Description

Protective assembly, protective device and electronic equipment

[0001] The present application claims priority to the Chinese patent application No. 202411297031.8, filed on September 14, 2024, and entitled "Protective assembly, protective device and electronic equipment", the content of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. TECHNICAL FIELD

[0002] The present application relates to the technical field of electronic product protection, in particular to a protective assembly, a protective device and an electronic equipment. BACKGROUND

[0003] With the gradual increase of users' demand for television viewing experience, the market share of large-size (more than 85 inches) televisions has been increasing year by year. However, the larger the size of the television, the more difficult it is to bring it into the house with the package. Therefore, the package can be removed before entering the house to reduce the volume, so as to carry the bare machine into the house.

[0004] However, when the bare machine is carried into the house, the bare machine usually has no protective measures, and is easily damaged by knocking. SUMMARY

[0005] Therefore, the present application provides a protective assembly, a protective device and an electronic equipment to provide protection when the bare machine is carried into the house, and prevent the bare machine from being damaged by knocking.

[0006] In a first aspect, the present application provides a protective assembly, which comprises a box body and a protective frame. The protective frame is detachably arranged in the box body and is used for switching between an unfolded state and a folded state. When the protective frame is in the unfolded state, the protective frame is accommodated in the box body. When the protective frame is in the folded state, the protective frame covers at least part of the edge of the electronic equipment.

[0007] In this embodiment, the protective frame can be accommodated in the box body together with the body in the unfolded state, and can be transported and carried together with the box body. When the body needs to be carried into the house, the protective frame can be taken out of the box body and installed at the edge of the body, so that the edge of the body can be protected by the protective frame, and the edge of the body can be effectively prevented from being knocked during the carrying process. The volume of the protective frame is much smaller than that of the box body, so that the carrying space can be reduced during the carrying process into the house. The body can be successfully carried into the house and the risk of knocking is reduced, the edge of the body can be protected by the protective frame to avoid being damaged by knocking, and the carrier can carry the protective frame by hand, so that the carrying force can be applied to the protective frame instead of directly to the edge of the body. The carrying force can be dispersed by the protective frame, so that the body can be prevented from being broken due to local stress concentration.

[0008] In a possible implementation, the protective frame comprises a first segment and a second segment, and the second segment is bendably connected to an end of the first segment. When the protective frame is in the bent state, the first segment covers at least part of a first edge on one side of the electronic device, the second segment covers at least part of a second edge on the other side of the electronic device, and the first edge is adjacent to the second edge. Before the electronic device is carried into the house, the protective frame is in the unfolded state and can be stored in the box. For example, the sum of the lengths of the first segment and the second segment is less than the length of the box, so that the first segment and the second segment can be arranged in line in the unfolded state, and the space in the box can be fully utilized for storage under the condition that the size of the box does not change, for example, the protective frame can be stored in the box on one side of the electronic device. When the electronic device needs to be carried into the house, the electronic device and the protective frame can be taken out of the box, and the second segment can be bent relative to the first segment manually, so that the shapes of the first segment and the second segment can match the outline of the electronic device, and can cover the corresponding edges of the electronic device, thereby facilitating operation.

[0009] In a possible implementation, the second segment is provided in two, and the two second segments are arranged at two ends of the first segment respectively, and the two second segments cover at least part of the edges on opposite sides of the electronic device respectively. In this way, the first segment and the two second segments can be connected to three edges adjacent to each other on the electronic device, so as to ensure the stability of the installation of the protective frame. In addition, when the electronic device needs to be placed on the ground or a table during the carrying process, the second segment can also serve as a support to avoid direct contact of the electronic device with the ground or the table, thereby reducing the risk of collision of the edges of the electronic device.

[0010] In a possible implementation, the protective frame is integrally formed, that is, the first segment and the second segment can be directly formed during the processing and forming of the protective frame, so as to ensure the reliability of the structure and simplify the process and save costs.

[0011] In a possible implementation, the second segment is bendably connected to the first segment by a connecting piece. In this way, the first segment and the second segment are in a split structure, that is, the first segment and the second segment can be manufactured separately, so that the first segment and the second segment can be more flexibly stored in the box. In addition, the connecting piece can be glue, rivets, staples, etc. These connecting pieces can facilitate user operation and enable reliable connection of the first segment and the second segment.

[0012] In a possible implementation, in the unfolded state, a gap is arranged between the first section and the second section, and the second section is bent relative to the first section through the gap. In this way, the gap can be directly formed in the forming process, and the first section and the second section are formed on both sides of the gap. The material of the protective frame at the gap is less, so that the protective frame is more easily bent at the gap, that is, the second section can be bent relative to the first section at the gap, thereby facilitating the bending operation of the user.

[0013] In a possible implementation, the protective device further includes a protective plate, the protective plate is connected to the protective frame when the protective frame is in the bent state, and the protective plate covers a side surface of the screen of the electronic device used for display. When the protective frame is in the unfolded state, the protective frame and the protective plate can be respectively accommodated in the box. When the protective frame is mounted on the electronic device, the protective plate can cover the side surface of the screen of the electronic device used for display, so as to protect the screen and prevent the screen from being scratched during carrying. The protective frame can wrap the edge of the electronic device, so as to prevent the edge of the electronic device from being damaged due to knocking.

[0014] In a possible implementation, the protective frame includes a first mounting portion and a second mounting portion, the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion have an included angle therebetween in the unfolded state, and the first mounting portion is connected with the protective plate and the second mounting portion wraps at least part of the side surface of the electronic device in the bent state. When the protective device is assembled, the surface of the first mounting portion facing the side of the screen of the electronic device is connected with the protective plate, so as to fix the connection between the protective plate and the protective frame. When the protective device is mounted on the electronic device, the protective plate can cover the screen, and the second mounting portion wraps at least part of the side surface of the electronic device. In this way, the edge of the electronic device can be wrapped between the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion, so as to effectively prevent the edge of the electronic device from being damaged due to knocking.

[0015] In a possible implementation, the first mounting portion is connected with the protective plate by adhesion, thereby facilitating the assembly operation of the protective plate and the protective frame.

[0016] In a possible implementation, the protective frame includes a first mounting portion and a second mounting portion, the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion are located in the same plane in the unfolded state, that is, the surfaces of the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion are coplanar, so that the thickness of the protective frame can be smaller, and the protective frame can be accommodated in the box.

[0017] In a possible implementation, the protective frame includes a third mounting portion, a fourth mounting portion and a fifth mounting portion, the third mounting portion and the fourth mounting portion are respectively arranged at opposite ends of the fifth mounting portion, and an installation space is formed between the third mounting portion, the fourth mounting portion and the fifth mounting portion. In the bent state, the protective frame is wrapped around at least part of the edge of the electronic device through the installation space. Wherein, when the protective frame is mounted on the electronic device, the edge portion of the protective plate can be located in the installation space and can be connected to the third mounting portion or the fourth mounting portion, the protective frame can be wrapped around at least part of the edge of the electronic device through the installation space, and the protective plate can cover the screen. The protective frame can be clamped on both sides of the electronic device in the thickness direction through the third mounting portion and the fourth mounting portion, the third mounting portion and the fourth mounting portion can be relatively fixed through the static friction force between the electronic device and the third mounting portion and the fourth mounting portion, so that the installation and fixing operation of the protective frame on the electronic device can be facilitated, and the installation stability can be ensured.

[0018] In a possible implementation, in the unfolded state, the third mounting portion, the fourth mounting portion and the fifth mounting portion are located in the same plane, that is, the surfaces of the third mounting portion, the fourth mounting portion and the fifth mounting portion are coplanar, so that the thickness of the protective frame can be minimized for easy storage. When it is necessary to mount the protective frame on the electronic device, the third mounting portion and the fourth mounting portion can be appropriately bent relative to the fifth mounting portion, so that the third mounting portion, the fourth mounting portion and the fifth mounting portion form a "U-shaped" or approximately "U-shaped" structure, thereby facilitating the mounting of the protective frame to the edge of the electronic device to reliably protect the edge of the electronic device. Alternatively, in the unfolded state, the third mounting portion and the fourth mounting portion each have an included angle with the fifth mounting portion, so that the third mounting portion and the fourth mounting portion do not need to be manually bent, and the mounting operation of the protective frame on the electronic device is facilitated.

[0019] In a possible implementation, a plurality of cavities are arranged in the protective plate. Wherein, the protective plate is more likely to deform at the position with the cavities, so that when the side of the electronic device with the screen is impacted by an external force, the position with the cavities on the protective plate can deform to a certain extent to absorb and decompose the impact force, so that the excessive impact force can be prevented from being transmitted to the screen, thereby protecting the screen. The protective frame can be wrapped around at least part of the edge of the electronic device to protect the edge of the electronic device.

[0020] In a possible implementation, the protective plate is connected to the electronic device through the connecting piece, so that the reliability of the protective device mounted on the electronic device can be ensured, and the protective device can be prevented from falling off.

[0021] In a possible implementation, the connecting member is a tape or a wire harness, so that the connection of the protection device and the electronic device can be limited.

[0022] In a possible implementation, the protection device further comprises a buffer member connected to the protection frame, and in the folded state, the protection frame is abutted against the electronic device through the buffer member. The buffer member can disperse the impact force transmitted from the outside of the protection device to the electronic device, so that the electronic device can be prevented from being broken due to excessive impact.

[0023] In a possible implementation, the buffer member is connected to the second mounting portion, and the second mounting portion is abutted against at least part of the side surface of the electronic device through the buffer member. In the carrying process, the electronic device is usually carried with a certain side surface facing the carrying direction, so that the side surface of the electronic device is more likely to collide with obstacles in the carrying direction. Therefore, in the embodiment, the buffer member is arranged on the side surface of the electronic device, so that the protection of the side surface of the electronic device can be enhanced, the impact force can be alleviated, and the integrity of the electronic device in the carrying process can be ensured.

[0024] In a possible implementation, the electronic device further comprises a positioning member arranged in the box, and the positioning member is provided with a first receiving cavity for receiving the electronic device. The positioning member is provided with a second receiving cavity, and in the unfolded state, the protection frame is received in the second receiving cavity. The positioning member can support, position and damp the electronic device, so that the impact of the electronic device in the transportation and carrying process before entering the house can be reduced, and the quality of the electronic device can be ensured. The size of the positioning member and the box can be designed according to the size of the electronic device, and the first receiving cavity and the second receiving cavity can be formed by the material of the positioning member, so that the space outside the positioning member is not occupied, and the protection frame can be received without changing the size of the box and the positioning member.

[0025] In a possible implementation, the positioning member includes a plurality of connecting portions, and the plurality of connecting portions enclose the first receiving cavity. At least one of the connecting portions is provided with the second receiving cavity. For example, the plurality of connecting portions can be a first portion, a second portion, a third portion and a fourth portion, the first portion and the second portion are oppositely arranged along the length direction of the electronic device, the third portion and the fourth portion are oppositely arranged along the width direction of the electronic device, and the first portion, the second portion, the third portion and the fourth portion enclose the first receiving cavity. At least one of the first portion, the second portion, the third portion and the fourth portion is provided with the second receiving cavity. The first portion, the second portion, the third portion and the fourth portion can be separately manufactured, and the first portion, the second portion, the third portion and the fourth portion can be mounted to the edges of the electronic device to protect the edges of the electronic device, support and dampen the electronic device, and ensure the integrity of the electronic device during transportation and carrying before entering the house. In addition, the second receiving cavity can be a groove structure formed on the positioning member, and the second receiving cavity does not occupy space outside the positioning member, and can be accommodated without changing the size of the positioning member and the box.

[0026] In a possible implementation, the protection frame is provided with at least two protection frames, and in the unfolded state, a plurality of the at least two protection frames are accommodated in the second receiving cavity, so that the protection frame can be conveniently detached from the positioning member as a whole, without the need to detach the protection frame at different positions of the positioning member, facilitating operation. Alternatively, the protection frame is provided with at least two protection frames, and the positioning member is further provided with a third receiving cavity, and the at least two protection frames are accommodated in the second receiving cavity and the third receiving cavity respectively. For example, when the protection frame is provided with two protection frames, and the second receiving cavity and the third receiving cavity are provided with one respectively, one protection frame can be accommodated in the second receiving cavity, and the other protection frame can be accommodated in the third receiving cavity, so that the accommodation mode of the protection frame is more flexible.

[0027] In a possible implementation, the protection frame is provided with at least two protection frames, and in the folded state, the at least two protection frames are arranged on opposite sides of the electronic device. During carrying, the carrier can hold the protection frames on the opposite sides of the electronic device, so that the carrying operation is facilitated. In some embodiments, the protection frame can be provided with a plurality of protection frames, and each edge of the electronic device can be wrapped by a corresponding protection frame, so that each edge of the electronic device is not subjected to bumping.

[0028] In a second aspect, the embodiments of the present application further provide a protection device, wherein the protection device comprises a positioning member and the protection assembly provided in the first aspect of the present application, and the positioning member is detachably arranged in the box of the protection assembly. The positioning member is provided with a second receiving cavity, and in the unfolded state, the protection frame of the protection assembly is received in the second receiving cavity.

[0029] In a third aspect, the embodiments of the present application further provide an electronic device with packaging, which comprises a body and the protection assembly provided in the first aspect of the present application, and the body is detachably arranged in the box of the protection assembly. When the protection frame of the protection assembly is in the folded state, the protection frame is wrapped around at least part of the edge of the body.

[0030] It should be understood that the foregoing general description and the following detailed description are only exemplary, and cannot limit the present application. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

[0063] With the increasing demand of users for viewing experience, electronic devices with large size (e.g., more than 85 inches) such as televisions are increasingly favored by users. For example, a newly purchased television is usually transported to the user's residence with an outer packaging, and the packaging box can protect the television. However, the television with the packaging box has a large volume, which is difficult to carry into the house for the user with a small size of the entrance door.

[0064] In order to be able to be normally carried into the house, the packaging box is usually removed before entering the house to reduce the volume, and the television bare machine is directly carried into the house. However, during the carrying process of the television bare machine, the television bare machine has no physical protection, and only relies on the carrying operation of the carrier to try to avoid bumps, but due to the instability of the carrying operation, it is difficult to avoid bumps and scratches on the television bare machine, especially at the edge of the television, which is easily bumped, and the carrying force applied by the carrier is usually concentrated on the edge of the television bare machine, and the risk of damage to the television bare machine is large.

[0065] In view of this, the embodiments of the present application provide a protection assembly which can be used to protect the edge of an electronic device. The electronic device can include a television, a computer, a display, an electronic clock, and other devices with a large size. The protection assembly can also be applied to furniture such as dining tables and tea tables to protect the furniture, or can also be applied to mechanical equipment to protect the mechanical equipment. FIG. 1 is a structural schematic diagram of an electronic device provided by the embodiments of the present application. For ease of illustration, the embodiments take the electronic device including the television shown in FIG. 1 as an example for illustration, and the television can include a length direction X, a width direction Y and a thickness direction Z, and the television includes a screen 11 and a shell 12.

[0066] FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the protection assembly and the electronic device provided by the embodiments of the present application. As shown in FIG. 2, in the embodiments, the protection assembly 2 can include a box 26 and a protection frame 21 of the protection assembly. The box 26 is a structure capable of providing protection for the electronic device 1 and the protection frame 21. The box 26 has a space inside and can accommodate the electronic device 1 and the protection frame 21. The box 26 can be made of paperboard material or plastic material, so that the box 26 has a certain hardness and can effectively protect the internal electronic device 1 and the protection frame 21.

[0067] As shown in FIG. 2, the protection frame 21 is a structure capable of providing protection for the edge of the electronic device 1, and the protection frame 21 is detachably arranged in the box 26. The protection frame 21 has an unfolded state and a folded state, and can be switched between the unfolded state and the folded state. In the specific operation process, the protection frame 21 can be switched between the unfolded state and the folded state by manual mode. The unfolded state refers to the state that the protection frame 21 is stored in the box 26, and the protection frame 21 can be unfolded without being folded in the unfolded state. The folded state refers to the state that the protection frame 21 is taken out of the box 26, and then part of the protection frame 21 is folded and installed on the electronic device 1.

[0068] As shown in FIG. 2, when the protection frame 21 is in the unfolded state, the protection frame 21 can be stored in the box 26 to provide protection through the box 26, and can be moved together with the box 26 as a whole, which is convenient for carrying before entering the house. FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the protection assembly provided by the embodiment of the present application installed on the electronic device. As shown in FIG. 3, when it is necessary to carry the electronic device into the house, the electronic device 1 and the protection frame 21 can be taken out of the box 26, and the protection frame 21 can be manually switched from the unfolded state to the folded state. Then, the protection frame 21 in the folded state can be installed on at least part of the edge of the electronic device 1, so that the protection frame 21 can be wrapped on at least part of the edge of the electronic device 1. Of course, in some embodiments, part of the protection frame 21 can be pre-installed on the electronic device 1, and then the protection frame 21 can be folded on the electronic device 1, and the connection and fixation of the protection frame 21 and the electronic device 1 can be realized during the folding process.

[0069] As shown in FIG. 3, the protection assembly 2 can further include a protection plate 22, which can be connected with the protection frame 21. When the protection frame 21 is installed on the electronic device 1, the protection plate 22 can cover the surface of the electronic device 1 used for display, such as the surface of the screen, so as to realize the protection of the screen and prevent the screen from being scratched or pressed during carrying.

[0070] In the embodiment, the protective frame 21 can be accommodated in the box 26 together with the electronic device 1 in the unfolded state, and can be transported and carried together with the box 26. When the electronic device 1 needs to be carried into a house, the protective frame 21 can be taken out of the box 26 and installed at the edge of the electronic device 1, so that the edge of the electronic device 1 can be protected by the protective frame 21, and the edge of the electronic device 1 can be effectively prevented from being bumped during carrying. The volume of the protective frame 21 is much smaller than the volume of the box 26, so that the carrying space can be reduced during carrying into the house, the electronic device 1 can be smoothly carried into the house and the risk of bumping is reduced, the edge of the electronic device 1 can be protected by the protective frame 21 to avoid being bumped and damaged, and the carrier can carry the protective frame 21 by hand, so that the carrying force can be applied to the protective frame 21 instead of being directly applied to the edge of the electronic device 1. The carrying force can be dispersed by the protective frame 21, so that the electronic device 1 can be prevented from being broken due to local stress concentration.

[0071] After the electronic device 1 is carried into the house, the electronic device 1 is generally installed and used. Taking a television as an example, the television is installed on a television wall or placed on a television cabinet after being carried into the house, and is put into use. During normal use, the television is generally not reaccommodated in the box 26. Because the volume of the box 26 is large and difficult to accommodate, a large indoor space is occupied, and the user generally scrapes the box 26. However, if a special situation occurs in which the television needs to be carried out of the house, such as moving, television repair, etc., the television is generally carried out of the house in a bare machine state without the protection of the box 26, but this way of carrying out of the house still causes the risk of the television being bumped and damaged.

[0072] In the embodiment, after the electronic device 1 installed with the protective frame 21 is carried into the house, the box 26 with a large volume does not need to be retained, and the volume of the protective frame 21 is much smaller than the volume of the box 26. The protective frame 21 can be detached from the electronic device 1 and accommodated, and the protective frame 21 does not occupy a large space. When the electronic device 1 needs to be carried out of the house, the protective frame 21 can be reinstalled on the electronic device 1 to protect the edge of the electronic device 1, and the electronic device 1 can be effectively prevented from being bumped and damaged during carrying out of the house.

[0073] In some other embodiments, the protection frame 21 can be bent and installed on the electronic device 1 such as a television after being formed on the production line, and then the electronic device 1 with the protection frame 21 installed is stored in the box 26 as a whole. In the case that the protection device further comprises the aforementioned protection plate 22, the protection frame 21 and the protection plate 22 can be assembled and installed on the electronic device after being formed on the production line, and then the electronic device with the protection frame 21 and the protection plate 22 installed can be stored in the box 26 as a whole. At this time, the protection frame 21 in the box 26 is in a bent state. When the electronic device 1 needs to be carried into a house, the box 26 can be removed. Since the protection frame 21 and the protection plate 22 have been installed on the electronic device 1, the user can directly carry the electronic device 1 with the protection frame 21 and the protection plate 22 installed into the house, which facilitates the user operation.

[0074] FIG. 4 is an exploded view of the protection assembly in an unfolded state (the box is not shown) according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG. 4, the protection assembly 2 can comprise a protection frame 21 and a protection plate 22, and the protection frame 21 and the protection plate 22 can be separately processed components. The materials of the protection frame 21 and the protection plate 22 can be paperboard, plastic plate, etc., so that the protection frame 21 and the protection plate 22 have a certain hardness and can reliably protect the electronic device 1.

[0075] As shown in FIG. 4, when the protection frame 21 is in an unfolded state, the protection frame 21 and the protection plate 22 can be stored in the box 26 respectively.

[0076] FIG. 5 is an assembly schematic view of the protection assembly in a bent state according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG. 5, when the protection frame 21 is in a bent state, the protection plate 22 can be connected to the protection frame 21. For example, FIG. 6 is an exploded view of the protection assembly in a bent state (the box is not shown) according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG. 6, the protection plate 22 can be bonded to the protection frame 21, for example, the protection plate 22 can be bonded to the protection frame 21 by double-sided tape 23. In some other embodiments, the protection plate 22 can also be bonded and fixed to the protection frame 21 by means of dispensing. The protection plate 22 can cover the side surface of the electronic device 1 for display to achieve protection of the screen and prevent the screen from being scratched during carrying.

[0077] Figure 7 is a cross-sectional view of the protective plate in the protective device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in Figure 7, the protective plate 22 can be provided with a plurality of cavities 221. The protective plate 22 is more likely to deform at the positions with the cavities 221. Thus, when the side of the electronic device 1 with the screen is impacted by an external force, the part of the protective plate 22 with the cavities 221 can deform to absorb and decompose the impact force, so that the impact force is not transmitted to the screen, thereby protecting the screen. The protective frame 21 can be wrapped around at least part of the edges of the electronic device 1 to protect the edges of the electronic device 1.

[0078] In an embodiment, as described above, the electronic device 1 can include a length direction X, a width direction Y and a thickness direction Z, which can be perpendicular to each other. The electronic device 1 has a long side la in the length direction X and a wide side lb in the width direction Y. The protective frame 21 can be wrapped around the long side la and / or the wide side lb of the electronic device 1.

[0079] Figure 8 is a front view of the protective assembly according to an embodiment of the present application (the box is not shown). As shown in Figure 8, for example, the protective frame 21 can be provided with two, and the two protective frames 21 can wrap the two wide sides lb of the electronic device 1 and wrap at least part of the two long sides la. The protective frame 21 includes a first section 211 and a second section 212, which will be described in detail below.

[0080] Figure 9 is a front view of the protective assembly according to another embodiment of the present application (the box is not shown). As shown in Figure 9, for example, the protective frame 21 can be provided with two, and the two protective frames 21 can wrap the two long sides la of the electronic device 1 and wrap at least part of the two wide sides lb.

[0081] Thus, during the carrying process, the carrier can hold the protective frames 21 on the opposite sides of the electronic device 1, thereby facilitating the carrying operation. In some embodiments, the protective frame 21 can be provided with a plurality of protective frames, and each edge of the electronic device 1 can be wrapped by a corresponding protective frame 21, thereby ensuring that each edge of the electronic device 1 is not bumped.

[0082] FIG. 10 is a structural schematic diagram of the protection frame in the protection assembly according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG. 10, the protection frame 21 can include a first section 211 and a second section 212, the second section 212 is bendably connected to the end of the first section 211. Before the electronic device is carried into the house, the protection frame 21 is in the unfolded state and can be accommodated in the box 26. Exemplarily, the sum of the lengths of the first section 211 and the second section 212 is less than the length of the box 26, so that the first section 211 and the second section 212 can be arranged in line in the unfolded state, and in the case that the size of the box 26 does not change, the space in the box 26 can be fully utilized for accommodation, for example, the protection frame 21 can be accommodated in the box 26 at one side of the electronic device 1.

[0083] In some embodiments, in the unfolded state of the protection frame 21, the first section 211 and the second section 212 can also not be in line, for example, a certain angle can be formed between the first section 211 and the second section 212, the angle can be between 160° and 180°, it can be understood that when the angle is 180°, the first section 211 and the second section 212 are in line. When the angle can be between 160° and 180° and does not include 180°, the first section 211 and the second section 212 can be close to being in line, so that the protection frame 21 as a whole can also be arranged at one side of the electronic device 1, which is beneficial to save space.

[0084] FIG. 11 is a structural schematic diagram of the protection frame in the protection assembly according to an embodiment of the present application in the folded state, as shown in FIG. 11, when the electronic device 1 needs to be carried into the house, the electronic device 1 and the protection frame 21 can be taken out of the box 26, and the second section 212 can be manually folded relative to the first section 211, so that the shapes of the first section 211 and the second section 212 can match the contour of the electronic device 1 and can be wrapped on the corresponding edges of the electronic device 1.

[0085] In an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, the length of the first section 211 can be the same as the length of the wide side 1b of the electronic device 1, that is, the first section 211 can completely wrap the first edge, and the force application position can be adjusted at each position of the first section 211 during the carrying process, so as to facilitate the carrying. At the same time, during the carrying movement, the direction of the carrying movement is usually consistent or close to consistent with the extension direction of the long side 1a of the electronic device 1, so that during the carrying movement, the wide side 1b of the electronic device 1 is more likely to collide with the obstacles in the moving direction relative to the long side 1a of the electronic device 1. Therefore, by making the first section 211 completely wrap the wide side 1b of the electronic device 1, the risk of collision and damage of the electronic device 1 can be reduced.

[0086] The length of the second section 212 can be less than the length of the first section 211, and the second section 212 and the first section 211 can be connected to the electronic device 1 in different directions, so that the force connected to the electronic device 1 can be provided in different directions, and the stability of the installation of the protection frame 21 on the electronic device 1 as a whole is ensured.

[0087] The first section 211 and the second section 212 can not only be wrapped around the corresponding edges of the electronic device 1, but also can wrap the corners of the electronic device 1, so that the electronic device 1 can be prevented from being broken due to bumps on the edges and corners.

[0088] In an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, two second sections 212 can be provided, and the two second sections 212 are respectively arranged at the two ends of the first section 211, and the two second sections 212 are respectively wrapped around at least part of the edges of the opposite sides of the electronic device 1. Among them, the two second sections 212 are respectively wrapped around at least part of the two long edges 1a of the electronic device 1. Thus, the first section 211 and the two second sections 212 can be connected to the adjacent three edges of the electronic device 1, so as to ensure the stability of the installation of the protection frame 21. In addition, when the electronic device 1 needs to be placed on the ground or table during transportation, the second section 212 can also play a supporting role to avoid the electronic device 1 directly contacting the ground or table, so as to reduce the risk of bumps on the edges of the electronic device 1.

[0089] FIG. 12 is a front view of a protection assembly provided by another embodiment of the present application (the box is not shown). As shown in FIG. 12, for example, four protection frames 21 can be provided, and each protection assembly 2 is arranged at a corresponding corner position of the electronic device 1, so that the first section 211 of each protection frame 21 can cover part of the wide edge 1b of the electronic device 1, and the second section 212 can cover part of the long edge 1a of the electronic device 1. Thus, the four protection frames 21 can also achieve protection of the edges and corners of the electronic device 1.

[0090] In an embodiment, the protection frame 21 can be an integrally formed structure, that is, the first section 211 and the second section 212 can be directly formed during the processing and forming of the protection frame 21, so as to ensure the reliability of the structure, simplify the process, and save costs.

[0091] In some other embodiments, the second section 212 can be bendably connected to the first section 211 through a connecting member. In this case, the first section 211 and the second section 212 are in a split structure, i.e., the first section 211 and the second section 212 can be manufactured separately, so that the first section 211 and the second section 212 can be more flexibly accommodated in the box 26. In addition, the connecting member can be glue, rivets, staples, etc., which can facilitate user operation and achieve reliable connection of the first section 211 and the second section 212.

[0092] FIG. 13 is a front view of the protection frame in the protection assembly according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG. 13, an opening 213 can be arranged between the first section 211 and the second section 212, and the second section 212 is bent relative to the first section 211 through the opening 213. In this case, the opening 213 can be in a "V shape" as shown in FIG. 13, and in some other embodiments, the opening 213 can also be in a "U shape", etc. The protection frame 21 can be directly formed with the opening 213 in a forming process, and the first section 211 and the second section 212 are respectively formed on two sides of the opening 213. The protection frame 21 has less material at the opening 213, so that the protection frame 21 is more easily bent at the opening 213, i.e., the second section 212 can be bent relative to the first section 211 at the opening 213, thereby facilitating user bending operation.

[0093] FIG. 14 is a structural schematic view of the protection frame in the protection assembly according to another embodiment of the present application in an unfolded state. As shown in FIG. 14, the protection frame 21 includes a first mounting portion 214 and a second mounting portion 215, and in the unfolded state, the first mounting portion 214 and the second mounting portion 215 have an included angle therebetween. For example, the included angle between the first mounting portion 214 and the second mounting portion 215 can be between 90° and 110°, e.g., when the included angle is 90°, the first mounting portion 214 and the second mounting portion 215 are perpendicular, i.e., the cross-sectional shape of the protection frame 21 is in an "L shape".

[0094] Fig. 15 is a structural schematic view of the protection frame in the protection assembly according to another embodiment of the present application, as shown in Fig. 15, in the unfolded state, the first mounting portion 214 and the second mounting portion 215 of the protection frame 21 can be in a flattened state and located in the same plane, i.e., the surfaces of the first mounting portion 214 and the second mounting portion 215 are coplanar, so as to make the thickness of the protection frame 21 smaller and facilitate storage in the box. When it is needed to install the protection frame to the electronic device, the first mounting portion 214 and the second mounting portion 215 can be appropriately bent to form a certain angle between the first mounting portion 214 and the second mounting portion 215, for example, the first mounting portion 214 and the second mounting portion 215 can be bent to the shape shown in Fig. 14, for example, "L-shaped", so as to facilitate the installation of the protection frame 21 to the edge of the electronic device to achieve reliable protection of the edge of the electronic device. The bending position between the first mounting portion 214 and the second mounting portion 215 can be pre-provided with a crease, a recess or a partially hollowed design, so as to facilitate the bending operation of the first mounting portion 214 and the second mounting portion 215, while ensuring the bending accuracy.

[0095] Fig. 16 is an enlarged view of A in Fig. 3, as shown in Fig. 16, when the protection frame 21 and the protection plate 22 are assembled, the first mounting portion 214 is connected with the protection plate 22 to achieve the connection and fixation of the protection plate 22 and the protection frame 21. In an embodiment, the first mounting portion 214 and the protection plate 22 can be adhesively connected, so as to facilitate the assembly operation of the protection plate 22 and the protection frame 21. For example, the side of the first mounting portion 214 facing the screen of the electronic device can be provided with the aforementioned double-sided adhesive tape 23 (refer to Fig. 6), when the first mounting portion 214 and the protection plate 22 are adhesively connected, the release film on the double-sided adhesive tape can be torn off, and the adhesion and fixation of the first mounting portion 214 and the protection plate 22 can be achieved through the double-sided adhesive tape.

[0096] As shown in Fig. 16, when the protection assembly 2 is installed to the electronic device 1, the protection plate 22 can be covered on the screen of the electronic device 1, and the second mounting portion 215 can be wrapped on at least part of the side surface of the electronic device 1. The side surface of the electronic device 1 refers to the surfaces on both sides along the length direction X and the surfaces on both sides along the width direction Y of the electronic device 1. The side surface of the electronic device 1 and the surface of the electronic device 1 on which the screen is arranged form an edge, and the edge and the part of the electronic device 1 near the edge can be understood as the edge of the electronic device 1. Therefore, the edge of the electronic device 1 can be wrapped between the first mounting portion 214 and the second mounting portion 215, which can effectively prevent the edge of the electronic device 1 from being damaged by knocking.

[0097] As shown in FIG. 16, the protection assembly 2 further comprises a buffer 24 connected to the protection frame 21, when the protection assembly 2 is installed on the electronic device 1, the protection frame 21 can abut against the electronic device 1 through the buffer 24, the buffer 24 can disperse the impact force transmitted to the electronic device 1 from outside of the protection assembly 2, so as to prevent the electronic device 1 from being broken due to excessive impact.

[0098] In the embodiment, the buffer 24 can be an ethylene polyvinyl foam plate (EPE), the ethylene polyvinyl foam plate has a stable structure and a certain elastic deformation capacity, when subjected to external impact force, the ethylene polyvinyl foam plate can be deformed to a certain extent to absorb and decompose the impact force, so as to prevent the electronic device 1 from being subjected to excessive impact, and effectively protect the electronic device 1.

[0099] FIG. 17 is a structural schematic view of the protection frame in the protection assembly according to another embodiment of the present application in a bent state, as shown in FIG. 17, as described above, the protection frame 21 can comprise a first mounting portion 214 and a second mounting portion 215, the first mounting portion 214 is used to be connected with the protection plate 22, and the second mounting portion 215 can be connected with the buffer 24, and the second mounting portion 215 abuts against at least part of the side surface of the electronic device through the buffer 24. In the carrying process, the electronic device 1 is usually carried with one side surface facing the carrying direction, so that the side surface of the electronic device is more likely to collide with obstacles in the carrying direction. Therefore, in the embodiment, by arranging the buffer 24 on the side surface of the electronic device, the protection of the side surface of the electronic device can be enhanced, the impact force can be relieved, and the integrity of the electronic device in the carrying process can be ensured.

[0100] FIG. 18 is a structural schematic view of the protection frame in the folded state in the protection assembly according to another embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG. 18, the protection frame 21 comprises a third mounting portion 216, a fourth mounting portion 217 and a fifth mounting portion 218. The third mounting portion 216 and the fourth mounting portion 217 are respectively arranged at opposite ends of the fifth mounting portion 218. The third mounting portion 216 and the fourth mounting portion 217 can be folded towards the same side of the fifth mounting portion 218, so that the third mounting portion 216, the fourth mounting portion 217 and the fifth mounting portion 218 form a structure with a "U-shaped" cross section. An installation space is formed between the third mounting portion 216, the fourth mounting portion 217 and the fifth mounting portion 218. When the protection assembly 2 is mounted on the electronic device, the edge portion of the protection plate 22 can be located in the installation space and can be connected to the third mounting portion 216 or the fourth mounting portion 217. The protection frame 21 can be wrapped around at least part of the edge of the electronic device through the installation space, and the protection plate 22 can cover the screen. The "U-shaped" protection frame 21 can be clamped on both sides of the electronic device in the thickness direction through the third mounting portion 216 and the fourth mounting portion 217. The third mounting portion 216 and the fourth mounting portion 217 can be relatively fixed through the static friction between the electronic device 1 and the third mounting portion 216 and the fourth mounting portion 217, so as to facilitate the mounting and fixing operation of the protection assembly 2 on the electronic device 1, and also to ensure the installation stability.

[0101] In an embodiment, in the unfolded state, the third mounting portion 216, the fourth mounting portion 217 and the fifth mounting portion 218 can be located in the same plane, i.e., the surfaces of the third mounting portion 216, the fourth mounting portion 217 and the fifth mounting portion 218 are coplanar, so as to make the thickness of the protection frame 21 smaller and facilitate storage. When it is needed to mount the protection frame 21 on the electronic device, the third mounting portion 216 and the fourth mounting portion 217 can be appropriately folded relative to the fifth mounting portion 218, so that the third mounting portion 216, the fourth mounting portion 217 and the fifth mounting portion 218 form a "U-shaped" or approximately "U-shaped" structure. Thus, the protection frame 21 can be mounted at the edge of the electronic device, so as to reliably protect the edge of the electronic device. A crease, a recess or a partially hollowed design can be provided at the folding position between the third mounting portion 216 and the fifth mounting portion 218 and at the folding position between the fourth mounting portion 217 and the fifth mounting portion 218, so as to facilitate the folding operation of the third mounting portion 216 and the fourth mounting portion 217 and ensure the folding accuracy.

[0102] In another embodiment, in the unfolded state, the third mounting portion 216 and the fourth mounting portion 217 respectively form an included angle with the fifth mounting portion 218, so that the third mounting portion 216 and the fourth mounting portion 217 do not need to be manually folded, and the mounting operation of the protection frame 21 on the electronic device is facilitated.

[0103] In the case where the third mounting portion 216 and the fourth mounting portion 217 each have an included angle with the fifth mounting portion 218, the third mounting portion 216 and the fourth mounting portion 217 can be parallel or can not be parallel, and the specific determination can be made according to the shape of the surfaces on both sides of the electronic device 1 in the thickness direction Z (see FIG. 1). For example, when the surfaces on both sides of the electronic device in the thickness direction Z are parallel planes, the third mounting portion 216 and the fourth mounting portion 217 can be parallel. For example, when the surface on one side of the electronic device in the thickness direction Z is a plane and the surface on the other side is an arc surface or an inclined surface, one of the third mounting portion 216 and the fourth mounting portion 217 is a plane and the other is an arc surface or an inclined surface that can be matched and fitted to the electronic device 1, and in this case, the third mounting portion 216 and the fourth mounting portion 217 can not be parallel.

[0104] FIG. 19 is an enlarged view of B in FIG. 18. As shown in FIG. 18, the buffer 24 can be arranged on the fifth mounting portion 218, and the fifth mounting portion 218 can abut the side surface of the electronic device 1 through the buffer 24. The double-sided adhesive tape 23 can be arranged on the surface of the third mounting portion 216 inside the mounting space, and the edge region of the protective plate 22 can be fixedly connected to the third mounting portion 216 through the double-sided adhesive tape 23 after extending into the mounting space.

[0105] FIG. 20 is a schematic view of the protective assembly of another embodiment of the present application mounted on the electronic device (the box body is not shown). As shown in FIG. 20, after the protective assembly is mounted on the electronic device 1, the protective plate 22 and the electronic device 1 can be connected through the connecting member 25 to ensure the reliability of the overall installation of the protective assembly on the electronic device 1 and to avoid the falling of the protective assembly. For example, the connecting member 25 can be an adhesive tape, one end of the adhesive tape can be attached to the protective plate 22 at a position close to the edge, and the other end of the adhesive tape can be attached to the housing of the electronic device 1 away from the screen after passing around the edge of the electronic device 1. In this way, the reliable installation of the protective assembly on the electronic device 1 can be ensured through the action of the adhesive tape. In addition, in other embodiments, the connecting member 25 can also be a wire harness, one end of the wire harness can be connected to the protective plate 22, and the other end can be connected to the corresponding structure of the electronic device 1, and the reliable connection of the protective assembly 2 and the electronic device 1 can also be achieved.

[0106] Fig. 21 is a structural schematic view of a positioning member in a protection assembly according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in Fig. 21, the protection assembly further includes a positioning member 27. The positioning member 27 can be arranged in the box. The positioning member 27 is provided with a first receiving cavity 275 for receiving the electronic device 1. The side surface of the positioning member 27 is provided with a second receiving cavity 276. When the protection frame is in the unfolded state, the protection frame can be received in the second receiving cavity 276. The positioning member 27 can have a certain structural shape and a certain flexibility. For example, the positioning member 27 can be a three-dimensional structure made of foam. The positioning member 27 can support, position and damp the electronic device, reduce the impact of the electronic device during transportation and handling before entering the house, and ensure the quality of the electronic device. The size of the positioning member 27 and the box can be designed according to the size of the electronic device. The first receiving cavity 275 and the second receiving cavity 276 can be formed by the material of the positioning member 27, without occupying space outside the positioning member 27, so that the protection frame 21 can be received without changing the size of the box and the positioning member 27.

[0107] Fig. 22 is an exploded view of the positioning member in the electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in Fig. 21, the positioning member 27 can include a plurality of connecting portions. The plurality of connecting portions can enclose the first receiving cavity 275. For example, the connecting portions can be four. For convenience of description, the connecting portions can be a first portion 271, a second portion 272, a third portion 273 and a fourth portion 274, respectively. The first portion 271 and the second portion 272 are arranged opposite to each other along the length direction X of the electronic device 1. The third portion 273 and the fourth portion 274 are arranged opposite to each other along the width direction Y of the electronic device 1. The first portion 271, the second portion 272, the third portion 273 and the fourth portion 274 enclose the first receiving cavity 275 (see Fig. 20). The first portion 271, the second portion 272, the third portion 273 and the fourth portion 274 can be independently manufactured. The first portion 271, the second portion 272, the third portion 273 and the fourth portion 274 can be respectively mounted to the edges of the electronic device 1 to protect the edges of the electronic device 1, and support and damp the electronic device 1 to ensure the integrity of the electronic device 1 during transportation and handling before entering the house.

[0108] In other embodiments, the number of connecting portions can be two, three, five or more. Each connecting portion can enclose the first receiving cavity and cover the edge of the electronic device.

[0109] In an embodiment, the connecting part can be a one-piece structure. As shown in FIG. 22, the first part 271, the second part 272, the third part 273, and the fourth part 274 are separately manufactured one-piece structures, and the first part 271, the second part 272, the third part 273, and the fourth part 274 can be assembled to surround the edge of the electronic device. At least one of the connecting parts is provided with a second receiving cavity 276. As shown in FIG. 22, the first part 271, the second part 272, the third part 273, and the fourth part 274 are taken as examples of the plurality of connecting parts, and at least one of the first part 271, the second part 272, the third part 273, and the fourth part 274 is provided with the second receiving cavity 276, for example, the third part 273 is provided with the second receiving cavity 276. The second receiving cavity 276 can be a groove formed on the positioning member 27, and the second receiving cavity 276 does not need to occupy space other than the positioning member 27, and can be received without changing the size of the positioning member 27 and the box 26.

[0110] In an embodiment, the connecting part can also be a split structure. As shown in FIG. 23, the connecting part is taken as an example of the third part 273 shown in FIG. 22, and the third part 273 includes a first assembly part 273a and a second assembly part 273b, and the first assembly part 273a and the second assembly part 273b can be connected by gluing or the like. By making the connecting part include the separately manufactured first assembly part and the second assembly part, the process can be facilitated. The first assembly part 273a can be provided with a first part 276a of the second receiving cavity 276 (see FIG. 22), and the second assembly part 273b can be provided with a second part 276b of the second receiving cavity 276, and after the first assembly part 273a and the second assembly part 273b are connected, the first part 276a and the second part 276b of the second receiving cavity 276 on the first assembly part 273a and the second assembly part 273b can be connected to form a complete second receiving cavity 276, so that the protective frame 21 can be integrally received in the second receiving cavity 276.

[0111] As shown in FIG. 22, the protective frame 21 can be provided with at least two protective frames 21, and the plurality of protective frames 21 can be stacked and arranged in one second receiving cavity 276, so that the protective frame 21 can be integrally removed from the positioning member 27, and the protective frame 21 does not need to be removed at different positions of the positioning member 27, which facilitates operation.

[0112] Of course, in some other embodiments, the protective frame 21 is provided with at least two, and the positioning member 27 can also be provided with a third receiving cavity, which can have the same structure as the second receiving cavity 276. Among them, the at least two protective frames 21 are respectively accommodated in the second receiving cavity and the third receiving cavity. For example, when the protective frame 21 is provided with two, and the second receiving cavity 276 and the third receiving cavity are provided with one respectively, one protective frame 21 can be accommodated in the second receiving cavity 276, and the other protective frame can be accommodated in the third receiving cavity, so that the accommodation mode of the protective frame 21 is more flexible.

[0113] In an embodiment, the protective frame 21 can be accommodated in the positioning member 27 in a bent form. Figure 24 is an exploded view of the cooperation between the protective frame and the positioning member in the protective assembly provided by an embodiment of the present application, as shown in Figure 24, taking one connecting part 277 in the positioning member 27 as an example, the second receiving cavity 276 on the connecting part 277 is "C-shaped", that is, the second receiving cavity 276 continuously extends on the adjacent three faces of the connecting part 277 and forms a "C-shaped" shape. The bent protective frame 21 is also "C-shaped", which can cooperate with the "C-shaped" second receiving cavity 276, so that the whole protective frame 21 can be accommodated in the second receiving cavity 276 in a bent form. Thus, after the protective frame 21 is taken out of the box, it can be directly installed on the edge of the television or other equipment without bending, which is convenient to operate.

[0114] Figure 25 is a schematic view of the protective assembly and the electronic equipment in the accommodation process provided by an embodiment of the present application, as shown in Figure 25, the protective frame 21 and the protective plate 22 can be accommodated in the box 26 together with the electronic equipment 1 in the state of being installed on the electronic equipment 1. The accommodation mode provided by the present embodiment can be completed before the equipment is shipped, so that when the user needs to carry it into the house, the electronic equipment installed with the protective frame 21 and the protective plate 22 can be taken out of the box 26 as a whole and directly carried into the house, without the need to install the protective frame 21 and the protective plate 22 on the electronic equipment 1 again, which facilitates the user's carrying operation.

[0115] The present embodiment also provides a protective device, which comprises a positioning member and the protective assembly provided by any embodiment of the present application. The positioning member can be any positioning member described in the foregoing embodiments, which can be used to accommodate the electronic equipment and the protective frame, and will not be described here.

[0116] The present embodiment also provides an electronic equipment with packaging, wherein the packaging can be the protective device provided by any embodiment of the present application, and the protective device can comprise the foregoing box, protective frame and protective plate.
