[0042] Next, the frame of the photovoltaic module and the photovoltaic module of the present application will be described by way of examples.

[0043] Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a photovoltaic module in an embodiment, Fig. 2 is an enlarged view of A in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a perspective view of a frame of a photovoltaic module in an embodiment, and Fig. 4 is an enlarged view of B in Fig. 3. Referring to Figs. 1 to 4, the frame of the photovoltaic module includes a first frame 110, a second frame 120, a third frame 130, a fourth frame 140, corner codes 150, and a rubber strip 160. Specifically, the first frame 110 and the third frame 130 are oppositely arranged in the second direction D2 and both extend in the first direction D1, and the second frame 120 and the fourth frame 140 are oppositely arranged in the first direction D1 and both extend in the second direction D2, and the corner codes 150 are used to sequentially connect the first frame 110, the second frame 120, the third frame 130, and the fourth frame 140 end to end. In Fig. 1, there are four corner codes 150, and due to the angle of view, only three of them can be observed.

[0044] The first frame 110 and the third frame 130 have recesses for accommodating the laminated member 170, and a further description will be made by taking the first frame 110 as an example. The first frame 110 has a recess 111 (as shown in Fig. 4), which extends in the first direction D1, and the opening of the recess 111 faces the laminated member 170, and one side of the laminated member 170 is inserted into the recess 111 through the opening, and the recess 111 and the laminated member 170 can be connected by an adhesive located in the recess 111, so as to realize the connection between the first frame 110 and one side of the laminated member 170. Similarly, the third frame 130 is connected to one side of the laminated member 170 by the above-mentioned method.

[0045] The top surface of the second frame 120 and the top surface of the fourth frame 140 are below the laminate 170. Take the fourth frame 140 as an example, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the top surface 141 of the fourth frame 140 is below the laminate 170, and a plurality of adhesive strips 160 are arranged between the top surface 141 and the laminate 170, and the adhesive strips 160 connect the fourth frame 140 and the laminate 170. Similarly, a plurality of adhesive strips 160 are arranged between the top surface of the second frame 120 and the laminate 170, and the adhesive strips 160 connect the second frame 120 and the laminate 170. The material of the adhesive strips 160 can be silicone.

[0046] As shown in FIG. 2, the second frame 120 and the fourth frame 140 of the present application do not have the A surface in the traditional photovoltaic module frame and the B surface is not higher than the top surface of the frame, so the fourth frame 140 does not block the laminate side surface 171 above it, and similarly, the second frame 120 also does not block the laminate side surface above it. When the photovoltaic module is in an inclined state, one of the second frame 120 and the fourth frame 140 is below (i.e., one of them is closer to the ground), and because the laminate side surface above the second frame 120 and the fourth frame 140 is exposed and the top surface of the second frame 120 and the top surface of the fourth frame 140 are below the laminate 170, dust and rainwater cannot accumulate on the surface of the laminate 170. In addition, exposing the laminate side surface can also avoid water vapor corroding the laminate, because water vapor cannot accumulate on the laminate side surface.

[0047] In addition, the first frame 110 and the third frame 130 of the present application maintain the A surface and the B surface in the traditional photovoltaic module frame, so that traditional pressing blocks can be used when fixing the frame. In addition, if the first frame 110 and the third frame 130 do not have the A surface, when using traditional pressing blocks to fix the frame, the pressing blocks need to be pressed on the laminate, which may cause the laminate to break. In addition, the first frame 110 and the third frame 130 with the A surface and the B surface can improve the strength of themselves. As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, in an embodiment, the top surface of the second frame 120 has a plurality of tooth-shaped strips arranged adjacent in the first direction D1, which can increase the contact area between the adhesive strips 160 and the top surface, thereby improving the connection stability between the laminate 170 and the second frame 120. Similarly, the top surface of the fourth frame 140 can also have a plurality of tooth-shaped strips arranged adjacent in the first direction D1.

[0048] Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, in an embodiment, the top surface 141 of the fourth frame 140 is aligned with the side surface 171 of the laminate 170, or the top surface 141 of the fourth frame 140 protrudes from the side surface 171 of the laminate 170 (i.e. the projection of the side surface 171 of the laminate 170 in the top view direction falls on the top surface 141) as viewed from the top view direction in FIG. 1. In this way, the fourth frame 140 can protect the laminate 170 from being bumped by external objects. Similarly, the second frame 120 can also have the above-mentioned feature, and the relevant description is referred to the description of the fourth frame 140 and is not repeated here.

[0049] Continuing to refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, in an embodiment, the projection of the laminate 170 in the thickness direction completely covers the adhesive tape 160, i.e. the adhesive tape 160 cannot be observed from the top view direction, so as to improve the aesthetic appearance of the photovoltaic module.

[0050] Referring to FIG. 4, in an embodiment, the frame of the photovoltaic module further comprises a plurality of limiting blocks 180, and the limiting blocks 180 are elastic. The plurality of limiting blocks 180 are located on the top surface of the second frame 120 and the top surface of the fourth frame 140. During the process of connecting the frame of the photovoltaic module with the laminate 170, the limiting blocks 180 are located between the laminate 170 and the second frame 120, and between the laminate 170 and the fourth frame 140. When the adhesive tape 160 is extruded by the laminate 170, the adhesive tape 160 will be deformed (i.e. overflow), and the limiting blocks 180 can control the amount of overflow to avoid the adhesive tape overflowing to a position that can be observed from the top view direction, so as to improve the aesthetic appearance of the photovoltaic module. In addition, the limiting blocks 180 can also control the gap size between the laminate 170 and the second frame 120 and the fourth frame 140. The limiting blocks 180 can include any one of foam, ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM) and other rubbers.

[0051] Referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, in an embodiment, the second frame 120 has a protruding rib 122 located on the top surface 121, and the extending direction of the protruding rib 122 is the same as the extending direction of the second frame 120. Preferably, the protruding rib 122 is connected with the side plate 123 (also referred to as B face in the art) of the second frame 120. The height of the protruding rib 122 is 1-3 mm, for example, 1.5 mm, 2 mm or 2.5 mm, and the width of the protruding rib 122 is 1-2 mm, for example, 1.5 mm. The protruding rib 122 abuts against the bottom surface of the laminate 170. The protruding rib 122 can replace the limiting blocks 180. In addition, dust can accumulate in the gap between the limiting blocks 180 and the laminate 170, and the protruding rib 122 seals the opening of the gap between the second frame 120 and the laminate 170 towards the outside, so as to avoid dust accumulating in the above-mentioned gap. Similarly, the fourth frame can also have a protruding rib, and the relevant description is referred to the description of the second frame 120 and is not repeated here.

[0052] In an embodiment, the end surface of the first frame is perpendicular to the extension direction of the first frame, the end surface of the second frame is perpendicular to the extension direction of the second frame, the end surface of the third frame is perpendicular to the extension direction of the third frame, and the end surface of the fourth frame is perpendicular to the extension direction of the fourth frame. Take the first frame 110 and the fourth frame 140 as an example, and refer to FIG. 7, the fourth frame 140 has two end surfaces 142 in the second direction D2, and the two end surfaces 142 are perpendicular to the second direction D2. Similarly, the first frame 110 has two end surfaces in the first direction D1, and the two end surfaces are perpendicular to the first direction D1. As described in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, the corner code 150 has a first insertion part 151 and a second insertion part 152, the first insertion part 151 is inserted into the cavity of the first frame 110, the second insertion part 152 is inserted into the cavity of the fourth frame 140, a first abutting surface 153 is in contact with and aligned with the end surface of the first frame 110 close to the fourth frame 140, and a second abutting surface 154 is in contact with and aligned with the end surface of the fourth frame 140 close to the first frame 110, so that the first frame 110 and the fourth frame 140 are connected by using the corner code 150.

[0053] In an embodiment, refer to FIG. 8, the corner code 150 has a wrap angle 155, and the wrap angle 155 is aligned with the groove of the corresponding frame. Take the first frame 110 as an example, and refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 8, the wrap angle 155 is aligned with the groove 111, and after alignment, the wrap angle 155 is in communication with the groove 111. Preferably, the cross section of the wrap angle 155 is the same as the cross section of the groove 111, so that the appearance of the photovoltaic module can be improved.

[0054] In another embodiment, refer to FIG. 4, the groove 111 has a first boundary 111a. As can be understood from FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the first boundary 111a refers to the edge of the top of the groove 111 closest to the laminated piece 170 when viewed from the top. Refer to FIG. 8, the wrap angle 155 has a second boundary 155c. As can be understood from FIG. 2 and FIG. 8, the second boundary 155c refers to the edge of the top of the wrap angle 155 closest to the laminated piece 170 when viewed from the top. Refer to FIG. 4 and FIG. 8, when the corner code 150 is connected with the first frame 110, the first boundary 111a is flush with (i.e., on the same straight line with) the second boundary 155c, or there is no step between the first boundary 111a and the second boundary 155c. If there is a step between the first boundary 111a and the second boundary 155c, dust will be accumulated at the step, which will block the laminated piece, thereby causing the power of the laminated piece to decrease.

[0055] In another embodiment, referring to FIG. 4, the recess 111 has a first top surface 111b. It is understood that the first top surface 111b refers to the surface at the top of the recess 111. Referring to FIG. 8, the corner 155 has a second top surface 155d. It is understood that the second top surface 155d refers to the surface at the top of the corner 155. Referring to FIGS. 4 and 8, when the corner 150 is connected to the first frame 110, the first top surface 111b is flush with the second top surface 155d, or in other words, there is no step between the first top surface 111b and the second top surface 155d. The first top surface 111b being flush with the second top surface 155d can avoid dust accumulation due to unevenness between the first top surface 111b and the second top surface 155d, and can also improve the aesthetics.

[0056] Referring to FIG. 8, in an embodiment, the corner 155 has a first side wall 155a and a second side wall 155b that are connected to each other, the first side wall 155a is aligned with the bottom surface of the recess of the corresponding frame, and the second side wall 155b abuts against the side surface of the laminate on the adjacent frame. Take the first frame 110 as an example, referring to FIGS. 2, 3 and 8, the first side wall 155a is aligned with the bottom surface of the recess 111, and the second side wall 155b is adjacent to the fourth frame 140, the laminate side surface 171 is located above the fourth frame 140, and the second side wall 155b abuts against the laminate side surface 171. When the photovoltaic module is in the inclined state in the first direction D1, the second side wall 155b can apply a supporting force to the laminate side surface 171, thereby preventing the laminate 170 from sliding downward.

[0057] Referring to FIGS. 8 and 9, the second side wall 155b has four through holes 190, which can be used to drain water that may accumulate in the corner 155. It is understood that the number of through holes is not limited to four, and can be set according to requirements.

[0058] In an embodiment, the corner is a one-piece formed by, for example, a die casting process, or can be a combination of several components. The material of the corner can include aluminum alloy, or high-weather-resistant non-metal (such as nylon, glass fiber).

[0059] Referring to FIG. 9, the top corner 156 of the corner 150 is chamfered, preferably, the chamfer is an arc surface, which can avoid scratching the top corner 156 by the construction personnel.

[0060] Referring to FIGS. 1, 10 and 11, the photovoltaic module can be assembled by connecting the laminate 170, the second frame 120, and the fourth frame 140 using a tape, inserting two corner codes 150 into both ends of the first frame 110 (as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11), and inserting two corner codes 150 into both ends of the third frame 130, and inserting the two corner codes located at both ends of the first frame 110 into one end of the second frame 120 and one end of the fourth frame 140, and inserting the two corner codes located at both ends of the third frame 130 into the other end of the second frame 120 and the other end of the fourth frame 140.

[0061] Another aspect of the present application provides a photovoltaic module including a laminate and a photovoltaic module frame as described above, the photovoltaic module frame fixing the laminate
