EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

[0021] Please refer to Fig. 1 and Fig. 6, Fig. 1 is a first schematic block diagram of a high-voltage box 10 provided by the present application; Fig. 6 is a circuit connection schematic diagram of a high-voltage box provided by the present application.

[0022] As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 6, a high-voltage box 10 comprises:

[0023] a high-voltage box body 100;

[0024] a first maintenance switch 101;

[0025] a first battery interface 201 provided on the high-voltage box body 100, the first battery interface 201 being electrically connected to a first terminal a of the first maintenance switch 101;

[0026] a first power supply interface 301 provided on the high-voltage box body 100, the first power supply interface 301 being electrically connected to a second terminal b of the first maintenance switch 101;

[0027] The power supply interface 400 includes a power supply positive electrode 401 and a power supply negative electrode 402, which are arranged on the high-voltage box body 100, the power supply positive electrode 401 is electrically connected to the third terminal c of the first maintenance switch 101, and the power supply negative electrode 402 is electrically connected to the fourth terminal d of the first maintenance switch 101.

[0028] The maintenance switch (Manual Service Disconnect, MSD) is a kind of manual power-off device configured for new energy electric vehicle high-voltage system, its function is to cut off the power supply of high-voltage system by pulling out or operating the switch, so as to realize electrical isolation and ensure the safety of maintenance personnel. The maintenance switch can be composed of a plug 1011, a socket 1012 and a sealing element.

[0029] The first battery interface 201 can serve as a battery positive electrode interface B+, which can be electrically connected to a battery positive electrode; the first power supply interface 301 can serve as a power supply positive electrode interface P+; and the power supply interface 400 can serve as a battery low-voltage discharge interface, which can provide a 24V direct current DC voltage. Among them, the first battery interface 201, the first power supply interface 301 and the power supply interface 400 all meet the IP65 protection level, so that the entire high-voltage box 10 meets the IP65 protection level.

[0030] The high-voltage box 10 provided by the application includes a high-voltage box body 100, a first maintenance switch 101, a first battery interface 201, a first power supply interface 301 and a power supply interface 400, the first battery interface 201, the first power supply interface 301 and the power supply interface 400 are arranged on the high-voltage box body 100, the power supply interface 400 includes a power supply positive electrode 401 and a power supply negative electrode 402, the first battery interface 201 is electrically connected to the first terminal a of the first maintenance switch 101, the first power supply interface 301 is electrically connected to the second terminal b of the first maintenance switch 101, the power supply positive electrode 401 is electrically connected to the third terminal c of the first maintenance switch 101, and the power supply negative electrode 402 is electrically connected to the fourth terminal d of the first maintenance switch 101. Thus, the larger-sized isolation switch or relay in the high-voltage box 10 is replaced by a smaller-sized maintenance switch, so that the size of the high-voltage box 10 can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost of the high-voltage box 10 is reduced.

[0031] In some embodiments, the first maintenance switch 101 includes a plug 1011 and a socket 1012; the first terminal a and the third terminal c of the first maintenance switch 101 are arranged on the plug 1011, and the second terminal b and the fourth terminal d of the first maintenance switch 101 are arranged on the socket 1012.

[0032] The maintenance switch can be composed of a plug, a socket, a seal and the like. The socket contains a contact copper bar configured to conduct electricity and an interlocking device to ensure that no accidental connection occurs when the circuit is disconnected. The contact copper bar needs to maintain good conductivity, so it can be treated with silver plating or tin plating to prevent oxidation and improve conductivity. At the same time, the design of the socket also takes into account the high-voltage interlocking function to ensure that no misoperation occurs during plugging.

[0033] The plug includes a fuse or a copper bar and an interlocking device. The fuse is configured to provide overcurrent protection and automatically cut off the power when the current exceeds the set value, thereby protecting the system from damage. The copper bar is also configured to conduct electricity and corresponds to the copper bar in the socket, ensuring good electrical connection. The high-voltage interlocking terminal design of the plug allows the high-voltage terminal to be connected first and the interlocking terminal to be connected later when plugging in and unplugging; vice versa, thereby avoiding the occurrence of arc phenomenon.

[0034] The seal prevents fluid or solid particles from leaking between adjacent joint surfaces and prevents external impurities such as dust and moisture from entering the internal part of the machine equipment. In the maintenance switch, the seal can be located at the connection between the plug and the socket to ensure the safety and reliability of operation in a high-voltage environment. The storage environment of the seal can be below 30℃ to maintain the stability of the performance of the seal.

[0035] In some embodiments, the high-voltage box body 100 is provided with a cavity, and the socket 1012 and the plug 1011 are arranged in the cavity.

[0036] Specifically, the maintenance switch mentioned in the present application is arranged in the inner cavity of the high-voltage box body 100 and is electrically connected with the battery interface, the power supply interface and the power supply interface 400 on the high-voltage box 10. Since the size of the maintenance switch is smaller than that of the disconnector or the relay, the maintenance switch can be used to replace the disconnector or the relay in the high-voltage box 10, thereby reducing the size of the high-voltage box 10 to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of manufacturing the high-voltage box 10.

[0037] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the high-voltage box 10 further includes a second maintenance switch 102; the fourth terminal d of the first maintenance switch 101 is electrically connected to the power supply negative pole 402 through the second maintenance switch 102.

[0038] In the present embodiment, the second maintenance switch 102 is arranged between the first maintenance switch 101 and the power supply interface 400, so that when it is necessary to cut off the main circuit of the high-voltage box 10, the second maintenance switch 102 can be used to cut off the main circuit of the high-voltage box 10.

[0039] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5, the second maintenance switch 102 is arranged on the high-voltage box body 100. Specifically, the second maintenance switch 102 can be arranged on the high-voltage box body 100, so that the second maintenance switch 102 is arranged on the panel of the high-voltage box 10, thereby ensuring that the main circuit of the high-voltage box 10 can be manually cut off.

[0040] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6, the high-voltage box 10 further comprises a first contactor KM, one end of the first contactor KM being electrically connected to the first battery interface 201, and the other end of the first contactor KM being electrically connected to the first terminal a of the first maintenance switch 101.

[0041] In this embodiment, the first contactor KM can serve as a main positive contactor KM1, which can be arranged between the positive electrode of the battery and the positive electrode of the power supply and control the connection and disconnection of the main circuit of the high-voltage box 10, thereby avoiding the reduction of the safety performance of the high-voltage box 10 after the disconnector or relay in the high-voltage box 10 is replaced by a maintenance switch. The main positive contactor KM1 can handle high current and can be rated at 150 to 250 amperes continuous to ensure that the heavy load contact can safely control large current.

[0042] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6, the high-voltage box 10 further comprises a fuse FU, one end of the fuse FU being electrically connected to the first battery interface 201, and the other end of the fuse FU being electrically connected to the first terminal a of the first maintenance switch 101.

[0043] In this embodiment, the fuse FU can serve as a main positive fuse FU1, which is arranged between the positive electrode of the battery and the positive electrode of the power supply. The main positive fuse FU1 protects the circuit in the high-voltage box 10 from overload or short-circuit current, and the working principle of the main positive fuse FU1 can be based on the thermal effect of current. When the current passing through the fuse exceeds its rated value, the temperature of the internal metal conductor rises rapidly, and after reaching a certain temperature, it begins to melt, forming a break, thereby cutting off the large current.

[0044] The fuse FU includes three parts: a fuse body, a shell, and a support. The fuse body is a key element that controls the fuse characteristics. The material of the fuse body can use low-melting-point materials such as lead and lead alloys, or high-melting-point materials such as copper and silver. The fuse body remains in a solid state during normal operation of the circuit, but when an overload or short circuit occurs, the current exceeds the melting point of the fuse body, causing the fuse body to melt and vaporize, creating a break, thereby achieving protection of the circuit.

[0045] In addition, the main positive fuse FU1 needs to consider the current breaking capacity and protection fuse characteristics to ensure that it can effectively cut off the fault current under different working conditions. For example, in a high-voltage system, the action time of the fuse FU should meet certain requirements to avoid problems such as overvoltage.

[0046] In addition, the main circuit copper busbar of the high-voltage box 10 adopts a cross-sectional area of 25*3mm2, and the contact copper busbar for the main positive fuse FU1 adopts a 3*30mm2 copper busbar, which can increase the heat dissipation area.

[0047] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG6, the high-voltage box 10 further includes a Hall sensor H, one end of which is electrically connected to the first battery interface 201, and the other end of which is electrically connected to the first terminal a of the first maintenance switch 101.

[0048] The Hall sensor H utilizes the Hall effect to measure the strength of a magnetic field. When a conductor moves in a magnetic field perpendicular to the direction of the current, an electromotive force (i.e., Hall voltage) is generated on the side of the conductor. This voltage is proportional to the magnetic field strength. Therefore, by measuring the Hall voltage, the presence and changes of the magnetic field can be accurately detected.

[0049] In the high-voltage box 10, Hall effect sensors H are often configured for current and voltage measurement. For example, some high-performance Hall effect current sensors, such as the CC6920B, integrate high-precision, low-noise linear Hall circuits and low-impedance main current conductors, providing a measurement range of up to 50A, and featuring high bandwidth and fast response.

[0050] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG6, the high-voltage box 10 further includes a battery acquisition interface HV, which is disposed on the high-voltage box body 100 and is electrically connected to the first terminal a of the first maintenance switch 101 and the first battery interface 201 respectively.

[0051] In this embodiment, the battery acquisition interface HV includes a battery management unit interface 501, a battery communication interface 503, a battery debugging interface 504, and a battery cluster management unit interface 502. The battery management unit interface 501, the battery communication interface 503, the battery debugging interface 504, and the battery cluster management unit interface 502 are all located on the high-voltage box body 100, specifically on the panel of the high-voltage box 10.

[0052] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG6, the high-voltage box 10 further includes an indicator light 600, which is electrically connected to the positive power supply 401 and the negative power supply 402 respectively, and the indicator light is disposed on the high-voltage box body 100.

The running indicator light 601 and the fault indicator light 602 are both located on the panel of the high-voltage box 10, so that when the high-voltage box 10 is working, the running indicator light 601 and the fault indicator light 602 can be used to determine whether there is a fault in the high-voltage box 10.

[0054] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6, the high-voltage box 10 further comprises:

[0055] a pre-charge resistor R1, one end of the pre-charge resistor R1 is electrically connected to the first battery interface 201 and one end of the first contactor KM respectively;

[0057] In the present embodiment, the pre-charge circuit is further provided in the high-voltage box 10, which comprises the pre-charge resistor R1 and the second contactor KM3. After the pre-charge resistor R1 and the second contactor KM3 are connected in series, they can be connected in parallel with the first contactor KM. In this way, when the main loop of the high-voltage box 10 is closed, the second contactor KM3 can be closed first to perform pre-charging, then the first contactor KM is closed and the second contactor KM3 is disconnected, so that the conduction of the main loop of the high-voltage box 10 can be realized. The first contactor KM can be used as the main positive contactor KM1.
