[0012] Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, embodiments of a logistics support device, a logistics support method, a program, and a non-transitory recording medium for recording the program according to the present disclosure will be described in detail. The present embodiments do not limit the disclosed technology.

[0013] The embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0014] 1 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of a logistics support system including a logistics support device. The logistics support system 1 includes a terminal 11 and a logistics support device 10.

[0015] The logistics support device 10 is connected to a terminal 11 and the like via a communication network. The logistics support device 10 provides a user with information to support logistics operations, particularly using a generative model. For example, the user is a shipper of a package in logistics. Note that different packages are delivered by different shippers. The shipper may not only be a logistics company, but also a company in various industries such as manufacturing, wholesale, and retail. Delivery means in logistics are not particularly limited to vehicles, ships, airplanes, drones, etc. Vehicles are not particularly limited to trucks, trains, light vehicles, etc.

[0016] Here, the generative model is a model capable of creating operation plans and work processes in logistics. The generative model may be, for example, a language model or an image generation model. As the language model, a known machine learning engine or a natural language processing algorithm can be used as appropriate. Furthermore, the language model may be a large-scale language model (LLM; Large Language Models) trained with a large amount of text data, or a transfer model obtained by transfer learning from the large-scale language model. The transfer model may be a small-scale language model (SLM; Small Language Model).

[0017] The language model may be, for example, GPT-2 (Generative Pre-Training-2) or GPT-3, which are also called large-scale language models. Furthermore, the language model may be T5 (Text-to-Text Transformer Transformer), BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers), RoBERTa (Robustly Optimized BERT approach), ELECTRA (Efficiently Learning an Encoder that Classifies Token Replacements Accurately), or Claude. The language model is not limited to these examples. Note that if the generation model is a language model, figures and tables that are instructed to be output may be output as text data. The image generation model may be Cycle-Consistent Generative Adversarial Networks (Cycle-GAN) or Pix2Pix. The image generation model is not limited to these examples. Note that if the generation model is an image generation model, a diagram or table that has been instructed to be output may be output as image data.

[0018] The generative model may be a model that has been trained in advance to generate an operation plan, work processes, and work conditions in logistics. The generative model may also be a combination of multiple models. For example, the logistics support device 10 may generate an operation plan, work processes, and work conditions using a model for generating an operation plan, a model for generating work processes, and a model for generating work conditions. The logistics support device 10 may also generate map data using an image generation model to place the generated operation plan, work processes, and work conditions on a map.

[0019] The terminal 11 is a device that can be operated by a user. The terminal 11 may be, for example, an output device that outputs information from the logistics support device 10, or an input device that inputs information to the logistics support device 10. In this way, the terminal 11 includes an input device and an output device. The types of the input device and the output device are not particularly limited. The input device and the output device may be an integrated input / output device such as a touch panel display.

[0020] For example, the terminal 11 may be pre-installed with an application program that can output information from the logistics support device 10 or transmit information to the logistics support device 10. For example, the terminal 11 may access a website that can connect to the logistics support device 10 via the communication network NT. The type of the terminal 11 is not particularly limited, and may be a PC (Personal Computer), a smartphone, a tablet device, an HMD (Head Mounted Display), or the like. The number of terminals 11 may be prepared for each user, and the number of terminals 11 is not particularly limited.

[0021] The logistics support device 10 and the terminal 11 may be the same device.

[0022] The type of communication network is not particularly limited, and the communication network may be configured by a plurality of communication networks.

[0023] Here, the generative model may be held by the logistics support device 10 or may be held by an external model server different from the logistics support device 10.

[0024] 2 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of a processing flow when a model server has a generative model. The logistics support device 10 is connected to the model server 12 via a communication network. The model server 12 may be composed of multiple devices, and is not particularly limited.

[0025] For example, the terminal 11 accepts an operation input from a user. The terminal 11 then transmits the accepted information to the logistics support device 10. The logistics support device 10 then transmits the information accepted by the terminal 11 and other information to the model server 12. In particular, the logistics support device 10 transmits various acquired information such as prompts to the model server 12. The model server 12 receives various information such as prompts. The model server 12 inputs the prompts into a generative model and acquires, from the generative model, the generation results by the generative model in response to the instructions described in the prompts. The model server 12 transmits the generation results to the logistics support device 10. The logistics support device 10 receives the generation results.

[0026] Note that FIG. 2 is an example, and in this embodiment, the description is given without any particular limitation as to whether the logistics support device 10 has the generative model or the model server 12 has the generative model.

[0027] 3 is a block diagram showing an example of the configuration of the logistics support device 10. In FIG. 3, the logistics support device 10 includes an acquisition unit 101, a generation unit 103, and an output unit 105.

[0028] The acquisition unit 101 acquires logistics-related information related to logistics, an operation plan for logistics, and instruction information that instructs the output of work processes at bases included in the operation plan. The timing and method by which the acquisition unit 101 acquires the logistics-related information and the instruction information may be the same or different.

[0029] First, a specific example of logistics-related information and an example of how the acquisition unit 101 acquires the logistics-related information will be described. The logistics-related information includes various information related to logistics. However, the logistics-related information can be structured or unstructured. Structured information is, for example, CSV (Comma Separated Values) data. Unstructured information is information that is not structured. For example, unstructured information is document data such as image data or data in PDF (Portable Document Format).

[0030] 4 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of logistics-related information 1000. The logistics-related information 1000 includes, as an example, CSV data as structured information, and PDF data and image data as unstructured information.

[0031] The CSV data may include, for example, information about logistics packages, such as shipping date, volume, weight, product, names of origin and destination locations, and addresses.

[0032] The PDF data may include information regarding operation conditions, methods of consignment and acceptance, logistics work procedures, precautions during operation, and methods of entry to base stations. Information regarding operation conditions may include at least one of departure and arrival bases, operation routes, departure and arrival times, and closing times. Information regarding methods of acceptance and consignment may include information such as whether the consignment is based on a transportation request form. Furthermore, information regarding methods of acceptance and consignment may include the format of a shipping invoice. Information regarding logistics work procedures may include, for example, information indicating work procedures at base stations such as receiving, warehousing, storage, shipping, inspection, transportation, and loading. Information regarding precautions during operation may be information regarding precautions for each task. Information regarding precautions during operation may include at least one of information regarding delivery methods, information regarding damage checks, information regarding worker attire, and information regarding cargo protection. Examples of information regarding protection include information regarding whether to protect the cargo, what method of securing the cargo, and whether to use wheel chocks. Information regarding entry methods may include information regarding the location, parking methods, routes, and methods of entry.

[0033] The image data may include an image of a base site. For example, this image may also be referred to as a site image. There may be multiple site images. The site image may include information regarding the packaging of the luggage, work equipment, space, workers, vehicle type, vehicle class, vehicle equipment, etc. For example, there may be a site image that includes multiple pieces of information, such as a site image that captures the packaging of the luggage and the work equipment for the luggage. Furthermore, there may be multiple site images, such as a site image that captures the packaging of the luggage, a site image that captures the work equipment, a site image that captures the space, and a site image that captures the vehicle type, vehicle class, and vehicle equipment.

[0034] The information regarding the packaging style of the cargo may be information indicating the packaging style of the cargo, such as a pallet, cardboard box, wooden box, plastic container, roll, bundle, bare cargo, drum, etc. The information regarding work equipment may be information that can identify the equipment used to actually perform the work. For example, the work equipment may be a picking device, an AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle), etc. The information regarding space is information regarding the space to which the cargo is transported. For example, the information regarding space may be information that can identify the location of the space to which the cargo is transported. For example, the information regarding the vehicle type, class, and vehicle equipment may be information that can identify the vehicle type and class of the truck when the delivery means is a truck. The information regarding workers may be information regarding the number of people required for the work, information that can uniquely identify the worker who will actually perform the work, or information regarding the skills required of the worker. The information regarding the skills required of the worker may be, for example, information regarding the qualifications required to operate the work equipment.

[0035] The logistics-related information 1000 described above is an example. For example, the information contained in the PDF data described above may be included in image data or CSV data. For example, the information contained in the image data described above may be included in PDF data or CSV data. For example, the information contained in CSV data may be included in image data or PDF data. The logistics-related information 1000 is not particularly limited.

[0036] 4 is an example, and may include other information. Which information is image data, which information is PDF data, which information is structured information, etc. may differ depending on the shipper.

[0037] For example, the acquisition unit 101 may acquire the logistics-related information 1000 through a user operation via the terminal 11. The acquisition unit 101 may, for example, accept text input of the logistics-related information 1000 via a user interface on the terminal 11, or may accept an upload of the logistics-related information 1000. Furthermore, the acquisition unit 101 may acquire the logistics-related information 1000 as external reference data such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). For example, the acquisition unit 101 may acquire static information from the logistics-related information 1000 as training data for training a generative model.

[0038] Next, specific examples of instruction information and an example of how the acquisition unit 101 acquires instruction information will be described. For example, the instruction information is a prompt. Here, the instruction information may be created by the user, or may be created by the logistics support device 10 based on input information. Whether the instruction information is created by the user or by the logistics support device 10 based on user input can be changed as appropriate depending on the implementation of a user interface, etc. Specific examples of instruction information will be described later.

[0039] 5 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of accepting a prompt in a chat format. The acquisition unit 101 may accept input of instruction information in a chat format via the terminal 11.

[0040] FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of instruction information instructing output of an operation plan. The instruction information shown in FIG. 6 includes an instruction to extract an operation plan from the logistics-related information 1000. Furthermore, the instruction information shown in FIG. 6 includes an instruction for the output format of the operation plan. In FIG. 6, at least one of a map and a table is specified as the output format of the operation plan. The instruction information shown in FIG. 6 includes an instruction for the content to be included in the operation plan. In FIG. 6, the addresses of departure and arrival bases and lead time are specified as the content to be included in the operation plan.

[0041] An example of outputting an operation plan in a table will be described later with reference to Fig. 9. For example, outputting an operation plan on a map may mean placing marks indicating each base on the map, and placing information identifying each base and information related to time, such as the arrival time, departure time, and lead time at each base, together with the marks. The marks may be speech bubbles, and the speech bubbles may include information identifying each base, information related to time, etc.

[0042] In this way, the instruction information instructing the output of the operation plan may include an instruction for an output format, an instruction for contents to be included in the operation plan, etc. For example, the contents to be included in the operation plan may further include a departure time, an arrival time, etc. Note that the instruction information in FIG. 6 is an example.

[0043] 7 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of instruction information for instructing the output of a work process at a base included in an operation plan. The instruction information shown in Fig. 7 includes an instruction to extract a work process at base XX from the logistics-related information 1000. The instruction information also includes an instruction to specify items to be included in the work process.

[0044] In this way, the instruction information for instructing the output of a work process may include an instruction to specify the base of the work process to be output, an instruction to specify at least the items to be included in the work process, etc. Furthermore, the instruction information may include an instruction to specify the output format of the work process, an instruction to specify multiple bases, etc.

[0045] The bases of the work processes to be generated may be bases included in all of the work processes included in the operation plan, or may be bases included in at least some of the work processes. For example, the bases of the work processes to be generated may be specified. Therefore, the instruction information may be information that instructs the creation of work processes for each base included in the operation plan.

[0046] The instruction information instructing the output of the operation plan and the instruction information instructing the output of the work process at the base included in the operation plan may be one piece of instruction information or may be separate pieces of instruction information.

[0047] Furthermore, the instruction information acquired by the acquisition unit 101 may include information instructing the output of work conditions of the work included in the work process. Therefore, the acquisition unit 101 acquires instruction information instructing the output of work conditions of the work included in the work process.

[0048] 8 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of instruction information for instructing the output of work conditions for work included in a work process. The instruction information shown in Fig. 8 includes an instruction to extract work conditions for work included in the work process from the logistics-related information 1000. The instruction information also includes an instruction to specify items to be included in the work conditions.

[0049] In this way, the instruction information instructing the output of work conditions may include an instruction to specify the work conditions to be output, an instruction to specify items to be included in the work conditions, etc. Furthermore, the instruction information may include an instruction to specify an output format for the work conditions, an instruction to specify multiple bases, etc.

[0050] The acquisition unit 101 may further acquire supplemental information that supplements the logistics-related information 1000. The supplemental information may be, for example, information that is not included in the logistics-related information 1000, or may overlap at least a portion of the information in the logistics-related information 1000. As a method for the acquisition unit 101 to acquire the supplemental information, the acquisition unit 101 may acquire the supplemental information by inputting characters such as text data through a user operation via the terminal 11.

[0051] The generation unit 103 generates an operation plan and a work process based on the logistics-related information 1000 and the instruction information. For example, the generation unit 103 uses a generative model to generate an operation plan and a work process based on the logistics-related information 1000 and the instruction information.

[0052] Furthermore, if there is supplementary information, the generation unit 103 generates an operation plan and a work process based on the logistics-related information 1000, the instruction information, and the supplementary information.

[0053] If the instruction information further includes information instructing the output of work conditions, the generation unit 103 generates an operation plan, work processes, and work conditions based on the logistics-related information 1000 and the instruction information. For example, the generation unit 103 uses a generative model to generate an operation plan, work processes, and work conditions based on the logistics-related information 1000 and the instruction information. If there is supplemental information, the generation unit 103 generates an operation plan, work processes, and work conditions based on the logistics-related information 1000, the instruction information, and the supplemental information.

[0054] If the instruction information further includes information instructing the output of an operation plan and a work process, the output unit 105 outputs the operation plan and the work process. The output method by the output unit 105 is not particularly limited, and may include display, audio output, lighting or blinking of a lamp, storage in a memory unit, etc. The output destination by the output unit 105 is not particularly limited. An example of the output destination by the output unit 105 is the user's terminal 11. For example, the output unit 105 outputs the operation plan and the work process to the user's terminal 11. For example, the user's terminal 11 that is the output destination may be the terminal 11 of the user who issued the instruction, or the terminal 11 of another user, or a combination thereof.

[0055] For example, when the instruction information instructs output of an operation plan, a work process, or work conditions using an image or a table, the output unit 105 may display at least one of an image and a table of the operation plan, the work process, and the work conditions on the user terminal 11. Furthermore, at least a part of the images included in the logistics-related information may be included in the operation plan, the work process, or the work conditions.

[0056] FIG. 9 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of an output screen for an operation plan. The operation plan includes, for example, a sequence, base names, base addresses, arrival times, departure times, and lead times. The base names are used as information that can identify the bases. As long as information that can identify the bases to the user is output, the information that can identify the bases is not limited to the base names. In FIG. 9, bases included in the operation plan include logistics center P, base XX, base YY, base ZZ, and logistics center Q.

[0057] 9 is an example, and the operation plan may include more detailed operation routes between base stations, etc. For example, when the operation plan is output in map format, the operation routes may be represented by lines on the map.

[0058] Fig. 10 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of an output screen for work processes and work conditions. Fig. 10 shows the work processes and work conditions at base XX in Fig. 9. In Fig. 10, the order of work and the names of the work are output as the work process. In Fig. 10, the work contents and points to note for each work are output as the work conditions.

[0059] The instruction information may further include information for specifying information that is missing from the logistics-related information 1000 and the instruction information when carrying out the instruction included in the instruction information, and information for specifying information that is unclear in the logistics-related information 1000 and the instruction information. The generating unit 103 may then use a generative model to specify the missing or unclear information in accordance with these instructions. The generative model may also be trained to output the content of missing or unclear information when such information exists. When such a generative model is used, the generating unit 103 may use the generative model to specify information that is missing or unclear when carrying out the instruction included in the instruction information, based on the logistics-related information 1000 and the instruction information.

[0060] The output unit 105 outputs missing information. The output unit 105 also outputs unclear information. For example, an example of outputting missing information is, "Information about BBB is insufficient to output an operation plan." An example of outputting unclear information is, "Information about BBB is unclear to output work conditions. Does it mean CCC? Or does it mean DDD?" These output examples are merely examples and are not particularly limited. This allows the user to check missing or unclear information without checking the logistics-related information 1000 itself.

[0061] The timing at which the output unit 105 outputs at least one of the missing information and the unclear information may be simultaneously with the output of the operation plan, the work process, and the work conditions, or may be before the operation plan, the work process, and the work conditions are generated, and is not particularly limited. For example, even if there is missing information or unclear information, the generation unit 103 may generate the operation plan, the work process, and the work conditions using a generative model based on the information acquired up to that point. Alternatively, for example, the generation unit 103 may generate the operation plan, the work process, and the work conditions using a generative model after the missing information or unclear information is resolved.

[0062] For example, after the user has confirmed the missing or unclear information, the supplementary information may be input by the user's operation.

[0063] <Modification Instruction> The acquisition unit 101 may acquire instruction information that instructs modification of at least one of the generated logistics operation plan, work process, and work conditions. To distinguish this instruction information from instruction information that instructs output of the logistics operation plan, work process, and work conditions, instruction information that instructs modification is also referred to as modification instruction information.

[0064] The generation unit 103 generates a logistics operation plan, work processes, and work conditions based on the logistics-related information 1000, the instruction information, and the correction instruction information. Here, when a correction instruction is given to a work process, the generation unit 103 may generate a work process and work conditions for the work included in the work process where the correction occurred, without regenerating the operation plan. Here, when a correction instruction is given to the work conditions, the generation unit 103 may generate the work conditions again, without regenerating the operation plan and the work process.

[0065] Here, the acquisition unit 101 may acquire the correction instruction information by inputting a correction instruction using text data. The acquisition unit 101 may acquire the correction instruction information by modifying output information. For example, the acquisition unit 101 may acquire the correction instruction information indicating a change instruction by accepting a change to the time or lead time output in a table format through a user's operation input. For example, when a specific travel route between base stations is output on a map, the acquisition unit 101 may acquire the correction instruction information indicating a change instruction by accepting a change to the line representing the travel route on the output map. More specifically, as a method of accepting a change to the line representing the travel route, the acquisition unit 101 may acquire the correction instruction information indicating a change instruction to the travel route by tapping or clicking the line representing the travel route on the map and then accepting a change to the line's position through a slide operation, drag operation, or the like. For example, the acquisition unit 101 may identify the correction instruction based on the position of the modified line on the map. The user can easily issue a correction instruction if, for example, the user wants the route to be more southerly overall or to avoid a certain area.

[0066] It may be impossible to generate an operation plan that satisfies the correction instructions included in the correction instruction information. For example, in the operation plan shown in FIG. 9 , if the arrival time of the delivery vehicle at the base YY is advanced based on the user's correction instruction, the delivery vehicle may not be able to arrive from the base XX to the base YY if the departure time from the base XX cannot be changed. In such a case, the generation unit 103 cannot generate an operation plan that satisfies the correction instructions. Therefore, when the generation unit 103 cannot generate an operation plan that satisfies the correction instructions included in the correction instruction information, it may generate an operation plan in which at least a portion of the correction instructions is changed. Furthermore, when the generation unit 103 cannot generate an operation plan that satisfies the correction instructions included in the correction instruction information, it may generate an operation plan in which at least a portion of the operation conditions is changed. Then, the output unit 105 outputs a message that there is no operation plan that satisfies the correction instructions, and outputs the operation plan so that the parts that have been changed to not satisfy the correction instructions are identifiable. For example, the output unit 105 outputs the operation plan, the work process, and the work conditions with the parts that have been changed to not satisfy the correction instructions highlighted.

[0067] Furthermore, when there is no operation plan that satisfies the correction instruction included in the correction instruction information, the generation unit 103 may generate multiple operation plans in the case where at least a part of the operation plan is changed. Then, the output unit 105 may output the multiple operation plans. The user may select an optimal operation plan from the multiple operation plans.

[0068] As with the operation plan, if there is no work process that satisfies the modification instructions, a work process may be generated in which at least a part of the work process is modified.

[0069] 11 is a flowchart showing an operation example 1 of the logistics support device 10. In the operation example 1, a basic operation example will be described. The acquisition unit 101 acquires logistics-related information 1000 and instruction information (step S101). Here, the instruction information is instruction information that instructs the creation of an operation plan, work processes at bases included in the operation plan, and work conditions for work included in the work processes.

[0070] The generation unit 103 uses the generative model to generate an operation plan, work processes, and work conditions based on the logistics-related information 1000 and the instruction information (step S102). The output unit 105 outputs the operation plan, work processes, and work conditions (step S103). Thus, the logistics support device 10 completes the series of processes shown in FIG. 11.

[0071] The acquisition unit 101 may acquire instruction information instructing the creation of an operation plan, the generation unit 103 may generate the operation plan, and the output unit 105 may output the operation plan, after which the acquisition unit 101 may acquire instruction information instructing the creation of work processes and work conditions at bases included in the operation plan. In this way, the operation plan, work processes, and work conditions may be created in stages.

[0072] 12 is a flowchart showing a second operation example of the logistics support device 10. In the second operation example, an example will be described in which supplemental information and correction instruction information are acquired.

[0073] First, the acquisition unit 101 acquires the logistics-related information 1000 and instruction information (step S201). Here, the instruction information is instruction information that instructs the creation of an operation plan, work processes at bases included in the operation plan, and work conditions for work included in the work processes.

[0074] Next, the generation unit 103 uses the generative model to identify, from the logistics-related information 1000 and the instruction information, information that is missing or unclear for carrying out the instruction contained in the instruction information (step S202).

[0075] The generation unit 103 determines whether the instruction information contains missing or unclear information for carrying out the instruction (step S203). If missing or unclear information is found (step S203: Yes), the output unit 105 outputs the identified missing or unclear information (step S204). Then, the acquisition unit 101 acquires supplemental information through a user operation (step S205), and the process returns to step S203. For example, in step S205, the acquisition unit 101 may acquire the supplemental information as text data through character input.

[0076] If there is no missing or unclear information (step S203: No), the generation unit 103 uses the generative model to generate an operation plan, work processes, and work conditions based on the logistics-related information 1000 and the instruction information (step S206). If supplemental information is acquired, in step S206, the generation unit 103 uses the generative model to generate an operation plan, work processes, and work conditions based on the logistics-related information 1000, the instruction information, and the supplemental information. The output unit 105 outputs the operation plan, work processes, and work conditions (step S207).

[0077] The acquisition unit 101 determines whether correction instruction information indicating a correction instruction has been acquired (step S208). If the correction instruction information has been acquired (step S208: Yes), the generation unit 103 returns to step S206. In step S206, the generation unit 103 uses the generative model to generate an operation plan, work processes, and work conditions based on the correction instruction information, the logistics-related information 1000, the instruction information, and the supplemental information. In this way, the generation unit 103 may repeatedly generate an operation plan, work processes, and work conditions each time a correction instruction is acquired.

[0078] If no correction instruction information is acquired (step S208: No), the logistics support device 10 ends the series of processes shown in FIG.

[0079] In the second operation example, an example has been described in which the generation unit 103 generates an operation plan, a work process, and work conditions in step S205 when no missing information or unclear information is identified. The present invention is not limited to this example. Even if missing information or unclear information is identified in the second operation example, the generation unit 103 may generate an operation plan, a work process, and work conditions. The output unit 105 may output the operation plan, the work process, and the work conditions, as well as the identified missing information or unclear information.

[0080] The supplemental information may be acquired appropriately at the discretion of the user in step S201. Also, in the same manner as in the first operation example, in the second operation example, the operation plan, the work process, and the work conditions may be created in stages.

[0081] <Creation of Operation Plan by Multiple Users> Next, an example in which multiple users create the same operation plan will be described. The multiple users may be from different departments of the same company. For example, a person in one department may have a different opinion on the arrival time, departure time, lead time, etc. at a base than a person in another department, so there may be multiple users even within the same company. Furthermore, when joint delivery is performed, the multiple users may be multiple shippers.

[0082] Fig. 13 is an explanatory diagram showing another example of the configuration of a logistics support system 1 including a logistics support device 10. Fig. 13 shows an example of the logistics support system 1 in the case where there are multiple users. In Fig. 13, the logistics support system 1 includes the logistics support device 10, a terminal 11 of user A, and a terminal 11 of user B. The terminal 11 of user A and the terminal 11 of user B may be similar to the terminal 11 shown in Fig. 1, and therefore detailed description thereof will be omitted.

[0083] The acquisition unit 101 acquires instruction information by accepting instruction information operated by one of multiple users. The generation unit 103 generates an operation plan, work process, and work conditions based on the instruction information and the logistics-related information 1000. Then, the output unit 105 outputs the generated operation plan, work process, and work conditions to the terminal 11 of one of the users.

[0084] Here, the acquisition unit 101 acquires instruction information by accepting instruction information by other user operations of multiple users. In this case, if the instruction information acquired by the other user operations is an instruction to output an operation plan, work process, and work conditions that have already been generated, the generation unit 103 does not need to generate a process to output them again. Then, the output unit 105 outputs the already generated operation plan, work process, and work conditions to the terminal 11 of another user.

[0085] For example, consider a case where first instruction information is acquired from user A's terminal 11, and then second instruction information is acquired from user B's terminal 11. For example, the acquisition unit 101 acquires the first instruction information from user A's terminal 11. The generation unit 103 uses a generative model to generate an operation plan, a work process, and work conditions based on the logistics-related information 1000 and the first instruction information.

[0086] The output unit 105 outputs the operation plan, work process, and work conditions to the terminal 11 of user A. Then, the acquisition unit 101 acquires second instruction information from the terminal 11 of user B. If the second instruction information and the first instruction information are the same, the generation unit 103 does not need to generate a new operation plan, work process, and work conditions based on the logistics-related information 1000 and the second instruction information. Then, the output unit 105 outputs the already generated operation plan, work process, and work conditions to the terminal 11 of user B.

[0087] If the first instruction information and the second instruction information are different, the generation unit 103 uses the second instruction information as correction instruction information and generates an operation plan, work processes, and work conditions based on the logistics-related information 1000, the second instruction information, and the first instruction information. In this case, the output unit 105 may output the operation plan, work processes, and work conditions to the terminal 11 of user A and the terminal 11 of user B so that the changed parts can be identified. Alternatively, the output unit 105 may output both the operation plan, work processes, and work conditions based on the first instruction information and the operation plan, work processes, and work conditions based on the second instruction information to the terminal 11 of user A and the terminal 11 of user B.

[0088] Furthermore, the acquisition unit 101 acquires instruction information instructing a change from any one of the multiple users. In this case, the output unit 105 outputs information indicating that any one of the users is making a change. For example, the output unit 105 may output information indicating which user is making a change. Furthermore, the output unit 105 may output both information before and after the change. Furthermore, the output unit 105 may display this information on the terminals 11 of the multiple users.

[0089] The following describes an example of changing an operation plan. The acquisition unit 101 acquires instruction information from any one of a plurality of users that instructs a change to an operation plan.

[0090] 14 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of an output screen of an operation plan when user A is changing the operation plan. In FIG. 14, user A operates the table of the operation plan displayed on the terminal 11 to change the departure time of base XX from "9:00" to "9:30." On the output screen of the operation plan, the departure time of base XX is surrounded by a wavy line frame to indicate that the departure time of base XX is being changed. Also, on the output screen of the operation plan, "user A" is displayed near the wavy line frame indicating that the change is being made, to indicate that user A is making the change.

[0091] Furthermore, when the generation unit 103 is generating an operation plan based on correction instruction information from one user, the acquisition unit 101 may perform control so as not to accept correction instruction information from other users.

[0092] Although the example has been given in which multiple users change the operation plan, multiple users may also change the work process and work conditions in the same way.

[0093] The logistics support device 10 may also provide a mechanism for obtaining final agreement among multiple users. The acquisition unit 101 may accept user permission for the operation plan, work process, and work conditions. For example, when user permission is accepted, the output unit 105 may output information indicating that the user permission has been accepted. The output unit 105 may output information in a state in which correction instructions can be accepted until permission from all users is accepted.

[0094] When the permission of all users is received, the output unit 105 may output that the operation plan, work process, and work conditions have been finalized.

[0095] 15 is a flowchart showing an operation example 3 of the logistics support device 10. First, the acquisition unit 101 acquires the logistics-related information 1000 (step S301). Note that in step S301, the acquisition unit 101 may acquire different logistics-related information 1000 for each user.

[0096] The acquisition unit 101 acquires instruction information (step S302). Here, the instruction information is instruction information that instructs the creation of an operation plan, work processes at bases included in the operation plan, and work conditions for work included in the work processes.

[0097] The generation unit 103 generates an operation plan, a work process, and work conditions (step S303). The output unit 105 outputs the operation plan, the work process, and the work conditions (step S304). The acquisition unit 101 determines whether correction instruction information instructing a correction has been acquired from any user's terminal 11 (step S305).

[0098] If a correction instruction is present (step S305: Yes), the output unit 105 outputs the correction instruction (step S306). Then, the generation unit 103 generates an operation plan, a work process, and work conditions (step S307). The output unit 105 outputs the operation plan, the work process, and the work conditions (step S308), and the acquisition unit 101 returns to step S305.

[0099] On the other hand, if there is no correction instruction (step S305: No), the acquisition unit 101 determines whether permission has been received from all users (step S309). If the acquisition unit 101 has not received permission from any user (step S309: No), the acquisition unit 101 returns to step S305. If the acquisition unit 101 has received permission from all users (step S309: Yes), the logistics support device 10 ends the series of processes shown in FIG.

[0100] 15 , for ease of explanation, an example in which the acquisition unit 101 acquires supplemental information and an example in which the generation unit 103 identifies missing or unclear information from the logistics-related information 1000 are omitted. Operation example 3 may be combined with an example in which the acquisition unit 101 acquires supplemental information, or Operation example 3 may be combined with an example in which the generation unit 103 identifies missing or unclear information from the logistics-related information 1000.

[0101] As described above, the logistics-related information 1000 includes information in various formats. Therefore, it is expected that users, such as shippers, will have a lot of trouble creating operation plans and work processes by checking what information is included in which information. Even if operation plans and work processes have been created to some extent, they may be divided into various pieces of information. It is expected that users will have a lot of trouble reviewing such information. Therefore, the logistics support device 10 acquires the logistics-related information 1000 and instruction information that instructs the creation of operation plans and work processes at bases included in the operation plan. The logistics support device 10 generates operation plans and work processes based on the logistics-related information 1000 and the instruction information. The logistics support device 10 outputs the operation plans and work processes. This allows users to simply confirm the provided operation plans and work processes. Therefore, the logistics support device 10 can facilitate the creation of operation plans and work processes. Furthermore, the logistics support device 10 can facilitate the confirmation of operation plans and work processes.

[0102] Specifically, for example, the logistics support device 10 provides the logistics-related information 1000 and instruction information to a generation model capable of outputting a logistics operation plan, thereby generating an operation plan and a work process.

[0103] Furthermore, in addition to the operation plan and the work process, work conditions may be created and confirmed by the user. The instruction information further includes information instructing the output of work conditions for the work included in the work process. The logistics support device 10 further generates the work conditions. Then, the logistics support device 10 outputs the work conditions. This allows the user to further confirm the provided work conditions. Therefore, the logistics support device 10 can facilitate the creation of work conditions. Furthermore, the logistics support device 10 can facilitate the confirmation of work conditions.

[0104] In addition, a user may wish to add new information. However, it is time-consuming for a user to create an operation plan or a work process by taking into account both the logistics-related information 1000 and the new information. Therefore, the logistics support device 10 may accept input of supplemental information related to logistics that is different from the logistics-related information 1000 through a user operation. The logistics support device 10 then generates an operation plan and a work process based on the logistics-related information 1000, the instruction information, and the supplemental information. This allows a user to easily add the supplemental information to the logistics-related information 1000. Furthermore, the user can confirm the operation plan and the work process that incorporates the supplemental information. Therefore, the logistics support device 10 facilitates the creation of an operation plan and a work process. Furthermore, the logistics support device 10 facilitates the confirmation of an operation plan and a work process.

[0105] Furthermore, there are cases where a user wishes to modify the operation plan and work process provided. After the operation plan is output, the logistics support device 10 acquires modification instruction information that instructs the user to modify the operation plan. Then, the logistics support device 10 generates a modified operation plan based on the modification instruction information. The logistics support device 10 outputs the modified operation plan. This makes it easier for the user to create the operation plan and work process desired.

[0106] Furthermore, when there are multiple users, the logistics support device 10 acquires correction instruction information from any of the multiple users instructing a change to the operation plan. The logistics support device 10 outputs information indicating that any of the users is making a change. This makes it possible to facilitate the creation of operation plans and work processes even when multiple users create operation plans and work processes together.

[0107] As described above, the logistics-related information 1000 includes image data, document data, structured data, and the like. It is time-consuming for a user to check the various pieces of information included in the logistics-related information 1000. The logistics support device 10 identifies, in the logistics-related information 1000 and the instruction information, information that is missing for carrying out the instructions included in the instruction information. The output unit 105 then outputs the missing information. The logistics support device 10 identifies, in the logistics-related information 1000 and the instruction information, information that is unclear for carrying out the instructions included in the instruction information. The logistics support device 10 outputs the unclear information. For example, even if a user cannot comprehensively check the various pieces of information included in the logistics-related information 1000, the user can easily check the missing or unclear information. Therefore, the logistics support device 10 facilitates the creation of desired operation plans and work processes.

[0108] This concludes the description of the embodiment. The embodiment may be modified as appropriate. Modifications 1 and 2 will be described below.

[0109] <Modification 1> The generative model may newly learn the relationship between the operation plan, work process, and work conditions finally determined by the user and the logistics-related information 1000. Furthermore, the logistics support device 10 may include a learning unit that causes the generative model to learn the relationship between the operation plan, work process, and work conditions and the logistics-related information 1000.

[0110] Fig. 16 is a block diagram showing another example configuration of the logistics support device 10. The logistics support device 10 shown in Fig. 16 further includes a learning unit 107 in addition to the functional units of the logistics support device 10 shown in Fig. 3. The acquisition unit 101, generation unit 103, and output unit 105 shown in Fig. 16 are as described using Fig. 3.

[0111] The learning unit 107 causes the generative model to newly learn the correlation between the confirmed operation plan, work process, and work conditions and the logistics-related information 1000. This enables the generative model to generate operation plans, work processes, and work conditions that are more likely to be implemented.

[0112] <Variation 2> In the embodiment, an example has been described in which the logistics support device 10 uses a generative model to generate and present an operation plan, work process, and work conditions for logistics. The logistics support device 10 may also be applied to an example in which the logistics support device 10 generates and presents work processes in a facility. In such a case, the logistics support device 10 may simply be referred to as an information processing device. The information processing device may also be applied to an example in which work conditions included in work processes in a facility are generated and presented. The facility is not limited to a logistics base, but may also be a retail store, factory, warehouse, etc. For example, the work process may be a cleaning process for a store, factory, warehouse, etc. If the facility is a store, the work process may be a product inventory process, a product display process, or a customer service process. In such cases, the logistics-related information 1000 may simply be facility-related information related to work at the facility. Like the logistics-related information 1000, the facility-related information may include various information, such as structured information and unstructured information.

[0113] For example, the acquisition unit 101 acquires facility-related information and instruction information instructing the creation of a work process. The generation unit 103 generates a work process based on the facility-related information and the instruction information instructing the creation of a work process. The output unit 105 then outputs the work process. The information processing device can similarly generate and output work conditions for work included in the work process at the facility, so detailed explanations will be omitted.

[0114] This concludes the description of the modifications. The embodiment and each modification, and Modification 1 and Modification 2 may be combined as appropriate.

[0115] Furthermore, the configuration of the logistics support device 10 is not particularly limited. For example, the functional units of the logistics support device 10 may be realized by a single device. Alternatively, for example, each functional unit or database of the logistics support device 10 may be realized by a different device and configured as a system. For example, each functional unit of the logistics support device 10 may be configured by multiple servers and configured as a system. For example, a system may be realized that has a database server including each database and a server having each functional unit. A system may be realized that has a server that has some of the functional units of the logistics support device 10 and another server that has some of the functional units of the logistics support device 10. Note that the number of servers is not particularly limited.

[0116] Furthermore, the terminal 11 may have each functional unit of the logistics support device 10. For example, the terminal 11 may have an application program in which each functional unit of the logistics support device 10 is coded installed.

[0117] Furthermore, the process of generating information to be displayed on the terminal 11 may be performed by a functional unit of the logistics support device 10, such as the output unit 105. This process may also be performed by the terminal 11. That is, the terminal 11 may generate information for a screen to be displayed on the terminal 11 based on data received from the logistics support device 10, and display the screen based on the screen information. Furthermore, the user interface in each embodiment is an example, and various modifications are possible.

[0118] (Example of Computer Hardware Configuration) Next, an example of a hardware configuration in which each device such as the logistics support device 10 and the terminal 11 is realized by a computer will be described.

[0127] The computer 80 may also include various sensors (not shown). The types of sensors are not particularly limited. The computer 80 may also include an imaging device capable of capturing images or videos.
