28, and the electrode sheet is arranged in the third area 21, and the second area 29 is arranged in between. The partition plate with a communication hole is arranged in the first area 28 and the second area 29 to ensure that the fluid in the first area 28 cannot quickly flow to the second area 29. The partition plate with a communication hole is arranged between the second area 29 and the third area 21 to avoid the bubbles in the third area 21 moving to the second area 29. That is, the fluid pipeline includes the first pipeline (the first area 28), the second pipeline (the second area 29), and the third pipeline (the third area 21) which are sequentially communicated, the first pipeline is in fluid communication with the fluid inlet 14, and the third pipeline is in fluid communication with the fluid outlet 15. Referring to the placement of the shell in FIG. 10, the vertical direction is the height direction, the first pipeline is arranged above the second pipeline, and the second pipeline is arranged above the third pipeline. At least part of the optical structure 25 is configured as part of the first pipeline, and at least part of the electrode sheet is arranged in the third pipeline.

[0089] Further, in order to ensure the accuracy of the detection result, along the height direction, the fluid outlet 15 is lower than the fluid inlet 14 and higher than the position of the electrode sheet.

[0090] Further, in order to realize the control of each device, the functional assembly 10 further includes a circuit board 27 which is installed on the second shell 12 or the first shell 11. In order to reduce the production cost and reduce the installation space, the optical element 22, the electrolytic water controller 18, and the fluid detection controller 26 are integrated on the circuit board 27. In this way, the control elements (such as MCUs, resistors, electrodes, receivers 24, transmitters, and other electronic elements) of two or more devices are integrated on one circuit board 27 to form a complete control circuit. Referring to FIGS. 10-16, in one embodiment, the second shell 12 is integrated with the optical structure 25 on one side facing the first shell 11, and the other side of the second shell 12 is defined with a mounting groove for mounting the circuit board 27, and the optical element 22 on the circuit board 27 cooperates with the optical structure 25 to realize the fluid detection function.

[0091] When there is no dirt flow in the suction pipe 34, the light emitted by the emitting element 31 is received by the receiving element 32, and when there is dirt flow in the suction pipe 34, the dirt will change the direction of the light, at this time, the light received by the receiving element 32 will change, and after the change of the light signal, the change of the electric signal will be caused, so as to realize the detection of the dirt flow in the suction pipe 34. One of the emitting element 31 and the receiving element 32 is arranged on the circuit board 27, and the other is arranged opposite to the suction pipe 34. The sewage detection controller 33 is also arranged on the circuit board 27, at this time, the circuit board 27 integrates the controllers of the electrolytic water generating device, the fluid detection device and the sewage detection device, realizes the effect of three-in-one, and further reduces the cost. The arrangement of each electric control component of the circuit board 27 will not be described here, and the person skilled in the art can design according to the related functions.
