"RIFLE"DESCRIPTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a rifle.

[0002] In particular, by "rifle" it is meant a rifle for sporting use, for example for hunting.

[0003] Preferably, the rifle is a semi-automatic rifle .

[0004] In the known embodiments, rifles comprise a main body, also known as a receiver, in which or on which specific components such as those of the firing mechanism or the trigger assembly are housed or engaged.

[0006] In the known solutions of rifles, with particular reference to their butts, multiple problems are identified.

Claims

CLAIMS1. A rifle (1) , preferably of the semi-automatic type, comprising : i) a main body (2) ; ii) a barrel (3) , extending in length from the main body (2) , in a first direction, along a barrel axis (X-X) ; iii) a butt (4) comprising:- a butt body (5) , extending in length from the main body (2) , in a second direction, along a butt axis (C-C) ;- a support device (6) , positioned in an upper region of the butt body (5) , comprising an upper wall (600) and a right wing (601) and a left wing (602) extending transversely from the upper wall (600) ; wherein the butt body (5) and the upper wall (600) comprise a protruding element (510) and a slot (610) appropriately shaped to be mutually engaged in a direction substantially parallel to the butt axis (C-C) .

2. Rifle according to claim 1, wherein the protruding element (510) and the slot (610) are couplable with shape coupling, and the protruding element (510) comprises a stem (511) and a head (512) in a cross-section.

3. Rifle according to the preceding claims, wherein the protruding element (510) and the slot (610) are shaped so that, in the mutual engagement along the butt axis (C-C) ,the butt body (5) and the support device (6) engage with each other with a forced thrust and retaining interaction .

4. Rifle according to claim 3, wherein the protruding element (510) and / or the slot (610) extend parallel to the butt axis (C-C) , in a top view, in a direction inclined by an inclination angle (a) so as to identify a more tapered portion proximally to the main body (2) .

5. Rifle according to claim 3 or claim 4, wherein the protruding element (510) and / or the slot (610) extend parallel to the butt axis (C-C) , in a side view, in a direction inclined by an auxiliary inclination angle (p) so as to identify a more tapered portion proximally to the main body (2) .

6. Rifle according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the protruding element (510) is comprised in the butt body (5) and the slot (610) is comprised in the support device (6) .

7. Rifle according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the butt (4) comprises a locking member (7) suitable for mutually locking the support device (6) to the butt body (5) .

8. Rifle according to claim 7, wherein the locking member (7) crosses the butt body (5) , through a bottom wall (55)thereof, engaging the support device (6) in a region proximal to the upper wall (600) .

9. Rifle according to claim 7 or claim 8, wherein the locking member (7) is a screw screwable into a nut screw (670) obtained in the support device (6) .

10. Rifle according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the support device (6) has an inner body (61) made of a rigid material for engaging the butt body (5) and has an outward-facing outer body (62) made of a soft material.

11. Rifle according to claim 10, wherein the outer body (62) is co-molded with the inner body (61) .

12. Rifle according to any one of the preceding claims, also further comprising a buttpad (8) , preferably made of a polymer material, preferably made of a rubbery polymer material, engaged with the butt (4) .
