[0013] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0014] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an unopened packaging container 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention, as viewed from the front upper right, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the unopened packaging container 10 as viewed from the rear upper left.

[0015] 1 and 2, the packaging container 10 is embodied as a paper box, for example, containing a plurality of individually wrapped chocolates therein.

[0016] The packaging container 10 has a slightly flattened rectangular parallelepiped exterior shape and includes a top member 1, a bottom member 2, a front side member 3, a left side member 4, a right side member 5, and a rear side member 6. The packaging container 10 is made by assembling a single container blank shown in the developed view described below.

[0017] A rear edge 11 of the top member 1 is integrally connected to an upper edge 61 of the rear member 6. A front flap 13 that covers the outer surface of the front side member 3 is integrally connected to a front edge 12 of the top member 1.

[0018] The front side member 3 is integrally connected to the front edge 21 of the bottom member 2 and has a double structure consisting of a front side plate 31 that rises vertically upward, and a front flap 13 that covers the outer surface of the front side plate 31. The inner surfaces of both the left and right sides of the front flap 13 are joined to the front side plate 31 by, for example, an adhesive.

[0019] A left flap 15 that covers the outer surface of the left side surface member 4 is integrally connected to the left edge 14 of the top surface member 1. A right flap 17 that covers the outer surface of the right side surface member 5 is integrally connected to the right edge 16 of the top surface member 1.

[0020] FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating the configuration of the left side surface member 4 as viewed from the inside of the packaging container 10. As shown in FIG.

[0021] 1 to 3, the left side member 4 includes a left side plate 41 that is integrally connected to the left edge 22 of the bottom member 2 and stands vertically upward. A left front slide flap 32 is connected to the front portion of the left side plate 41. The left front slide flap 32 is integrally connected to the left edge of the front side plate 31, is folded along the left side plate 41, and is slidably engaged with the left side plate 41.

[0022] More specifically, a rounded L-shaped slit 412 is formed in the front portion of the left side panel 41. The slit 412 rises parallel to the front edge 411 of the left side panel 41 at a fixed distance from the connecting edge between the bottom member 2 and the left side panel 41 and curves toward the rear of the left side panel 41. The left front sliding flap 32 has a shape in which the lower tip portion protrudes more than the upper tip portion. The left front sliding flap 32 is folded along the outer surface of the left side panel 41, and the protruding lower tip portion 321 enters the slit 412 of the left side panel 41 from the outside and is engaged along the inner surface of the left side panel 41. The left front sliding flap 32 is provided with a locking piece 322 to prevent the lower tip portion 321 from slipping out of the slit 412 after entering the slit 412. The locking piece 322 is provided on the left front sliding flap 32 by cutting and raising.

[0023] A left rear slide flap 62 is connected to the rear portion of the left side panel 41. The left rear slide flap 62 is integrally connected to the left edge of the rear side member 6, folded along the left side panel 41, and slidably engaged with the left side panel 41.

[0024] More specifically, a rounded, L-shaped slit 414 is formed in the rear portion of the left side panel 41. The slit 414 rises parallel to the rear edge 413 of the left side panel 41 at a fixed distance from the connecting edge between the bottom member 2 and the left side panel 41 and curves toward the front of the left side panel 41. The left rear sliding flap 62 has a shape in which the lower tip portion protrudes more than the upper tip portion. The left rear sliding flap 62 is folded along the outer surface of the left side panel 41, and the protruding lower tip portion 621 enters the slit 414 of the left side panel 41 from the outside and is engaged along the inner surface of the left side panel 41. The left rear sliding flap 62 is provided with a locking piece 622 to prevent the lower tip portion 621 from slipping out of the slit 414 after entering the slit 414. The locking piece 622 is provided on the left rear sliding flap 62 by cutting and raising.

[0025] The left flap 15, which is integrally connected to the left edge 14 of the top surface member 1, is bonded, for example by adhesive, to the left side panel 41, to which the left front sliding flap 32 and the left rear sliding flap 33 are engaged, so as to cover the outer surface. Therefore, the left side surface member 4 has a triple-layer structure in which the left side panel 41, the left front sliding flap 32 or the left rear sliding flap 33, and the left flap 15 are stacked.

[0026] The right side member 5 includes a right side plate 51 that is integrally connected to the right edge 23 of the bottom member 2 and stands vertically upward. A right front slide flap 33 is connected to the front portion of the right side plate 51, is integrally connected to the right edge of the front side plate 31, is folded along the right side plate 51, and is slidably engaged with the right side plate 51. A right rear slide flap 63 is connected to the rear portion of the right side plate 51, is integrally connected to the right edge of the rear side member 6, is folded along the right side plate 51, and is slidably engaged with the right side plate 51.

[0027] The details of the connecting structure between the right side surface member 5 and the right front slide flap 33 and the right rear slide flap 63 are symmetrical and identical to the connecting structure between the left side surface member 4 and the left front slide flap 32 and the left rear slide flap 62 described with reference to Figure 3, so duplicated explanations will be omitted.

[0028] The right flap 17, which is integrally connected to the right edge 16 of the top surface member 1, is bonded, for example by adhesive, to the right side plate 51, to which the right front slide flap 33 and the right rear slide flap 63 are engaged, so as to cover the outer surface. Therefore, the right side surface member 5 has a triple-layer structure in which the right side plate 51, the right front slide flap 33 or the right rear slide flap 63, and the right flap 17 are stacked.

[0029] The packaging container 10 according to this embodiment has a side-lock shape in which the left side member 4 and the right side member 5 are firmly locked with the slide flaps 32, 33, 62, and 63. A box with a side-lock shape has hard sides, making it difficult to crush or peel off the slide flaps 32, 33, 62, and 63.

[0030] Therefore, as will be described later, the packaging container 10 according to this embodiment is designed to make it easier to disassemble the box after the contents have been consumed, even though it has a side-lock shape. Specifically, as will be described later, perforations for easy disassembly are provided.

[0031] 1 and 2, a pair of symmetrical tear lines 70a, 70b are formed by intermittent cut lines on the packaging container 10. The tear lines 70a, 70b rise linearly upward at a constant width from both sides of the lower end center 131 of the front flap 13, and extend upward with a wider gap between them at the vertical center of the front flap 13. Furthermore, the tear lines 70a, 70b extend parallel to each other with a wide gap between them from the front end of the top surface member 1 to just before the rear end.

[0032] In this embodiment, the front side member 3 has a double structure in which the front side panel 31 and the front flap 13 are completely overlapped, and the lower edge of the front flap 13 overlaps the lower edge of the front side panel 31. Therefore, the opening lines 70a, 70b extend from the lower end of the front side member 3 (front flap 13) through the front flap 13 from below to above.

[0033] However, the front side member 3 may have a double structure in which the front side panel 31 and the front flap 13 partially overlap. That is, the front side member 3 may have a partial double structure in which the front flap 13 covers the outer surface of the upper, middle, and lower parts of the front side panel 31. In this case, the lower edge of the front flap 13 is located above the lower edge of the front side panel 31. The opening lines 70a, 70b are configured to extend from the center of the lower edge of the front flap 13 in the left-right direction, from below to above the front flap 13.

[0034] Just before the rear end of the top surface member 1, ears 71a, 71b that bulge out to the left and right are provided at the base of the opening lines 70a, 70b, and a fold line 72 that is bent when opening is formed between the ears 71a, 71b.

[0035] FIG. 4 is a perspective view of an opened packaging container 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention, drawn from the front upper right, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the opened packaging container 10 drawn from the rear upper left.

[0036] Referring to Figures 4 and 5, when the lower central portion 131 of the front flap 13 is lifted upward from the front, the opening lines 70a, 70b are torn, and the central portion of the front flap 13 and the central portion of the upper surface member 1 open along the opening lines 70a, 70b, revealing the opening 73.

[0037] The opening 73 can be reclosed by engaging a tongue 132 provided adjacent to the lower center portion 131 of the front flap 13 with a locking slit 34 formed in the front side panel 31.

[0038] The packaging container 10 according to this embodiment is provided with perforations for disassembly so that the container can be easily disassembled after the contents have been consumed. By opening the packaging container 10 along the perforations, the packaging container 10 can be disassembled flat.

[0039] 1 and 4, the front side of the packaging container 10 is provided with a front disassembly perforation 81 formed on the connecting edge between the front side member 3 and the left side member 4, and a front disassembly perforation 82 formed on the connecting edge between the front side member 3 and the right side member 5. More specifically, the connecting edge between the front side member 3 and the left side member 4 is the connecting edge between the front side plate 31 and the left front slide flap 32, and the front disassembly perforation 81 is formed on the left corner edge extending up and down the front left end of the packaging container 10.

[0040] In addition, the connecting edge between the front side surface member 3 and the right side surface member 5 is the connecting edge between the front side surface plate 31 and the right front slide flap 33, and a front disassembly perforation 82 is formed on the right corner edge extending up and down the front right end of the packaging container 10.

[0041] In addition, first auxiliary disassembly perforations 83a, 83b are formed at the connecting edge between the upper surface member 1 and the front flap 13, located to the left of the opening line 70a and to the right of the opening line 70b, respectively.

[0042] Referring to Figures 2 and 5, on the rear side of the packaging container 10, rear disassembly perforations 84, 85 are formed at the rear end of the top member 1, extend in the extension direction of the pair of opening lines 70a, 70b, and extend parallel to the rear side member 6 from the upper end to the lower end.

[0043] In addition, second auxiliary disassembly perforations 86a, 86b are formed at the connecting edge between the top surface member 1 and the rear side surface member 6, located on the left and right outside of the rear disassembly perforations 84, 85, respectively.

[0044] Furthermore, third auxiliary disassembly perforations 87a, 87b are formed at the connecting edge between the rear side surface member 6 and the bottom surface member 2, located on the left and right outside of the rear disassembly perforations 84, 85, respectively.

[0045] The disassembly perforations are opened when disassembling the packaging container 10, and therefore, a guide notation indicating that the packaging container should be opened along the disassembly perforations may be written in association with the disassembly perforations.

[0046] An example of the guide markings is a small dotted heart mark along the first auxiliary disassembly perforations 83a, 83b and the front disassembly perforations 81, 82, with a message to open the box along the dotted heart mark line.

[0047] Similarly, the guide markings may be written in relation to the rear disassembly perforations 84 and 85, the second disassembly auxiliary perforations 86a and 86b, and the third disassembly auxiliary perforations 87a and 87b.

[0048] 6 is a plan view of the packaging container 10 in a state where it is opened flat along the perforations for disassembly. As shown in FIG. 6, the packaging container 10 is disassembled flat without interfering with the left side member 4 and the right side member 5, which are firmly locked by the slide flaps 32, 33, 62, and 63.

[0049] Figure 7 is a development view of a container blank before assembly into the packaging container 10. By assembling the container blank of Figure 7, the packaging container 10 shown in Figures 1 and 2 is obtained. To show the correspondence between the development view and the assembled state, the same reference numerals are assigned to corresponding parts. In addition, to clearly indicate the formation positions of the disassembly perforations, which are a feature of this embodiment, gray coloring is applied along each disassembly perforation.

[0050] FIG. 8 is a perspective view of an unopened packaging container 100 according to another embodiment of the present invention, drawn from the upper left rear side.

[0051] The packaging container 100 shown in FIG. 8 differs from the packaging container 10 described above in the configuration of the post-disassembly perforations.

[0052] Specifically, the rear side of the packaging container 100 has a rear disassembly perforation 84B formed at the connecting edge between the rear side surface member 6 and the left side surface member 4, and a rear disassembly perforation 85B formed at the connecting edge between the rear side surface member 6 and the right side surface member 5. More specifically, the connecting edge between the rear side surface member 6 and the left side surface member 4 is the connecting edge between the rear side surface member 6 and the left rear slide flap 62, and the rear disassembly perforation 84B is formed at the left corner edge extending vertically at the rear left end of the packaging container 100. Furthermore, the connecting edge between the rear side surface member 6 and the right side surface member 5 is the connecting edge between the rear side surface member 6 and the right rear slide flap 63, and the rear disassembly perforation 85B is formed at the right corner edge extending vertically at the rear right end of the packaging container 100.

[0053] Furthermore, on the rear side of the packaging container 100, fourth auxiliary disassembly perforations 88a, 88b are formed at the rear end of the top member 1 and extend in the extension direction of the pair of opening lines 70a, 70b.

[0054] In addition, second auxiliary disassembly perforations 86a, 86b are formed at the connecting edge between the top surface member and the rear side surface member 6, located on the left and right outside of the fourth auxiliary disassembly perforations 88a, 88b, respectively.

[0055] In the packaging container 100, by opening the fourth auxiliary disassembly perforations 88a, 88b, the second auxiliary disassembly perforations 86a, 86b, and the rear disassembly perforations 84B, 85B, the rear part of the packaging container 100 can be disassembled flat without interfering with the left side surface member 4 and the right side surface member 5 locked by the slide flaps 62, 63.

[0056] FIG. 9 is a perspective view of an unopened packaging container 200 according to still another embodiment of the present invention, drawn from the upper left rear side.

[0057] 9 differs from the previously described packaging container 100 in that fifth auxiliary disassembly perforations 89a, 89b continuing from the ear portions 71a, 71b of the top surface member 1 to the upper ends of the post-disassembly perforations 84B, 85B are formed in the top surface member 1. Also, the second auxiliary disassembly perforations 86a, 86b and the fourth auxiliary disassembly perforations 88a, 88b are not formed.

[0058] That is, in order to open both the rear left and right ends of the top surface member 1, fifth auxiliary disassembly perforations 89a, 89b are formed extending from the ears 71a, 71b to the rear left and right corners of the top surface member 1.

[0059] Even in a packaging container 200 having such a configuration, by opening the fifth auxiliary disassembly perforations 89a, 89b and the rear disassembly perforations 84B, 85B, the rear part of the packaging container 200 can be disassembled flat without interfering with the left side surface member 4 and the right side surface member 5, which are locked by the slide flaps 62, 63.

[0060] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the claims.

[0061] This application corresponds to Japanese Patent Application No. 2024-147721 filed with the Japan Patent Office on August 29, 2024, the entire disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference.
