[0001] Cross-reference to related applications
[0002] The present disclosure is based on and claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202411248552.4, filed on September 6, 2024, the disclosure of which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety into the present application. TECHNICAL FIELD
[0003] The present disclosure relates to the field of engineering machinery, and in particular, to an aerial work platform and an aerial work platform control method. BACKGROUND
[0004] Traditional aerial work equipment such as scaffolding has been unable to meet the current demand for aerial work, and aerial work platforms have emerged as the times require. As a substitute for traditional aerial work equipment such as scaffolding, aerial work platforms have great advantages in safety, economy, convenience, and the like. Safety and controllability are crucial.
[0005] Most aerial work platforms in the related art are operated in open environments. The steel wire of some defense devices is attracted by magnetic blocks. Prolonged exposure to the sun can cause the magnetic blocks at both ends of the steel wire to demagnetize, and the magnetic properties gradually weaken in an irreversible manner. The attraction by the magnetic blocks is easily affected by birds, vibrations, and jolts, leading to accidental detachment. The stability is poor. After the danger is removed, the steel wire needs to be manually reset for the equipment to operate normally. The repeated and complex operations affect the normal operation of the workers and pose a safety hazard.

[0078] Traditional aerial work equipment such as scaffolding cannot meet the current demand for aerial work, and aerial work platforms have emerged as the times require. As a substitute for traditional aerial work equipment such as scaffolding, aerial work platforms have great advantages in safety, economy, convenience, and the like. Safety and controllability are crucial.
[0079] In the related art, the steel wire rope of some defense devices is attracted by a magnetic block, and the steel wire rope on the active defense device support is used to detect in real time whether the operator is in a safe operating position. Once the operator is pressed on the back due to operation failure or accidental situation, the body will be inclined to knock off the attracted steel wire rope, the proximity switch signal of the detection steel wire rope is disconnected, and the control system will determine that the operator is injured, and the device is controlled urgently.
[0080] Most aerial work platforms operate in open environments, and long-term exposure to the sun can also cause the magnetic blocks at both ends of the steel wire rope to demagnetize, with a irreversible trend of gradually weakening magnetic properties. Moreover, the attraction by the magnetic block is easily affected by birds, vibration, and jolt, leading to accidental falling off, poor stability, and the need for manual resetting of the steel wire rope after the danger is removed, so that the device can operate normally. Repeated and complicated operations affect the normal operation of the workers, and there is a safety hazard.
[0081] Therefore, in one aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, an aerial work platform is provided to help improve reliability.
[0082] FIG. 1 is a structural schematic diagram of an aerial work platform according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, FIG. 2 is a partial schematic diagram of an aerial work platform according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, FIG. 3 is a structural schematic diagram of a reset detection device and a pull rope of an aerial work platform according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, FIG. 4 is a structural exploded view of a reset detection device and a pull rope of an aerial work platform according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, FIG. 5 is a partial schematic diagram of a reset detection device of an aerial work platform according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, and FIG. 6 is a connection relationship diagram of an aerial work platform according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. Referring to FIGS. 1-6, the aerial work platform includes a mounting bracket 1, a reset detection device 2, and a pull rope 3. The aerial work platform includes but is not limited to a straight and curved arm type aerial work platform. The mounting bracket 1 is arranged above an operating panel of the aerial work platform, and is used to mount the pull rope 3 and the reset detection device 2, and the like.
[0083] The pull rope 3 is arranged on both sides of the mounting bracket 1, the first end 31 of the pull rope is fixedly connected to the side of the mounting bracket 1 away from the reset detection device 2, and the second end 32 of the pull rope is connected to the reset assembly 21. The second end 32 of the pull rope is configured to move away from the initial position in response to the pull rope 3 being pressed by an operator inside the aerial work platform. The pull rope 3 includes, but is not limited to, a steel wire rope.
[0084] When the operator is not in contact with the pull rope 3, the second end 32 of the pull rope is in the initial position, and the first end 31 and the second end 32 of the pull rope are in a straight state. Once the operator is pressed on the back due to an operation error or an accident, the body tilt will press the pull rope 3, and the second end 32 of the pull rope moves in the reset assembly 21 in response to the pressing of the operator, thereby moving away from the initial position.
[0085] The reset detection device 2 is arranged on one side of the mounting bracket 1, including but not limited to being arranged near the inside of the mounting bracket 1, and has a reset assembly 21 and a detection assembly 22. The reset assembly 21 is configured to return the second end 32 of the pull rope to the initial position in response to the operator inside the aerial work platform releasing the pressing of the pull rope 3. When the operator is separated from the pull rope 3, the pull rope 3 is not under pressure, and at this time the reset assembly 21 can drive the second end 32 of the pull rope to return to the initial position, so that the part of the pull rope 3 across between the two sides of the mounting bracket 1 recovers to a straight state.
[0086] The aerial work platform further comprises an action output valve 4 and a processor 5. The action output valve 4 is used to control the start and stop of multiple motor actions of the aerial work platform. The processor 5 is signal connected with the reset detection device 2 and the action output valve 4, and is configured to close the multiple action output valves 4 when the pull rope 3 is pressed, and restart the multiple action output valves 4 when the pull rope 3 is reset, in response to the detection result of the detection assembly 22.
[0087] The detection assembly 22 is configured to detect whether the second end 32 of the pull rope moves. The detection assembly 22 can detect whether the second end 32 of the pull rope moves and moves away from the initial position. When it is detected that the second end 32 of the pull rope moves away from the initial position, it is determined that the operator presses the pull rope 3, and the operator is at risk. At this time, the processor 5 closes the multiple action output valves 4 to achieve emergency braking of the equipment and protect the operator from continuous injury. When it is detected that the second end 32 of the pull rope returns to the initial position, it is determined that the operator leaves the pull rope 3, and the aerial work platform can recover to normal working conditions. At this time, the processor 5 restarts the multiple action output valves 4.
[0088] The detection assembly 22 detects the operation state of the aerial work platform operator in real time, ensures that the processor 5 triggers the emergency brake operation when the operator loses the safe operation space due to being squeezed from behind during operation, so as to stop the aerial work platform from operating and the vehicle connected with the aerial work platform from stopping, thereby avoiding further squeezing injury to the operator and ensuring personal safety.
[0089] In some embodiments of the present application, the reset detection device 2 detects the safety of the operator by detecting the state of the pull rope 3, and triggers the emergency brake of the aerial work platform when the operator is in an unsafe position, thereby reducing further squeezing injury to the operator and ensuring the personal safety of the operator. When the operator is out of the dangerous position, the second end 32 of the pull rope can be automatically reset to the initial position without manual reset, which will not affect the normal operation of the operator due to repeated and complex operations, and can improve the safety and reliability of the aerial work platform and provide a safer working environment for the operator of the aerial work platform.
[0090] FIG. 7 is a partial schematic view of another embodiment of the reset detection device of the aerial work platform according to the present application, and FIG. 8 is a structural schematic view of some embodiments of the reset assembly of the reset detection device of the aerial work platform according to the present application. Referring to FIGS. 1-5, 7 and 8, in some embodiments, the reset assembly 21 includes a rotating disc 211 fixedly connected with the second end 32 of the pull rope and configured to rotate with the movement of the second end 32 of the pull rope.
[0091] The detection assembly 22 includes a transmission member 221 and a detection switch 222. The transmission member 221 is in transmission connection with the rotating disc 211 and is configured to rotate with the rotation of the rotating disc 211. The detection switch 222 is arranged adjacent to the transmission member 221 and is configured to detect whether the transmission member 221 rotates.
[0092] The detection switch 222 includes but is not limited to a micro switch, which can produce more sensitive response and detection to the movement of the pull rope 3. When the pull rope 3 is squeezed, the detection switch 222 is in an open state, and when the pull rope 3 is reset, the detection switch 222 is in a closed state. The detection switch 222 includes but is not limited to switching to the open state when the second end 32 of the pull rope is stretched outward by 5 mm.
[0093] The processor 5 is in signal connection with the transmission member 221 and the detection switch 222, and is configured to close the plurality of action output valves 4 when the transmission member 221 rotates in response to the detection result of the detection switch 222, and restart the plurality of action output valves 4 when the transmission member 221 is reset.
[0094] In some embodiments, the rotating disc 211 and the transmission member 221 are configured to transmit the movement of the second end 32 of the pull rope to the detection switch 222 for detection. Compared with the magnetic attraction detection of the steel wire rope in the related art, the magnetic attraction detection is easy to demagnetize, the transmission of the pull rope 3, the rotating disc 211 and the transmission member 221 is more reliable, and the transmission function is not easily lost due to the open-air environment and the scorching sun, thereby having better detection stability and reducing the safety hazard of the staff.
[0095] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the pull rope 3 is configured to be at least partially wound in the rotating disc 211 when the second end 32 of the pull rope is in the initial position. When the second end 32 of the pull rope is in the initial position, the side of the pull rope 3 close to the second end 32 of the pull rope is at least partially wound in the rotating disc 211. When the pull rope 3 is squeezed by the operator, the part of the pull rope 3 wound in the rotating disc 211 is released to the outside of the reset detection device 2 with the squeezing, and the second end 32 of the pull rope moves away from the initial position.
[0096] In some embodiments, by at least partially winding the pull rope 3 in the rotating disc 211, the pull rope 3 has a certain activity allowance when it is squeezed by the operator, which provides a buffer area for the operator to prevent squeezing. The pull rope 3 will not be excessively pulled or stressed, which helps to improve the service life of the pull rope 3, reduce the risk of breakage of the pull rope 3, and facilitate the detection switch 222 to obtain the displacement of the second end 32 of the pull rope.
[0097] Referring to FIGS. 1-5 and 7-8, in some embodiments, the transmission member 221 includes a first engaging element 221a and a second engaging element 221b, which include but are not limited to gears or cams.
[0098] The first engaging element 221a is fixedly connected with the rotating disc 211 and is configured to rotate with the rotating disc 211. The rotating disc 211 includes but is not limited to a protrusion and a rotating shaft arranged in the direction close to the center, and the first engaging element 221a is sleeved on the protrusion.
[0099] The second engaging element 221b is engaged with the first engaging element 221a for transmission, and the second engaging element 221b is arranged in the axial direction of the rotating disc 211 to separate from the rotating disc 211, so that there is more installation space inside the reset assembly 21.
[0100] The detection switch 222 is arranged close to the second engaging element 221b and is configured to detect the rotation of the second engaging element 221b. When the second end 32 of the pull rope 3 is moved by being squeezed, the rotating disc 211 is rotated, the first engaging element 221a is rotated with the rotating disc 211, the second engaging element 221b is also rotated with the first engaging element 221a, and the detection switch 222 is opened.
[0101] The second engaging element 221b can be provided with an inductive part or a protruding part. When the second engaging element 221b rotates to the inductive part or the protruding part close to the detection switch 222, the detection switch 222 detects the rotation of the second engaging element 221b and switches to the open state, so that the processor 5 receives the relevant signal.
[0102] The second engaging element 221b can also be provided with a groove, and the triggering element of the detection switch 222 is clamped in the groove. When the second engaging element 221b rotates, the detection switch 222 is triggered to open.
[0103] In some embodiments, the squeezed state and position change of the pull rope 3 are converted into the rotation state of the second engaging element 221b by mechanical transmission, which facilitates the spatial layout in the reset detection device 2, prevents the pull rope 3 from interfering with other components to affect the safety of the operator, and helps the detection switch 222 to detect more sensitively, so as to improve the accuracy of detection.
[0104] Referring to FIGS. 1-5 and 7-8, in some embodiments, the reset detection device 2 includes a mounting plate 23, and the rotating disc 211 is arranged on the mounting plate 23, which can be arranged against the mounting support 1.
[0105] The detection assembly 22 includes an internal mounting body 223 arranged along the axis of the rotating disc 211 and spaced apart from the mounting plate 23, and the second engaging element 221b and the detection switch 222 are arranged on the internal mounting body 223. The internal mounting body 223 has a mounting hole 223a, and the first engaging element 221a passes through the mounting hole 223a and is in transmission connection with the second engaging element 221b.
[0106] In some embodiments, the internal mounting body 223 includes but is not limited to a cavity or a box body, and has a certain accommodation space to provide a more reliable and high-strength working environment for the detection switch 222 and the second engaging element 221b.
[0107] Referring to FIGS. 1-5 and 7-8, in some embodiments, the number of second engaging elements 221b is two, which are arranged on both sides of the first engaging element 221a. The number of detection switches 222 is two, and the two detection switches 222 respectively detect the rotation of one of the two second engaging elements 221b.
[0108] In some embodiments, the two detection switches 222 respectively detect the rotation of one of the two second engaging elements 221b, thereby realizing double-redundancy detection and avoiding missed detection or false detection, and responding more timely and safely and reliably.
[0109] Referring to FIGS. 1-5 and 7-8, in some embodiments,
[0110] The reset assembly 21 further comprises an elastic member 212, one end of the elastic member 212 is connected with the rotating disc 211, the other end of the elastic member 212 is fixedly connected with the installation plate 23 or the detection assembly 22, and the elastic member 212 is configured to reset the second end 32 of the pull rope 3 in response to the operator in the aerial work platform releasing the extrusion on the pull rope 3.
[0111] The elastic member 212 includes but is not limited to a coil spring or a long spring wound on the rotating disc 211, and the coil spring can continuously provide a large restoring force in a small space, so as to reset the pull rope 3.
[0112] When the pull rope 3 is extruded, the second end 32 of the pull rope 3 moves, the pull rope 3 releases the stored part of the pull rope 3 to the outside of the reset detection device 2, the elastic member 212 is in a tensioned force storage state with the movement of the second end 32 of the pull rope 3, and the elastic force provided by the elastic member 212 counteracts the extrusion force borne by the pull rope 3, so that the second end 32 of the pull rope 3 cannot cause further harm to the operator due to the disengagement from the reset detection device 2.
[0113] When the operator releases the extrusion on the pull rope 3, the elastic member 212 drives the rotating disc 211 to reverse under the action of the elastic force of the elastic member 212, and the pull rope 3 is recovered to the outside, and the pull rope 3 is reset, and the second end 32 of the pull rope 3 is driven to return to the initial position, so that the manual reset operation is omitted.
[0114] In some embodiments, the elastic member 212 can automatically reset the second end 32 of the pull rope 3 after the operator is released from the dangerous state, without the need for the operator to repeatedly collect and manually operate the pull rope 3, so that the work safety and convenience are further improved.
[0115] Referring to FIGS. 1-5 and 7-8, in some embodiments, the reset detection device 2 further comprises a cover 24 and a shell 25.
