Abstract
Description
Accessories for mobile devices
[0001] This invention relates to an accessory for a portable device that is attached to a portable device or a case that covers the portable device.
[0002] With the proliferation of mobile devices like smartphones and tablet PCs, a variety of accessories for these devices have been proposed. These accessories are most commonly used by users by attaching appropriate accessories, such as finger rings or card wallets, to the back of their mobile devices or their cases.
[0003] Relatively early accessories had a bonding surface that was bonded to the outer surface of a mobile device case, and a double-sided tape with adhesive strength was provided on the bonding surface, so that the accessory was adhesively bonded to the outer surface of the mobile device case by means of this double-sided tape. However, although the bonding method using double-sided tape has the advantages of excellent bonding strength and ease of use, when an accessory that has been adhesively bonded to a mobile device case is removed, the adhesive strength of the double-sided tape is significantly reduced, making it difficult to re-attach the detached accessory to the mobile device case.
[0004] That is, the conventional method of joining using double-sided tape has a fatal flaw in that it is difficult to attach or detach accessories as needed, and there is also the problem that it is not easy to remove the joined accessories and attach new accessories.
[0005] Meanwhile, recently, a mobile device case equipped with a magnet and an accessory in which a magnet of the opposite pole is placed on a coupling surface so that the accessory can be coupled by magnetic force with the magnet of the mobile device case have become widespread, and a form has been proposed in which the accessory can be quickly and easily coupled to the mobile device case.
[0006] However, accessories with a coupling structure using such magnets have a strong vertical force that attracts the opposite poles to each other due to the nature of the magnets, so the coupling force in the vertical direction is strong, but the coupling force due to an external force acting in the lateral direction is weak, so there is a problem that the coupling state between the mobile device and the accessory is not stable.
[0007] In addition, since accessories with a magnetic bonding structure must be equipped with magnets, the thickness and volume of the accessory itself increases, and since it cannot perform any special function on its own, it must be implemented with additional auxiliary accessories such as grip toks, finger rings, handles, and card wallets, which has the disadvantage of being necessary.
[0008] The first object of the present invention is to propose an accessory for a portable device that is implemented to have a thin and compact structure while utilizing magnetism as a means for achieving coupling to a portable device or a portable device case.
[0009] The second object of the present invention is to propose an accessory for a mobile device having excellent functionality as a mobile device accessory, since it has a magnetic coupling function for a mobile device or a mobile device case and can perform a holding function of the mobile device and a gripping function using a user's finger by itself without an auxiliary accessory.
[0010] The third object of the present invention is to propose an accessory for a mobile device that is easily attached to and detached from a mobile device or a mobile device case, and can provide a more stable connection state when connected to the mobile device or the mobile device case.
[0011] The accessory for a portable device proposed in the present invention comprises: a first body formed to be attachable to a portable device or a case covering the portable device by a magnetic force; and a second body connected to the first body by a hinge to be relatively rotatably connected thereto and formed to receive at least a portion of the first body, wherein as the first body and the second body are relatively rotated relative to the hinge, the first body is received in the second body or withdrawn from the second body while being attached to the portable device, and as the first body and the second body are relatively rotated relative to the hinge, an angle between the second body and the portable device or an angle between the second body and the case is changed.
[0012] The first body is provided with a first magnet portion, the second body is provided with a second magnet portion, the first magnet portion is arranged along a circumference of the first body or along a border of an ellipse or polygon, and the second magnet portion is formed linearly extending along the longitudinal direction of the second body.
[0013] The first magnet portion is positioned closer to the hinge in the second body than the second magnet portion.
[0014] The hinge includes a first part coupled with the first body; and a second part coupled with the second body, wherein the first part and the second part overlap each other while the first body is accommodated in the second body.
[0015] A first part coupled with the first body; and a second part coupled with the second body, wherein at least a portion of the first part is covered by the first body when the first body is accommodated in the second body.
[0016] The above first body is further formed with a hinge mounting portion in a negative shape for mounting the hinge in the correct position.
[0017] The second body includes a body receiving portion formed to receive the first body; and a hinge receiving portion formed to receive the hinge, wherein the body receiving portion and the hinge receiving portion are formed to be in communication with each other.
[0018] The second body includes a long side and a short side, and the hinge receiving portion is formed to be open toward one end surface of the second body.
[0019] The second body further has a bracket for coupling with the hinge on the back surface of the body receiving portion or the hinge receiving portion.
[0020] The second body is formed in a plate shape, has a body receiving portion formed on one surface to receive the first body, and has an auxiliary accessory installation portion formed on the other surface.
[0021] The second body has a through hole formed at a position corresponding to the center of the first body while the first body is accommodated, and a fingering assembly is installed in the through hole, which has a fingering formed to be rotatable in the rear direction of the surface on which the first body is accommodated in the second body.
[0022] The finger ring assembly may include a finger ring bracket installed on the inner surface of the through hole and configured to be rotatable laterally about the center of the through hole as a central axis, and having a finger ring hinge portion formed on one side to which the finger ring is rotatably coupled; and a finger ring coupled to the finger ring hinge portion and arranged parallel to the second body or formed to be rotatable in the rear direction of a surface of the second body on which the first body is received.
[0023] The effects of the present invention obtained through the above-described solution are as follows.
[0024] According to this invention, an accessory for a portable device can be implemented that has a thin and compact structure while having a magnetic coupling structure through a first body that is formed to be attachable to a portable device or a case that covers the portable device by magnetic force and a second body that is connected to the first body by a hinge so as to be relatively rotatable.
[0025] In addition, an accessory having excellent functionality can be implemented that can perform both a mobile device stand function and a gripping function using the user's finger by the second body itself without applying a separate auxiliary accessory while utilizing a magnetic coupling function for a mobile device or a mobile device case.
[0026] In addition, accessories for mobile devices can be easily attached to and detached from a mobile device or a case by magnetic force, and can provide a more stable bonding state when combined with a mobile device or a mobile device case.

[0046] Hereinafter, accessories for mobile devices related to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. Here, a mobile device accessory refers to a device attached to a mobile device or a case enclosing the mobile device for the purpose of providing convenience to the user.
[0047] The attached drawings are only intended to facilitate understanding of the embodiments disclosed in this specification, and the technical ideas disclosed in this specification are not limited by the attached drawings, and should be understood to include all modifications, equivalents, or substitutes included in the spirit and technical scope of this invention.
[0048] As used herein, singular expressions include plural expressions unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
[0049] When this specification refers to a component as being "connected" or "connected" to another component, it should be understood that it may be directly connected or connected to that other component, but that there may be other components intervening. Conversely, when it refers to a component as being "directly connected" or "directly connected" to another component, it should be understood that there are no other components intervening.
[0050] Additionally, it should be understood that terms such as “include” or “have” are intended to specify the presence of a feature, number, step, operation, component, part or combination thereof described in the specification, but do not preclude the possibility of the presence or addition of one or more other features, numbers, steps, operations, components, parts or combinations thereof.
[0051] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an accessory for a portable device according to a first embodiment proposed in this invention, viewed from one side.
[0052] FIG. 2a is a perspective view showing the first body of the portable device accessory of FIG. 1 rotated about a hinge to form a state at a certain angle with the second body.
[0053] Figure 2b is a perspective view of the entire components of the portable device accessory of Figure 1 in an exploded state.
[0054] Figure 2c is a conceptual diagram showing the disassembled appearance of the components constituting the first body of the accessory for a portable device of Figure 1.
[0055] The accessory (100) for a portable device proposed in this invention includes a first body (110) and a second body (120).
[0056] The first body (110) is formed so as to be attachable to a portable device or a case (200) that surrounds the portable device by magnetic force. For example, the first body (110) may be formed in a form in which a first magnet portion (112) in which a plurality of unit magnets are combined with a magnet holder (111) is assembled so as to be attachable to the case (200) by magnetic force, as described below.
[0057] At this time, an accessory coupling magnet (210) having a pole opposite to that of the first magnet portion (112) of the first body (110) may be installed in the case (200) that surrounds the portable device or the portable device that is coupled to the first body (110) by magnetic force.
[0058] For example, when the first magnet portion (112) is formed of a N pole magnet, the accessory coupling magnet (210) may be formed of a S pole magnet. In addition, when the first magnet portion (112) is formed of a S pole magnet, the accessory coupling magnet (210) may be formed of a N pole magnet. That is, the first magnet portion (112) and the accessory coupling magnet (210) may be each an N pole and a S pole, or conversely, may be each an S pole and an N pole.
[0059] In addition, when the first body (110) is formed in a form in which a first magnet portion (112) in which a plurality of unit magnets are combined is assembled to a magnet holder (111), a metal plate (112a), such as a zinc plate or stainless steel (SUS), may be further provided between the magnet holder (111) and the first magnet portion (112). This metal plate (112a) boosts the magnetic force of the first magnet portion (112) to generate a more stable magnetic force. Here, the magnet holder (111) may be provided with a finishing film (113) to close the insertion groove (111d) into which the first magnet portion (112) is inserted.
[0060] The second body (120) is connected to the first body (110) so as to be relatively rotatably connected by a hinge (130). That is, the second body (120) is connected to the first body (110) by the hinge (130), and the first body (110) can be moved so as to be relatively rotatably at a certain angle (θ) by the hinge (130) while being attached to the portable device or the case (200) that surrounds the portable device.
[0061] In addition, the second body (120) is formed to accommodate at least a portion of the first body (110). That is, the second body (120) may be formed with a body receiving portion (121) as described below so as to accommodate the first body (110).
[0062] Accordingly, as the first body (110) and the second body (120) are rotated relative to each other with respect to the hinge (130), the first body (110) can be received in the second body (120) or withdrawn from the second body (120) while being attached to the portable device.
[0063] In this way, the structure in which the first body (110) is received in the second body (120) or withdrawn from the second body while attached to the mobile device allows the structure of the mobile device accessory (100) itself to be formed into a simple and compact structure, and even when the mobile device accessory (100) is attached to the mobile device, it can minimize the increase in the volume of the mobile device and provide a compact structure and an improved grip.
[0064] In addition, as the first body (110) and the second body (120) rotate relative to each other with respect to the hinge (130), the angle between the second body (120) and the portable device or the angle (θ) between the second body (120) and the case changes. Therefore, the second body (120) can perform a portable device holder function by utilizing the angle (θ) between the second body (120) and the portable device as shown in FIG. 10, and has the advantage of also being able to perform a handle function that can be held in the user's hand.
[0065] The hinge (130) includes a first part (131), a second part (132) and a hinge axis (133).
[0066] The first part (131) is coupled with the first body (110). Here, the structure by which the first part (131) is coupled with the first body (110) is not particularly limited, and for example, a coupling structure selected from the group consisting of a force-fit coupling structure using protrusions and grooves, a coupling structure using bolts and nuts, and a coupling structure using an adhesive or adhesive film may be applied.
[0067] In this regard, FIG. 2b discloses a joining structure using a rivet (134) as a structure in which the first part (131) and the first body (110) are joined. That is, the joining between the first body (110) and the first part (131) of the hinge (130) is achieved by the rivet (134) penetrating through the first fitting hole (131c) formed in the first part (131) and being inserted into and fixed in the rivet fixing groove (111b) formed in the first body (110).
[0068] Here, the first part (131) of the hinge (130) comprises a first hinge axis connecting portion (131a) into which a hinge axis (133) is inserted, a first wing portion (131b) that is seated on the hinge seating portion (111a) of the first body (110), and a first fitting hole (131c).
[0069] The second part (132) is coupled with the second body (120). The coupling structure of the second part (132) and the second body (120) may be, for example, the same coupling structure as the coupling structure of the first part (131) and the first body (110).
[0070] However, as shown in Fig. 2b, the second part (132) of the hinge (130) may be formed of a second hinge axis connecting portion (132a) into which the hinge axis (133) is inserted and a second wing portion (132b) that is arranged and coupled to the body receiving portion (121) of the second body (120). That is, the second wing portion (132b) of the second part (132) is formed in a shape and size corresponding to the first body (110) and is arranged in the body receiving portion (121) of the second body (120), thereby achieving coupling of the second part (132) and the second body (120).
[0071] In this way, the second wing part (132b) formed in a shape and size corresponding to the first body (110) has an area of the part that is in close contact with the second body (120) maximized, thereby enabling a more solid bonding state between the first part (132) and the first body (120).
[0072] Here, an adhesive film (140) for bonding with the second wing portion (132b) may be placed on the body receiving portion (121), or an adhesive may be applied.
[0073] FIG. 3a and FIG. 3b are perspective views of an accessory for a portable device according to a second embodiment proposed in this invention, viewed from one side and the other side.
[0074] Fig. 4a is an exploded view showing the bottom view of the entire component of the portable device accessory of Fig. 3a in an exploded state.
[0075] FIGS. 4b and 4c are perspective views and bottom perspective views of the entire components of the portable device accessory of FIG. 3a in an exploded state.
[0076] Fig. 5 is an exploded view showing a plan view of all parts of the portable device accessory of Fig. 3a in an exploded state.
[0077] Referring to FIGS. 3 to 5, an accessory (100) for a portable device according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes a first magnet portion (112) provided in a first body (110) and a second magnet portion (122a) provided in a second body (120).
[0078] The first magnet portion (112) is arranged along the circumference of the first body (110) or along the border of an ellipse or polygon and assembled into the magnet holder (111). Here, the first magnet portion (112) may be arranged in a structure in which, for example, a plurality of arch-shaped unit magnets are alternately arranged so that the N pole and the S pole act as an attractive force to each other to form a cylindrical shape. Here, an insertion groove (111d) into which the first magnet portion (112) is inserted is formed in the magnet holder (111).
[0079] The second magnet portion (122a) is formed linearly extending along the longitudinal direction of the second body (120). Accordingly, a second magnet portion receiving groove (122) for receiving the second magnet portion (122a) is formed in the second body (120).
[0080] The second magnet portion (122a) may serve as a kind of guide magnet that allows the second body (120) to be fixedly coupled to the portable device or the case (200) that encloses the portable device and maintain a stable fixed state. Accordingly, an accessory guide magnet (220) having an opposite pole to the second magnet portion (122a) may be installed in the portable device or the case (200) that encloses the portable device at a position corresponding to the position of the second magnet portion (122a).
[0081] In addition, the accessory guide magnet (220) is formed linearly to match the shape of the second magnet portion (122a), so that the second body (120) positional coupling function by the second magnet portion (122a) can be performed more smoothly.
[0082] In addition, when the second magnet portion (122a) is formed of a N pole magnet, the accessory guide magnet (220) may be formed of a S pole magnet. In addition, when the second magnet portion (122a) is formed of a S pole magnet, the accessory guide magnet (220) may be formed of a N pole magnet. That is, the second magnet portion (122a) and the accessory guide magnet (220) may be formed of an N pole and an S pole, respectively, or conversely, may be formed of an S pole and an N pole, respectively.
[0083] Meanwhile, the first magnet portion (112) may be positioned closer to the hinge (130) in the second body (120) than the second magnet portion (122a). That is, the first magnet portion (112) is positioned closer to the hinge (130) than the second magnet portion (122a), so that when the first body (110) is pulled out from the second body (120) and rotates relative to the hinge (130), the first body (110) is pulled out from the second body (120) with less force than when the second magnet portion (122a) is positioned closer to the hinge (130) than the first magnet portion (112), thereby providing an advantage in that the relative rotation between the first body (110) and the second body (120) is performed more smoothly.
[0084] The hinge (130) includes a first part (131), a second part (132) and a hinge axis (133).
[0085] The first part (131) is coupled with the first body (110).
[0086] In this regard, FIG. 4b discloses a force-fitting structure using a protrusion (111b) and a first fitting hole (131c) as a structure in which the first part (131) and the first body (110) are coupled. That is, the coupling between the first body (110) and the first part (131) of the hinge (130) is achieved by coupling between the protrusion (111b) formed on the first body (110) and the first fitting hole (131c) formed on the first part (131).
[0087] Here, the first part (131) of the hinge (130) comprises a first hinge axis connecting portion (131a) into which a hinge axis (133) is inserted, a first wing portion (131b) that is seated on the hinge seating portion (111a) of the first body (110), and a first fitting hole (131c).
[0088] The second part (132) is coupled with the second body (120). The coupling structure of the second part (132) and the second body (120) may be, for example, the same coupling structure as the coupling structure of the first part (131) and the first body (110).
[0089] In this regard, in FIGS. 4b and 4c, a bracket (141) and a first groove (124a) and a second groove (123b) of the second body (120) are provided for coupling between the second part (132) and the second body (120).
[0090] Specifically, a second groove (123b) is formed in a hinge receiving portion (123) formed on one surface of the second body (120). This second groove (123b) is connected to a first groove (124a) formed in a bracket receiving portion (124) formed on the other surface of the second body (120), which will be described later. Accordingly, the first groove (124a) and the second groove (123b) are connected to each other to form a passage through which the protruding connecting portion (141a) of the bracket (141) passes.
[0091] The protruding joint (141a) of the bracket (141) penetrates the first groove (124a) and the second groove (123b) so that the end is exposed to the outside of the second groove (123b), and the end of this protruding joint (141a) is forcefully fitted into the second fitting hole (132c) formed in the second part (132) of the hinge (130), thereby achieving the coupling of the second body (120) and the second part (132).
[0092] Here, the second part (132) of the hinge (130) comprises a second hinge axis connecting portion (132a) into which a hinge axis (133) is inserted, a second wing portion (132b) that is seated in the hinge receiving portion (123) of the second body (120), and a second fitting hole (132c).
[0093] Meanwhile, in a state where the first body (110) is accommodated in the second body (120), the first part (131) and the second part (132) can be formed to overlap each other.
[0094] That is, the first part (131) and the second part (132) are not coupled to the outer surfaces of the first body (110) while being accommodated in the second body (120) and overlapping each other, but are disposed between the first body (110) and the second body (120) and overlap each other. Therefore, the first part (131) and the second part (132) are implemented with a simple structure while minimizing the volume based on the hinge axis (133), so that the first body (110) and the second body (120) can be connected to each other, thereby implementing a stable coupling structure between the first body (110) and the second body (120), improving the aesthetics of the accessory (100) for a portable device itself, and enabling a more compact structure to be implemented.
[0095] In addition, the first part (131) of the hinge (130) is covered by the first body (110) at least a portion of the first part (131) when the first body (110) is accommodated in the second body (120). That is, the portable device accessory (100) is structured so that the first part (131) of the hinge (130) is covered by the first body (110) even when it is not attached to the portable device or the case (200) of the portable device, so that only the hinge axis (133) is simply visible to the outside, thereby further improving the aesthetics of the portable device accessory (100) itself.
[0096] In addition, the structure in which at least a portion of the first part (131) is covered by the first body (110) has the advantage of minimizing the influence of external contaminants, humidity, temperature changes, etc. on the hinge (130), thereby allowing the durability and performance of the hinge (130) to be more stably maintained.
[0097] Meanwhile, the first body (110) may have a hinge mounting portion (111a) formed in a negative shape for the fixed position mounting of the hinge (130).
[0098] The hinge mounting portion (111a) of the first body (110) facilitates the joining process between the first body (110) and the hinge (130) during the assembly process of the portable device accessory (100), and eliminates the step between the joining portion and the other first body (110) when the first body (110) and the first part (131) of the hinge (130) are joined, thereby providing a more stable joining state between the first body (110) and the first part (131). In addition, the hinge mounting portion (111a) has the advantage of increasing the space utilization between the components of the portable device accessory (100), thereby achieving a more compact structure.
[0099] Here, guide step portions (111c) may be formed on both sides of the hinge mounting portion (111a). These guide step portions (111c) may allow the first part (131) of the hinge (130) to be more easily mounted on the hinge mounting portion (111a) during the assembly process of the portable device accessory (100), thereby improving the manufacturing efficiency of the portable device accessory (100).
[0100] The above second body (120) includes a body receiving portion (121) and a hinge receiving portion (123).
[0101] The body receiving portion (121) is formed on one surface of the second body (120) to receive the first body (110) and to have a size and shape corresponding to the size and shape of the first body (110). This body receiving portion (121) minimizes any step or volume change that may occur between other parts of the first body (110) and the second body (120) other than the body receiving portion (121) when the first body (110) is received in the second body (120), thereby improving the structural stability of the portable device accessory (100) and enabling a compact appearance to be realized.
[0102] The hinge receiving portion (123) is a portion where the second part (132) of the hinge (130) is coupled, and is a portion that receives and surrounds the hinge (130) together with the hinge mounting portion (111a) of the first body (110) when the first body (110) is received in the second body (120).
[0103] Accordingly, the hinge receiving portion (123) facilitates the joining process between the second body (120) and the hinge (130) during the assembly process of the portable device accessory (100), and eliminates the step between the joining portion and the other second body (120) when joining the second body (120) and the second part (132) of the hinge (130), thereby providing a more stable joining state between the second body (120) and the second part (132). In addition, the hinge receiving portion (123) has the advantage of increasing the space utilization between the parts of the portable device accessory (100), thereby achieving a more compact structure.
[0104] In addition, both sides of the hinge receiving portion (123) are formed as inclined surfaces (123a), so that the relative rotation between the first body (110) and the second body (120) due to the relative rotation between the first part (131) and the second part (132) of the hinge (130) can be performed more smoothly, and the mounting of the hinge to the second body (120) can be made more convenient.
[0105] Here, the body receiving portion (121) and the hinge receiving portion (123) are formed to be in communication with each other on one side of the second body (120). Therefore, since the hinge receiving portion (123) can be formed to overlap with a part of the body receiving portion (121) on one side of the second body (120), the manufacturing process of the portable device accessory (100) can be simplified, and the portion where the thickness of the entire second body (120) is reduced can be minimized, thereby minimizing the phenomenon of the rigidity for performing the function of the second body (120) being lowered.
[0106] In addition, the second body (120) may be formed into a structure including long sides and short sides. That is, the second body (120) may be formed into a rectangular shape having long sides and short sides, for example, from a planar viewpoint. In addition, as shown in Fig. 4, in the rectangular shape having long sides and short sides, one short side may be formed into a straight short side, and the other short side may be formed into a semicircular round shape.
[0107] Here, the hinge receiving portion (123) may be formed to open toward one short side of the second body (120). In this structure in which the hinge receiving portion (123) opens toward one short side of the second body (120), even when the first body (110) and the second body (120) are relatively rotated with respect to the hinge (130) and the angle between them is in an obtuse angle range, there is an advantage in that the first part (131) of the hinge (130) can smoothly be relatively rotated within the obtuse angle range with respect to the second part (132).
[0108] Meanwhile, the second body (120) is formed in a plate shape, and a second magnet receiving groove (122) is formed together with the body receiving portion (121) on one side to receive the second magnet portion (122a), and on the back side, i.e., the other side of the one side where the hinge receiving portion (121) is formed, a bracket receiving portion (124) is formed on which a bracket (141) is installed to more stably connect and fix the hinge (130) to the second body (120).
[0109] Here, the edge of the bracket receiving portion (124) is formed to be slightly thicker than other parts on the other surface of the second body (120) so as to be able to receive the bracket (141), and this thickness can form an inclined surface (126) as in FIG. 3a so as to be smoothly connected to the other surface of the second body (120).
[0110] In addition, an auxiliary accessory installation portion (125) for installing an auxiliary accessory (160) may be formed on the other surface of the second body (120). In the portable device accessory (100) according to the second embodiment of the present invention, an auxiliary accessory (160) is illustrated as a griptok including an expansion socket (161) and a top cap (162), as shown in FIG. 5.
[0111]
[0112] FIG. 6a and FIG. 6b are perspective views of an accessory for a portable device according to a third embodiment proposed in this invention, viewed from one side and the other side.
[0113] Fig. 7a is an exploded view showing the bottom surface of the accessory for a portable device of Fig. 6a in a disassembled state.
[0114] FIGS. 7b and 7c are perspective views and bottom perspective views of the entire components of the portable device accessory of FIG. 6a in an exploded state.
[0115] Fig. 8 is an exploded view showing a plan view of all parts of the portable device accessory of Fig. 6a in an exploded state.
[0116] Referring to FIGS. 6 to 8, a portable device accessory (100) according to a third embodiment of the present invention, compared to the portable device accessory (100) according to the second embodiment, has a bracket (142) formed on a second body (120) and arranged together with a first body (110) in a body receiving portion (121) formed on one surface of the second body (120). Here, the bracket (142) includes a bracket body (142a) received in the body receiving portion (121) and a hinge coupling portion (142b) formed on one edge of the bracket body (142a) and coupled with a hinge (130).
[0117] In the third embodiment, a bracket (142) is installed in the body receiving portion (121) of the second body (120) to more stably connect the hinge (130) to the second body (120). Specifically, the portable device accessory (100) according to the third embodiment is assembled in such a way that the bracket (142) is first placed on the second body (120), and then the second part (132) of the hinge (130) is connected to the hinge connection portion (142b). Thereafter, the first body (110) is connected to the first part (131) of the hinge (130).
[0118] Here, an adhesive film (not shown) may be placed on the body receiving portion (121) as a means for bonding with the bracket (142), or an adhesive may be applied.
[0119] In the case where the bracket (142) is provided in the body receiving portion (121) of the second body (120) as in the third embodiment, a separate bracket receiving portion (124) can be omitted without forming it on the other surface of the second body (120) as in the second embodiment, so that the manufacturing process of the accessory (100) for a portable device can be simplified, and there is an advantage in that a portable device accessory (100) of a simpler shape can be implemented.
[0120] In addition, since the accessory (100) for a portable device of the third embodiment can omit the formation of a separate bracket receiving portion (124) on the other surface of the second body (120), it is possible to implement an accessory (100) for a portable device having the same thickness overall as compared to the accessory (100) for a portable device of the second embodiment.
[0121] In an accessory (100) for a portable device according to the third embodiment, a hinge (130) includes a first part (131), a second part (132), and a hinge axis (133).
[0122] The first part (131) is coupled to the first body (110). The structure in which the first part (131) and the first body (110) are coupled to each other can be applied in the same manner as the second embodiment, and therefore, a description thereof is omitted.
[0123] The second part (132) is coupled to the hinge joint (142b) of the bracket (142) placed in the body receiving portion (121) of the second body (120).
[0124] Specifically, a bracket protrusion (142c) for coupling with the second part (132) of the hinge (130) is formed in the hinge joint (142b), and a second fitting hole (132c) is formed in the second part (132). Therefore, the coupling between the second body (120) and the second part (132) of the hinge (130) is achieved by coupling between the protrusion (142c) formed in the bracket (142) and the second fitting hole (132c) formed in the second part (132).
[0125] Here, the second part (132) of the hinge (130) comprises a second hinge axis connecting portion (132a) into which a hinge axis (133) is inserted, a second wing portion (132b) that is seated in the hinge receiving portion (123) of the second body (120), and a second fitting hole (132c).
[0126] Meanwhile, in the accessory (100) for a portable device according to the third embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 7b, 7c and 8, an auxiliary accessory (160) is illustrated, which is made up of a griptok including an expansion socket (161) and a top cap (162).
[0127]
[0128] FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a portable device accessory according to the first embodiment proposed in this invention, in which various auxiliary accessories are provided.
[0129] FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing an accessory for a portable device according to the first embodiment proposed in this invention, wherein an auxiliary accessory is provided and attached to the portable device.
[0130] Referring to FIGS. 9 and 10, the portable device accessory (100) proposed in this invention can be installed in various forms on the other surface of the second body (120). The portable device accessory (100) of the second and third embodiments described above is exemplified by an auxiliary accessory (160) formed by a griptok including an expansion socket (161) and a top cap (162).
[0131] In addition, the accessory (100) for a portable device proposed by this invention may be provided with auxiliary accessories such as a handle (163) type formed on the other side of the second body (120) as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, a card wallet (164) formed parallel to the long side and an elastic band (164a) type formed parallel thereto, and a card wallet (165) formed parallel to the short side of the second body (120).
[0132]
[0133] FIG. 11a is a perspective view showing an accessory for a portable device according to a fourth embodiment proposed in this invention, viewed from one side.
[0134] FIG. 11b is a conceptual diagram showing a state in which the fingering portion and the first body of the portable device accessory of FIG. 11a are formed to form a constant angle with the second body by rotating based on each hinge.
[0135] FIG. 11c is a conceptual diagram showing a bottom view of the accessory for a portable device of FIG. 11a in which the fingering portion and the first body are formed to form a constant angle with the second body by rotating based on each hinge.
[0136] Figure 11d is a conceptual diagram showing the appearance of all parts of the accessory for a portable device of Figure 11a in an exploded state.
[0137] Figure 11e is a conceptual diagram showing a cross-sectional view of the AA' of the portable device accessory of Figure 11a.
[0138] Referring to FIGS. 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d, and 11e, an accessory (300) for a portable device has a second body (320) in which a through hole (327) is formed at a position corresponding to the center of the first body (310) while the first body (310) is accommodated therein. A finger ring assembly (360) having a finger ring (363) that is formed to be rotatable in the rear direction of the surface on which the first body (310) is accommodated is installed in the through hole (327) of the second body (320).
[0139] That is, the accessory (300) for a portable device is configured such that the first body (310) rotates relative to the hinge (330) on one side of the second body (320), and the finger ring (363) on the other side of the second body (320) rotates relative to the finger ring hinge portion (362) of the finger ring assembly (360). Therefore, the accessory (300) for a portable device can conveniently hold or fix the portable device to the hand through the finger ring (363) of the finger ring assembly (360).
[0140] The above fingering assembly (360) includes a fingering bracket (361), a fingering hinge portion (362), and a fingering (363).
[0141] The fingering bracket (361) is installed on the inner surface of the through hole (327) formed in the second body (320) and is formed to be rotatable laterally about the center of the through hole (327). That is, the fingering bracket (361) is attached to the inner surface of the through hole (327) and is formed to be rotatable laterally in parallel with the second body (320) while being mounted in the through hole (327). Accordingly, the fingering bracket (361) allows the fingering (363) to be positioned in various positions parallel to the second body (320) when the fingering (363) is pulled out from the fingering bracket (361), so that the user can more conveniently hold or hold the portable device with his / her hand and fix it.
[0142] Here, the finger ring bracket (361) may have an O-ring mounting groove (361a) formed on the outer surface thereof so as to realize both a stable contact state and a smooth rotational movement state between the inner surface of the through hole (327) of the second body (320), and may be provided with an O-ring (361b) inserted into the O-ring mounting groove (361b).
[0143] The finger ring hinge portion (362) is formed in a shape that protrudes upward on one side of the finger ring bracket (361). The finger ring hinge portion (362) is connected to the finger ring (363) so that both sides overlap with a portion of the finger ring (363) and the finger ring (363) can rotate relative to the finger ring hinge portion (362) on the other surface of the second body (320). Therefore, the finger ring hinge portion (362) is connected to the finger ring (363) by a hinge axis pin (362a) that laterally penetrates a portion of the finger ring (363) in a state where both sides overlap with a portion of the finger ring (363). At this time, a pinhole (363a) is formed in a part of the finger ring (363) that is combined to overlap with a part of the finger ring (363) so that the hinge axis pin (363a) penetrates from the side.
[0144] The finger ring (363) is coupled to the finger ring hinge portion (362) and is arranged parallel to the second body (320), or is formed to be rotatable toward the back surface of the surface on which the first body (310) is received in the second body (320). Accordingly, the finger ring (363) can enable a user to more conveniently hold or fix the portable device (not shown) equipped with the portable device accessory (300) to a finger or the like.
[0145] In this regard, when a user uses a mobile device equipped with the portable device accessory (300), if the user holds the second body (320) with his / her hand while rotating the second body (320) relative to the first body (310) in order to hold or fix the mobile device with his / her hand, the size of the second body (320) is relatively larger than that of the first body (310), and the distance between the hinge (330), which is the fulcrum, and the part of the second body, which is the force point, where the user's finger comes into contact, becomes larger than the distance between the magnetic coupling portion between the first body (310), which is the point of action, and the portable device case, and the fulcrum, the coupling force of the magnetic coupling portion is reduced due to the principle of leverage, so that the portable device accessory (300) may be separated from the portable device or the coupling state may be weakened.
[0146] However, when a user uses a mobile device equipped with the above-described accessory (300) for a mobile device, the finger ring (363) is rotated relative to the finger ring hinge (362) to hold or fix the mobile device with the hand, or when the finger is inserted, the same lever principle as described above is applied in reverse, so that the bonding force between the first body (310) and the mobile device case is stably maintained, and thus there is an advantage in that the user can hold or fix the mobile device with the hand more conveniently.
[0147] The above portable device accessory (300) is provided with a hinge (330) that connects the first body (310) and the second body (320). The description of the hinge (330) is the same as the description of the hinge (130) of the portable device accessory of the second embodiment described above, and therefore will be omitted. In addition, the description of the bracket (341) installed on the back surface of the portion where the hinge (330) and the second body (320) are coupled in the second body (320), the bracket receiving portion (324) in which the bracket (341) is installed, and the inclined surface (326) formed around the bracket receiving portion (324) are the same as the description of the bracket, the bracket receiving portion, and the inclined surface of the portable device accessory of the second embodiment described above, and therefore will be omitted.
[0148] Meanwhile, when the first body (310) is formed in a form in which a first magnet portion (312) in which a plurality of unit magnets are combined is assembled to a magnet holder (311), a metal plate (312a), such as a zinc plate or stainless steel (SUS), may be further provided between the magnet holder (311) and the first magnet portion (312). This metal plate (112a) boosts the magnetic force of the first magnet portion (112) to generate a more stable magnetic force. Here, the magnet holder (311) may be provided with a finishing film (313) to close the insertion groove (311d) into which the first magnet portion (312) is inserted.
[0149] In addition, the second body (320) is provided with a second magnet portion (322a) that extends linearly along the longitudinal direction. This second magnet portion (322a) may function as a kind of guide magnet that allows the second body (320) to be fixedly coupled to the portable device or a case (not shown) that encloses the portable device and maintain a stable fixed state. Accordingly, an accessory guide magnet (not shown) having an opposite pole to the second magnet portion (322a) may be installed in the portable device or the case that encloses the portable device at a position corresponding to the position of the second magnet portion (322a).
[0150] Here, a metal pad (322aa) may be provided between the second magnet portion (322a) and the second body (320), and a second magnet portion finishing film (322c) may be provided on the outer surface of the second magnet portion (322a).
[0151] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 11e, the second body (320) may have a contact projection (327a) formed on the inner surface of the through hole (327) that is in contact with the outer surface of the fingering bracket (361) to more stably fix the fingering bracket (361). Here, the contact projection (327a) may be formed at a position corresponding to the position where the O-ring mounting groove (361a) of the fingering bracket (361) is formed so as to contact and pressurize the O-ring (361b) provided in the O-ring mounting groove (361a) of the fingering bracket (361).
