[0068] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the shape of the fixing portion 1171 of the fixing member 117 can also be annular, or C-shaped with a notch, so as to match the shape of the first circuit board 113 and form a better fixing effect on the first circuit board 113.
[0069] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the fixing member 117 is provided with a relief portion 1174 at a position corresponding to the acoustic device 114. Since the acoustic device 114 is arranged on the first circuit board 113 and has a certain height, the relief portion 1174 is arranged to make the fixing portion 1171 closer to the first circuit board 113, so that the distance between the fixing member 117 and the first circuit board 113 is closer, and the compactness of the fixing member 117 and the first circuit board 113 is improved, without pressing the acoustic device 114, and the acoustic device 114 can better obtain external voice information by being exposed from the relief portion 1174.
[0070] The relief portion 1174 can be a through hole arranged on the fixing portion 1171, or a notch arranged on the fixing portion 1171. The first circuit board 113 is further provided with a connection plug 119 to connect the first circuit board 113 with other circuits to work. Since the size of the connection plug 119 is relatively large, the connection plug 119 is arranged adjacent to one of the acoustic devices 114 and is exposed from the fixing member 117 through a notch in the fixing portion 1171. The remaining acoustic devices are exposed through a through hole in the fixing portion 1171, respectively.
[0071] As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the middle portion of the fixing portion 1171 of the fixing member 117 is further provided with other structures, which can be used to fix other functional devices, further increasing the functions of the fixing member 117, so that the compactness of the fixing member 117 is further improved, and the internal space layout of the cleaning device 10 is optimized.
[0072] In some embodiments, the fixing member 117 is connected to the shell by a threaded member to clamp and fix the first circuit board 113 on the upper shell 111. As shown in FIGS. 11-15, the upper shell 111 is provided with a plurality of screw columns 1112, the fixing portion 1171 of the fixing member 117 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 1175, and the first circuit board 113 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 1130. The plurality of mounting holes 1130 on the first circuit board 113 are aligned with the plurality of screw columns 1112 on the upper shell 111 one by one, then the fixing member 117 is pressed on the first circuit board 113, and the plurality of fixing holes 1175 are aligned with the plurality of mounting holes 1130 and the plurality of screw columns 1112 one by one, then the screw 118 is screwed into the screw column 1112 to fixedly connect the fixing member 117 and the upper shell 111, and form a clamping and fixing of the first circuit board 113.
[0073] When the plurality of fixing holes 1175 are aligned with the plurality of screw columns 1112 one by one through the plurality of mounting holes 1130, and the positioning part 1172 on the fixing part 117 is located in the positioning hole 1111 of the upper shell 111, the plurality of fixing holes 1175 are aligned with the plurality of screw columns 1112, forming a positioning of assembly, improving the assembly efficiency and assembly accuracy.
[0074] In some embodiments, the distance between the adjacent two screw columns 1112 can be set to be different, that is, the distance between the adjacent two fixing holes 1175 and the adjacent two mounting holes 1130 can also be different, and when the plurality of fixing holes 1175 are aligned with the plurality of screw columns 1112 one by one through the plurality of mounting holes 1130, a foolproof effect can be formed to avoid misassembly, thereby improving the assembly efficiency.
[0075] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 14-16, the fixing part 117 further includes a light guide part 1173, the positioning part 1172 is connected to the fixing part 1171 through the light guide part 1173, and the light emitting device 116 is arranged opposite to the light guide part 1173. The light emitted by the light emitting device 116 enters the positioning part 1172 through the light guide part 1173, and then is conducted to the outside of the shell through the positioning part 1172. By setting the light guide part 1173, the light path is changed, and the uniform light effect is improved.
[0076] In some embodiments, in the direction away from the shell of the fixing part 117, that is, in the direction of the central vertical axis Z, the orthographic projection of the light guide part 1173 on the upper shell 111 at least partially overlaps the orthographic projection of the oppositely arranged light emitting device 116 on the upper shell 111. The light emitted by the light emitting device 116 can at least partially directly enter the light guide part 1173, and then be conducted to the outside of the shell through the positioning part 1172, thereby improving the brightness of the light conducted to the outside of the shell, so as to reduce the requirement for the light emitting brightness of the light emitting device 116, improve the service life of the light emitting device 116, and reduce the energy consumption.
[0077] Further, the orthographic projection of the light guide part 1173 on the shell completely covers the orthographic projection of the oppositely arranged light emitting device 116 on the shell. As shown in FIG. 16, by completely shielding the light emitting device 116 with the light guide part 1173, the light emitted by the light emitting device 116 can directly enter the light guide part 1173, and then be conducted to the outside of the shell through the positioning part 1172, further improving the brightness of the light conducted to the outside of the shell.
[0078] In some embodiments, the orthographic projection of the light emitting device 116 on the upper shell 111 in the direction away from the shell of the fixing part 117, that is, in the direction of the central vertical axis Z, has no overlapping part with the positioning hole 1111. By the orthographic projection of the light emitting device 116 on the upper shell 111 having no overlapping part with the positioning hole 1111, that is, the light emitting device 116 is arranged in a staggered manner with the corresponding positioning hole 1111, and thus arranged in a staggered manner with the positioning part 1172, direct light is avoided, and the uniform light effect can be improved.
[0079] In some embodiments, the light shielding layer is arranged on at least one side of the light guide part 1173 away from the light emitting device 116. By arranging the light shielding layer on at least one side of the light guide part 1173 away from the light emitting device 116, after the light of the light emitting device 116 enters the light guide part 1173, direct light passing through the light guide part 1173 and being emitted can be avoided, so that the light can be gathered at the positioning part 1172 through the reflection of the light shielding layer, and then conducted out of the shell through the positioning part 1172, thereby improving the light brightness conducted out of the shell, reducing the requirement for the light brightness of the light emitting device 116, improving the service life of the light emitting device 116, and reducing the energy consumption.
[0080] The light shielding layer can be a light shielding layer such as a black adhesive tape attached to the light guide part 1173, or a light shielding coating layer formed by directly coating a light shielding material on the light guide part 1173. The light shielding layer can completely cover the surface of the light guide part 1173 away from the light emitting device 116, or completely cover the surface of the light guide part 1173 away from the light emitting device 116 and the side surface of the light guide part 1173, to further improve the light conducting effect, which is not limited in the present disclosure.
[0081] In some embodiments, each positioning part 1172 is arranged opposite to at least one light emitting device 116. As shown in FIG. 17, each positioning part 1172 is arranged opposite to two light emitting devices 116, which improves the service life of the light emitting device 116 while ensuring the light brightness. Of course, each positioning part 1172 can also be arranged opposite to one, three or more light emitting devices 116, which is not limited in the present disclosure.
[0082] The light emitting device 116 can be, for example, an LED lamp bead, which can be integrated on the second circuit board 115 by welding.
[0083] The second circuit board 115 can be the main board of the entire machine of the cleaning equipment 10, and the light emitting device 116 is integrated on the main board of the entire machine, which avoids separately arranging a circuit board for the light emitting device 116, and improves the integration of the device. Of course, the light emitting device 116 can also be arranged separately by a circuit board or designed in an integrated manner with other circuit boards, which is not limited in the present disclosure.
[0084] In some embodiments, the positioning portion 1172 of the light-transmitting structure on the fixing member 117 can be a transparent structure, i.e., the positioning portion 1172 can be made of a transparent material, such as transparent plastic, which has good light guiding effect, low cost, high reliability, and strong plasticity. The transparent structure can also be a structure with a light-transmitting hole for the light of the light-emitting device 116 to pass through and conduct to the outside of the shell.
[0085] The transparent structure can be a light-uniformizing structure, i.e., the transparent structure formed of a transparent material can have a light-uniformizing effect at the same time, such as forming a frosted light-uniformizing surface on the surface of the transparent material, or forming an array of light-uniformizing lens structures on the surface of the transparent material, or setting a light-uniformizing structure inside the transparent material. By setting the light-uniformizing structure, the soft light property of the light of the light-emitting device 116 conducted to the outside of the shell can be further improved, the glare of the light can be avoided, the effect of interaction with the user can be improved, and thus the market competitiveness of the product can be improved.
[0086] The light guiding portion 1173 and the fixing member 117 can be the same transparent structure, i.e., formed of the same transparent material. The light guiding portion 1173 and the positioning portion 1172 can be an integrally formed structure to improve the light guiding performance of the combined surface of the light guiding portion 1173 and the positioning portion 1172. Of course, the light guiding portion 1173 and the positioning portion 1172 can also be connected together by welding, bonding, or clamping.
[0087] The fixing member 117 can be an integrally formed structure, i.e., the positioning portion 1172, the light guiding portion 1173, and the fixing portion 1171 are directly formed by the same process, and at this time, the positioning portion 1172, the light guiding portion 1173, and the fixing portion 1171 can all be transparent structures. In addition, the fixing member 117 can be formed by a two-color injection molding process, i.e., the fixing portion 1171, the positioning portion 1172, and the light guiding portion 1173 can be made of different materials, the fixing portion 1171 is formed of a non-light-transmitting material, and the positioning portion 1172 and the light guiding portion 1173 are formed of a light-transmitting material, so as to avoid the light in the light guiding portion 1173 from entering the fixing portion 1171.
